Joey asked as Nick and JC came walking through the front door. "I think so. We have talked and now we are going to bed. I think sleep is actually calling now." JC stated as he yawned. "Good. I think we are going to turn in too. Brian has a long boring day ahead of him and he doesn't need to be tired for that." Joey stated. "Goodnight you two." Brian stated as JC grabbed Nick's hand and they both walked back upstairs. "I hope they work out. JC has been through a lot lately and I don't think he can handle anything bad right now." Joey stated. "I don't think anything bad will happen between the two of them. Nick really loves him a lot. I know they haven't know each other long, but there is something there for them to build on." Brian stated. "Come on hon, let's go to bed. I am dog-tired and we are going to need the sleep." Joey stated, getting up from the table, helping Brian up so they may return to bed. // Hyatt-Regency Hotel // "He's with Joey Fatone again, I can just feel it." Leighanne stated talking on the phone. "I couldn't tell if he was in the house or not. Kevin wouldn 't let me past the front gate." "Look Mrs. Wallace there's nothing we can do. As of your actions last night, you are not allowed on the Richardson's property. Mr. Richardson made sure that there was a Restraining Order barring you from coming near him, or anyone on his property which means that if you are anywhere near his property, he can have you arrested." The person on the phone stated. "What! Are you saying that I am not allowed near Brian or Baylee?" Leighanne asked. "As long as they are on Mr. Richardson's property you are not allowed around them. If you come into contact with anyone on his property, you will be arrested. Just so you will be on alert, Mr. Richardson has security guards stationed around his property now." The person stated. "Just fucking great. I guess they are pulling out the big guns now." Leighanne stated. "What can I do to get around all of this? I want Brian to pay for what he has done." "What has Mr. Littrell done?" The person asked. "What do you mean what have he done. He has taken my child from me and left me to be with a man!" Leighanne screamed into the phone. "Mrs. Wallace would you please calm down. I am quite sure you are disturbing people around yourself. It's 3 AM in the morning." The person stated on the phone. "Look for a lawyer, it seems like you don't know how to do your fucking job!" Leighanne screamed. "Mrs. Wallace, due to the nature of all of this, why don't we handle all of this at a suitable time in the morning. Get some rest and we can talk about this later on today after I fly into Orlando." The person stated as Leighanne slammed the phone down. // Saturday Morning -- Joey's House // "Good morning sleepy head. How did you sleep?" Joey asked as JC came dragging into the kitchen. "I slept okay, but don't you think it's a little too early to be getting up?" JC asked. "It's almost 10, you should be up anyway. You and your boyfriend need to have breakfast." Joey stated as Nick and Brian came dragging down the stairs, walking into the kitchen like the living dead. "Oh god, check them out. They both look like hell warmed over." JC laughed. "Ha Ha, I love you too." Nick stated walking over to sit besides JC. "Hey baby. Did you sleep well?" Brian asked Joey, walking over to him and kissing him on the cheek. "Wonderful baby, just wonderful. I haven't slept that good since...well since we were together." Joey stated. "See what I mean when I said that they could push you into a diabetic coma. Those two have always been this lovey dovey." Nick stated. "I think it's sweet. Besides I slept wonderful too. Nick kept me warm." JC stated as the doorbell rang. "Wonder who that could be? All the other guys are away on business or something." Joey stated getting up to answer the door. "Good morning Joey. Can we come in?" Kevin asked as he, Kristin and Baylee were standing at the door. "Come on in Kev. I didn't expect you guys." Joey stated, letting them in. "Guys we have some bad news and a big problem." Kevin stated as he handed Baylee to Brian. "What's wrong Kev?" Brian asked. "I think you need to turn the television on. It's on all of the news channels." Kevin stated. "What is?" Joey asked. "Well it seems that the major networks got a hold of Leighanne's little attack yesterday and basically when they called her for comment, she told the world that you were gay and that you were seeing Joey." Kevin stated. "What!" Brian screamed, scaring Baylee. "I'm sorry baby. Shhhh... it's okay." "She did what!" Nick stated as JC wake up finally hearing what Kristin said. "She told the world that Brian and Joey were together." Kristin stated. "Okay." JC stated