Subject: dennis- the adoption - pt 5

Mike and I went and cleaned up. By the time we came down the boys were in
the yard. I was almost time to pick up the pizzas and go to Danny's
house. We let the boys pick out how they wanted the pizza. We arrived at
Danny's; Diane was they're waiting for us. We sat and had dinner. The boys
went off to Danny's room to play the play station. We cleaned up, and had
drinks in the living room. It was decided not to tell Diane about the
boys. Mike and I wanted to be sure there was something to it. And if there
was something going on, we wanted Danny to tell her. We chatted with Diane
about everything, we were very open to her when she asked us, about or
relationship. She was a great friend to us. It started to get late; I
wanted Dennis to get to church in the morning. We said our good nights and
left.

Things seemed normal around the house. Mike had to leave again, and Dennis
had school and I had my job. Danny and Dennis were always together. I did
not see anything going on between them, so I did not say anything to
Dennis. They seldom went to Dennis' room. They both stayed with me mostly,
other than going to the ball fields to play with there friends.

Mike was home as much as he could. He wants to be home. Mike told me how
much he likes his job. But he wants to be here with his family, mike was
going to apply for another position with the airlines so he can be home
every night. I told him that the choice was his, I knew how much he liked
to fly and I did not want him to take a job he would not be happy in. but I
did want him to be with me all the time. He was such a great guy, and I
missed him quite a bit when he was away. Having Dennis here, kept my mind
off of me missing mike. I loved him.

Mike went down to his job, and spoke with the HR people; he explained how
he had a family and wanted to be home more often. They had a great job for
Mike, he could still fly daily, and be home every night with his
family. Mike was offered an inspectors job, he would fly as just a
passenger, and rate the crew, and make recommendations for improvements.
Mike came home and told us the good news. He was here to stay, of course
mike and I celebrated that night. I'm sure Dennis was not getting any
sleep. Not with the many sounds coming from our room.

Things were really great now; I had Dennis and my man at home. Dennis and
Danny were together most of the time. Things were going smoothly.

Diane called me in the middle of the night, her mom had a stroke and she
had to go to her. Diane did not know how long she would be gone. She asked
me if Danny could stay with us, while she tended to her mom. Of course our
2nd son can stay here. I had mike call the airlines and get Diane the first
flight to Ohio. Mike went over and took Diane to the airport and I brought
Danny to my home. I had him sleep on the couch that night; I did not want
to wake Dennis up.

In the morning I sent Danny to get Dennis up and tell him what happened,
and that he would be staying with us.  Now I have the two of them to get
out to school. I'm glad my boys don't give me a hard time. It makes life a
lot easier for me. After school we would take Danny to his house and pack
his things.

Dennis and Danny shared the room. Everything seemed fine; I did not find
them nude or even close to each other.

I put those condoms in the nightstand anyway, just in case. I had a talk
with Dennis and told him what I did. He turned red and asked why did he
need them. I told him it was for an emergency just in case he brought home
a girl. I wished to myself.

Diane called, her mom was not doing well, and she had no idea how long she
would be gone. I told her not to worry, Danny is fine, and has been a good
kid. Take care of your mom, and we will take care of your son. Diane
laughed, when I told her we were going to just adopt him too.

I took Dennis with me to the store, I wanted to have some time alone with
him, and I did not want him to feel I was not giving him the attention he
always got from me. We talked about all kinds of things. We went into the
ice cream parlor and sat for some time chatting away. It was nice being
with my boy like that.

Dennis and I got home, mike was helping Danny with his homework. That was
nice to see, mike really loved being in our family. He makes me so damn
happy. One day I will marry that man.

Dennis went to finish up his homework.
