Subject: Josh and Just 55

**** Okay guys sorry this is late, Been very very very busy. Here is the
new chapter. First I would like to thank all of you for nominating me for
the Boy Band Awards; Authors and Readers alike. I'm flattered at the
nominations. I can't believe you guys still read this story, I mean
compared to the expertly written ones that are coming out. I mean Zarah is
an awesome writer and I'm addicted to Missing. And everyone better had be
reading The Love We Have. Oh my god! That has to be something I look
forward to everyday. And then everyone is already reading Brian and Justin
by JM. That's just the original BoyBand story. I'm not a big fan of BSB but
I still love that story. Oh! And there is a story called JC's Hitchhiker.
It's a cute story, A good mix of sex and love. So I'd check it out. Anyway
check those out if you haven't. And also Curly and Josh. It's a cutie. And
so is the Author. Haha. Well thank you very much for continuing to read.
Just a little warning, this chapter isn't that good on content. I focused
more on the love between JC and Justin. Not too much on plot. So it kinda
got me no where. But there will be some stuff coming up. Well have fun.

Josh and Just 55

Justin gave a tired look to JC who had the same look on his face.
They stood in the empty Grand Ballroom of yet another hotel while watching
their mom, Karen, walk with Lynn, Heather, and Tim from one corner of the
room to the other. Justin let out a sigh and buried his face in JC's
shoulder. JC placed a small kiss on Justin's exposed neck, a promise that
they would get through this together. Justin lifted his head and watched as
Heather asked yet another question with the sales representative.
"You know let me ask my brother about this." Heather said. She
jogged over to JC and Justin who gave her a weary look.
"I think this is nice but the St. Francis is much better. But I
also like the Fairmont. She said she can hold the day of the reception for
us but it will cost one thousand dollars. I mean what should I do?"
Heather asked.
"Well it costs eighty-five dollars per head. I mean if your entire
guest list comes it will be like forty-three thousand dollars. Justin and I
will put down the hold fee for you but do they have a time limit?" JC
asked.
"Well they basically said they will hold it until it's matched with
another client. From that point we have forty-eight hours to decide."
Heather said, tossing a questioning glance to the two guys.
"I dunno. It's your decision." JC responded.
"I want to know what you guys think though." Heather replied.
Justin wrapped his arms around JC's waist and pressed his face to JC's
shoulder.
"I personally think this place is nothing compared to the
St. Francis. So personally I think you should go with the St. Francis. If
they are making you put money down for a hold, then there is something
wrong." JC stated.
"But this place is so much cheaper than the other one." Heather
said biting the top of her pen.
"Heather, don't base your choices on price. We're willing to help
with the money." Justin stated, lifting himself off of JC. He pulled away
from JC and let out a small yawn.
"Okay then this one is out, let's go." Heather said crossing it off
the list.
"Hey Heather. How many more do we have to visit?" Tim questioned.
	"Two more." Heather responded.
"We have to get home and pack. Our planes leave tomorrow." JC
reminded Justin.
"We can do that tomorrow morning, both of ours don't leave until
late afternoon." Justin said as he took JC's hand. They walked toward the
exit of the room followed by Heather who was in the process of declining to
the sales representative. JC walked with Justin's hand clenched to his.
"Why did we volunteer to help with this?" JC mumbled tiredly.
"Because she is your sister, and us having been married already
makes us some kind of wedding experts." Justin said sarcastically.
"Oh hey! I have a question, do you want to get a Suburban of our
own? I know a guy who's gonna offer us a really good deal. I think it'd be
better than putting the car seats in my breezy Jeep or take up two seats in
your BMW. If we get a Suburban we can park it in the garage and use it for
when the guys and us go somewhere. You know?" JC suggested.
"I think it'd be good. But let's wait until we pay our bills and
stuff and check out how much money we have to spend for the wedding. Than
we'll deal with it." Justin said as he rested his head against JC's
shoulder.
"Okay, sounds good." JC said pressing his lips on the top of
Justin's head.
"Do you guys want to go out tonight for dinner?" Tim suggested.
"No!" Justin and JC said in unison.
"I want my mother's home cooking." JC said giving a pleading look
to his mother.
"Yes, Joshua, I will cook for you.' Karen said. The group of people
walked toward their parked car and climbed into the van.
"Will you cook my favorite?" JC questioned.
"Yes I will cook your favorite." Karen responded.
"Mmmm, Mom's home made enchiladas." JC sighed as he leaned against
Justin who leaned back on him.
"Justin, do you ever cook for JC?" Karen questioned.
"Rarely, he usually cooks for me. I make good salads and stuff but
he makes incredible meals. And his hot chocolate is the best thing to
drink on a cold night." Justin said, leaning into JC's over sized
sweatshirt.
"I taught you how to make your hot chocolate." Heather claimed.
"No you didn't! Grandpa and Grandma did." JC argued.
"They taught me first and then they taught you." Heather countered.
"Shut up! They taught me first. They always liked me more than they
did you." JC bickered.
"No they didn't. who got to stay with them for a whole month that
one summer? You only stayed a weekend." Heather retorted.
"Because I had to work! I was on tour in Europe at the time. Unlike
you who was mooching off Mom and Dad." JC responded.
"Hey! I was in College! At least I finished college!" Heather
responded. Justin got up from around next to JC and moved to the far back
seat of the van where he took a seat next to Tim who was now wedged between
him and Heather.
"Should we do something?" Tim asked Justin.
"No, let them argue. It shows that they love each other." Justin
snickered. Him and Tim began to chuckle. Justin put his weary head on Tim's
shoulder and closed his eyes.
"Sorry for dragging you into this whole wedding thing but I want at
least two guys to help me with all these women." Tim responded.
"It's okay. It gave us a chance to head home and see everyone. I
mean we got to see Tyler and got to give Wade's gift and love message to
his oh-so-dear boyfriend, Matt. And I got to bring the kids to meet their
grandpa who wasn't home last time." Justin claimed.
"True. But you shouldn't have spent your whole vacation following
Heather around and checking out hotels." Tim said.
"It's alright. We don't mind. It would have been me and Josh
sitting on the couch together watching TV anyway. Which we'll be doing
tonight." Justin added.
"Well here we are. Next place!!" Heather said, stopping her
fighting with JC to see the next hotel.

