Joint Affairs - Prologue

by JT Poole

No! Oh No! Something very bad has happened. Due to record sales and teenage
animosity Jive Recording has decided to put two of it's most popular
boybands in the world together on tour for six months to travel the world.

--- Start Headline News, News Clipping ---

Atlanta, GA: A teenage girl was brutally beaten by a gang of Backstreet
Boys fans. The gang of girls attacked the other girl for wearing a short
with the group N Sync's picture and song title "Dirty Pop" across it. The
girl was last reported as being in critical condition.

San Diego, CA: A riot was started in a San Diego dance club which ended in
25 party goers being injured. The riot was stated to have started for the
deejay playing a Backstreet Boys song. When some N Sync listeners were
unhappy about the music that was being played they started slamming into
other people in the club and later started throwing bottles. Police were
called to break up this riot and 25 people were reported being injured.

With the recent events in the media, Jive Recording decided that the
Backstreet Boys and N Sync would have a joint tour to try to show the
public that there is no real animosity between the two groups.

Not really wanting to do this tour, the two groups saw what was happening
in the public and decided to do the tour to get the fans to see that the
two groups were not fighting or in any competition with each other so that
the fans can enjoy themselves and not hate the others.

In two weeks, the Backstreet Boys and N Sync will leave Orlando to start a
tour that will never be forgotten.
