TREASURE TRAILS - CHAPTER 3

     Jon our new architect arrived to inform us that people were
going to be starting to work today. We informed him we already
heard about that from Chief Joseph and family who had just left. I
thanked him for getting such a quick start on the Casino and he
said no problem as the plans had been done and if we can get the
concrete poured we will be able to get the outer shell completed
before the winter season would normally stop construction.  I
thanked him for coming over just to let us now that and he
laughed.
     He says William called him and asked him to come over with
the aerial photos on discs and for some fresh coffee and sweet rolls
that Chef Adam and the twins had made.  He stated Adams two
assistants were twins.  So we all went back to the house and were
sitting in the kitchen (in the basement) and I again asked about a
window.  He again due to the lack of any kind of construction
work around here for quite a while he had been able to get a couple
of good guys to come out today and start on the window, in fact I
think I hear them now.  He introduced them and showed them what
we wanted and they got right to work.  I asked them how long it
would take to complete and they said they should be able to get
most of the work done today and then about another 3 hours
tomorrow morning.  I stated I really would like you to get every
thing down today if possible at least all of the inside work so the
kitchen and the staff are not messed up two days in a row.  They
had agreed on a price of $500.00 install the window, I informed
them if you can do that for me  I will raise your fee to $1,000.00
for the window and then you should talk to my construction
foreman as I think he may want to hire you full time here on
Treasure Trails.
     After coffee Rick and I with Jon in tow along with Russ the
present Ranch foreman went up to my new office and found
William on the computer printing the aerial views of the property
with Dylan making notes on each one of them.

     I said Dylan if you get a couple of minutes would you go to
the kitchen and get you and William some coffee and rolls and
introduce yourself to the two carpenters working on the window.  I
sort of asked them to talk to you about a job.  Them seem like nice
guys and are both in need of a full time job.  I figure if we are
going to cut and clear all these trails we are going to need some
guys that are good carpenters seeing you had stated that the trees
and a lot of the stuff we clear out can be used to build shelters etc...
for the pathways.

     Russ spoke up and said Mr. Nelson we have a small and a
large bulldozer here in the equipment sheds and if things are going
to happen like I think they are we can get lots of help from some of
the Indian braves and get an awful lot of the trails you want
cleaned out and dozed before winter.  Hell we might even be able
to get some of the shelters Dylan was talking about started before
winter season starts.

     Ok guys here is what I think we should do. First off Rick you
and I have to get on the phone and convince Robb, Alex, Tony,
Cody and Jordyn to just quit their jobs and get here now, we need
them here. Jon I would like you to see if there are any other little
things that need to be tended to around the current house and out
buildings and we can get them done as soon as possible.  Rick the
Pilot and Steward on the plane what do they do when not flying
around the country.  And Jon is it possible to get a large Butler
building up before winter to house a helicopter here full time.  And
both of the two guys from the plane sort of hinted they would like
to be here full time, lets see if they are both qualified pilots maybe
two choppers might not be a bad idea I guess we will have to see.
     Rick got on the phone and located each of the five guys left
in Birmingham and all of them agreed to quit today and be ready to
leave for Calgary in the morning. I called the pilot and we talked
for a bit I informed him we needed him in Birmingham tomorrow
morning about 10:30 to 11 Am to pickup 5 passengers and bring
them here to Treasure Trails. Also ask if he was interested in
working here at the Retreat as well as in Calgary, I was informed
that his steward was also he life partner; I ask if he was also a pilot
and was informed he was.  I said great I want you both here full
time and you will have your own housing and can be of great help
here.  And starting right now I need a helicopter here full time,
make it happen.

     He laughed and said it will be a pleasure Sir.

     I said knock that shit off, I am Tim and that is what I want to
be called, and both of you owe me a hug and a kiss, in advance
because Rick and I are also looking to be life partners and we need
all the help we can get up here.  So when you get here I expect to
sit down with the two of you and we will figure out what we have
to purchase to get our little airlines up to par.  I figure to start at
least two helicopters here and maybe two small 4 seat planes, a full
time mechanic and any other crew we will need and everyone has
to be willing to work on other things other than their one job.  I
will pay all of you a good wage but not to sit on your buts, now
what do you think.  Wow, no I mean Fucking Wow.  Ok I am
Steve and my partner is Matt who is standing here and has been
listening and nodding his head up and down so we are now your
full time flyboys or whatever you want us to be.  We will have
some of our personal stuff on the plane when we get back here
tomorrow and can rent both of the choppers here to get your guys
here and make a second trip to get the other stuff needed to be
hauled up.

     I looked around and laughed and said fuck that rent shit buy
them 2 choppers and get prices on 2 new ones I need ways to get
customers here and not have to drive here form Calgary so in the
long run we will be looking for a couple more pilots also.
Everyone in my office was just staring at me and started to laugh.
The two pilots sort of chuckled and said we think this is going to
be a great ride.