JC lay on his back while on the couch, his head turned toward the
TV. Justin lay on top of him. His cheek pressed in the crook of JC's neck,
his head turned in the same direction. Justin had his arms around JC's body
as did JC with Justin. JC let his hands rest on Justin's back where he
conveniently placed the remote control.
"Hello? Am I too late for dinner?" Tyler asked as he walked in
through the door.
"Hey Ty!" JC called from the couch. Tyler ran into the living room
to poke his head over the back of the couch at the two guys.
"Hey guys. What's up?" Tyler asked.
"Not much, just finally getting our first real break on this
vacation." Justin snickered.
"Well I'm starving. Did you guys eat already?" Tyler asked.
"Yeah. Go into the kitchen quick cause Mom and Mom are packing up
the left overs." JC said. Tyler quickly ran into the kitchen leaving them
alone once again. Justin closed his eyes and took in the aroma of his
husband.
"Next! Our special interview with N Sync." The TV sounded causing
Justin to open his eyes to see a shot of all five guys walking down some
red carpet. Britney by Lance's side, JC and Justin clutching hands while
looking at a cameraman, Chris following Sarah, and Joey whispering
something to his brother.
"I look stupid with my stripe huh?" JC asked as he looked at
himself on the TV.
"Yeah. You do." Justin said quickly. JC looked down at Justin who
gave him a grin.
"That's just wrong." JC said as he started to push Justin off of
him. Justin chuckled as he held tightly onto JC's body.
"I'm just joking Indy." Justin said flashing a grin to JC. JC
rolled his eyes and stopped his attempts.
"It looks fine. Maybe a bit bushy now. we'll trim it tomorrow
morning." Justin said leaning up to press a kiss on JC's chin.
"I'll forgive you, this time." JC said smugly.
"So guys, What did you all do today?" Tyler asked coming into the
living room with a plate of food and a glass of milk. He placed the milk
down on the coffee table before taking a seat on the recliner. He began to
stab his food with his fork before slowly shoveling it into his mouth.
"We went to like every Hotel in Maryland and part of Virginia to
search for a ballroom for Heather's reception." Justin said sadly.
"Where is my niece and my nephew?" Tyler questioned.
"With Dad, he's had them all day and he still voluntarily takes
care of them." JC snickered.
"Dad loves kids." Tyler claimed before sticking more food into his
mouth.
"baba titi bup." A meek voice said causing all three men to look
down on the floor at the foot of the couch. They saw a small head poke out
around the side of the couch with a big grin.
"What are you doing Amy?" JC asked his daughter. Amy started to
crawl once again and made her way around the living room.
"Hey guys. I think someone here needs one of his fathers." Roy said
holding Ben who was pouting while holding onto Roy's shoulder. Justin let
out a groan as he sat up, off of JC and took the boy into his arms. Ben
squirmed a bit before reaching out for JC. JC smiled at his son before
leaning up to take him, only to lean back down again. Ben lay down on his
father's chest and smiled a bit.
"Brat." Justin laughed at his son. Tyler took one last bite of his
food before putting his plate on the table. He took a gulp of his milk and
placed that back down as well. As he leaned back down in his seat. He
looked down to see Amy clutching his shoe. He snickered and scooped the
girl into his lap.
"Hey there Cutie." Tyler said to the girl. The girl toyed with the
bracelet on his wrist intently.
"Dad? What did you do with the kids all day?" Justin asked as he
looked up at his father-in-law. Roy. Roy walked up behind Justin and
glanced at Ben.
"Well we went to the park. And I dropped by work and showed off my
grandchildren. And I took them to see this clown which made them cry, then
I brought them home." Roy responded.
"Yeah they are afraid of clowns. We took them to a friend's kid's
birthday and they had a clown. And both of them started to bawl so hard,
that I could have sworn they lost all the water in their body." Justin
laughed while viewing his daughter who was watching the TV while clutching
Tyler's bracelet still.
"She seems to like watching TV." Tyler said glancing up at the TV
to see a picture of JC and Justin. Amy smiled and reached out when she saw
her fathers. She started to whine when her fathers in the screen weren't
responding to her. She tried to move off of Tyler's lap to go after her
parents.
"Sweet Pea!" JC whispered. Amy turned toward the sound and was
surprised to see JC. She smiled and reached out for JC. JC pointed to
Justin, which resulted in Amy spotting her other father. She giggled and
reached up for him. Justin got up from his spot and picked up Amy.
"Why don't you go to your grandpa Princess?" Justin said handing
her to Roy. Amy smiled at the recognition of the older man.
"Tyler! Take your dirty dishes into the kitchen and wash them."
Karen commented as she came into the room with Lynn.
"Yes Mom." Tyler said as he took up his dish and glass and walked
out of the room. Karen and Lynn took a seat on the other couch and clanged
at the TV.
"Sweety, why don't you put on Justin and Josh's wedding video, we
can look at it for ideas for the wedding." Karen suggested to Roy. Roy
nodded and made his way to the entertainment center.
	"Don't do that." Justin pleaded.
"No it'll be fun." Karen argued. Justin let out a groan and laid
down in the thin space between the back of the couch and JC. JC lay on his
back with Justin on his side glancing down at Ben who was in a sleeping
position yet had his eyes opened wide.
"You little faker." Justin snickered, causing the boy to giggle.
"So what are you plans for tomorrow?" Tyler asked as he walked back
into the room.
"Well basically packing. And then Justin hops onto a plane to
Tennessee, and me and the kids are going to head back home." JC said
looking down at the child on his chest.
"How long are you staying in Memphis honey?" Lynn asked Justin.
"It depends on how much work needs to be done for Justin Timberlake
Foundation. I know President Clinton is dropping by the day after tomorrow
with Hilary Clinton. So maybe a week or so. But I might just meet everyone
in New York for a taping of a show." Justin shrugged.
"Sweetheart that is a week and a half to two weeks away. You are
gonna miss the kids, trust me." Lynn claimed.
"I know, but I might be overloaded with work, so we'll see." Justin
shrugged as he looked at JC who was letting out a small yawn. He closed his
eyes tiredly taking along time to open them once again. He glanced at
Justin who was staring at him. He leaned forward and gave him a simple
kiss.
"Do you want to head to bed?" Justin questioned.
"Yeah, I guess." JC replied running his hands through his long
hair. Justin brought his hand to JC's silky hair and started to rake his
fingers through the soft hair. JC closed his eyes to the feeling and rested
a bit.
"Come on Babe, let's go to sleep." Justin whispered.
"You can stay if you want to. I can take them both to bed." JC said
as he lifted himself from the couch.
"Josh, you're about to fall over from sleepiness. And it's gonna
take a at least fifteen minute to put Amy and Ben to bed." Justin said,
standing from the couch.
"Why don't you put the kids in Heather's room tonight?" Roy
suggested.
"They aren't really used to the room, so they want me or Josh
around. They can sleep in our bed again." Justin replied.
"You used to be like that Joshua, you, Heather, and Tyler had to
sleep in our bed when it wasn't your own room." Karen laughed. JC grinned
at his Mom and looked at his children.
"How about it kids? Want to sleep with Grandma and Grandpa?" JC
asked. Ben wrapped his cuddled up to JC's shoulder.
"Okay we're gonna head to bed everyone. Good night." Justin
said. He gently took Amy from Roy's arms and followed JC up the stairs.
"Good night you two." Karen and Lynn said in unison. They exchanged
a chuckle before watching the kids head up to the second floor. JC lead the
way to his room which he entered tiredly. He turned on the lights
illuminating posters of Jazz and Blues singers. The wall above the bed had
a framed collage of pictures of the rest of the guys. In various states of
goofiness. Amy pointed to the frame in fascination.
"Later Princess. Now you have to go to bed. Let's get you in your
pajamas." Justin said as he lay the girl on the bed and began to undress
her. He slipped off her shirt and pants before slipping on a one piece
outfit with sleeping baby blue elephants printed on it. Justin zipped up
her pajamas at the same time JC did.
"Are we sleeping on the covers again? Or do you want to slip
under?" JC asked.
"It's too hot to sleep under." Justin said rubbing his eyes.
"Take your contacts out. I'll get the kids set up and get the
stories out." JC said. Justin nodded and walked out of the room. JC fluffed
the pillows and piled most of them to once side of the bed. He placed one
pillow on the other side of the bed. He gently placed both children between
the pile of pillows and the lone pillow. He then pulled two pillows out of
the pile before tossing the rest off the bed. He put the two pillows at the
head. He dug through his back pack and pulled out a large story book. JC
took a seat on the edge of the bed leaving room for Justin to sit next to
him. Justin walked into the room with his glasses on as well as in his
pajamas. JC stood up and slipped off his pants as well as his shirt leaving
him only clad in a pair of boxers. Justin gave him a small kiss before
crawling onto the bed and sitting down. He stared at J C while he changed
into his pajama bottoms. JC soon joined Justin on the bed. The two sat side
by side on the bed. Justin took up Ben and handed him to JC; he continued
by picking up Amy himself. The two sat the babies in their laps before
opening the large book in front of the kids.
	"Which story tonight?" JC asked.
"Uhm let's do Cinderella." Justin said as he looked down at Amy who
was staring at the pictures in the book.
"Once upon a time there was a girl named Cinderella. She lived her
home with her step mother and two step sisters." JC said as he read off the
page.
"Cinderella's step-mother made her do all the chores in the house
while her she let her daughters have all the fun." Justin
continued. Together, Justin and JC went through the whole story turning
each page slowly to let their kids see the pictures of the story. They soon
came to the last page and looked down at their, now snoozing, children.
"And they lived Happily, Ever, After." JC whispered softly. He
looked at Justin who was slowly shifting Amy toward the lone pillow. He lay
the girl down next to the pillow. JC lifted Ben and lay him next to his
sister. Justin laid himself down next to his children on his side. Jc
quickly got up and turned off the light. He saw Justin's figure take off
his glasses and put them on the nightstand while JC was lifting the woven
quilt over Justin. JC slipped under the quilt behind Justin and spooned up
against him.
"I love you Sweetheart." JC whispered as he kissed Justin's cheek.
"Love you too baby." Justin responded softly.

