Some of these routines require slaves to recite the slave creed.  The
ritual for this is as follows:

If slaves are clothed in any way, they should strip immediately.

Slaves should get prostrate on the ground (ie kneeling, forehead to the
ground, hands clasped behind back).

Slaves wait for the command 'begin'

On hearing the command, slaves lift their forehead slightly above the
ground (no more than 10 centimeters).  The slave creed is then recited in
a loud voice:


Master
I am nothing
I deserve nothing
I exist only to serve.

I am here to be degraded
I am here to be humiliated
I am here to be punished

I exist only because you allow it, Master
I submit to your commands, Master

I am a sub-human slave Master
I am nothing
I deserve nothing
I exist only to serve

Thank you Master

Slaves return their forehead to the ground and wait, prostrate until the
command 'continue' is given.

The next stage of the daily routine follows.  Often this is a form of
ritualised punishment or humiliation, so that the slave has a chance
immediately to experience the submissive creed he has just affirmed.
