Disclaimer: I don't know BSB or anyone connected to them in anyway. I don't
know their sexual preferences, this is just a story. I made it all up in my
own little twisted world. Well, it's not that twisted but that's not the
point.

Warning: I don't know where this is going, or what will happen. I've had
this story on my mind for the past couple of months. There may be sex, but
if there is it won't be in the first chapter. So if that's what you're
looking for you might want to look in another place. Now there is one major
super natural kick in this, it deals with Angels. I know first Sryin's,
then Ghosts, then Elf's, and so on but I can't help it, really I can't. :)

Authors Note: Well I'm back and my BSB kick, and I've left for other bands
alone. Now that most likely won't last for long so don't get your hopes
up. If you have time and like this story check out some of my other
stories. I'll leave a small list at the end of this chapter. I don't have
an editor anymore, so most likely there will be a few mistakes. I would
also like to add that if you have the time to please e-mail me. I love feed
back and in some ways it helps get the next chapter out. Ok I'm going to
explain my symbols and my way of writing. I write in the first person point
of view, so to tell the story better I switch characters. I use these ***
to do that and I also use those symbols to start off the chapter. I will
put the name of the characters name in between the symbols when I start a
chapter. When I change the character in the middle of the chapter or any
part of the chapter the name will be at the end of the symbols. As of right
now those are the only symbols I use. If I add more symbols I will explain,
now on with the story I hope you enjoy it.

****Brian*****

I chased Nick down to the swimming pool where I found Loki walking around
nude. He seemed perfectly happy and content.

"Don't worry Bri I already cleared the area, we're safe from the pubic. The
staff and guards won't let anyone within a hundred feet of this place."
Nick had his drawing pad and pencils out already starting to draw Loki who
was unaware.

"If you really want to draw something give me a second and I'll give you
something only a few humans have ever really seen." Then Loki's wings
slowly slipped out of his back, it was simply amazing. It changed
everything about him in some really weird way. He was beautiful as a human,
but with his wings it was far beyond beauty. Loki looked at Nick then
brought his hands to his chest posing for Nick. Nick's eyes were almost
glazed over as he took the sight of him in. Then Nick started drawing
looking up every so often, Loki stood there without moving a single
muscle. It took Nick close to forty-five minutes to draw Loki, but the
picture was breath taking.

"So can you teach me how to swim now or do you want to wait a little
while?" I looked to Nick who was just looking at his pad.

"Yeah, we'll teach you, but you can't have your wings out, you'll get
feathers in the pool." Loki nodded and as simply as the wings had come the
were gone. He jumped into the pool head first and then stood up, this was
not helping my resolve.

Nick changed then sat his pad down and got into the pool with Loki. He was
teaching him how to just float on his back. The only problem was that I was
starting to get a little jealous of where Nick's hands were placed. I knew
Nick loved the water and would teach anyone how to swim so they could enjoy
it as well. There was this one question that was on the tip of my tongue
but I couldn't ask it. Over the years I had wondered about Nick and his
being straight. Even now the question seemed silly since Nick was just
helping Loki. Still his hands did seem to roam near areas that didn't
really need holding up. Nick slowly backed away from Loki letting him float
by himself for a little while, he looked happy.

"Are you going to help me, or just stand there all day and get a free
show." I stripped down to my boxers and jumped into the pool hoping Brian,
Jr., come out to say hello. As I moved toward Loki I knew right then that
no matter what I thought about Jr. was coming out to say hello.

"Now give me a hand and place your hands just under his neck and slightly
around the back of his neck. Now Loki after Brian's got a good grip I want
you to slowly start moving your arms in a backward motion. Cup your hands
lightly and make sure your palm is the first part of your hand that touches
the water."

After about an hour of helping Loki get the basic's down Jr. was at full
attention. Only no one would really see until we got out of the pool. That
was the time I was starting to dread most, no hiding then. My body had
gotten use to the water which only made things a hundred times worse. I had
also turned my boxers around when we had taken a short break. Even then I
had refused to get out of the pool, I told them that I was enjoying it to
much.

"That's enough for the day, why don't we just head back to the rooms." Loki
agreed and walked out of the pool grabbing a towel to dry off with.

