Foolish Beat - Chapter 22

* Nick and AJ's Room *

"Alex what are you doing? Why did you just kiss me?" Nick asked.

"I'm sorry Nick, I didn't mean to do it." AJ stated.

"If you didn't mean to do it, why did you do it?" Nick asked.

"I don't know. I guess it was something I wanted to try. After the way you
were crying earlier tonight about not having someone to love you, and then
they way you looked when you fell into my arms, I don't know, I just wanted
to kiss you and make you feel better." AJ stated.

"Alex, you are straight there is no way you can make me feel better. That
could actually hurt me more." Nick stated as he got up and went into the
bathroom again.

"Nick please, I am sorry, it's not what you think..." AJ trailed off as
Nick slammed the door in his face. "I love you."

* Justin's Room *

"It's my fault ma, I screwed up, now Josh and Lance are mad with me. I
think Joey is mad with me too. No Chris isn't here, so I don't think he
knows what's going on, but it seems that Justin messed up again, big time."
Justin spoke into his cell phone.

"Well honey, you created all of this, you have to straighten it
out. Besides, I don't believe James will ever do something to hurt Joshua,
they have been friends a long time." Lynn Harliss spoke.

"Not as long as me and Josh has been friends. My heart says to trust Lance,
but my mind is thinking of all of these things that can happen. I don't
want any of those things to happen." Justin stated as the phone in his room
started ringing.

"Honey, you better answer that, it could be some of the guys trying to call
you. It's pretty late, I will let you go and talk to you later when you get
to North Carolina. Until then, fix your problems between your friends. I
love you Justin, have a goodnight." Lynn stated.

"Yes ma'am, I love you too and you have a goodnight as well." Justin stated
as he hit the end button on his cell phone and picked up the phone in his
room. "Hello, Justin speaking."

"Sorry I have the wrong room, I was trying to reach Howard Dourough." the
voice stated on the phone.

"Jason is that you? Are you okay, you don't sound so good." Justin spoke.

"No, I need to speak to Howie quick, it's an emergency." Jason spoke weakly
into the phone.

"Hold on, let me run down the hall and get him." Justin stated as he placed
the phone on the table and ran out of his room and ran down the hall to
Kevin and Howie's room. Knocking on the door, Justin waited for someone to
come to the door. Kevin showed up looking sleepy-eyed. Justin pushed Kevin
out of the way and went into the room and grabbed Howie. Not knowing what
was wrong, Howie, yanked his hand away from Justin.

"What the hell is your problem, what do you want?" Howie asked.

"Howie you need to hurry, Jason is on the phone down in my room, he sounds
like there is something wrong." Justin stated.

"Shit, why didn't you say something." Howie stated as he and Justin ran
down the hall to Justin's room. "Hello. Hello baby are you okay?"

"I am so glad that I got to you, you are in danger. I was on my way to meet
up with you, but some guy jumped me at the airport and beat me up. When he
was done, I got away to call you. I overheard the guy talking to someone
else saying that they were going to get the boyfriend next. Watch your back
Howie, someone is out to attack you." Jason said as the phone went dead.

"Hello! Hello! Honey, shit! The phone went dead!" Howie shouted.

* Sean and Joey's Room *

"Oh yeah, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, that's it, that's the spot, shit, I didn't think
this could be this good." Sean stated as Joey kept hitting his prostate
while making love.

"Unh, Unh shit Sean you are so tight. I can get to love this everynight. Oh
shit, baby I am about to...shit I am gonna cum!" Joey shouted as he pulled
out of Sean, snatched the condom off and unloaded all over Sean's chest.

"That was the bomb digitty. I bet I will be walking funny all day
tomorrow. The guys are going to know what we did." Sean stated.

"Who cares baby, what we do in here is our business." Joey stated as he
fell over on the bed and kissed Sean.

"Loving just can't get no better than this. I can honestly say that four
orgasms in one night is enough, baby I am going to bed." Sean stated as he
kissed Joey and pulled the covers up.

* Lance and JC's Room *

"JC, JC are you asleep? I want to talk." Lance stated, shaking JC awake.

"Is there something wrong Lance? Why are you crying?" JC asked.

"I don't know, but I've been thinking tonight and well, I don't..." Lance
trailed off as his tears took over.

"Oh Lance. Was it something I did or said to make you want out of this
relationship? " JC asked.

"What no, you said nothing." Lance said.

"Well I guess you couldn't see yourself in a gay relationship, I understand
Lance. I will get up and go get in the other bed." JC said as Lance grabbed
his hand.

"No JC, I do see that, I see some other things too. I have been thinking
and well, lying here in bed with you tonight, I realized one thing, no one
man or woman has ever made me feel this way, and I want to say something
about that. JC I think I love you, and well I want to take another step
with you, and I want to take that step now." Lance stated as JC turned
around and stared at him.

"Are you sure Lance? I don't want to force you into something you don't
want to do. I don't want you doing this to make me happy or anything." JC
said.

"I am doing this because I want to do it, I want to share my feelings with
you and as I said, I think I love you. To be sure of that love, I want to
take that step." Lance stated.

* Nick and AJ's Room *

"Nick please come out of the bathroom, I am sorry. I didn't mean to kiss
you. Please forgive me." AJ pleaded.

"Alex just leave me alone. I don't know why you did that, but now I am more
hurt and now I am more confused than anything.

"Nick, Nick, I kissed you because I love you okay, that's why I did it, I
love you." AJ shouted through the door.

AJ stood at the door still pounding his fist on the door to get Nick to
open it as he continued to cry. He didn't know he was gay, but he knew he
loved Nick. He admits he still likes females, but there was something
making Nick seem more appealing to him now and he didn't know what it was,
it must have been love.

"You love me, you really love me?" Nick asked.

"Yes I really love you Nick, why would I say it, if I didn't mean it." AJ
stated.

"I'm sorry AJ, but I don't love you." Nick stated as AJ continued to cry as
he walked away from the bathroom door.
