I am glad you are okay." Brian spoke as he sat beside Joey's bed and held his hand. "Please God, let my baby be okay." "He's going to be okay son." Harold Sr. stated. "He's been asleep now for a long time, is he going to wake up?" Brian asked. "He will wake up soon son and when he does wake up, I am quite sure he will be happy to see your smiling face." Jackie stated. "Where's Baylee?" Joey stated in a weak voice. "Baby you are awake." Brian stated as he leaned over and hugged Joey. "Yeah, I am. I am happy to see you too baby. Where's little Baylee?" Joey asked again. "Here he is." Kristin stated as she walked over to the bed with Baylee in her arms. "Hey little Baylee. How's the little man doing?" Joey asked, playing with Baylee's fingers. "He's been asleep through everything. I can honestly say he is a quiet baby." Kristin stated. "How long have I been out?" Joey asked. "For the last seven hours." Brian stated. "I have been sitting here waiting for you to wake up." "Afternoon gentlemen." Dr. Hartford spoke as he walked into the room. "Afternoon doctor. Is there anything wrong? Is my baby going to be alright?" Phyllis asked. "Yes Joseph is going to be fine. I do have some concerns though." Dr. Hartford stated. "What's wrong doctor?" Joey asked. "I was able to repair the damage that the bullet did to Joey's chest area, I am however worried about the nerves in that area." Dr. Hartford stated, walking over to Joey and pointing to his shoulder area.. "There might be some problems down the line with his left arm and shoulder. Since the bullet grazed the nerves in his shoulder on exit, there might be some synaptic damage that might cause some problems." "What kind of problems?" Joey asked. "Well the nerves might cause your arm to spasm and cramp. If that's the case, muscle relaxants can help with that problem. The other thing could be that the nerves may not respond at all causing the arm to be unusable at times." Dr. Hartford explained. "So you are saying my arm isn't going to work at all anymore?" Joey asked. "Well that's not the final diagnoses. To keep that from happening, I suggest you go through therapy. Someone will be down later to help you with that later on today." Dr. Hartford stated. "Is there any damage to any vital organs in his chest? Is his heart okay?" Phyllis asked. "His heart is fine." Dr. Hartford stated. // In the Hallway // "Are you okay baby?" JC asked, walking outside to see Nick. "Yeah I am okay." Nick stated, hugging JC. "Just thinking about Brian and Joey." "Both of them are going to be okay." JC stated. "I know. I am just thinking about all the stuff they have went through and regardless of it all, they are finally married." Nick stated. "I am happy for them." JC stated. "Now that Leighanne is out of the way for a while, I hope everything works out for the best." "Well it should." Harold Jr. spoke as he came around the corner. "The bitch is going to do some time for what she has done to Brian and Joey." "Is she really in jail this time?" JC asked. "She was in the jail last night and ended up shooting Joey." "Yes she's in jail and she will be transported to a maximum security prison once the lawyers are done talking with her." Harold Jr. stated. "About time. She has caused too much trouble." Nick stated. "Yes she has, but she can't hurt us anymore." Harold Jr. stated. "Baby, Howard is here." AJ stated walking around the corner. "Hello Nick, JC. How is Brian and Joey doing?" "Hi Alex. The both of them are doing okay. The doctor is in there talking with them and Joey is finally awake." Nick stated. "Hi Howard, what's new?" Harold Jr. asked as Howard came around the corner. "We have a problem." Howard stated. "What kind of problem?" Harold Jr. asked. "Leighanne just escaped. She's somewhere in Orlando on the loose." Howard stated. "She broke away from the guards when they were loading her on the van to transport her to the prison." "WHAT!" Nick screamed. "She escaped?" AJ asked. "Something sounds funny here." JC stated. "She's out of jail again. It seems she has been out of jail when she shouldn't be. I think she has help on the inside." "I think maybe you have a point there JC." Harold Jr. stated. "How about it Howard?" "I don't know, but maybe she does. It will explain how she got out the first time and I know the lawyer she had didn't have those kinds of connections." "Well I have called for extra security to be posted here with Brian and Joey and anywhere that you guys may go, if she tries to get any of you, we will catch her." Howard stated. "I hope so. I don't think I can bear it if she hurt someone else." Nick stated. "We will catch her soon. This time we will make sure she goes directly to prison, and make sure she gets more time for this jailbreak." Howard stated as his cell phone rang. // Orlando, FL -- The Westside of Town // "How long can I hide out here?" Leighanne asked. "You can stay here as long as you want." The woman stated. "We will do everything we can to help you keep your child out of the hands of faggot scum." "Oh thank you." Leighanne stated. "I knew I could count of the American Legion of Family Values." "We are here to help you and others that have been wronged by people that violate American family morals and values." The woman stated. "I am glad there are people that see things my way. Brian is going to pay for this and everything he has done to hurt me." Leighanne stated. "And we will help you every step of the way."
