Slave 165 Ch 38

Ronald

It did not surprise me that Luke came into the room to make sure I was
awake. He told me to hurry up because he does not want to see those young
men hurt more than they have been. The whole way through to the First
Ministers office he was talking about things that we had to do, so much so
that I could not understand how he knew so much about the conditions the
slaves had been rescued from. I had to stop him and ask how he knew so
much. Luke looked guilty, and then told me that he had woken up early and
looked things up on the internet. He said, "Daddy it is horrible what those
young men were put through." Tears were running down his cheeks. Then he
told me that we are going to do everything we can to look after those that
need it.

Melvyn was waiting outside the First Ministers office, he was very happy to
see me and he thanked me for bringing Luke. He felt like we will need
Luke. The First Minister came out to great us, and I swear as soon as he
saw Luke his smile faltered. He knew he was going to have a rough
morning. We were escorted into a conference room where there were several
large screens set up. The First Minister explained that this is an almost
all heads of state conference. The screens lit up and introductions were
done.

The American President was very happy to see Luke again and said at least
we have one sensible mind amongst us. The others did not get the joke. The
whole problem was explained. The English Prime Minister was very apologetic
and showed concern for the problem, he was only involved because of all the
young homeless people who had been kidnapped or entrapped into slavery. As
those young people had already suffered so much and the signs were that
many of them would not be able to get back into their lives. This feeling
was echoed by the South African President and the Australian Prime Minister
and even the representative of the Middle East country.

Luke stopped all the talk to inquire about the guilty parties; he wanted to
know what was being done about making sure this sort of business could be
stopped from happening again. He was not happy to hear most of the guilty
parties had not been apprehended; in fact it seemed as if they had
disappeared into another Middle East country. Luke asked him how can we
trust them if they cannot apprehend a few people. He got mad when he heard
that even those who had been arrested had managed to get bail and had
disappeared. Saying that the international warrants had been issued for
them was not going to help, because it is part of their religion to own
slaves.  Luke felt that the only way this would be solved is to make those
guilty people suffer the same fate when they are caught.

Their representative went quiet for a little while, then excused himself
and finally we could all see he was talking to and listening to other
people in his office. Well I am glad I am not on the wrong side of Luke, he
was very cross. I decided that we needed to discuss accommodations for
these people. I made it clear that I did not have enough space and that our
First Minister would need to pull out all stops and get suitable
accommodation erected. This earned me a dirty look from Luke, but the
American President said that he had already discussed it with the First
Minister.

He explained that they have teams standing by if I am in agreement. I told
them that our home is a listed building; we have to be careful to make sure
things are done correctly. It seemed that every objection I could give was
just swept under the carpet. I was promised that the new building would
look right and fit in with the existing building and there would be extra
kitchen space added and a large dining hall.

This was my opportunity and I said I would not consent to this while the
boys on my property are slaves, they have all agreed to help and support
this home for abused slaves but as we are trying to get them back into
normality. We need to make sure that no one is treated as a slave. I want
all my slaves freed but they will all agree to stay on, that includes those
life slaves. They are all young and this is their chance to prove
themselves.

I decided to take a chance and suggest that the boys who had been castrated
when they escaped from my property be returned.  I got a few silly looks
and I really thought they would not agree. I went on to explain my
thoughts. As we have a number of young men who have suffered the same sort
of loss, I felt that they might be able to give each other that much needed
help.

The silence seemed deafening but I held my mouth closed and waited and then
the questions started. They wondered how I would control all the people. I
told them they will control each other. Those boys have been through hell
and none of them would want to go back to that.

The big question would be the costs and while I was now very wealthy, but
with these kind of numbers of people that would not last long. I could see
some heads nodding then they turned to the representative of the Middle
East country. I think he wished the ground would open up, but we could see
him talking to someone in the background. Finally, he spoke to us, there
was an agreement of a large amount of money exchanging hands and it would
be for the aid of the ex-slaves. He added that it had become obvious to
them that I did not need their money. They felt it would be safe with me
and get to where it was needed.

Melvyn told the assembled group that out of the funds I had received, I had
made each and every one of my boys a Pound millionaire. They were all set
for life and this also included all my slave boys. I explained that as they
were time slaves, I wanted to make sure they had the best possible start
once they were free again.

The American President told us that he had arranged builders and materials
that were already on the way to us. They were going to build a number of
cottages all around my property, so that as the young people start getting
settled, they can do so in their own homes. I found out that there were a
lot of builders conscripted to do this.

