I do not know any of the celebrities mentioned in this story, nor their
sexuality. This is purely fiction and is meant for entertainment putposes
only.

This story depicts male/male relationships and sexual relations. If you do
not want to read things like that, then leave. You are in the wrong place.

Because of Drew - Chapter 4

"How do you know what I am feeling? Do you have gifts too?" I asked him.

"No, but I was reading up on stuff like this online last week. Pink is the
color that someone with powers turns when they are feeling the emotion of
love in their system." he stated honestly.

I knew in my mind that he was right. What scares me is that he was feeling
the same way that I was about him.

"Not to break the emotion in here or anything, but I am starving. Can we
get some food?" Nick asked. I then remembered that he had a bottomless pit
for a stomach. All I could do was wonder how he managed to stay so fit.

"I think thats a good idea, but maybe you should wake up your band mates,"
Brit started. "I am sure that they would want to be included in dinner
since they probably haven't eaten since yesterday."

"The girl raises a valid point. And we all need to discuss what has been
happening in here." Drew said. I looked at him and wondered how he got all
of his confidence.

"I'm not sure that is a good idea. What if they turn on you?" I asked him.

"Jeff already knows. Justin can be a bit of a homophobic person sometimes,
but I am sure that he will come around. Maybe you can help?" he told me.

"What do you mean by that? Use magic on him? I cannot fool around with the
free will of people." I started. They all just stared at me. "Well I can,
but I refuse to do so. It is unnatural. If he likes me as a person, then he
can find out. As far as my gifts, that should remain between us until I am
ready for them to find out."

"I agree with him. The less people that know right now, the
better. Something might slip in casual conversation and his life would be
changed forever." Brit said.

"We understand." Nick said. "I will go wake up the guys, and we can go to
the hotel restaurant. Be back in a minute." Then he did something that I
have not yet seen. He leaned down and kissed Brit on the lips. All she did
was smile.

"What was all that about? Are you two together now too?" I asked.

"Well yeah. I like him and he likes me. I think this could really work
out." she said. "Can I talk to you for a minute alone please?" she asked
me.

"Yeah. I will be back Drew." I said as I turned to him. He pulled my head
down to him and we kissed. Then Brit took my hand and pulled me into the
bathroom for a little private talk.

"I think that I may be falling for Nick." she told me.

"Honey, you have been falling for Nick since the band first came out a long
time ago." I retorted.

"Yeah, but that was just with his body. You know he looks good!" She had me
there. Nick was hot. My mind then went to Drew. He was constantly on my
thoughts.

"True, but Drew looks pretty damn fine himself." I retorted.

"I didn't know you had such a thing for Drew. You never mentioned him
before and we talked about all of our celebrity crushes." she told me.

"I did but I also had a thing for Nick. But remember how old I was when the
band first started? I was under the impression of you and my female cousins
who told me that Nick was the best. It was like I didn't have a mind of my
own." I replied.

"Agian, true. We had influenced you on your choice of guys pretty well. But
you still should have told me about Drew!" she said. "Could you tell that
he liked you? With your gifts I mean?"

"Kinda. He was feeling a lot of things when I first tried to read him. But
now I know his feelings, and I didn't even need magic to get it out of
him. Now, about you and Nick..." I had started to say.

"I think that I am in love with him. But I can't tell. Can you work your
juju on me and see my feelings?" Brit asked me.

"Of course. Look in the mirror and you will see them too." I told her. She
then faced the mirror and all I had to do was snap my fingers. There was a
mix of colors between pink and dark blue around her. She noticed this too,
and then the colors faded.

"What the hell was that?" she asked.

"The pink is the color of love, as has been stated earlier. The dark blue
is a color that represents your past feelings. I think that you still feel
something for your ex-fiance." I said.

"I was in love with him. But I can't just let my feelings go. I don't love
him anymore. He cheated on my with my sister!" she screamed.

"I know," I said, trying to calm her down. "I can do the same thing on Nick
and let you know how he feels about you. Then you won't be confused anymore
about your feelings."

"You would do that for me? Thank you!" she hugged me.

"But, it has to wait till after dinner. Not to mention, I skipped class to
be here this evening." I said. "And I am also rather hungry."

"I know. Lets go" she said.

Upon our exit from the bathroom, we were greeted with the stares of all
four band members. I was in heaven. I totally forgot that I had been with
one of the greatest bands in this millennium.

"Hi, you must be Sam and Brit. I am Jeff. Hice to meet you." Jeff said as
he held out his hand for me to shake.

I took his hand and heard his thoughts. I didn't even try, but it happens
from time to time. 'Damn, Drew got himself a real catch. I wouldn't mind
getting with him either.' Uh-oh, not good!! Hello drama!!

"We know who you are, we have been following you since your first album."
Brit said.

I looked at Justin and he looked back at me. "Nice to meet you. Nick and
Drew have told us so much about you in the 15 minutes that you guys were in
the bathroom." he said.

"It had been 15 minutes? Wow, sometimes time gets away from me." I
said. "We were just talking about some things. Things that nobody needs to
know about. Yet anyways." I finished.

Nick and Drew only nodded, while Jeff and Justin stared. I guess Justin
thought that Brit and I were together, but Jeff knew better, as my little
mind trick proved earlier.

"I say lets go to dinner. My stomach is grumbling." Nick groaned.

After that was said, we exited the room and went to the elevator. Soon we
were being escorted to a private table in the hotel restuarant. We had
taken our seats, Drew being next to me and Nick being next to Brit.

We had ordered out drinks and food, and the conversation had then
began. "What do you do Sam?" Jeff asked.

"Right now, I work in fast food. Just until I get my BA in Accounting, and
then my CPA, then I will find something more my style. I have always been
more professional." I told them. "I also hope to run my own dojo one day. I
am very involved in martial arts."

"Wow, so thats how you look so good." Justin said.

"Yeah, just Karate and Kick Boxing. Usually I work till 4, then I have to
be at school by 4:30, which I didn't do today. Then I have Karate at 6 and
Kick Boxing at 7. Again, which I didn't do today. I usually sleep about 6
hours a night. Very busy person." I had finished.

"Right on. What about you Brit?" Jeff asked.

"Well, I am working at the same restaurant that Sam is , and attending
cosmotology school in the evenings. Then I will go back and get my degree
in the fashion industry. I hope to be a salon owner and have my own line of
clothes in the next 5 years." Brit had said very honestly.

"Wow. You guys seem to have it pretty planned out. I hope you guys are
happy." Justin said.

"Thanks Justin. That means a lot." I said. "Coming from pop stars like you
guys that is."

Dinner arrived and everything went off without a hitch. Everybody was
smiling and getting along. It meant a lot to me that all of them had liked
me and Brit. Drew looked over at me and I decided to surprise him again and
use a little telepathy. All I had to do was project my thoughts to his
mind.

'Drew, can you hear me. Just nod. Don't say anything out loud.' I
thought. He nodded, looking at me and smiling.

'You want to tell them, don't you.' He nodded again. 'You can tell them. I
am not getting anything negative from them. I think that it will be safe.'

Drew then looked around and cleared his throat for attention. "I have
something to say. This is hard for me to say, because I know you guys so
well. So here it goes." He breathed in and held it. "I am gay. My marriage
to Leah was staged. We are just friends." he finished. Or so I thought.
"And I have found someone else in my life." he actually finished. Then he
leaned over and kissed me.

Jeff and Nick looked up and smiled. I looked over at Justin. He had a look
of disgust on his face. He excused himself, and left the table.

"Justin, wait..." Drew said.