"Dad I'm home!" Justin called as he walked through the front
door. He poked his head into the living room where Lisa played with
Steven. Steven made a dash for Justin when seeing him enter the front door.
"Hey Steven." Justin laughed as he scooped up the kid into his
arms.
	"Hello." Steven responded.
"He's at the doctors with Jonathan." Lisa claimed.
"Why is he at the doctors? Is he okay?" Justin asked worriedly.
"No they are testing him for a learning disability." Lisa replied.
"Really? What happened? Justin questioned as he sat on the couch
with Lisa. Steven sat next to his brother, pulling the older man's arm
around himself.
"Well Jonathan hasn't been doing his homework or paying attention
in class, so the teacher suggested that he was either a troublemaker, or
that he had a learning disability. So she gave us the number for a place
where he could get tested. Today was his appointment. They've been there
all day." Lisa responded.
"Oh that's terrible. Hopefully it's not something harsh. Something
that can be cured or solved." Justin replied. Just then, they heard a car
pull into the driveway. They both turned toward the door when they saw
Randall and Jonathan enter. Jonathan caught sight of Justin and ran to his
side.
"Justin!!" Jonathan yelled as he gave his older brother a hug.
"Hey kiddo." Justin said, kissing the boy's cheek.
"ewww!" Jonathan laughed as he wiped his cheek.
"Hey Jonathan, why don't you take Steven into the backyard and pick
some apples that we can use for a pie that you and Justin can make."
Randall suggested.
"Okay! Come on Steven!" Jonathan said as he ran out of the room
followed by Steven.
"So what's happened?" Justin questioned, after the kids left the
room.
"Well after hours of grueling tests and observations. It turns out
that Jonathan has something called Attention Deficit Disorder, or ADD."
Randall said with a sigh as he fell onto the couch.
	"Which is?" Justin asked.
"It means that he has trouble concentrating on stuff and acts
juvenile if he doesn't take the right medicine. Right now he is lucky and
just has to take the smaller dosage which means that he can eventually not
need the medicine anymore, but that's a rare chance." Randall said.
	"That sucks." Justin commented.
"I know it truly does. But at least it's not something that
requires him to be in a separate class. He can still go to school with his
friends and stuff." Randall replied.
"So he's gonna be fine?' Lisa questioned.
"Yes, yes he is." Randall nodded thankfully.
"That's good to hear." Justin responded.
"So how are my favorite grandchildren?" Randall asked.
"You're only grandchildren are doing perfectly fine. They are
hanging out with their Papa right now." Justin nodded.

"Okay now Meredith, why don't you do the chorus again, and the we
can begin adlibbing." JC said at his seat in front of the production
board. He looked through the window and saw Meredith give him a small
nod. He played the music and let her start singing once again. JC nodded in
satisfaction and looked back at Christina and Lance who were crouched in
front of the babies that sat on two chairs. He smiled as his two friends
played with his children. He soon heard the music begin to fade and turned
back to Meredith.
"Alright Meredith, You can take a little water break. Why don't you
come in here and we'll review the song." JC claimed. She nodded and stepped
out of the room.
"Lance, why you wanted me to use this room instead of the one in my
house is beyond my understanding. It would have been so much easier and I
could've done it all for free." JC stated.
"I know Jayce, but I know Meredith's label wanted her to be in a
professional studio for her songs." Lance responded as he lifted Ben into
his arms. He took a seat and played with the boy who giggled at the older
man. Amy started to cry softly when Christina attempted to lift the
girl. She quickly placed the child into JC's lap.
"Sweet Pea! Come on, You can't stay with me all day. You've cried
with Uncle Lance, Aunt Christina, Aunt Britney, and Uncle Joey. You have to
go to one of them. I can't watch you all day." JC said to his daughter. Amy
frowned and buried her face in JC's shirt.
"Does she miss Justin?" Lance asked.
"I guess, She's been cranky since this morning. She doesn't want to
go to anyone at all. I mean she barely goes to Hana without putting up a
fight first. All she's been doing is moping all day." JC said running a
hand over her head.
"How about at night. Does she sleep well?" Christina asked.
"Half the time she sleeps with Ben but most likely she sleeps with
me. And then if Amy sleeps with me than so does Ben. So basically it's the
both of them snoozing next to me." JC shrugged. The sound of a phone
ringing cause all three to look at a backpack next to Lance. Lance reached
into JC's backpack and pulled out his phone.
"JC's phone." Lance answered as he spoke into the receiver.
"Hey Lance." Justin said into the phone.
"Hey Curls, What's up?" Lance asked.
"Nothing, just bored so I thought I'd call Josh and the kids. What
are you all up to?" Justin asked.
"Nothing much. JC is helping me produce a song for Meredith. That's
about all. So how are the baby brothers?" Lance questioned.
"Steven is fine, but Jonathan is diagnosed with ADD." Justin
responded.
	"What?!" Lance asked in shock.
"Yeah he was tested two days ago and they said that he had ADD."
Justin replied sullenly.
"Poor kid. Having ADD sucks. One of my best friends had it and he
felt he it was his fault all the time." Lance said. JC head popped up with
a sad look on his face. He mouth the words `Jonathan?' causing Lance to
nod. JC shook his head in sadness before looking back at the mixing board.
"Can you give it to Josh for a sec Lance?" Justin questioned.
"Sure thing." Lance replied. He handed the phone to JC, who took
the phone eagerly.
"Hey Sweetheart." JC said into the phone.
"Hey Sexy. What are you up to?" Justin replied.
"Just a little work. How is my favorite husband doing?" JC asked.
"He's hanging out here with your favorite brothers-in-law." Justin
snickered.
"I heard about Jonathan. How's he doing?" JC asked.
"He's doing fine. I don't think he knows what he has yet." Justin
replied.
"He'll get through it. He's a trooper." JC said sincerely.
"Yes he will. Now how are our children doing?" Justin asked.
"They are doing okay. Ben is fine, but Amy won't go with anyone but
me. I think she misses you." JC said into the phone.
"I miss her too. I've only been here for half a week and I'm
missing you and the kids so much." Justin said into the phone.
"I miss you too baby." JC crooned.
"I'll be home in a week at most. Okay?" Justin questioned.
	"Okay." JC replied.
	"Guess what?" Justin asked.
	"What?' JC asked childishly.
"I got a tattoo." Justin snickered.
	"What?!" JC laughed.
"Yeah it's on my arm. It's of a cross. And if you look closely. It
has your full name, my full name, Ben and Amy's full name and a space or
two for any others we plan to have." Justin snickered.
"You are insane. That is your what? fifth tattoo?" JC asked.
"No it's four. The first one was the N Sync flame from our first
album. And that's on my ankle. And the other one on my leg is my initials,
you know in that design my necklace is? And the third one is the Chinese
character on my other leg. And now this one." Justin stated.
"Well excuse me. Just don't get too out of control and mess up that
beautiful body of yours I like so much." JC crooned.
"Don't worry baby. It's still beautiful and all yours." Justin
stated softly.
"I wish you were here right now." JC sighed.
"I know. But we'll see each other soon. But for now I'm gonna leave
you, cause I just got a stack of papers I gotta do." Justin whispered.
"Okay Bye sweetheart. Say hi to your parents for me. Oh And hold on
Amy wants talk to you." JC said into the phone. He placed the phone up to
Amy's head and looked at his daughter as she giggled.
"Hey Amy Ariel! How are you doing?" Justin asked into the
phone. Amy responded by mumbling a bunch of things that were
unidentifiable.
"I love you too Princess." Justin chuckled. JC brought the phone to
his ear and spoke once again.
"Okay bye Honey. I'll talk with you later? I'll call you tonight
okay?" JC claimed.
	"Okay. Bye Indy." Justin responded.

