A Memoriam of Trees

I, Alexandre Savoie, alias Romantyke or David Mathenge, claims ownership to
this story. Also, readers would be welcomed to give away a donation.

This is part eleven of Memoriam of Tree. Now, before I begin, I have to say
I have already finished this whole story, and will send it to Nifty in due
time. Keep in mind, though, that this story has fifteen parts and is the
first overall part of a complete story I plan on continuing. I have been
abroad for a whole month, and I had finished it by the time I was back here
in Canada.

Now, please, enjoy.

June 21st 2009
Vallee-de-la-Rouge
Mont-Tremblant
Quebec, Canada

It was a very odd feeling to be able to speak to Vinbieth. Todd had his
part as well. We felt like we kept a talisman.

I was walking back home from a trail blazing job, when I came upon young
Amethyst. Sitting outside her own cabin, she was working on a beautiful
pink dress. Of course, Amethyst had graduated, thus making her an official
guest to the upcoming Graduation Ball which would take place by tomorrow
evening. Everyone on the farm had been invited to attend.

Amethyst was very proud of the work she did on her dress. It was, indeed, a
magnificent gem of a dress. Perhaps old fashioned, but infinitely more
beautiful than all the modern ones which would be weared at the ball by the
other girls.

For supper, Catherine had made a chock full meal. Result of the first crop
harvesting from our fields. After. I helped Patrick do the dishes, even if
he did not speak to me, at all. He was in a surly mood since the morning
after the foalbirth of beautiful Alice.

Alice had grown into a fully grown up horse, and was able to fly for
hours. After trying several times to tame her with Mr Berthochi's best
horsetamers, Catherine had given up. Anyway, Alice had turned out to answer
to myself, and myself only. Catherine was thinking it might have been the
result of Alice seeing me first as she was born.

After a shower, I went to my bedroom, where Todd was making a fire. But
Patrick came in very fast and shouted at him, saying that summer was back
and making a fire in this weather was useless. Todd put out the fire and
went to bed with me, grumbling and mumbling.

The handjob I gave him calmed him down. And when it came to the blowjob,
his black dick gave powerful contractions which ejected his semen onto my
tongue. We were alseep soon after, my head resting on his chest and my arm
passing around him.

The next evening arrived very fast, and as we all waited for Amethyst to
arrive in the entrance hall, I was nervously smoking cigarette after
cigarette. I hate crowds. The Ball would definitely be a stressful time.

There was a soft rustle from the stairs, and we all turned about.

There, standing in the top of the staircase, was Amethyst. But she did not
look like the Amethyst everyone was used to. Her hair was not all bushy and
worn from farmwork. Her face no longer full of mound earth stains. Away was
her usual apron and worn clothes.

No... her hair was clean, and waved around her face, which was beautifully
makeuped and shone with excitation. Most beautiful of all was her pink
dress.

She was, in a word, stunning.

As we all applaused her, however, we had no idea... no idea how Amethyst
was very worried. And about what? About the girls at school, who always
mocked her appearance. Treating her as a wretched peasant.

The Ball was taking place in the Town Hall. It had a huge ballroom that
could contain several hundred of people.

Many people were already in front of the doors leading to the insides. We
all arrived with our several buggies and horseys. Amethyst's parents, Luc
and Shelley, got down, and gave their last daughter the hand to disembark
and touch ground.

There was a sudden hush. And Amethyst's face, smiling a second ago,
suddenly blanched.

' Dear, go! ' said Shelley, who did not notice what happened.

Amethyst made some steps down the limestone path. Three girls her age
barred her way. Their dresses were far less beautiful than Amethyst's. The
girls themselves looked far less admirable than her, even.

' We told you not to come here, Peasant! ' shouted the girl who seemed the
leader of the three. ' Who are you to decide this? ' retorted Luc. ' You
are very rude, young girl! ' added Shelley.

Both parents were beside Amethyst, flanking their daughter.

' You must be her parents? ' sneered the girl. ' You all are dressed in
rags! ' 'Rags? ' repeated Amethyst. ' I made this dress! ' ' That's right,
and to be honest, it looks far better than yours! ' said Shelley.

