Subject: Sweets (Chapter 1)

Authors Note: Hello everyone this is my 3rd story here on Nifty and I
really hope you all like it. If you want to read more of my story's check

				  Sweets

Cookies, Cakes, Cream Puffs and Cheese Cakes. My mother made them all, With
living in France for 5 years she knew how to make them and sell them. My
Father was a backer, Rolls, Bread and Croissants all made to order and were
sold out by the end of the day.


This was my family, but they weren't my real parents. Your probably
confused by this let me explain, Both my birth mother and father were
Americans. My father was a Captain in the U.S Marines and my mother was
from a wealthy family.


They dated while in High school and soon mom was pregnant with me, they
were both 18 at the time and were about to graduate. Mom's parents disowned
her for having a baby out of wedlock and dad lived with his grand father.


Dad in listed in the Marines after graduation and took care of mom, Since
dad was an only child Mom and great Granddad were the once who took care of
me while dad was in training or off fighting wars.


When I was 1 Great Granddad passed away, and Dad quickly moved up the
ranks. Mom was always there for me, taking care of the baby that she loved
more then life. Though Dad wasn't always around he made the effort to be
there for me when I was growing up.


When Dad was promoted to Captain we moved to Japan, We lived on the base
until I was 3-1/2 . We moved to a three bedroom house near the base, When
we moved there we meet a Japanese couple who spoke both English and
Japanese.


Over the few months they became good friends, Mrs. Yoshikawa was always
brining Cakes and Cookies for me and Mommy. And Mr. Yoshikawa was always
bringing fresh bread to us in the morning.


When I was 4 Mom and dad had to go to a party on the base and I couldn't go
with them, So Mr.& Mrs. Yoshikawa were to look after me until they got
back. I loved spending time with them, I would always call them Mama and
Papa.


But that night my mother and father never came, instead a police man came
to the house and spoke to Mr. Yoshikawa in Japanese. What ever the man said
made Mr. Yoshikawa hold himself up by the wall, and Mrs. Yoshikawa Cry.


I didn't understand anything back them, I was a small kid after all. When
the police men left, they came over to me and told me what happened. Mommy
and Daddy were in a car accident and didn't make it.


I really didn't know what happened after that, A few days after my mom and
dad's funeral. A man came to the house and said he was Dad's lawyer, Dad
left in his Will that Mr.& Mrs. Yoshikawa were to adopt me as there own
child since they couldn't have one of there own, Dad also save some money
for me that I would receive when I was 21.


The lawyer had the adoption papers that were already signed by mom and dad,
They signed and thanked the man. After he left they told me from now on
that I would live with them as there son, I smiled at them and we became a
family that day.


For 18 years I live stayed with them, Learning how to bake and become a
baker. Mama showed me how to make all kinds of pastries and Papa showed me
how to make all kinds of bread and baked goods.


I went to Osaka High school which was an all Boys school, and the boys
there were in awe of me. With long blonde hair to the middle of my back,
Sapphire blue eyes, my feminine shaped body which was toned, the Boys all
drooled over me and though I was pretty.


I found out when I was 16 that I liked boys and when I told Mama and Papa
they said it was ok, all they want is for me to be happy. I had a boyfriend
Named Izumi who was on the soccer team (He's also the Captain ^_^) .


Everyone knew and felt jealous of Izumi, Of course there were those who
didn't like it but I knew there girlfriends so they couldn't hurt me,
(There Girls though it was so Cute). We stayed as a couple all till we went
to college, That's where I meet the most arrogant ,Self-centered, Stubborn
Man I have ever Meet!

Just thinking about him right now makes my blood boil, despite his good
looks (Black short hair that was always spiked up, 6 foot tall and muscular
then a Greek Statue) He was nothing more then a Creep.


Who is this mystery men, His name is Ryu Sano an upper class men and a pain
in the ass. Girls throw themselves at him and Guys want to befriend him,
for what reason I have no idea.


I meet him when I came to orientation, I bumped in to him by accident and
spilled some coffee on his pants (It wasn't even hot!). He looked really
pissed off though, I apologized but he said "Do you have any idea how much
this pants cost?".


I said no and he went crazy calling me a stupid street urchin, that went I
dumped my coffee on him and walked away. (Who the hell dose the think he
is) I walked away mad as hell in to the park near the school.


I pulled out my bag of cookies and took a bit of one, Oh Sorry you probably
want to know who I am by now, My Name is Kei Yoshikawa and I'm 18 years-old
Nice to meet you. Now back to the story.


I walked through the park and saw a women by herself, She looked sad for
some reason. She wore a business suit that was white and looked like she
was really rich. He had long black hair that went down to her butt by the
looks of it.


She had a pearl necklace and pearl earrings, A rose broche on the suit made
her look even more like a business women. I walked over to her and she
looked up, "Ma'am are you alright?" I asked.


"Oh why yes, I just feel down today that's all. Its my Sisters anniversary,
She passes away two years ago." She said to me. "Oh I'm so sorry for your
loss, Is there anything I could do for you?" I asked.


