but I really hope it does. If you like it or don't like it, have
questions, comments or ideas, please e-mail me at: Psycho920jc@aol.com
All advice is appreciated but no flaming! BTW, this story is going to be
about Justin and JC with a few guest appearances from other celebrities.
And remember: None of the events taking place in this story are true and it
is not to imply anything about the sexuality of the characters involved.
So There! So if you are please leave! So here it goes.
Eternity: Part 1
*/*/*/*/*
***** For the longest time I knew that I was different than other people in
the world. I always seemed to be the minority in the crowd for some reason,
watching from behind the lines. While other people my age were out going on
dates and having fun, I was staying at home being lonely. I guess I never
had interest in these sorts of things. I have had people practically throw
themselves on me throughout my life, saying that they love me and that they
want me to marry them, but I have never had interest. I never have and I
guess, I never will. But what can I say? I guess this is who I am. I do
have some really great friends, probably some of the best in the world. They
help me through everything, all my problems. They are like brothers to me.
But can they really except me for who I really am? I guess we will just have
to wait and find out. *****
The day was rainy but not cold. It was weather that was really not that
uncommon for a tropical town such as Orlando, but today seemed really bad.
The winds roared and water poured as though there was just no end. But even
with these harsh conditions a young man by the name of Justin Timberlake
waited at a small diner on the outskirts of Orlando.
"I wonder where he is. I told Josh to be here an hour ago. Maybe he got
lost on the way over here. No. We've been here before. Maybe he was in a
wreck. I mean the roads are really slick. But let's not try to think of
that." The thought of his best friend raced through Justin's head as he
waited for him to arrive. He peered out the window into the pouring rain and
noticed a car pull into the parking lot. Justin focused on the driver and saw
that it was his best friend, Joshua Chasez.
Justin stood up and walked over to the door of the diner to greet his friend
as he walked in, soaked with rain.
"Hey Curly, sorry about being late, but the traffic was really bad with the
roads being wet and all and I didn't want to take any chances." Josh
explained.
"Oh, ok. Its cool. I guess its better that you are late then be dead."
Justin shook the bad thoughts out of his head as he walked over to the booth
he was sitting at earlier.
As the two men sat down a waitress in her middle twenties walked up to them
and asked for their order. She stared at them for a while as they looked at
the menus before she finally asked; "Do I know you two from somewhere? You
seem very familiar."
They both laughed as JC explained who they were. She blushed brightly now
realizing who they both were.
"I guess that I will take...a hamburger and fries." Justin replied to her
earlier inquiry.
"Yeah, I would like that too," Josh added as he smiled at her. She wrote it
down and then walked off.
"So what's up, Curly?" JC asked, turning his attention back to Justin.
"Well nothing really, I just wanted to talk with you. We haven't had much
time to chat with the tour preparations and the studio work and stuff. I
just felt like we were getting out of touch" Justin explained.
"Yeah I know what you mean. Sometimes I just want to get rid of all this
work and take a nice long 10 year vacation!" They both laughed at JC's
comment. At that moment the waitress walked back carrying to trays of food
and handed them to each person.
"Thank you!" they both said simultaneously causing them to laugh again. She
smiled and then walked over to another customer.
"So how do you think the new album is coming along?" JC asked.
"Well I guess its going a long pretty well. Its sounding a lot better than
the last two albums and I think it shows off our talent a little more. Plus
I like the hip hop sounds a lot more." Justin replied.
"I bet you do, just try to lay off the Ebonics for a while. That was really
bad." JC laughed loudly remembering few months that Justin became obsessed
with Ebonics.
"That is so low." Justin replied before finally starting to laugh.
It was quiet for the next few moments before Justin finally broke the
silence. "Josh, I kind of asked you to come here to tell you something else.
I am just not really sure how you or the rest of the guys are going to react
to this. But I figured you would probably take it the best."
"Sure. What is it that you wanted to tell me? You didn't kill somebody did
you?" Josh chuckled before finally realizing the serious look in Justin's
eyes. "Sorry" Josh said plainly.
"Well I guess...What I am trying to say is, umm, I..." Justin looked around
nervously and then into Josh's eyes. Thoughts raced through his head a
million miles a minute. He was not ready yet. "I guess what I am trying to
say is that...I--I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND!"
Josh looked into Justin's eyes and tried to hold back the laughter, but it
was just too much. Justin joined in, though his laugh was not authentic.
"Oh that is so funny Justin. You brought me out here just to tell me that!
That's a good one!"
"I guess it is pretty funny." Justin said as though disappointed in JC.
"Hey Curly, you want to stay over at my house tonight? We don't have
anything scheduled for tomorrow, that is unless you have a date or
something." He laughed again. "I think it would be good for us just to kick
back and relax for a night. We could get some videos or something. How bout
it?" Josh asked.
"Yeah sure that sounds cool. I just have to swing home and get some stuff
and tell my mom I am staying over. I am sure she won't mind." Justin
replied.
"Cool. Meet me at my place at...7?" "Sounds cool. See ya then" He said
walking out of the diner and into his car. The rain had stopped and the skies
were not almost clear.
"I wonder what he was really trying to tell me. I know he just made up the
girlfriend story. Maybe I can get him to tell me tonight." JC thought to
himself. He stood up and then paid for the food they had ordered. He left a
generous tip for the waitress as well as an autographed napkin for her. JC
walked out of the diner, into his car and then drove away.
*****Ok that's it for part one. I know that it was kind of short but that's
just because I want to see what kind of response I get from this. If it is a
good one then I will start writing more that are a lot longer. So its up to
all you people out there. Remember, send comment, questions, suggestions and
whatever else to: Psycho920jc@aol.com See everybody next time, and I promise
it will be good!