"You guys go on, I think I'll stay down a bit longer." Nick looked confused
since it was I who normally left first. Nick left, but Loki stayed behind
to wait for me, he looked content watching me swim back and forth. After
about ten minutes I thought it would be safe to finally get out of the
pool. I was right until I looked over at Loki who still hadn't put any of
his clothes back on.

"Loki, you should get dressed just in case someone comes in." He nodded and
picked up the clothing he had shed, then he put them on. If I had a brain I
would have changed at the same time, but I watched him instead. After he
was done he looked at me smiling lightly.

"Brian, do you have to go to the rest room, cause the lower part of your
body is sticking out really far." I looked down and blushed before
gathering my clothes.

For the next two weeks Nick and Loki rarely left each others sides. Nick
was constantly teaching him how to swim or something else along those
lines. Then they started taking off together and couldn't be found. They
would only leave for about an hour or two then come back. I was starting to
wonder what they did in that time, and if I should be jealous. Kevin asked
me to follow them one day and find out what the hell was going on. It
wasn't the easiest job I had ever done, and I ended up losing them. That
didn't stop me from searching, but still I didn't find them. The next day
was a repeat of the last, what confused me was how they kept doing it. We
moved from city to city so there was no way they could know the
layout. Still everyday they managed to sneak away or lose whoever had been
following them. No one really wanted to ask them what they were up to,
besides it was kind of fun. Then on the day I was going to give up I found
them with my last spot to check out. They were on the roof of the hotel,
Nick was drawing Loki again. Loki stood near the back of the building in
his birthday suit with his wings stretching out. Nick was working so hard
he didn't even notice me come up behind him, Loki just smiled
lightly. After Nick was done I found myself even more amazed with his
talent. He had gotten a lot better over the last couple of weeks, I guess
that was thanks to Loki.

The wind blew turning the pages of his pad, all it had were pictures of
Loki. Different poses but still just Loki and his wings, some of just his
face. The details in the drawings were amazing, Nick was starting to stand
up. He bumped into me and almost screamed since he just found that they
weren't alone.

"You know Rok it isn't to nice to sneak up on people like that." I laughed
as Loki moved toward us wrapping a robe around his body.

"You know Nick would could use his help with that one picture you wanted to
draw." I looked at Nick quickly who looked like he was in very deep
thought.

"You know you have a really good point there and Brian is the perfect
size." Instantly I had a feeling that my finding them had been their idea
all along.

"Would you help us Brian, please it would only take an hour." Loki had this
puppy dog face that I had never seen on his face before.

"If you help I could sing for you, Nick too, and I could take you flying."
He was almost pouting, I looked at Nick who looked like a proud father.

"You taught him how to do that, you should be ashamed of yourself." Nick
only laughed as Loki put on some extra charm and expert whining.

"Ok, I'll help what do I have to do for this picture?" Nick smiled then got
me to promise I would help no matter what. I agreed since I knew there was
no way I was going to beat both of them. We agreed to meet on the roof of
the next city for the picture. Kevin pulled me off to the side after the
concert that night and got the down low on what had been happening.

"I knew I shouldn't have worried, it's just Nick doesn't make the best
teacher in my eyes." I laughed nodding slowly knowing what Nick had been
teaching him.

"Well, it may not be all that bad, after all I think he got him singing. He
said something about singing at least." Kevin shrugged his shoulders and
left me to get ready to leave. Once on the bus I was a little nervous about
this picture now that I started thinking about it. Nick had never told me
what I had to do and I had just promised without really thinking. For all I
knew he wanted to draw me and Loki in a sexual act. I shook my head knowing
Nick would never go that far, but I knew he had made me promise for a
reason. So most likely there would be some kind of nudity since that was
how he had been drawing Loki for a while now. I could deal with that, after
all Nick's seen me naked before and Loki wouldn't care. And as long as I
kept telling myself that maybe I would believe it when the time came. When
the day finally came Nick and Loki were already out of sight. I was scared
out of my mind, and I knew that I shouldn't have been. There was only one
problem, I had the biggest crush on Loki, and if I were around him nude. I
stopped thinking about it as I walked up to the roof of the hotel in just
my bath robe. As I stepped onto the roof my whole body seemed to freeze as
I looked at Loki. There was no way in hell I was going to be able to
control myself.