putting his head back down on the table. "What! Alright, time to kill the bitch now!" "JC calm down." Kevin stated. "Johnny is already on this. It seems that `Good Morning America' got footage of this yesterday when this happened and they called Leighanne this morning." "And she just outright told the world?" JC asked. "She was doing a phone interview and she told about her problems with Brian and then when they asked her why, she stated that it was Joey's fault that her and Brian were having problems." Kristin stated. "What is Johnny doing about this?" Nick asked. "So far he told me to tell you guys that there will be a Press Conference at 12:30 today so you guys can either come on out to the world or plan something else. But I am here to let you know that you need to get to Jive and get there soon. Johnny wants to talk to all of you first." Kevin explained. "How could that bitch do that to us?" Joey asked. "Is she really that hateful?" JC asked. "YES!" Everyone in the room spoke in unison as JC stared at everyone blinking his eyes. "Okay she must be one of those types." JC stated. "What all is she capable of?" "Who knows? But right now, we need to get you guys to Jive so you can get a plan of attack for this." Kevin stated. "Nick, JC, Johnny wants you guys too. It seems there was some pictures taken of you guys like night at a club and well that's on his list of things to handle too." Kevin stated. "Well I guess that was our cue to come out too." Nick stated. "JC were you planning on coming out to the world?" Kevin asked. "Yeah, but not like this. I wanted to come out at the right moment when I had found Mr. Right." JC stated, realizing what he had just said. "Well Nick you are my Mr. Right, but you know what I mean." "And you two said we were bad, please. You two are going down the same path as me and Joey, you both are lovey dovey too." Brian laughed. "Well Joey you said you were in this for the long haul, are you ready?" Kevin asked. "I guess so. If I want to be with Brian, and have him in my life, I have no choice but to be ready." Joey stated as he and Brian got up and headed upstairs. "Nick what about you and JC? Are you two going to fight her on this?" Kevin asked. "I don't know what I want to do. I have thought about coming out, but I don 't want it to effect you guys." Nick stated. "Nicky it's your life, do what you want to do. Seems that it's already out there, you might as well come on out." Kevin stated. "Well you guys go shower and get ready so we can get you to Jive. I can see that there is going to be problems getting there, I heard the people screaming outside while I was talking to Johnny." Kevin stated. "Great...just great. The start of a beautiful day, just what I need, screaming fans and angry people." JC stated as he and Nick walked upstairs to his room. // Upstairs -- 30 Minutes Later // "Baby, I don't have anything to wear. What am I going to do?" Brian stated pacing around Joey's bedroom. "Calm down baby. You and JC are about the same size, go see if you can borrow something from him." Joey stated, as Brian walked out of the room down to JC's room. "JC open up, it's an emergency." Brian shouted outside of the door. "What's wrong Brian?" JC asked opening the door. "Could I please borrow something to wear? In the midst of everything, I forgot to bring something to wear with me." Brian stated as JC lead him over to the closet. "Just look through this stuff and find what you want." JC stated as Nick came back into the room naked. "Ewww...gross! Are you trying to make me go blind or something?" Brian asked, seeing Nick naked. "Ahh baby, I think you might want to cover yourself." JC stated as Nick saw Brian standing there and started blushing. "Oh sorry Bri. I didn't know you were in here." Nick stated as he picked up the clothes JC had laid out for him. "This looks cool. Could I borrow these?" Brian asked. "Sure, just don't destroy my clothes. If you get into a cat fight with Leighanne, take the clothes off first." JC laughed. "While I am doing that, I will be sure to smile for the cameras too." Brian stated as he hugged JC and walked out of the room carrying the clothes he just picked out. "Well you are the last one. The shower is all yours." Nick stated as JC grabbed his things to walk down to the bathroom to shower. "JC...I love you." Nick stated as JC turned around and kissed him on the cheek. "I love you too, just don't forget about it." JC stated walking out of the room and closing the door behind him. // Jive Music -- Conference Room // "So what have you guys decided to do?" Johnny asked. "Well in my situation, I had already made plans to leave Leighanne anyway. I have called my lawyer already and told him to go ahead and file