	"Doorbell!" Christina yelled from upstairs.
"I got it!" Britney yelled from the couch. She got out of Lance's
warm arms and made her way to the door, turning to give a snicker to Lance
who was watching her. She opened the door and found Cole standing on the
doorstep. He turned and saw Britney and smiled.
"Hey Cole! Come on in." Britney greeted. He stepped into the foyer
and gave a wave to Lance who did the same.
"Hey Britney. Is Christina home?" Cole questioned.
"Yeah she's upstairs changing. She'll be down in a second." Britney
said as she pushed him into the living room. She plopped back into the
waiting arms of Lance and rested her head on his shoulder.
"So Cole, how was work?" Britney asked.
"It was fine." Cole nodded as he looked around nervously.
"Cole? Why do you look so nervous?" Lance questioned.
"I'm gonna ask Christina out tonight." Cole replied softly.
"What?! That is sooo great. She needs a guy like you. And I think
she likes you too." Britney said happily. Lance gently placed a kiss on her
forehead as he ran a hand up and down her back soothingly. "Really?!?!"
Cole asked quickly. Britney and lance started to laugh at his reaction but
stopped when they heard Christina come down the stairs.
"Hey Brit? Do you think these pajama bottoms look good on me? I
mean JC gave me them and they. . .Oh! Hey Cole!" Christina said as she
walked over to him. He stood up and gave her a hug. She took a seat on the
couch next to him and smiled.
"Hey Honey? Why don't you help me get Cole something to drink. I
need you to lift some heavy stuff." Britney said as she climbed out of
Lance's arms and pulled him to his feet.
"Christina, you want anything?" Lance questioned.
"No thanks." Christina replied as she brought her legs up onto the
couch and watched the actions on the TV.
	"So Christina?" Cole said.
"So Cole. . ." Christina asked, looking down at her toe nails to
examine her pedicure.
"So Christina. . ." Cole trailed off again.
"So Cole. . . ?" Christina asked looking at Cole with a
questioning, yet whimsical look.
"I was wondering. . ." Cole said softly.
"Excuse me?" Christina asked as she leaned forward and looked up
into Cole's face.
"I was wondering. . ." Cole repeated a little louder.
"Yeah. . .?" Christina giggled softly.
	"I was wondering. . .if you would. . . well. . . if
you. . . well. . . uhm. . . would you. . . uhm. . . go out with me this
Friday?" Cole asked as he looked at Christina worriedly. Christina's
whimsical look slipped away until it was a troublesome worried look.
	"What?" Christina asked nervously.
"I was well wondering if well you wanted to go out on Friday." Cole
restated more collected.
"No thanks." Christina said softly as she stood up and briskly
walked out of the room past Lance and Britney. She ran up the stairs
quickly leaving Cole, Britney and Lance with surprised looks on their
faces.

JC slowly poured himself a bowl of cereal and milk. He looked out
the window and saw the fleeing sun go down. He snickered when he heard
Ozzie and Leo running around his feet.
"Hey Buddies. Why don't you go get some food from your bowls?" JC
said as he lifted his leg and pointed to where the dog's food and water
bowls were. Both dogs ran excitedly in the direction JC pointed.
"Hey JC? Do you want me to bring the kids downstairs?" Joey asked
from upstairs.
"Sure!" JC yelled back. He turned to walk to the living room when a
sharp pain stung his abdomen. In an instant the bowl in his hand went
crashing onto the floor sending glass shards and milk to splat all over the
tiled floor. He hunched over in pain and let out a groan as he moved to the
floor slowly. He curled onto the floor and clutched his stomach as he let
out a moan.
"Josh? You okay?" Joey asked as he walked into the room, expecting
to see JC standing. He soon saw JC groaning on the floor and rushed to his
side.
"Jayce? What's wrong??" Joey asked as he watched the boy clutch his
stomach.
"It hurts!" JC winced with his teeth clenched.
	"Chris!!" Joey yelled.
	"Yeah?" Chris called.
"Stay here with the kids. I'm going to take JC to the hospital!"
Joey said urgently.

Britney poked her head into the dark room and heard the deafening
sound of silence. She walked quietly in the room, closing the door behind
her.
"Christina?" Britney asked, raising her hand to search for the
light switch.
"Keep the light off." Christina responded softly. Britney let out a
soft sigh and graciously obliged. She made her way to the origin of the
sound, casually bumping into the edge of the bed. She reached the bed just
in time for her eyes to adjust to the lack of light. She saw Christina's
form laying on the bed motionless. Her head rested in the pillow; her face
pointed towards the side. Britney took a seat on the bed and crawled next
to her. She gently ran a hand up and down Christina's back.
"Hey Cutie, why aren't you down there in that hot man's arms making
out?" Britney asked.
	"Brit, I can't. . . I just can't." Christina sighed.
	"Why not?" Britney questioned calmly.
"Because he is too perfect, I don't deserve him." Christina
mumbled.
"Yes I agree, he is too perfect, but you definitely deserve him."
Britney replied.
"I don't deserve a guy like that, I deserve a guy like Marvin."
Christina said shaking her head.
"Chrissy! No one deserves a man like Marvin. His own mother doesn't
even deserve a son like Marvin. He's the biggest piece of shit. Pardon my
French. You deserve a man better than him and probably even better than
Cole, but until that guy comes around I think you should give Cole a
chance." Britney said compassionately.
"Brit, why did I let Marvin control me? I'm a weak person. Cole
deserves a strong woman. Someone who can challenge him." Christina
replied.
"Chrissy! You are the strongest and most fierce girl I know! Who
stood up for me when Joey and JC were trying to throw me into the pool that
one time? You! Who told Justin to treat me right when we were dating and
made sure he did? You! Who has the balls to take on all five of the
Backstreet Boys to a charity boxing match and win!? You! I mean, you may be
one small girl, but that girl has some power!" Britney claimed. Christina
gave a small laugh.
"Those Backstreet Guys are pretty weak." Christina laughed.
"Yeah well, that's why we got the good boy band." Britney chuckled.
"Brit!!!" Came the muffled sound of Lance yelling. They both looked
at the door as Lance was heard climbing up the stairs and running down the
hall toward the door.
"Britney! Chrissy! Hop in the car, We gotta head to the hospital!"
Lance huffed.
"Why?" they both asked in unison.
"JC is in the hospital!" Lance said out of breath.