"We thought that you had chickened out, well I thought you did. Loki over
there said that you would come because you gave your word." Nick smiled and
then asked me to lose the robe and to stand in front of Loki. I did as he
asked, hoping I would stay limp a little longer, maybe I could hold out
until the picture was done.

"Loki wrap Brian up in your arms, then bring the tips of your wings
together just above your head." Loki pulled my body up against his causing
me to gasp lowly.

"It's ok Brian, I understand a little more about the human body now, you
can relax." He had whispered the words into my ear causing my body to
react.

"For some reason any time I'm near you my body reacts the same way, so just
let it go." As I let myself fall into his arms my world seemed to just
stop. I could spend the rest of my life just standing here with him in this
place. Everything else could just fade away as long as he remained. The
wind had picked up a little sending his hair flying into the wind. I looked
up to see him looking toward Nick, it was then that I could see him as he
was. He was simply an angel with the mind of a child, the heart of an
innocent. He may have thought he understood his body, but in truth he
didn't, and I didn't think I had the right to show him what it meant. After
Nick was done with the picture I found that no matter what my mind said my
body just wouldn't agree.

"Brian would you mind posing for just one more picture, please?" I nodded
then Loki walked up to Nick who whispered something into his ear, then he
walked back. He placed one hand under my knees and the other behind my
back, then I was lifted off the ground. I placed my arm behind his neck and
under his hair.

"Now just act like your lifeless and just let Loki do all the work." I
closed my eyes and laid in his arms like everything bit of life had been
sapped out my body. I opened my eyes once to see Loki looking upward with
tears falling out of his eyes. My heart stopped wondering what could bring
him so much pain. His wings were out stretched as far as he could get them
to stretch. He looked like someone had just taken everything he loved away
from him. I closed my eyes hoping that somehow Nick had taught him how to
cry. If he hadn't then I had no idea what was hurting him while he held me,
it broke my heart. An hour later Nick was done with his picture, Loki sat
me down and wiped the tears away. He smiled and Nick looked like nothing
had ever happened then Nick held the picture up. It was breath taking, Nick
had added more to the picture making it look amazing. Nick had drawn us but
there was light coming out of these clouds. Nick had also added what looked
like other angels only smaller and see through. Then he had added the
master piece an angel with his arms around Loki's upper body. All of the
faces looked so sad, so lost and filled with heart ache.

"If I knew you could stuff like this I would have asked you to draw me
sooner." Nick blushed then shrugged his shoulders lightly.

"Well, if you want you could meet us on the roof tops from now on and join
us in our art." From that point on we would always meet on the roof tops
whenever we could. Loki was watching us at every concert, and every night
he would party like he was born to do so. He and AJ had become good friends
and he had introduced Loki to wine and a few other drinks. After a few
drinks Loki could dance with the best of dancers. He moved like a snake
with the grace of an angel, he was beautiful to watch. Even more beautiful
to move with, the way he would look into someone's eyes. Everything he felt
could be seen there as if it were a looking glass into his very soul.

"So how does it work Loki, what happens to an angel when it dies?" Everyone
looked at Nick like he was nuts, everyone knew angels didn't die.

"We stop existing, we don't have souls like humans, we are souls. So when
we are killed, which doesn't happen all that often, but it does happen. We
all know the risk in coming to earth even if we have all our powers. Still
most of us can't help ourselves, we love humans, they have something we
don't. They can feel more than we are allowed to feel, they can do what we
cannot." He was looking away like he was remembering something, his eyes
looked so distant.

"So why is it so dangerous for angels to come to earth, does it make them
more human like you?" Loki looked at Kevin slowly, it was almost like he
was studying him.

"No, just as angels can come to earth so can demons. The war for heaven has
never really stopped, even now it goes on. Only now most of the passage
ways have been closed and it's really hard for them to get out. Still it
happens and they try to trick humans out of their souls, then get the human
killed. In the beginning I was one of the angels that was fighting at the
front lines. I was told that I should have stayed back with some of the
stronger angels, but I couldn't. For this act I was moved up to a higher
ground where I could do more. It was then that I was made into the angel of
death, and God's wrath so to speak. I did that for a very long time, until
I just couldn't take it anymore."