Luke told the President that any slaves that come with the builders would
be staying on; he told him that no slaves would be returned to the USA. The
President sheepishly replied that he hope that would be the case. He has
been in contact with the builders and knows several young people would be
coming over. He also mentioned that a number would be girls.

The South African President also suggested aid and things which would be
needed to make those boys feel safe once again, as did the Australian Prime
Minister. The English Prime Minister tried to bluff his way through without
add anything until Luke asked him directly what he intended to do. Luke
reminded him that it was their lack of protecting their people, especially
as a number of the young men had been abducted from England itself, and
most notably London. I was so proud of Luke and I don't know where he gets
his words from, he speaks like an adult and it is hard to believe he is so
young. But then again, he is always on his computer and looking into world
affairs.

Slowly the meeting seemed to be winding down. I could see the guys from the
Middle East were not very happy about the amount this mess was going to
cost them. I decided to ask if they had caught those responsible. He
started to say something but then suddenly changed direction. He made out
that the responsible had escaped. There were only overseers left and no one
in real power.

Finally as the meeting was basically over the First Minister said that he
had anticipated my request although not all of them but he felt that it
would be covered in the agreement. He then handed me a document giving me
freedom to decide the status of all the slaves in my possession. This was
signed by all the Executives of Scotland. It also made it clear that even
though I had that say. The slaves would have to present themselves in a
court to get their freedom. On our trip home I asked Melvyn to explain to
me the reasoning for my slaves to present themselves in court.

Melvyn

I was very happy with the outcome of the meeting. It was my suggestion to
the First Minister that had set the ball rolling. I know Ronald and all his
boys, and the few girls. They are all good people and they work as a team
to overcome their problems. When they were discussing the freeing of his
slaves, I knew deep down in his heart that Ronald cannot be a master; he is
too good a person. He finds the weakness and encourages them to change.

The changes in Graeme have amazed me and that young man is devoted to
Ronald. I overheard him say that he was going to take Ronald's surname when
he is freed and I am going to ask them if I can have the honour of marrying
them.

While taking me home, Ronald asked about the slaves having to come to
court. I thought about the best way to explain the system to him by
reminding him about Graeme's induction into being a slave. How as a free
person, once he had been sentenced to slavery he was stripped and paraded
around the court room and Ronald remembered. He said that was a very sad
and trying day for him. I explained that now we have to reverse the whole
system.

Ronald asked about Graeme's two brothers and I told him they are only
learning what it is like to be a slave. Maybe with all the help and seeing
how all those returning people have been treated, they would never want to
end up as real slaves.

I did suggest to Ronald that he keep their freedom as a surprise, but
Ronald would not hear of it. He told me that when he has talked it through
with all the boys he would let them know what he is doing. I told Ronald to
remember that in this case the slaves would have to present themselves in
court naked and they would get dressed in the court once they are free
people. I agreed to do it for each group as a group at the same time and
this was because each group was subject to different terms of slavery.

I know I am going to have to look up some things, I would think that it
could be risky for some of the boys to leave the country once they are
freed. The last thing I would want is for any of the boys to end up as
slaves once again.

Ronald

I understood what Melvyn had said, I know the boys are not going to like
going to court as naked slaves. They are also going to feel devastated
because they have to be escorted to the court by slavery officers. I am
going to tell the house slaves first and we will discuss it tonight.

Luke had sat quietly the whole way to Melvyn's home and now he was sitting
next to me. Luke told me not to worry. I said I am not worried but Luke
kept on and said that Graeme would never leave me. None of the boys would
ever leave. They are not expecting to be freed either, but that would be
nice for them. Luke asked if when the slaves are freed, would that mean no
more house cleaning in the nude. I had to giggle. I told Luke my boys are
free to decide for themselves. I know that all the boys treated the house
slaves as free boys and the free boys also stripped down when they were
getting our home clean. The home is always clean and once a month
everything gets a good cleaning.

When we got home, there was no real time for discussion and Graeme was in
my arms. One would think I had been away for a month and not just a
day. All the family had eaten their night time meal and were relaxing and
watching the large TV in the family room. I looked around the room; this
has become a tradition within the family. The couples could be picked out
by their onesies. Each couple always wore the same style and colour.  They
all looked happy and my eyes welled up with tears as I looked at the
gathering. I was still deep in thought when Graeme came in leading trays of
food for Luke and I. Graeme was keeping a strict watch on my diet, but at
least he was not controlling the amount of coffee I drank.
