I've got everything planned loosely up to chapter 10. Hoping to get a few more done by Christmas. Hope you like this. You may see the chapters are getting a little bigger? Last Time on Beginnings of Something New It was at this time that Lance arrived, hand in hand with Jacob. They'd just taken each other's hands outside the door, thinking only the Nsync guys would be there. "You ready?" Lance asked Jacob, squeezing his hand in reassurance. "As I'll ever be." Jacob responded. They entered then, still hand in hand to be met with more than they had bargained for. And now...on with part 5 Beginnings of Something New-part 5 "What the fuck?" Nick screamed, after turning to see who was at the door. Immediately everyone's eyes turned to see as well, causing both Lance and Jacob to blush. //What the hell// Thought Lance. "Everyone. This is Jacob, my boyfriend." Lance said, turning to look into Jacobs's proud face, and moving in to kiss the oh-so-tempting lips. Nick and Kevin watched on in awe at the display. Justin was grinning widely, happy to see how close his friend and the hot guy had got. AJ, Joey and Chris also looked shocked...at first. AJ shouted out, "Go Lance!" As they began to kiss, causing both men to pull apart and blush an even deeper shade of red. //If that's possible// Justin thought, still grinning. Chris however, was not so happy. Getting up, and `accidentally ramming into Jacob on the way out. "Jacob, honey are you okay?" Lance asked, worry evident in his voice. "That stupid asshole, I'll kill him!" Lance almost roared. Justin had never seen Lance so protective of someone or angry with someone in his life and it was an improvement in Justin's opinion. It was at this time that JC ran from the shower, clad only in a towel. Brian's eyes nearly popped out of his head at this. //He's so sexy. Look at those nipples, that chest that bulge!// Howie noticed Brian's lust as the one he had for Kevin. He also noticed JC looking back with the same lust, and Brian's growing hardness. "I'm happy for you LANCE, and..." "Jacob." Lance answered for his boyfriend, kissing him gently on the cheek. "Jacob." Howie finished, hoping that had brought the new budding love in the room had cooled off slightly. It hadn't. If anything, it looked worse. Messages between the two were been silently sent back and fourth, and if they weren't careful they'd be doing each other on the floor in front of everyone. Kevin, usually the observant one hadn't taken any of this in, not been able to take his heated gaze from the man Lance had brought in. //Jacob that's what Lance said, right? He's so beautiful.// Kevin thought, continuing to stare at the man. Jacob noticed the gaze Kevin was giving him and he moved a little closer to Lance, putting his arm around his boyfriend. Kevin frowned at Jacob's lack of interest. But he'd felt something. Something more than some cheap lust and want. He felt something strike at his heart. Lance was too busy watching the display between Justin and Brian, and Nick and Justin to notice Kevin's interest in his boyfriend. "Guys, what's happening today?" "We're doing a joint video." Howie replied, as AJ and Joey had gone back to there conversation. "Okay, when?" "Around two hours." Howie replied again. "Thanks Howie. Guys, we'll be in my room when you're ready." "Sure Lance." JC replied like a Zombie, his gaze still locked with Brian's. Howie got up and left, deciding to read the song without any distractions. AJ and Chris also left at this point, deciding on seeing what facilities the hotel had. Lance and Jacob were just finishing talking to Justin who had quickly got up to congratulate them. JC and Brian, upon silent agreement decided on moving to Brian's room, which they both did. JC still in his towel, causing a few raised eyebrows in the room. "Bye ponce!" Nick insulted Justin on the way out of the door before pulling the young man into a passionate kiss. "Just so you know what you'll never have." Nick said. A little shocked, but at the same time excited he found what could really hurt the goody-two shoes. //Me. After all this time trying to get to him and it's me that can hurt him most. He wants me// Nick thought, realizing the irony. Justin almost burst in tears right their after Nick pinched his butt before finally leaving the room, shouting out. "Meet me in my room in an hour if you want some fun, curly." Then with that Nick blew a kiss and retreated down the corridor. Justin didn't know whether to continue crying or to sing with joy. But he also left the room and ran in the opposite direction to his own room, leaving a perplexed Lance. Through all of this Kevin had continued to stare at Jacob, which Lance had just realized. "Eh, Kevin...can I talk to you a minute?" Lance asked Kevin, with firmness to his voice. "Huh...oh yeah, whatever." Kevin responded. Finding it hard to focus on anything but Jacob's fantastically beautiful eyes. "My room's 294 honey. Wait for me there." Lance handed Jacob the electronic key card before moving fully into the room and closing the door. "Kevin" Lance began sitting face to face with the older BSB man. "WHAT?" Kevin yelled, irritated that the beautiful Adonis had been taken away. "Don't yell at me Kevin. It's me who should be yelling. It's MY BOYFRIEND you were staring at, remember?!" Lance said, emphasizing the words `my' and `boyfriend' Kevin looked down in shame, hearing the truth in Lance's words. But the shame or guilt never came. He didn't feel bad for wanting what he did. It was the truth and he wouldn't lie. "Listen to me, little boy." Kevin began with harshness to his voice, which didn't match his harmless gentleman personae. "We're going to be spending a long time together on tour starting in a week. All relationships have problems, Lance. ALL. I'll get close to Jacob." Kevin said, nearly purring Jacob's name. "He'll come to me when you fight, cry on my shoulder. I'll comfort him. Relationships can end as quick, as they begin. Watch your step, Lance. I'll be waiting for you to make a mistake." With that, Kevin got up himself and left the room leaving a stunned Lance staring at where Kevin had been sat. Lance couldn't describe what he was feeling at this moment. Fear, panic, protectiveness, anger and confusion were at the top of his list. "Jacobs mine," Lance stated to no one. "I won't let him go!" To Be Continued.