"So I asked that I be the way that I was so I could help the human race,
not take it's life. My wish was granted, and now I'm here on earth,
becoming more human with every passing minute. I'm sure that soon I will
lose my wings and even a human made weapon will end my existance." After he
finished the group was in silence with how real everything had become. He
had given up so much for the human race, and the human race would never
know. The powers he had given up because he couldn't stand taking a human
life. All he had ever wanted to do was help this race that couldn't help
itself. After all he had done he was here on earth becoming what he had
tried to help. None of this made any sense, how could God do something to a
being that had only followed it's heart. Yeah he had broken rules but in
truth he had only done it because of what he was. It didn't make sense that
a being would be punished for doing what it was made to do. I had to push
all the thoughts out of my mind since I was starting to get a head ache.

"Brian would you dance with me, or are you to tired?" I nodded and stood
with Loki who led the way to the dance floor. So we danced, well I did a
lot of watching thanks to Nick who had dressed Loki that night. Tight
clothing really worked well with Loki, in fact it was starting to make me
show through my own clothing. Loki was moving closer with every beat of the
drums, there was this look in his eyes. I don't know what it was, but it
sent chills up my spine, he was just so perfect. When he was close enough
he brushed his lips against mine, which shocked me a little. Then he
twirled away from me, for a moment I saw him as he really was, an angel. I
could see the wings, opening spreding outward, his arms raised up
high. Then it was back to what he was now, he was so different from what he
use to be. That night when we left the club I had to much on my mind, to
many questions that needed to be answered. Only the thing was, I couldn't
get the answers from the being that had them.

"Oh how the mighty have fallen, poor little Loki all alone and losing who
he use to be, isn't it so sad." The voice was low and raspy, almost like a
snake, Loki was already facing it as we all turned.

"Well you'll never get a better shot at taking me out now will you Javeil?"
The thing that came out of the shadows looked like some kind of bum, only a
lot worse than anything I had seen.

"I don't want to hurt you Loki, I would never think of trying to challege
you, even in your weakened state. Not many demons remember the first
battle, but I do, I remember it so clearly. How many of us did you kill,
one, two, three hundred, all by yourself, no I wouldn't even dream of
killing you." The back of Loki's shirt started ripping, then his wings were
at full mass. After that we couldn't see anything, he was blocking any path
that the demon could use to attack us.

"What I want is for you to join me, and the others, with you we could fight
our way back into heaven. God turned his back on you, like he did us, all
for these little things that whine, cry, and then die. You could have
anything that you want if you come with me, I'm sure my master would reward
you with anything you want." The wings slowly lowered and what stood in
front of Loki wasn't a bum, but something made of pure evil. It's skin was
like a snakes, and it's eyes black as cole, it didn't really have any lips,
just a mouth.

"You should know better than to ask me that question, even if I was on the
verge of dying I wouldn't change sides." There was a laugh that came from
behind us, and to the side of us as other demons walked out of the
darkness.

"I thought you would say that, so I brought a few friends, now the question
is would you join us if it would save them?" Loki's body tensed up, as he
looked around at the other demons, then he smiled lightly and laughed.

"You know what I think is really funny, the fact that you think I couldn't
protect them from such small numbers. I may not have all the gifts and
powers that I once had, but I can still cause some damnage when I need
to. Only I'm not in a weakened state like you think, becoming more human
has made me a little bit more dangerous." Before I could blink he was gone,
Loki had just vanished from sight. Then there were two screams, or at least
they sounded like screams, everything was happening so fast. Something was
around us like walls almost, then it felt like everything was being pushed
away from us as the walls left.

"As you can with your two friends, I'm far more dangerous than anything
you've ever encountered before." I looked up to see Loki floating above us,
his wings slightly moving to keep him in the air. The thing that had been
in front of us still stood there with it's eyes wide and it's mouth open
wide. Slowly it looked upward, it's whole body shook either from anger or
fear, but I don't think that mattered.