"What a kind young girl you are, You would make a man very happy one day"
She said with a smile. I blushed deep red and said "Miss I'm a Boy" I said
to her, She looked shocked and said "You're a boy, My goodness I though you
were a young women. I never thought such beauty would be found in a boy".


That only made me blush even more, "Thank you Miss, I should be going now."
I said to her. "Oh yes thank you for worrying about an old lady like me."
She said with a smile, "Not at all. Bye Now" I waved and started to walk
away.


Then it hit me (My Cookies) I turned and walked back to her, I reached in
my bag and took out the bag of cookies I had. "Here I want you to have
this, Whenever you feel sad take a bite and you'll feel better." I said to
her with a smile.


She took the bag and took a cookie out, she took a bite and her eye's
widened "Oh...Oh my, this...this is the best cookie I have ever had." She
smiled and took another bite. "I'm glad you liked them, I made them
myself." I said with a smile.


"Well I should really be going now, I have to help my parents with the
bakery. Have a nice day" I said with a smile and walked away. "Young man,
wait what is your name?" said the women, "Oh its Kei, Kei Yoshikawa." I
said back.


"Your family owns a bakery?" She asked, "Yes its just down the street, its
called Little Sweets." I said to her. She smiled and Said "My names Kana
Sano, it was a pleasure to meet you Kei. I must stop by your bakery someday
soon.".


"That would be nice, I look forward to it. Oh look at the time I really
have to go, It was nice to meet you Miss Sano. Bye!" I said and ran to my
family's bakery. Little did I know that I will soon meet this women and not
in our bakery.



Ryu's POV


At 23 years old life was good, I was successful in school, Good with the
women and finally got my daughter back for her gold digging mother. My
father and mother seemed to be proud of my progress from what I used to be,
I have always had what I want when I wanted it and nothing could change
that.


I have always fallen for the wrong type of girl so my parents decided to
arrange dates for my future bride to be. I did not like this idea at all,
Nothing mattered to me but my little girl. She was the only women I would
need anything else was a one night stand.


I wasn't short on that, women threw themselves on me and men envied me or
wanted to become friends with me. School orientation was going well until
some idiot bumped into me and got coffee all over my new Armani suit.


I was about to yell at the fool but when the person looked up my breath was
taken away, I have never seen such beauty before in my life. "Oh I'm so
sorry" the youth said to me, (HE'S a BOY) I thought.


This vision of beauty before me was a boy, "Do you have any idea how much
this pants cost?" I yelled at him. He said No, which only pissed me of even
more. I told him off and said "stupid street urchin.." The next thing I
know he dumped his coffee on me and walked away.


The nerve of some people, I walked to the parking lot and got in to my
Mercedes SLR (The 722 edition). I drove home, As I pulled up the gates
opened. My home was a mansion with 10 bedrooms all with there own baths, a
Olympic sized pool and my mom's privet garden.


I walked in and our butler asked "My goodness sir what happened to you?",
"I meet a rather difficult person today that's all. Is my mother here?" I
asked. "No sir, But miss Sakura is in her room awaiting you." He said to
me. I smiled and nodded.


I walked up stair and knocked on my little princesses door, I heard a gasp
and running. I opened and looked around, "I wonder were Sakura is...Hmmm."
I walked around the room and then turned and opened the closet.


She Squealed and said "Daddy you found me" I picked her up and kissed her
cheek, "Daddy could we get a cookie please". "Hmmm, I don't know if grandma
would like that." I said to her.


"Please Daddy just one..." She asked with her puppy dog eyes, How could I
resist. "alright lets go down stairs and see." I said to her and she kiss
me on the cheek. We walked down and were headed to the kitchen when the
door opened.


"And where are you two going?" My mother asked, "Just getting a Cookie" I
said to her. She shook her head and said "Sakura come here" She said and my
little girl walked over to here.


"I'm only going to do this once since this are the best cookies I have ever
had" She said and my little baby smiled. She gave her a cookie and my
little munchkin ate it up "Wow, Grandma that was the best cookie ever.".


"I think so to, Now would you like to walk with me in the garden?" My
mother asked her, "Yes I love your garden a lot." She beamed at
her. "alright lets go shall we" She took her hand and walked out to the
garden.


I walked in to the study to finish the book I was reading last night, But
for some reason that boy's face just kept popping into my head. His long
blonde hair, those amazing blue eyes that saw through my soul, His lushes
lips. All of them belonging to that boy.


I walked back up to my room to change for a night out, I came back down
where Go asked "Are you going out again sir?". "Yes I won't be here for
dinner, and I need to clear my head." I said to him.


I got in my car and drove away from my home (I've got to get this kid out
of my head.) I thought to myself. I drove on into the night.



Kei's POV


I ran back home and headed upstairs to my room, I changed into my work
clothes (A white long sleeve buttoned shirt and Black Jeans) Our house was
above the Bakery in the second floor.


I walked in and said "Hi, Sorry I'm late I meet an old women in the park
today and helped cheer her up." I said to my mother. "That was nice of you,
Please help your father before he over uses the flour." my mother said with
a smile.


