My parents stayed in New York while I filmed in LA so I started to have the time of my life, being only 16. I was having fun but got myself into drugs and stuff. I stayed in LA to be able to promote the movie and all of that business. Well the movie was released and it hit big, both with critics and audiences, especially teens. I got excellent reviews for my role as a drugged up, crime committing, bi kid in Hollywood. Which wasn't so much a stretch for me being bi/gay myself and at the time I was into drugs.