"This isn't over Arch Angel, you'll see soon enough you should have joined
us when you had the chance." Then it was moving down through the ground,
only the ground hadn't changed any, then it was gone. Everyone breathed a
sigh of relief as Loki slowly landed on the ground, Nick was the first at
his side.

"That was amazing, it was so cool, I didn't know you could move like that,
oh I can't believe it." His voice changed from being hyper to something
more like worry as he looked at Loki a little closer. Loki had blood
driping from his wings, and his side, his breathing was a bit uneven.

"We have to move away from here quickly I don't know how much longer I can
hold this act up." The wings melted back into his back as his body fell
forward Kevin caught him, and no one moved. There was silence, as we
realized just how much it had cost him to do what he had done to save
us. Kevin was carrying him with a little help from Nick, AJ was making a
call for a limo. We had planned on walking to the hotel, it was only a few
blocks away now that seemed unlikely.

"Who would have thought he weighed so much for someone that can move that
quick." There was a small laugh, but nothing more as the limo pulled up and
we got in laying Loki on one seat.

"Do you think he's going to be ok, I mean, he's bleeding, doesn't that mean
he could die?" I looked at Howie and forced myself not to think about what
he had just said, only the thoughts refused to stop. My mind focused on the
image of him just fading away like he had never been, almost like when he
had moved to fight those things. That thought sent chills up my spine and
straight to my heart as I looked at him. How many times would he save us
before it got him kiilled, or worse made him an easier target.

"How are we going to get him in the hotel without someone stopping us, his
shirt is ripped up and he's bleeding?" Without thinking Nick took his shirt
off and gave it to me since I had been the one to speak.

"It's black so it should hide the blood at least long enough for us to get
him to one of the rooms. We'll just tell anyone that ask that he had a
little to much to drink and passed out." I nodded and took his shirt off,
getting a closer look at his side which looked to be healing really
fast. My heart finally returned to a normal rythem knowing that he was
going to be ok. After putting Nick's shirt on him I tried to wake him up a
little, all I did was get him to open his eyes for a second then he went
back out. For the next four hours someone was always watching over Loki,
all of his clothing was on the floor. He had been stabbed in more places
than one, I guess that's why he had taken to the air. His legs had three
wounds that were closing and fading quickly, while his thigh just looked to
be brused now. Now as I took my shift watching over him I found myself
laying beside him with my hand drapped over his chest. I could feel his
heart beating, that was one thing that I needed to know, only it was a
rythem I had never listened to so closely. As I listened my eyes got
heavier, soon I found myself in a world of dreams. When I woke up Loki was
staring down at me with this look of peace and sadness. The look just
didn't belong there, it was heart breaking, only I could ask what was
wrong, he told me first.

"I'm a danger to you, and your friends, if I stay you all risk dying, and I
can't risk that not now or ever. What I'm trying to tell you is that I have
to leave, and lead them away from here, from you. For the past couple of
weeks I've been wondering what I was feeling and how I could tell you
without making a fool of myself. I would find myself dreaming of you, some
times innocently, other times, well not so innocent, I asked Nick about
it. He told me that I was falling in love, or something like that, he said
that I should tell you." I couldn't find enough air to speak, all I could
do was move my lips. Here I was finding out that my angel was in love with
me and that he was getting ready to leave me.

"I know I should have just left and never said any of this but I couldn't
just vanish without letting you know how I feel. From the first moment I
saw you, my heart started beating differently than before. To be honest I
just thought I was trying to hold onto what I use to be, but I found that
wasn't true. I couldn't really let you out of my sight without being over
come with worry. That's why I was there to catch you before you fell, I was
waiting for any reason to be near you agian." Tears fell from his eyes as
he leaned down placing a kiss on my forehead.

"I've placed you in enough danger, I love you Brian, I always will, but now
I have to go, tell everyone I said good bye." I pulled the air into my
lungs forcing the words without thought.

"No, you can't go." My voice was high, almost a scream, I'm sure the others
heard me but Loki just looked at me. Tears still fell, as a small smile
grew on his face, he just looked at me. Then the door opened and he stepped
through, I don't remember moving ot the door or opening it, but as I looked
down the hall I saw nothing.

