"Everything good, Ev'...?" asked Yonny, from across the table [all eyes on

conversation]...! "It's nothing...!"

THE WATER FRONT


	It would take over 9months of planning and building to convert the
eyesore area of the water front into a sparkling upscale community of
shops, outdoor restaurants, a community park, a casino, and high rise
luxury apartments [condos]..., as the city mayor: David McConnell and his
benefactors held a groundbreaking in front of the media, celebrating the
restoration of the city's waterfront...!