"Where is he?" Justin asked as he ran into the waiting room. He
heaved a duffel bag on his shoulders; rushing so much that he forgot to
take it off. Cole ran into the room shortly after him holding his keys in
his hands. Justin rushed to where Britney sat waiting for him.
"He's down the hall, follow me." Britney said as she rushed down
the hallway. Justin and Cole ran behind her anxiously. She stopped in front
of the door and opened it quietly. Justin ran into the room and stopped
when he saw JC sitting up in the bed while staring at the TV. JC looked at
the door and smiled a weary smile for Justin. Justin dropped the bag and
made his way carefully to JC's side. JC sat up in the bed, with a hospital
gown covering his body, with the blanket brought up around his waist. There
was an IV bag waiting on a stand, ready to be inserted into JC. Justin
leaned down and gave JC a large tight hug.
"Hey sweetheart!" JC whispered as he pressed his lips to Justin's
cheek.
"What happened Indy?" Justin asked worriedly.
"I have appendicitis. They need to remove my appendix." JC
replied. Justin let out a sigh and let his head fall in relief.
"I thought you got hurt or something. Thank god it can be cured!"
Justin said relieved. He turned and saw Joey and Lance sitting on the small
couch playing with Ben and Amy. Ben smiled and laughed along, yet Amy kept
her constant frown. Christina sat on a chair watching the TV from next to
JC's bed. Chris was also sitting next to her with a crossword puzzle in
his hands.
"Hey Princess! Hey Tiger!" Justin said making his way to his
children. Amy brightened when seeing her father. She reached for Justin,
straining to touch her father just once. Justin chuckled and scooped Amy up
into his arms.
"Hey there baby girl. How are you?" Justin asked as he placed a
small kiss on Amy's cheek.
"Hey Sweetheart, why don't you take a seat on the bed with me." JC
said softly.
"Are you okay? When is your surgery?" Justin asked as he took a
seat on the bed gently. JC ran a hand up and down Justin's back.
	"Tomorrow morning." JC said softly.
"Did you have to get shots yet?" Justin asked worriedly. JC nodded
in sadness.
"Oh poor baby. I'm sorry I wasn't here." Justin said leaning down
and kissing JC softly. Amy reached out and touched her lip-locked parents.
"Sweet Pea!" JC snickered. Justin pulled back a bit and placed the
child on the bed between himself and JC. There was a soft knock on the door
which caused everyone to glance toward the wooden portal. A nurse poked her
head into the room and looked around.
	"Hello?" she called.
	"Hello." JC replied.
"Oh my! You have many guests Mr. Chasez." She said with a smile as
she smiled at everyone.
"They are my friends. Would you like to be introduced?" JC
questioned.
"Such a polite young man. Certainly." The nurse said, giving JC her
full attention after picking up the clip board from the door.
"These are my best friends and band mates Joey, Lance, and
Chris. That is Christina and Britney, two more of my close friends. That
man right there is Cole, he's a pediatrician in town. He owns a private
practice nearby. And this is my husband, Justin, and our twins Amy and
Ben." JC introduced.
"Nice to meet you all." The elderly nurse replied brightly.
"Everyone this is the nicest and youngest looking fifty-five year
old nurse in this hospital, Edna." JC commented.
"Oh such a sweet gentleman, you are one lucky man Justin." Edna
commented with a laugh.
"I know I am, thank you so much for taking care of him." Justin
replied appreciatively.
"My pleasure. It's not everyday I get to meet a group of fine young
celebrities. And I have to say you are very kind and sincere. Just the kind
I like" Edna said going over JC's charts as she looked through her glasses.
"Okie JC let's check your blood pressure and pulse once more and
I'll get your ready with anything before head out tonight." Edna said.
"Is that young short haired, brunette going to be my nurse again
after you leave?" JC questioned sadly.
"Yes sir she is. Why? You say that sadly." Edna replied putting the
cuff around JC's biceps and pushing the bulb tightly.
"She's not as nice as you are Edna. Can't I convince you to stay
here all night for me?" JC questioned with pouty lips.
"Oh Edna, watch out. I can never resist Josh when he has pouty
lips." Justin warned.
"Put those lips away, I have two grandchildren who try that and it
never works." Edna replied with a laugh. She read the gauge before placing
the number on the chart. She took off the cuff and took JC's wrist in her
hand. She looked at her watch while she counted.
"Okay JC, you are doing fine and ready for the big surgery
tomorrow. Now everyone here is aware that only one person may stay over
night with this handsome man correct?" Edna asked.
"Yes, I think I'll be staying here tonight." Justin replied raising
his hand.
"Okay Justin, I know it's not going to be comfortable but you can
have the couch. I'll try and sneak you some extra pillows and blankets
before I head out." Edna promised.
"Why thank you Edna." Justin snickered.
"Okay everyone. Have a nice night. Goodbye." Edna said as she waved
before leaving the room.
"I want her as your nurse, not some floozy who is going to be
rubbing up on you in your drugged up state." Justin said protectively.
"Why don't you be my nurse, and you can rub up on me in my drugged
up state or not." JC grinned.
"Damn you're sexy even when you are sick." Justin snickered.
"I think that is our cue to leave." Chris commented.

"Christina?" Cole asked softly as he tried to catch up with her as
she kept a quick pace down the hall.
"Yeah?" Christina asked keeping her eyes on the ground as she tried
to get to the elevators first. She reached the wall and pushed the button
for the elevator.
"We need to talk." Cole said calmly.
"No. . .no we don't." Christina said as she heard the ding. She
stepped into the empty elevator and pressed the button to head down. Cole
stepped in as well. Chris was in view and was rushing toward the elevator
before Cole shot him a glare. Chris stopped dead in his tracks.
"Oops I forgot my. . . my. . . " Chris struggled for an excuse.
"You're brain. Let's get it." Britney said as she guided him away
from the elevator. The doors closed leaving Christina and Cole to talk
alone.
"Christina. Is there something wrong with me?" Cole questioned.
"Yes, it's the fact that there is nothing wrong with you!"
Christina sighed.
"I have my flaws trust me, it's just that I don't show them off
until I know someone." Cole said looking at Christina.
"And. . .?" Christina asked as she looked up into Cole's face.
"And I'd like to get to know you so that I can show you my flaws."
Cole said softly. Christina smiled as she looked at him tenderly. They
started to lean toward each other slowly.
"DING!" With that sound. Christina ducked her head and rushed out
of the elevator. Cole let out a sigh as he watched Christina's fleeing
form. He stared continuously even as the cold steel doors closed in front
of him revealing his own reflection.

"Hi! I'm Gideon Yago with MTV news. Pop's biggest leading group
spent the entire day at the hospital today to keep one of their fellow
member's a speedy recovery. NSYNC met in an Orlando hospital to keep JC
company through his surgery for appendicitis. He was rushed to the hospital
yesterday with complaints of sever abdominal pains only to realize that he
need to have his appendix removed. Husband. Justin Timberlake Chasez,
rushed home from his father's home in Tennessee to be with him as
well. When JC was asked about his condition over a rare telephone interview
after his surgery he replied "I now have a pretty nice scar. It's just too
bad that only Justin and my kids are going to be able to see it." For more
up to the minute news tune into MTV ten to the hour, every hour."