*****Loki

The wind wiped across my face as I took to the skies moving as quickly as I
could away from him. I knew that the forces of darkness were on my tail
following me, chasing me down to end me. They would think about taking my
friends, my love as bait, only if I kept moving they would know I wouldn't
know they had them. So attacking them would be foolish as it would alert
other angels, and maybe start a battle that they couldn't win. To trick a
human out of their soul and end their life was risky, but in a way they had
earned that soul. Only killing a human out right could start a war that
would force the heavens to decend on hell with fury beyond normal
thought. If I had been the target things would have been different if
humans died since it was a fight that an angel was already in. So many
rules that had to be followed, now they would be safe from the
darkness. Only my heart screamed for my return to them, to him, a human who
had taken my heart.

"Why have you done this to me? Why leave me with no defense against them,
why couldn't you just make your mind up? Am I human, angel, or something
that doesn't earn you attention? You made me this way, why can't I be with
him?" I stayed in the air just keeping myself from moving my head thrown
back waiting an answer.

"You've always had a choice Loki, you could have come home, the best
punishment is what you do to yourself." I turned to see what had once been
my friend, another angel like I had been.

"You have to learn to stop interfering with human lives, some need to end,
while others continue. It is their freewill that makes them what they are,
why can't you see that, you have no right to interfere." My body twitched
at this tone, and anger bowled within my heart.

"I was made to watch over them, to protect them, to help them when I could,
and when I do the things I was made to do I am punished." My voice had a
tone that I didn't think existed in my voice before.

"Is that the way it needs to be Thane, that I'm not allowed to follow my
heart, is that why I was put here? Do you really think I made myself more
human? No I haven't that power, other wise I would have died a long time
ago." He simply looked at me and smiled a knowing smile that I had once
shared.

"You've always had the power to become what you want to become Loki, that
has never been a question. The choice has always been yours to make, you
can be a human or an angel, or what you are now which is a mix of both. You
can even switch back in forth a few times, until you've made up your mind
that is. Just know that once you make up your mind there is no turning
back. If you become human fully you will risk losing your existance, and if
you decide to come home you will have to stop your interfering." I couldn't
find the words to explain how much he had helped me or cleared things up
for me.

"The punishments were of your own making, you took your own gifts away from
yourself, not God. Oh, and Loki remember that if you're at least ninty
percent human you gain the proctection of a human. In other words, the
demons won't be able to hurt you without starting a war." Then he was gone
back to a place that I couldn't follow yet, a place that offered prefection
in love and happiness. A place that would erase my fears, my doubts, a
place that I didn't really belong anymore. I turned and headed back to the
hotel roof, finding a nice place to sit and think for a while. At some
point Nick had found me, he just sat down beside me and placed his hand on
my knee.

"We thought you were gone for good, I guess it was a good idea to check up
here again." I looked at him just before I leaned my body against his, he
wrapped his arms around me.

"So did I, until an old friend paid me a visit, and made me see how much of
a fool I've been. All of this is my fault, I guess I should have known
better, or maybe that's why this happened. After all it's what I always
wanted deep down inside, I wanted to be what I cared for the most." Nick
looked at me, and for a moment he looked confused, then he started
understanding.

"Even if I stay and do as my friend said you and the others would still be
in great danger. They may come and chance a war with heaven just to make
sure I was taken out of the picture once and for all." Nick tightened his
arms around me and laid a kiss on top of my head.

"We'll be here for you Loki, like you were there for us, and if we die
fighting with you at least we died fighting for something worth fighting
for." My head fell at the thought losing my dear friends, and even more my
love, something I hadn't thought I would ever find. An emotion that I
thought I would only know in it's pure form, not the way a human knows
it. Yet here I was in love with Brian, falling more every second that
passed and I could be the reason that their time ran out.

"We all love you, for different reasons, but it's still there, we may not
be able to show you love like you could find in heaven, but we love you
none the less. Stay with us, we'll keep you safe, and fight anything that
tries to take you away." All I could do was nod as I felt myself change,
quicker and quicker I felt it deep in my heart. Everything was changing, it
scared me, but it was the only way I could stay with them.

"Loki what's happening, you feel different, what's wrong?" As the change
stops just before I become completely human, I smile lightly this was what
I had to do.
