The holiday was fun. Manish still had a few
months of training left, but for Raj, it was time to
get back to duty to fly to another destination. This
time, though, he had not got the return back to India,
but he was supposed to fly onwards to Sydney, direct
from New York, on duty.
He knew very well, that it would be a long flight
and also that it would be a non-stop flight as he
would be flying on the new, state-of-the art Airbus
A340. He was really excited about the fact that this
would be the first time for him to fly on the newly
launched aircraft.
That very day he was to fly; the reporting time
assigned to him was 2300hrs. at the terminal. He got
ready in his handsome flight steward uniform ^Ö black
trousers, white shirt, the airline tie and his
handsome black uniform blazer. Raj looked absolutely
stunning. Had any gay man seen him, he would fall flat
just to get a feel of this stunning, handsome,
god-like stud.
He reached the terminal and checked-in just in
time for the crew check-in. (Crew members are
generally allowed to check in at really comfortable
and late timings, as compared to the regular
passengers)
Luckily, that day the flight was on time, so it
was already at the aero-bridge at the JFK Airport. The
stewards and the crew checked in and began getting the
entire aircraft ready to ensure the comfort of the
passengers.
Boarding was announced, and as it was a
full-flight for the Economy class, the crew was going
to expect a real hard time on the non-stop 14-hour
flight to Sydney. Though the business and the first
class had a few vacant seats. Unfortunately for Raj,
one of the passengers on the flight, flying first
class that day, was a man with whom he had really got
intimate and ended up having sex, while he was on a
holiday in Sydney. The poor fellow, Raj was trying to
avoid anyone in the crew to get to know this and also
was avoiding that particular area of the flight where
this gentleman was seated.
But, unfortunately for him, he got a call for
water, and it was from Business Class, where this
gentleman was seated, that too, alone in the entire
row. He went to the passenger, trying to look as if he
had not recognized the man, and politely greeted him
and said in the usual crewmember style, "How may I
assist you, sir?"
This man seemed to have a really great memory, as
he remembered that this was the same man with whom he
had had some really intimate moments, and also managed
to remember his full name and addressed him the same
way.
Raj was stunned for a moment, but later he
assisted the passenger in the way he wanted to. He
desired to have an early meal, which was rightfully
served to him by his obedient steward, who was now
rather worried, fearing that the passenger would not
let out the secret to anyone.
During the entire flight, Raj assisted the
passenger in whatever way he possibly could, and also
in the politest manner he had learnt to, during his
entire career-span as a flight purser.
The long hours of the flight passed by, and it was
time to land at the Kingsford Smith Airport of Sydney,
as the captain announced the descent into Sydney. The
crewmembers greeted the passengers on disembarking,
and later disembarked themselves.
Raj was shocked to see the very passenger waiting
for him at the baggage claim area. He did not know
what to do, so Raj went to him, with a rather
petrified look on his face. He gave Raj a white
envelope and proceeded out of the terminal with his
baggage trolley. Raj did the same and proceeded
further to his airline coach, which would drop him at
the crew hotel. He did not feel safe to open the
envelope in presence of his friends and colleagues, so
he planned to do so, alone in his hotel room.
When he was alone in the room, after the
room-service waiter had provide him with refreshment
and the bellboy had kept the luggage in the right
place, he bolted the door, for extra privacy, and then
undid the envelope seal and found a letter in the
envelope.
He took out the letter as fast as he could, not
even bothering to freshen up or get out of his day-old
uniform and began reading.
     The letter read. . .