I walked over to my father who was making doe for the bread, "Papa I think
that's enough, you don't want to over use the flour." I said with a
smile. "I'm not that old I'll have you know." He said back with a smile.


"Here's the order for tomorrow" I handed him the piece of paper, "Looks
like Mr. Nakamura is having another party." He said, "Papa, Mr. Nakamura is
one of our best customers so be nice." Is said to him.


After that was done and the doe was put away for tomorrow, I helped mom
clean up and we all headed up stairs for dinner. We ate and I looked at the
clock it was 7 and I had a date with Izumi at 8.


"Mom I got to go, I have a date with Izumi." I said getting up and went to
my room to take a quick shower and changed. I wore a white tight shirt that
hung to my body, I put on my white jeans and brown boots. I took my brown
leather jacket and checked myself in the mirror.


"Be careful Honey and keep your phone on this time." My mother said to me,
I walked over to the subway and took the JR like to Shinjuku. I walked over
to the night club that Izumi asked me to meet him in.


As I rounded a corned I wasn't ready for what I saw, In the ally way under
a light was Izumi kissing some guy. I was shocked, all I could do was stare
at them. The guy looked up and saw me, the color of his face went white.


Izumi stopped kissing him and looked to see what shocked him male friend,
When he saw me his eye's widened. He turned and started to walk to me,
"Kei, I can explain." He said to me.


I took a step back and shacking my head, "Kei, Listen to me." I turned and
made a run for it, He grabbed me and I spun around and punched him knocking
him to the ground. "Its over Izumi, I never want to see you again."


I walked away leaving him down there in the gutter, I walked around not
really knowing where I was going. I needed time to think, I walked and
bumped in to a guy "Hey watch where you going" they guy said.I said sorry
and walked away, I felt someone grab me and spun me around. I was looking
straight at the guy who I bumped into. "Well look what we have here boy's,
You're a pretty little thing aren't you." he said with an evil grin.


They grabbed me and took me into an empty ally, The leader pushed me up
against the wall and said "Mmmm... A nice tight ass. Looks like were going
to have some fun tonight guys." He said to me.


"Please stop this, Let me go" I begged, "Now where's the fun in that,
Besides when were done with you your going to love a hard cock in your
ass." He said to me. He took out a knife and held it to my neck."Don't
worry, It won't hurt that bad." He whispered to me, "Please stop, Let me
go." I begged. "Listen bitch where going to have a good time even if you
don't" He said to me. "You heard him, Let him go" A voice said from behind
us.


"Who the fuck are you?" the leader asked, "I'm going to beat the shit out
of you if you don't let him go." said the voice. "Boy's why don't you teach
Mr. Hero here a lesson" the leader said.


I heard fighting going on and with in a few minutes all I heard was moans,
The leader let me go and pulled out a gun. I saw a pipe laying on the
ground so I picked it up and hit the guy over the head, which knocked him
out.


I slumped down and took a few deep breaths, I felt the guy put a coat on me
he helped me up and when I looked to see who it was it was Ryu. He walked
me to his car and put me in the passenger seat.


We drove in silence, he asked me were my house was and I showed him. When
we arrived he helped me out and carried me in to the house, Once inside we
went to my room and he laid me down on my bed and put the covers on me.


He stayed by my side till I went to sleep, When I woke up the next morning
he was gone. I got up and headed in to the shower, After a quick shower I
got dressed. I wore a white long sleeve buttoned shirt, blue jeans and
brown boots.


I said by to my parents and walked to school, as I walked I though about
what happened last night. Things are going way to fast for me to
understand, "Kei!!!" I heard someone shout. I turned around and saw it was
Izumi.


I walked away He ran in front of me and said "Kei, Please it was just a
mistake. Please forgive me" He begged, "Why should I?" I said to
him. "Please it was a mistake, just a stupid mistake" He begged.


"No, Not now not ever." I said to him, I walked away. I had a class at 8 ,
When that was done I didn't have anything else until 2. I walked over to
the benches by the trees and sat down, I put my head down and tried to
figure out what I was going to do.


I felt someone sit down across from me, When I looked up it was Ryu "Hey,
how are you doing?" He asked. "Alright I guess, I never thanked you for
saving me last night." I said to him.


"If there's anything I can do for you, just ask." I said to him, He smirked
and said "there is something you could do for me. Be my boyfriend" he said
to me. My jaw dropped and my eye's widened, (was he out of his mind).


When I got out of my shock I asked "Are you out of your mind?", "This is
how it is, My parents want me to go out with girls that do nothing for
me. They expect me to marry one of this girls, but with you as my boyfriend
they can't do nothing about it." He said to me.


"Your crazy, There's no way in hell I would do that." I said to him, I got
up and walked away. "So this is what I get for saving your life?" He said
to me, I stopped. My father always told me if you ever owed someone a debt
you pay them back no matter what.


"Alright I'll do it" I said back to him, He smirked at me. I don't know
what lay's ahead of me but fate would lead me into something that I could
never understand.