It was a mistake. The girl blanched, not with shame, but with livid rage.

' See what I make of young Peasant's old rags! '

She tucked at the beautiful pink dress's sleeve and pulled hard, tearing it
down.

Under everyone's eyes, that malevolent girl dared attack another girl
during an official Ball!

She was not done. Next, she grabbed the shawl, and ripped it too.

Taking their leader's offensive, the other two girls attacked the dress as
well.

It went fast, and perhaps it was so shocking for everyone, because nobody
tried to intervene.

When the three girls were done, Amethyst's dress was destroyed beyond any
repair. The shreds were scattered all around her. And poor Amethyst was
just standing there, petrified.

Nobody sitting in the carriages had dared to move. Without further ado, the
three girls already went inside for the ball, as did everyone of the other
guests. Most of them laughing. However, no one from our farm had dared to
move at all.

Amethyst then started to run. She was running and crying. She was angry,
she was in pain, and she was deeply ashamed. People in the streets all
looked at her. Amethyst did not even stop to apologise when she bumped into
an old woman.

I got down the carriage and ran after her.

' Amethyst! AMETHYST! '

It took me a while to catch her. The sight of her broke my heart. She was
on her knees, her face in an handkerchief, crying all the tears of her
heart.

I knelt down beside her. She refused to let me touch her.

Desperation came over me.

Then, it was this moment I decided to call for a wish. Amethyst needed to
be saved. I stood up, looked at the sky, and cried my appeal.

' Vinbieth! Hear my plea! I want Amethyst here to have the best evening of
her life tonight! '

At first, nothing happened, and Amethyst looked up at me, her expression
showing clearly that I sounded like a fool.

But suddenly...

The surroundings began to disappear, and suddenly, blue shining butterflies
came out from thin air and swirled around Amethyst. Her face became
blank. As if she had no conscious self. Pink stardust surrounded the
shredded skirt of her dress. Astounded, I watched as the blue butterflies
brought sky blue stardust to the dress. Amethyst gave a swirl, which made
the dress lightly float all around her... and lo! As Amethyst gave another
swirl, the dress was completely different! The skirt gave an enormously
gorgeous float, dotted with thousands of sky blue shining sarowski
diamonds. The sight almost blinded me. Amethyst's hair, which has been
ruffled by the girls, was completely remade into a complicated medieval
torsade coiffure. And her shoes were no longer the ruby slippers she had
earlier, but magnificent silver slippers, each decorated with a beautiful
butterfly. The flying shining butterflies ceased to move as they landed on
her crinoline shoulders.

The magic was done. The surroundings were back on sight, and Amethyst was
blinking. She looked down at the dress, and she almost fainted. It was just
so incredible. Even I, already used to magic now, was astounded by this
Cinderella inspired transformation. Amethyst was now really no longer
herself at all. She looked like the most beautiful princess ever to have
existed.

' My! My goodness! ' she gasped.

She then looked at me.

' It's beautiful! Maxime! Did you do this for me? '

I just found myself to say :

' Yes. Consider this as your womanhood gift. ' ' It's magic! Ohh! Thank you
so much! '

Time was short now. The ball opening would begin at any time now.

' Come on, now, please. We will be late! '

But back at the Town Hall, Vinbieth appeared to have exerted a piece of
magic as well. Everyone from the barn was gone, except Todd. But Todd was
no longer himself as well. His original dress robe had been transformed
into a medieval like royal costume. His hair had grown and were attached as
a ponytail. He even had a monocle. He looked even more handsome than ever
before. When he saw Amethyst, his jaw dropped.

' Amethyst?... ' he faltered.

Smiling, Amethyst merely nodded to him and went on the limestone path to
the doors. Todd then turned to me.

' It was Vinbieth? ' he asked

' Later, baby. We have to be there for her, now... It seems like only the
two of us will be there to enjoy this magic evening. You have to be her
dance partner. Go on. The rest is up to you. '

' Those girls will be jealous of Amethyst for sure now... '

' Well, let's just say that magic always come when help is needed. '

' Like in all fairy tales. '

' Which in this case, is certainly not. Go now, Todd, and be the princess's
prince. '
