Subject: Boybands/ No Painless Way delay/question

Hey, DaraLynn here.  I'm afraid I'll be delaying this story for at least a
short while - for a somewhat odd reason.  The story is completed, all 16
chapters, but writer's block is not the reason for this.  Well, perhaps in a
way it is.
Thing is, this story is very dark.  It contains a few non-consensual sex
scenes.  I wrote this story as a challenge, to see if I *could*, basically,
but now that I have I'm uncertain.  I've never written anything like this
before, and while the story is, I feel, not badly-done and handled maturely,
I'm suddenly hesitant about posting it.  I don't think I realized till just
recently how disturbing and quite graphic it is.  Not very violent, but
probably something that would freak a lot of people, me included.
In all honesty, I think this story is a pretty good one, so I thought maybe
if I made it a little less graphic I'd feel better.  No such luck.  Writer's
block has struck with a vengeance, and I find I can't alter this story
without destroying it.
Basically, it's like this - I think "No Painless Way" is fairly good.  But
it's graphic and dark and contains things I wouldn't wish on anyone,
especially a musical group I care for.  I don't want to upset anyone or let
it be thought that I would ever wish harm to Justin Timberlake, who I would
honestly give my life to protect.
So the decision falls to you.  Over the next few days, if I receive more
"Post the story" e-mails than "Don't post it" emails, I will gladly post it,
with appropriate warnings as to the dark content.  If most people seem to
want me not to post it, then I probably won't.  Either way, I promise that
future stories will be more humorous and lighter.  I love this archive and I
love being part of it.  In summation, I guess what I'm asking is for you
guys to tell me that my posting "NPW" is okay.
