Hey, thanks Mandy for the response..  You just may get your wish.  LOL
And Jay, you are the hardest character to write about!! Grr.  Well, let's
get on with the story,shall we?

The Legal Crap: .x. The following story will be unlike any other story you
have read. It involves homosexuality, the members of N*Sync, and my
sometimes overactive imagination. If you are not of age to be reading these
kind of stories, please do not do so.  If you do not want to read them,
please leave.  And let's keep my identity a secret for now, shall we? It
keeps the story having a little more "mystery". But feel free to email me.

Last time:  Javian and Kaidence were invited to spend a week with Nsync.
Justin decides that he likes Javian, Lance decides that Kaidence is the girl
for him and JC is thinking about making a life altering decision...  What
will happen next?

"I will still steal your toothbrush when you aren't looking."
Chris smirked at Kaidence in a teasing way.  Kaidence whimpered and Lance
stepped in.
"Why are you so interested in Kai's toothbrush anyway?"
"You've seen the kitchen.  It needs cleaned.  Her toothbrush just calls out
'Use me to clean the kitchen'."
Lance and Kaidence burst into laughter.  Chris stared at them.
"Hey, guys, I am serious here."
Kaidence could only wrapped her arms around him and give him a hug.  As
Chris hugged her, he caught the look of lust on Lance's face.
"I don't know what is going on but I think Lansten has a crunch on Kai."
Chris thought to himself.  He was going to keep an eye on his friend.

"Justin, you can tell him!"
"And just why can't I tell him?"
"Because... I... just because."
Justin could only glare at his friend.  He had thought that JC would stand
behind him in his decision to tell Kaidence and Javian that he was gay.  But
all of a sudden, JC didn't want him to.
"Josh, I need a better reason than just because."
JC mumbled something under his breath.  Justin strained to hear him.
"Josh, what is wrong with you?"
"Nothing!"
JC ran from the room.  Justin watched his best friend in wonderment.

"You're WHAT!?"
Kaidence covered a hand over Naja's face.  Naja bit her.
"Ow, you bitch."
"How could you and him not tell anybody that you are his coverup?"
"Because it is our business."
Naja fumed.  She hadn't been so angry in months.  She glared at Kaidence and
noticed that something else was bothering her.  Naja blew the fire out of
her anger.
"Kaidy, what's wrong?"
"Well, Naj.."
"Coverup?" Chris was shocked at the thought.  So Javian was gay.  He started
out of the hiding spot and ran right into Joey.
"Whoa, Chris, what's the rush?"
"Nothing, nothing."
Joey shrugged.
"Have you seen Naj?"
Chris motioned toward the great room.  Joey could make out female voices.
"Hey thanks."
Chris turned and ran as Joey started into the room that the girls were
occupying.

"Javian, is there something you haven't said to anyone yet that we should
know?"
Javian looked up in horror at Justin.  Justin couldn't know, could he?  As
he tried to stutter out a response, the other man laughed.
"Gotcha.  But from the way you are stuttering, you sound you need someone to
talk to."
Javian lowered his head.
"Justin, I am gay."
Justin's mind froze at the words.  His wish... was true.
"And Kai?"
"She is my coverup and BEST friend in the whole world."
Justin took Javian's hand in his.  Javian felt himself go warm inside from
Justin's touch.
"Well, now that that is out in the open, I quess I have something to say."
Javian could only imagine what was on the other man's mind.  Would he be
sent away?  Ridiculed?  He crouched down and waited for the negative words
to come from Justin's mouth.
"I am gay also.  And I like you."
And with those simple words, Justin leaned forward and kissed Jacvian on the
lips.  Javian was in shock but that didn't stop him from kissing back.  When
the kiss ended, they could only look at each other.
Suddenly, the door slammed shut.
"HOW COULD YOU?"
JC came running into the room.
"HOW COULD YOU JUSTIN?  YOU HAD NO RIGHT!"
Justin jumped up and got into JC's face.
"Had no right to do what? To kiss the guy that I like?"
"No, to kiss the guy that I like!"
Javian fell off the couch at the comment.  Neither Justin or JC noticed him
fall.  He stared at the fighting couple in wonderment.  Justin was the next
one to speak.
"Josh, you're... gay?"
"Yes, you aren't the only gay person in this group, JuJu.  Live with it."
Justin turned around and looked like he was going to walk away, but suddenly
realed back and smacked JC hard in the face.  Javian, still laying on the
floor, thought that his eyes would fall out of his head.
"How can you suddenly be gay?"
JC, still smarting from the sudden blow, exploded.
"Suddenly?  Justin, I just didn't suddenly decide to be gay!  I have known
about it for a while now.  I knew before you came out."
Justin's jaw dropped.
"And another thing, I will fight you for Javian."
Javian caught the last part of the convo as he slithered out onto the patio.
"There is no way in hell that I will let two guys fight over me.  Yeah,
sure, the attention is great but I don't want to see two friends fight like
this."
"Jay, where are you going?"
Javian screamed and took off running at the sound of JC's voice calling
after him.  Justin glared at JC.
"Nice going, Joshua, now he may never come back into the house."
"Hey, you helped in it."
The boys continued to fight as they walk back into the house.  Naja and
Joey, who had been sitting in the private area of the patio, could only look
at each other.  When they came to their senses, Joey reacted.
"Naj, you find Kaidence, send her after Jay.  I will grab the guys.  We will
meet here in an hour.  This has to get settled.  Tonight."

"Jay, where are you?"
Kaidence glanced out into the dark lawn and sighed.  She looked back toward
the patio where Lance and Naja stood watching her.  To her side a branch
moved.
"Kai, over here."
Kaidence nonchalantly made it look like she was looking in the direction of
the tree and quickly stepped into the alcove.  Javian stood there.
"Did they see you come in here?"
Kaidence shook her head.
"Only Lance and Naj saw and they don't know that I found you."
Javian wiped the perspiration off his brow.  Kaidence wrapped her best
friend in a hug.
"I heard what they said to you.  I also heard you ran.  I thought you said
you wouldn't do that anymore."
"I am sorry Kaid, but I had to.  They were positively horrible towards each
other.  When JC said that he would fight for me, I couldn't take it anymore.
  I ran."
Kaidence hugged him tighter.  Javian whispered something in her ear.
"Jay, that is evil.  You can't do that..."
"Watch me."
And with those words, they stepped out the alcove.

TO BE CONTINUED...

Dun Dun DUN!  OOO, even I can't wait to find out what happens, and I am
writing it.  HeHe.  I have started the third one and it should be out in a
day or so.

NEXT TIME: Will Javian reveal his plan?  Is JC's and Justin's friendship be
over because of their fight over one guy?  Will Lance finally get Kaidence?
Will Joey, Naja, and Chris be written about more?  (This last question is a
definite yes!  I have been so busy setting up the story that they have been
forgotten!)