     Rick stated hey it is getting to be lunch time and I am getting
hungry, let's all go down and see what the kitchen looks like and
see what we can find to eat.  As you walked into the kitchen it was
like you were outside almost.  The hole was cut into the cement
foundation and the framework for the 4' by 8' window was in
place and the opening was now just covered with clear plastic.

     Chef Adam sees us and says my boys and I were just going to
call you and see if you wanted lunch in the office.  I asked if we
could just eat it here and not be in the way, I was told you are the
boss what ever you say is law.  I thanked them all but said as we
get to know each other, you will find I do seem to move a little fast
on a few things, and if it is not possible I expect to be told so and
even more so if it is the wrong thing to do.  So we all sat down and
eat and got to know the carpenters better and Adam stated Chief
Joseph had called and said he would have about 100 braves
available to do manual labor if we needed any of them; to just send
up a smoke signal and laughed; but stated that they all wanted to
help for all we had done for them so far.

     We had just finished lunch and Rick answered the phone and
looked at me and wrote down a figure showed it to me and said it
was for two used and two new choppers and the two guys, Steve
and Matt, will be here later this afternoon if we need them.  I said
make it happen babe and he just smiled and gave me a hug.  We all
went back up to the office and started laying out the first of many
treasure trails. As we were working Robb called from Birmingham
and said that they were all told they could leave now so we called
Steve and Matt and asked them to get down and get them as soon
as possible, they laughed and said they were ready to leave now
and the get the guys moving down south and be at the general
terminal in Birmingham and they will be there ready to load in
three hours and make sure they all had passports etc. to clear
customs when we land here.  We told Robb about all the help he
would have with over one hundred braves willing to work starting
tomorrow if needed, he laughed and said what the hell did you do
buy a whole Indian tribe.

     My comment was no just borrowing one for the time. OK
Robb I got to go, Love you kiddo see you all later today.  Explain
to the guys that they will be sharing bedroom suites for a bit till we
get some of the cabins cleaned and the heat turned on.  I grabbed
Rick's hand and ask him to follow me please,

     He stated he would follow me anywhere and anytime.

     I lead him into your bedroom locked the door and started to
undress him very slowly and kissing each body part as it as
exposed.  After he was total naked I lead him to our bed and had
him lay down and quickly undressed myself and lay next to him
and continued to slowly explore and tease his entire body.  Each
time he would state he was close I would slow down more and let
him relax a little and then start to arouse him even slower each
time.  When he was to the point of almost crying he was so excited
and was dripping cum like a leaking hose, I took him in my mouth
and felt him explode in me and was able to taste him for the first
time. When he finished cumin he fell back into the bed and was to
sleep in seconds.    I lay next to him and held him close to me and
also drifted off to sleep.  I work up and seconds later Rick also
started to wakeup, I held him close as he opened his eyes and
stated 'Oh God Tim, I can not tell you how much I love you'.  I
just hugged him closer and Rick I can not tell you how much I
need you and love you, please don't ever leave me.

     We took a shower and dressed and went back into the office.
William and Jon were still working away and stated at first when
we heard all the yelling we did not know if you were fighting or
what till we heard 'Oh my god Tim I am going to Cum'.  So we
just left you alone.  They laughed and we joined them, we spent
several hours going over maps and prints and ordering supplies.
Rick stated that he had not seen this much happening since My
Great Grand Dad had built this place, and Jon agreed.  I was
amazed that both of them were around then.    Jon explained he
had moved here to build the ranch for Mr. Nelson. And Rick
explained he had just started working for Mr. Nelson, when his
parents had both been killed in the car accident and Mr. Nelson
helped him thru his grief and had promised him a job here for life.

     I was amazed and asked how old is this place and was
informed by Jon that he ad started construction eight years ago and
finished with all the out buildings etc. just in over two years. We
called down to the kitchen, {Hello Ryan speaking how can I help
you} Ryan this is Tim just figured I should let you know I will be
having 7 more house guests joining us later today and well be stay
here for the duration I hope.  That will be fine how about a huge
Standing Rib roast, red skin potatoes, squash, green beans, a tossed
salad and fresh baked apple or pumpkin pies for desert.  All grown
of raised right here on the ranch.  I said that is perfect but from
now on the ranch has a name and it is Treasure Trails, he chuckled
and started to say you mean like by your and than quite.  I
explained yes the hair trail from navel south and he said oh that is
fine and could be heard laughing as he hung up.  I called back and
he re-answered and I said I hope that does not offend you guys and
really laughed and said not at all but it does make us three feel
better knowing and laughed again.  I think we are really going to
love working here now Tim.