"Hello today we have a special interview with JC Chasez of NSYNC
who sadly is in the hospital today because of appendicitis. Here via
satellite are the guys of NSYNC." Carson said, causing everyone in the
audience to cheer. The TV showed JC laying in his bed with Justin sitting
next to him, Lance sitting on the other side of the bed, Joey and Chris
both sat behind Justin and Lance, sitting on the arms of their chairs.
"Hey everyone." JC said with a wave.
"Hey Jayce! How are you doing buddy?" Carson asked.
"I'm good. Still a little groggy and sore, but I'm holding up." JC
said steadily.
"Now you had your appendix taken out? That has to leave a nasty
scar." Carson said.
"Actually it's not that bad. It's not modest but it's not hefty
either." JC replied.
"Can we see it?" Carson requested.
"Absolutely Not!" Justin said with a fixed smile.
	"Why not?" Carson requested.
"No one sees my husband's body except for me, my children, and the
guys. And that's it!" Justin said complacently.
"Okay then. I guess everyone at home is out of luck. Now what does
this mean for the group? Are you taking a break? Or are you taking it easy
or what?" Carson asked.
"Well I know JC is going to be taking it very easy for a while."
Justin said glancing at JC. JC gave him a loving smile before taking his
hand into his own.
"I think the group is taking a big break. I know Lance is going to
visit his sister who is pregnant. And I know that Joey and myself are
going to visit our families and spend time with them. But we are also going
to be hitting the studios and making sure we keep singing. Also a lot of
charity work." Chris nodded.
"Now speaking of families, I know that you all are very close to
your families. Do you feel homesick when you see Justin and JC who miss
their kids a lot?" Carson asked.
"I definitely do. Every time I see them sad because they are
separated from their kids, I feel like calling my mother and telling her I
love her." Lance said with a false sniffle. Justin and JC blushed as they
smiled along with everyone else.
"Now can we get an update on the Prince and Princess of the pop
world?" Carson asked. Justin laughed at the way he gave a title to his
children and soon saw the camera men and producers urging Britney and
Christina to place the two kids on the bed in front of JC. Justin was
worried and angered at the fact these MTV workers are urging his friends to
flaunt the children on TV. He tossed a glance to JC who was looking back at
him in mild disgust.
"No! And if you ask again I'll kick your. . ." Christina started.
"Hey Chrissy, it's okay." JC said softly. Justin shot his husband a
glare as both children were placed on the bed. Ben was instantly scared and
started to claw at JC's stomach, which caused him to wince.
"Benji! Come over here!" Justin called. Ben crawled to the edge of
the bed where Justin scooped him p. He handed the boy to Joey who gladly
took him. Justin reached back onto the bed and scooped up Amy.
	"Wow they've grown!" Carson commented.
"Yes they have!" Lance said tossing them a glance.
"Well I know you five have to go now. Take care JC and I hope you
have a speedy recovery." Carson claimed.
"thanks man." JC said. With that, the connection was closed leaving
the five guys, two children, two woman and the MTV crew.
"How dare you! You cannot force us to put those two children in
front of the camera. Did you even ask Justin or JC if they wanted to show
their children to the entire world!" Christina barked at them.
"Sorry Ms. Aguilera but we were told by Carson to have the children
on the camera." The cameraman said.
"excuse me fellows, I think you should leave. Mr. Chasez needs his
rest." Edna said showing up in the door. The MTV crew headed out the door
with Christina giving them a fierce glare.
"That Carson Daly is one son of a. . ." Christina said fiercely.
"Uh uh! Let's not swear in front of the children." Edna said
pointing to the kids. Christina nodded and sat down silently.
"I hate Carson! Only him would call up that favor we owe him and
use it to flaunt JC's condition for his own ratings." Joey huffed. He moved
to the couch along with Chris while Ben held him tightly, still afraid.
"It's okay, it's in the past, we can't do anything about it now."
JC said softy.
"Josh, I can't believe you let them do that." Justin said from the
seat.
"What could I do Justin? I couldn't hop out of the bed and yell
`No!'. My condition kinda prevents me from doing that." JC replied in a
helpless tone.
"You could have said, no." Justin argued.
"You could have too." JC retorted.
"You know it's pointless to fight Josh. I just hope you know that I
don't want my children to be on TV for the whole world to see unless it's
with the right people. I don't Carson to show the world our children. I'd
rather have someone like Dave Holmes or Ananda Lewis do it!" Justin
responded.
"Okay. I see your point. And I'm sorry." JC responded softly.
	"Me too." Justin added.
"I love you." JC said, ducking his head to look at Justin's
face. Justin lifted his head and gave JC a sincere smile.
	"Ditto." Justin snickered.
"Awwwww!" Everyone in the room said. Justin and JC turned bright
red and looked down.

	"Hello?" a soft voice asked.
"Hey Jonny, how are you?" JC asked as he cradled the phone between
his head and his shoulder.
"I'm fine. How are you?" the boy replied slightly saddened.
	"I'm doing good." JC responded.
"Daddy said you had to go into the hospital." Jonathan softly.
"Yeah I did. And I got this thing in my stomach removed. But now
I'm a lot better." JC replied.
"Did it hurt?" Jonathan asked worriedly.
"No, it didn't. Now how have you been? Justin told me you had a
problem." JC replied .
"Yeah. I'm lazy and stupid. That's what everyone at school says."
Jonathan replied sadly.
"Hey! Jonny you are not stupid! Okay? You have something called
ADD. It's a problem that you are born with. Okay, it's not your fault. You
hear me?" JC asked.
	"Uh huh." Jonathan said sadly.
"You are one of the smartest people I know Jonathan. When you were
younger I remember you used to draw these great pictures for me and the
rest of the guys. I know Lance still has your picture on his
refrigerator. And Chris framed it and placed it in our tour bus. You taught
Steven how to count and his ABCs. So you are one talented kid, kiddo." JC
said.
	" Thank you." Jonathan replied.
"No problem, buddy. Now I'll call you later okay?" JC said,
sincerely.
"Okay. Bye JC!" Jonathan said happier than before.
	"Bye Bro." JC replied.

"You have four new messages." The automated voice blared out in its
monotone voice. Britney nodded and placed her purse on the table as she
tidied up the living room a bit.
"Hey Christina! It's Cole. I just wanted to see if you changed your
mind about you know, going out with me and all. Well I guess I'll talk to
you later." Cole said saddened.
	"Poor kid." Britney sighed.
"Hey Britney! It's Lance. I love you. . . that's it. Bye!" Lance
said as he hung up. Britney chuckled at her boyfriend and continued to
clean the room quickly.
"Hey Christina, I forgot but I love you too, just not as strong as
I love Britney though." Lance added quickly. Britney chuckled as she shook
her head.
"Hey Britney! I just heard that Josh is in the hospital, do you
know where I can get a hold of him?" Came a young female voice. Britney let
out a gasp and stared at the answering machine.