the divorce papers." Brian stated. "So quickly?" Johnny asked. "Well I had the papers drawn up months ago, I just give him the authorization to go ahead and file them today." Brian stated. "I hope this goes smoothly." "I doubt that it will go smoothly. If you guys plan on coming out today like you said you were, that may cause some problems when dealing with the divorce." Johnny stated. "Such as?" Brian asked. "Are you going to fight Leighanne for custody of your son?" Johnny asked. "Yes I am." Brian stated. "I know that me being gay in all is something that might not look good in front of a court judge, but I love my son and I want him with me." "I am quite sure you do Brian, but everyone in the world isn't quite accepting of your lifestyle as we are." Kevin stated. "I know that, but I am not going to let her treat Baylee the way she has been treating me for so long." Brian stated. "What kind of treatment?" Johnny asked. "She abuses me verbally, mentally and she has even hit me at times." Brian stated. "Really? Does anyone outside of the band know about this?" Johnny asked. "My parents, Joey and the Atlanta PD. I had to call them one night, she had gotten out of hand and she wouldn't let me leave the house." Brian stated. "Were there any charges filed against her?" Johnny asked. "Yeah, but for some reason, her record was expunged." Brian stated. "How so? Are you saying that all proof of her abuse is gone?" Kevin asked. "Yeah. My lawyer tried to get her arrest record so that we would have something for leverage, but the police department told us that there wasn't a record for her." Brian stated. "Okay, seems you two are going to have a big problem." Johnny stated. "Maybe, maybe not. With the way she acted last night, and there being footage of it on television, that can be used can't it?" JC asked. "It can, but I am quite sure her lawyers are making up something to say that she was trying to get to her child that was at my place." Kevin stated. "She didn't have to fight a police office to get to her child. If I remember correctly, she didn't say she was looking for her child, she was trying to get to Brian." JC stated. "As I was watching this on the television yesterday, not once did I hear her speak about her child. I am quite sure that Brian can use that for his defense that she's a mean, cruel, and evil bitch." "Well I hope that and everything else that you can tell shows just what you are talking about or you are going to loose everything to her." Johnny stated. "Well everyone knows how bad she is." Nick stated. "I have never witnessed any of this." Johnny stated. "Like she's going to act that way in front of you." Brian stated. "Well let's handle the matter at hand first and then we can deal with the divorce. Are all of you sure that you are going to come out?" Johnny asked. "Might as well. It's going to get out sooner or later." Joey stated as he held Brian's hand. "JC are you and Nick sure about this?" Johnny asked. "Sure as I ever be." Nick stated. "JC?" Kevin asked. "Yeah." JC stated turning to look at Nick with tears in his eyes. "As long as you love me." "Of course I love you." Nick stated as he started crying, seeing the look on JC's face. "I will always love you." "Umm guys, can we get back to the matter at hand?" Johnny asked. "Oh give them a break. They have had a long night." Brian stated smiling at Nick and JC. "Well I guess we are done here then. Get out there and tell the world about yourselves." Johnny stated as he closed the folder in front of him and got up, leaving the guys sitting there. "I am going to check on Kris and Baylee. I will catch up with you guys later." Kevin stated as he got up to leave too. "Well I guess this is it. Today is the big day that the world finds out about our love for each other." Brian stated as he and Joey got up and hugged each other. "I guess it's a big day for us too." JC stated, leaning over to kiss Nick. "Nick I am so happy that we found each other. All I ask is that you help me. Help me believe that love really exist and that people can truly be happy together." JC stated as he and Nick stood up and hugged each other. "See what a long term gets you Nick." Brian stated, "You end up with a great guy. A cute one at that." "Excuse me? I know you just didn't look over there and say he was cute. Your eyes are supposed to be on me and no other man. No one is ever cute to you, just me." Joey stated kissing Brian. "Well you are baby, but JC is cute too." Brian stated, "I guess you have to beat me up for it later." "No, I will just kiss and love you all over later." Joey stated as Johnny poked his head back into the room and said that they were ready to start the press conference. "Here goes everything."
