Dave is almost the last to come down.

"How are we this morning?" I grin at him.

"Fucking brilliant" he exclaims.

He's the last to finish his breakfast and when everyone else has left, he
comes over to me.

"Thanks once again for last night, I really enjoyed myself; any chance of
doing it again sometime?"

"Sure" I tell him, "why not join us for lunch and we'll have another
session if you like".

His face lights up and he nods before trotting off looking very happy.

When I tell Luke he laughs, "Mm we've clearly made an impression on him but
yeah, I'd love to fuck that butt of his again".


Dave duly arrives back at lunchtime to find Luke and I naked in the dining
room. He looks at us and grins before quickly removing his own
clothes. After lunch we all go up to room one again and have an afternoon
of fantastic sex!


The following week, Dave returns one day grinning all over. He's been for
his second interview and been offered the job.

"I start in a month's time so I've got to go back and hand in my notice" he
says excitedly, "and also break the news to my parents" he adds.

"Congratulations Dave" Luke and I tell him.

"Think that deserves another good long hard fuck to celebrate" Luke
giggles.

"Yeah, anytime" Dave replies so we arrange to have another afternoon
session the next day before Dave leaves.

Ryan is busy working in the flat when this is going on and is completely
oblivious to our antics. Luke and I decide to keep it to ourselves!

Also that same week, a guy stays for two nights. On the morning of his
departure he announces that he is an inspector from the local tourist
board.

"I'm here to assess you for our gold standard" he explains.

I look at him hoping that everything has been up to our normal standard.

"Everything has been fine James but before I leave I'd just like to have a
look at some of the other rooms just to complete my report."

He selects five other rooms to look at so I take him round. He seems very
pleased with the standard as he goes from room to room checking the
en-suites, the beds and every nook and cranny he can find. When we get back
downstairs he says he'd like to see the kitchen as well so I take him
round. I only hope that Luke is suitably dressed. Fortunately he is wearing
his whites and looks very much the part.

"This is Luke, he cooks breakfast" I say introducing him.

The guy congratulates Luke on the excellent food and is very impressed with
the state and cleanliness of the kitchen. That is one area I have no doubts
about because I know that both Luke and Ryan keep the place spotless.

"Anything else you'd like to see," I ask, "have you seen the Jacuzzi area?"

The guy grins and says he went down there the previous evening and had an
enjoyable time! Having asked if there's anything else he wants to see, he
says that's all he needs and will be recommending us for their gold
status. When he's left, I shoot up to tell Ryan the good news.

"Fucking hell, did we suspect he was an inspector?"

"Of course not" I giggle, "wouldn't be much point in that would there?"

Ryan then comes down to the kitchen with me and he congratulates the pair
of us, "It really is all down to you guys" he says, "thank you so much for
all you've both done".

Luke giggles and kisses Ryan, "Think that deserves a good fuck don't you!"

"Does this guy think of anything else James?" Ryan laughs.

"Not often, but how about it?" I reply laughing.

"After lunch" he replies, "I'll be finished my work by then so get your
naked butts back to work and I'll give them a good fuck later" Ryan
chuckles.

"Ooh I do like it when he talks dirty" Luke giggles and grabs Ryan's
bollocks.


A few days later we receive notification that we now have the Gold award
from the local Tourist Board and details on how to get the sign for placing
outside. I also amend the website to show the new accolade and publish the
news.