"Hello?" Lance asked as he poked his head into the hospital
room. He saw Justin sitting on the couch reading a magazine while JC was
sitting with a tray of food sitting before him on his tray table. JC looked
down at the liquid foods and sighed, returning his eyes to the television
once again.
"Hey Lance! Come on in." Justin said. Lance propped open the door
with his foot and leaned down to pick up two car seats and two bags of
food. He walked in and placed the kids down on a table near Justin, as well
as placed the food down next to them.
"I brought your children and food for Justin, cause I know you
haven't eaten anything since yesterday. And my own lunch." Lance said as he
rubbed his eyes. He walked over to JC and looked down at the tray.
"Wow, that is the nastiest thing I've seen all day, and I've been
changing your kids' diapers." Lance stated, blankly. JC gave Lance' a
friendly glare and hit him in the back of the head.
"Yeah well I'm still on a liquid meal. Which sucks." JC sighed.
"can you have a Coke?" Lance asked.
"Nope, any movement in the stomach area can hurt the stitches."
Justin said opening his bag and taking out his burger. He looked over at JC
who was looking at him enviously.
"You can kiss me after I eat. This way you'll get the taste and not
the food!" Justin snickered. JC let out a scowl before picking up a pillow
and tossing at Justin who was still laughing on the couch.
"So how were the kids with you Lance?" JC asked as he opened up his
soup bowl to reveal a slightly tinted liquid. He covered it back up before
picking up the Popsicle and unwrapping it.
"They were fine! Amy preferred to sleep with Britney and Ben wanted
to snooze with me. Other than that it was fine. Oh! Amy is a little fussy
about eating. And I wasn't sure what to do. So I waited a while and fed her
later. I hope that's okay and all." Lance said looking up at JC and Justin.
"Yeah it's fine. Just as long as she drank a little." JC said
taking a giant bite out of his ice cream.
"Yeah she did. I was so scared, I thought I was going to break your
child or something. Oh! And you guys got a call from The Advocate, they
want an interview." Lance said, before taking a bite of his fries.
"Okay cool. I have to set up a date with them." Justin said,
sitting back as he continued to chew his food.
"You are doing the interview? Finally! What changed your mind?"
Lance asked.
"All those people out by our house protesting and trying to break
us down, only made us step up and do this interview. We decided that if we
changed one mind then we did our job." JC said as he let out a yawn.
"So when are you guys getting out of here?" Lance asked, looking up
from his food towards the kids. Amy and Ben snoozed soundly in their car
seats, nestled away with their baby blankets and stuffed animals.
"Tomorrow and then I can go home!" JC sighed.
"Home sweet home. And I'm having a little gathering at home just
for you baby." Justin said, tossing his a glance before continuing to eat.
"You don't have to. It's not that big of a deal. I'm just coming
home." JC responded.
"Oh hey! Justin you're friend Trace called. And JC this other dude
called for you. Something about the foundation you are starting." Lance
remembered.
"Are there any other messages that you can remember?" Justin
snickered.
	"No that's all." Lance shrugged.
"Oh yeah! I have to invite Trace for tomorrow." Justin said, taking
a bite of his burger. He didn't see JC's frown at the comment.
"Indy? What foundation are you starting?" Justin asked.
"The J. Chasez Foundation for ADD." JC said. Justin's eyes sparkled
as he looked lovingly toward his husband. His face grew into a smile as he
saw JC smiled back at him. Justin put down his food and walked over to the
bed. JC watched as Justin leaned in and pressed a passionate kiss against
his own lips.
"I love you so much!" Justin said tenderly.
"I love you too!" JC said, quickly leaning forward to place a peck
on Justin's cheek.
"Hello? Anyone in the room?" a voice came. Justin smiled and looked
toward the door.
"Come on in Trace!" Justin called. JC let out a low sigh and rolled
his eyes.
"Hey Justin! How's it going?" Trace asked as he walked in and did a
little handshake with Justin. Trace cast a glance at JC and gave him a
small wave, before turning back toward Justin.
"I just dropped by to see how you were doing." Trace said,
directing his comment toward Justin. Justin gave him a smile and nodded
before heading back to his food. He picked up his burger once again and
took a bite. He looked up and trace and held out his burger. Trace leaned
down and took a bite of it before standing up and wiping his lip. Lance
watched this in surprise. He cast a glance at JC who gave a conspicuous
look of jealousy.
"That's good. Where did you get it from?" Trace asked, taking a
seat next to Justin. He picked up Justin's bag and dug through it to steal
two fries.
"I dunno, Lance got it." Justin responded. They both looked at
Lance who stopped chewing his food to look back at them. he slowly chewed a
bit before answering.
"It's a small joint in the mall. Don't know what it's called."
Lance replied. He got up and took his bag away from Justin and Trace. He
made his way to JC's bedside and took a seat in a chair.
"I don't like him." JC whispered.
"Well get used to him, he's Curly's best friend." Lance replied,
keeping a watchful eye on Justin and Trace.
"Hello?" came a soft voice from the door.
"God! I'm popular today!" JC sighed.
	"Hey Brit." Lance called.
"Hey Sweety." Britney responded. As she poked her head into the
room.
"Come on in!" JC motioned with a wave. Britney opened the door to
reveal a girl a little taller than Britney with the same build as her. Her
short brown hair framed her face, making the light brown streaks in her
hair stand out against her medium tanned skin.
"Hi Josh." The voice said softly. Justin's comical look directed
toward Trace turned suspicious as he eyed the girl that called JC by his
real name. Only certain people get to call him by `Josh' and she was not
one of them.
"Oh my god! Hey Caitlin!" JC said brightly.
"How are you doing?" Caitlin asked as she walked slowly to JC's
side.
"I've been better." JC laughed. Justin stared in amazement at
JC. JC had just given his trademark flirty laugh. He watched as he saw the
girl and his husband talk with each other.
"Wow you still look amazing." Caitlin said, glancing at him.
"So do you! How've you been? What are you up to? Who are you with?"
JC asked.
"Well I've been great. I'm working for Virgin Records, but am
trying to get transferred to Jive. But that's beside the point. And I'm
currently single. You interested?" Caitlin asked teasingly. Justin looked
at her in shock. He let out a cough before taking a sip of his soda. JC
diverted his eyes in Justin's direction and smiled.
"I would be if I wasn't already taken. Justin come over here. I
want you to meet someone." JC said. Justin got up and moved to JC's
bedside. He took a seat on the bed and looked between JC and Caitlin
inquisitively.
"Blue, this is my good friend Caitlin, who I haven't seen since MMC
days. Caitlin this is my best friend and husband Justin." JC said, glancing
at Trace when he said the words `best friend.'
"Nice to meet you Justin!" Caitlin said happily.
"Yeah. . . nice to meet you too." Justin said a bit confused.
"Josh? Honey? Who is she and how come I just found out about her
now?" Justin asked softly. Caitlin gave a small giggle while Britney was
whispering something to Lance.
"She is my good friend and at one point was my girlfriend." JC said
with a bright smile. Justin gave a small nod and proceeded to get the food
out of his teeth with his tongue. The room heard a soft cry which made
everyone direct their attention to a car seat on the table. Amy was crying
in the seat while reaching out to nothing at all. Justin got up wiped his
mouth with a napkin and made his way to the baby girl. He scooped the girl
up.
"Hey Princess." Justin whispered. He tried to calm the girl down
but she wouldn't stop crying. He tried to bounce her but she wouldn't
stop. He tried rocking her but she wouldn't stop.
"Here Sweetheart, let me try." JC offered. Justin handed the girl
to her other father and watched as JC tired everything to make the girl
quiet. He patted her back gently but she wouldn't stop her crying.
"Can I try? I have many younger siblings so I've had a bunch of
experience with kids." Caitlin stated. JC slowly handed her to Caitlin, who
took the girl her in arms. She gently rubbed her back while whispering into
her ear. Amy stopped crying progressively until finally her sobs became
little bursts of hyperventilating.
"That is amazing. Usually only Justin, JC, or Britney are able to
stop them from crying!" Lance claimed. Justin rolled his eyes and went back
to the couch to sit next to Trace.

