Subject: Dennis The Adoption - part 4

Mike and I were sitting in the living room enjoying each other. The boys
came back down to watch the TV with us. We all decided on a program, mike
and I were snuggling on the couch; Dennis and Danny were sitting on the
floor. I was finally able to hold and kiss Mike without having to worry
that Danny would see us. I was feeling great; I had a wonderful family
now. And Mike and I felt good having Diane on our side. Every once and
awhile Danny would look up at Mike and I holding each other, Danny just
smiled at us, and went back to watch the show.

It was getting late, even for a Friday evening. It was time for the boys to
go to bed. The boys went up, mike and I came up a little later, we wished
them a good night, gave them a kiss. Dennis told mike and me he loved
us. Danny followed saying he loved us too.  Mike is a tender and loving
man, and that got to him. He just jumped in between the 2 boys and gave
them both a big hug and a kiss. Mike and I left the boys.

Mike and I decided to get to bed also, it was a long, wearing day for both
of us. Mike sat on the edge of the bed, telling me how lucky he was to be
part of this family. One that was not afraid to show love for each
other. Mike came from a family without much love, his dad was always too
busy for him, and his mom was busy with the house and mike's siblings.

Mike loved both of the boys, in a fatherly way. Mike decided to take the
boys to the park and play ball with them as I worked on the house on
Saturday. Mike was such a jock, star of his high school ball team. Mike was
not an average flight steward, he was a hot looking jock, and both men and
women had the hots for him.

In the morning I went to get the boys up, god, I never saw two boys sleep
as long as these two. I knocked on the door, and without thinking I just
opened the door and started to say rise and shine, when I looked at the two
nude boys holding each other sound asleep. I left and closed the door. I
got mike and brought him to the boy's room, telling him to be quiet, I
opened the door and let him see what I had seen. We left, closed the door
and headed to the kitchen.

Well mike, what do you think? Are the boys going through a phase of
curiosity or did we have two gay boys asleep upstairs? Mike says he is not
sure what we should do. I told mike we do nothing. Let the boys do what
they need to do. They will sort it out, I trust Dennis, and we have had
many talks. If there is something he needs to tell us or ask us, he will.
Mike tells me, if his dad caught him like that he would have beaten him and
put him out of the house. Don't we all know that! Mike we cannot stop
something like this, if the boys want to try things, id rather them do it
here, so they are safe. Dennis has been taught about safe sex. I guess we
need to get them some rubbers, just in case. I will put some in Dennis'
nightstand and tell him I did, but not why I did.

Mike tells me, Joe, how do you know these things, how do you always seem to
know how to handle things? I tell mike I'm just winging it, just doing what
I think is right. How I would have liked to been treated. If the boys are
gay, it's not something we did, remember we are born this way. Would you
have wanted your parents try to change you if they had known you were gay?
Mike gives me a big hug and kiss. So, its settled we just let things be for
now. Lets get them up; I have things to do today. I go up and yell at the
door, BOYS ARE YOU UP YET. I hear a groggy Dennis say, I'm up now dad. Then
I hear the boys laugh. Boys!

We ate breakfast and mike takes the boys to the park, while I do some minor
repairs around the house.

Later in the morning Diane calls, I tell her that they are playing ball
with mike. She's happy that Danny is doing boy things. I asked her if she
had a nice date. Diane told me that her date was a perfect gentleman. She
had a wonderful time. Diane thanked me for letting Danny stay over. I told
Diane that anytime she had a date or whatever, Danny would be welcome
here. Diane tells me she will be taking me up on that offer. I told Diane
we would bring Danny home later. I asked her is she had dinner plans, she
says no.  I told her that we would bring Danny home at dinnertime and we
would pick up a few pizzas for us and our growing boys. Diane loved the
idea; she liked mike and me and wanted to be good friends. I did not say
anything to Diane about the boys sleeping nude, after all what did I really
know, all I saw was two nude boys in bed asleep. I went back to finish up
my repairs. Mike and the boys came home mid afternoon. They were beat, it
was a hot day and they played for a long time, before they went out for
lunch, and the drug store. Mike picked some things for Dennis's side
table. I had the boys go clean up, while mike and I finished up the
repairs. When we were finished, mike went inside to shower. When Mike got
upstairs he heard Dennis's shower running, then he heard the boys laughing,
the boys were in the shower together. I came in to clean up, and I see
standing outside of Dennis's bathroom. Mike tells me to be quiet, mike
tells me what he thinks is going on.  I grab mike and lead him to our
room. Now what are we going to do?  I told you Mike, nothing for now, if
Dennis does not say anything in a few weeks we will talk to him, ok? Mikes
goes along with that.

When I adopted Dennis, I never id be going through anything like this.