"Hello! And welcome to the Ananda Lewis show!" Ananda's voice came
coming out of the television while JC sat on the couch watching her. He
took a sip of his drink before placing it down on the end table.
"Justin?" JC called, out of the room. Justin poked his head out of
the den and glanced at JC.
	"Yeah?" Justin asked.
"Ananda's show is on time. You want to watch it with me?" JC asked.
"Yeah sure. Who's the guest?" Justin asked.
"Us." JC responded, before taking a bite out of his yogurt. He
looked at Justin who responded by opening his mouth. JC scooped up a
spoonful and guided it toward Justin's mouth. Justin took in the yogurt
while his eyes were glued to the TV. As soon as JC took the spoon out of
his mouth Justin gave a look of disgust.
"What is this?" Justin asked in horror. He reluctantly swallowed
before picking up JC's drink and taking a swig.
"It's hazelnut yogurt. You don't like it?" JC asked with a smirk.
"No it's all. . .ugly tasting." Justin said taking another sip of
JC's drink. JC smirked at his husband before gazing at the TV and becoming
enveloped into it as did Justin.
"Now you just saw the five beautiful men of NSYNC perform their hit
single Pop, later on you'll see them perform my favorite song off the
album, Gone. But first we are going to get to know the guys a bit
better. Instead of asking them questions we're gonna ask their parents! So
please welcome to the stage, Bev, Chris's mom. Joe and Phyllis, Joey's mom
and Dad. Diane, Lance's Mom. Karen, JC's Mom. And Last but certainly not
least, Lynn, Justin's Mom." Ananda said. The audience clapped for them
while watching all the people on the stage.
"Now let me start off by asking how you parents get along. I know
your boys get along fine, almost like brothers. Do you all get along
equally as well?" Ananda asked.
"Oh! We get along well. I know that Joe and I were business
associates and I go vacationing with Karen." Bev said.
"And I know that I can't get through a week without calling all the
other mothers." Phyllis responded.
"We all try to keep in to keep in touch." Diane added.
"Now I know Lynn and Karen keep in touch cause their boys are
maaarrried!" Ananda said happily.
"Yes. Yes we do. Karen is my best friend. I can't go through a day
without talking with her." Lynn responded.
"I have to check in with Lynn because these two might not tell one
of us something but will tell the other." Karen responded.
"Hey! Hey! Hey! We have busy lives." Justin retorted, casting a
glance at JC.
"Yes you are busy. Raising your own children and all." Ananda said
happily.
"Now we have some photos of the kids with various people. Here is
the first one. With the family shot." Ananda said pointing to the
screen. The first picture was taken in a park. JC sat on his side with one
leg stretched out while the other was propped up. He rested his elbow in
Justin's lap, who was sitting up himself. In front of them were Ben and Amy
who sat up while putting both of their arms on Leo who was laying
down. Ozzie and Hunter were sitting up near by.
"That is a cute picture. Not check out this next one!" Ananda said,
focusing on the screen. A picture of Lance and Chris both snoozing with Amy
and Ben's sleeping on their chests. There was an instant coo in the
audience. The screen switched to another one with Joey and Justin
snickering while holding a laughing Ben up.
"Now the media has taken on the names of Pop Prince and Princess
for your kids. How do you feel about that?" Ananda asked. JC looked at
Justin who just looked back.
"Well at first I think it's flattering to know that people hold our
children in such a high place. It's funny to realize that when I call Amy,
Princess, that so do a lot of other people. But at the same time I kind of
don't want my children exposed to the whole world. And I know that Justin
feels the same way. I mean there are magazines out there with pictures of
our children on it, and there is only one magazine that will officially
have our permission for out children to be in it. So in a way I take it as
a compliment but I also take it as an invasion of privacy." JC said with a
small nod.
"Yup. JC said it all. I think that putting my kids in the public
eye is acceptable only if it's the right people. I would never take my
children onto Jerry Springer and am reluctant to take them onto MTV. But
we'll gladly bring them to a show such as Rosie or this one." Justin
nodded.
"Well thank you. And I'm happy to say that Justin and JC have been
nice enough to bring their children onto the show and tell us about the
parenting lifestyle as well as give us some inside scoop on their
families. So please welcome to the stage, Ben and Amy Chasez." Ananda
announced. There was a round of applause as Tyler and Heather walked out of
the door with Ben and Amy in their arms. Ben clung tightly to Tyler in fear
causing him to look down at the cowering child. Amy laid her weary head on
Heather's shoulder as she shyly watched the audience. Both children
brightened when they saw their fathers on the stage. Justin kept his arms
behind his back as he stood up.
"I'd like to introduce everyone to my favorite brother-in-law and
sister-in-law. This is Tyler and Heather, JC's brother and sister." Justin
said introducing them. Ben reached out for Justin who refused to take him
into his arms.
"Now Justin, you aren't taking Ben. Why is that?" Ananda asked.
"Well both kids have become heavily reliant on me and JC. They
become really fussy with their nannies and won't stop crying until they see
us. So we're both trying to teach them to go to others." Justin said
looking toward JC who took Amy into his arms guilty.
"Justin has more willpower to refuse such cute faces." JC said
taking his daughter into his arms. Amy laughed and buried her face in her
father's shoulders.
"Now how do the guys act with the kids?" Ananda asked. Heather gave
Ben to Diane who gladly took him.
"We love them. I seriously treat them like I would treat my nephew
or niece. And I can't wait until they are older and able to call me Uncle
Lance." Lance snickered.
"Now kinda changing subjects but still related to family, you all
have pets right?" Ananda asked.
"JC and myself do. We have three dogs, Leo, Ozzie, and Hunter."
Justin stated.
"And I have Busta." Chris claimed.
"Pets don't like me." Joey stated with a small frown, before
bursting into a big grin.
"I don't have one yet but I plan to." Lance said.
"Well stay tuned, cause after this, Chris is going to let us in on
his new line of fashion." Ananda ended. The commercials came rolling onto
the screen causing Justin to avert his eyes toward JC. JC was now leaning
back with his head tilted as far against the couch as possible. His eyes
were almost closed as he leaned back. Justin slowly placed his hands at
the hem of JC's shirt and lifted it up to reveal a small fresh scar still
stitched up with threads. He smiled at the doctors attempt to keep the scar
as small as possible. Justin looked up at JC who was looking down at him
with a small grin.
"Guess you'll have to keep your shirt down at the shows now."
Justin snickered as he fell over laughing. His head plopped onto JC's thigh
causing him to lay on his back. He looked up at JC and smiled.
"No! It just means I have to put some make-up on my abs now." JC
snickered in return.
"That's disgusting! You're not going to actually do that are you?"
Justin asked looking up at JC.
	"No!" JC chuckled.
"Dork!" Justin said turning away so he could see the TV
screen. They both heard the door open and a stuffy nosed Lance talking to
someone.
	"Hello." Came Lance's nasally voice.
"Lance? What's wrong?" Justin asked as he gazed up to see Lance
walking into the room with a small black and white kitten. He was followed
by Britney and Christina who took a seat around the room.
"Hey Guys. Where is the kids?" Britney questioned.
"Hana and her boyfriend decided to take them out." JC replied.
"How nice of her. So what's the deal with Hana? The last time I
talked to her she was questioning whether to move into this house or
not. Did she make up her mind yet?" Christina asked.
"Yeah, she doesn't want to. But she has the house key and
everything and has a room, so she can come and go as she wishes. Now who is
this little kitten in your arms?" JC questioned as he smiled at the baby
cat.
"This is Oreo. He was my cat until I started having allergic
reactions to him. And now I'm taking him back to the animal shelter." Lance
said with a sniffle.
	"Poor cat." JC said.
"Who cares, it's a cat. Let it go." Justin said. JC smacked his
hand against Justin's stomach causing him to snicker.
"Well I think we should keep him. Cause well, it's depressing at
the pound." JC said looking down.
"I hate cats! Okay maybe not hate. But I'm a dog person myself."
Justin responded. He gave a small whistle and called out, causing two out
of the three dogs to come running into the room. Ozzie and Hunter ran to
Justin and waited eagerly. Justin pointed to the kitten which caused them
to walk over curiously. Hunter sniffed it slowly before losing interest
and laying down at JC's feet. Ozzie sat in front of Lance and watched the
kitten patiently. The baby cat gave a small meow causing Ozzie to stand up
in excitement; his tail wagging out of contr0ol.
"Ozzie likes him, so I say we keep him. Only if Lance will let us."
JC replied.
"By all means! This way I can see him but I don't have to sneeze
every time." Lance responded.
"Yay we have a furball in the house now." Justin said less
enthused.
"Coming up next on Access Hollywood! Joey Fatone just became a
father today! We'll have more information at five." An announcement came
through the TV.
"What?!?!" All four people said yelling at the TV.

"Joey! Pick up the damn phone!!" Justin barked to himself as he
paced around the room with a cell phone pressed against his ear. He walked
by Lance who had his cell phone up to his ear as well.
"Dammit Joey! Where are you?" Lance asked furiously, yelling into
the ringing phone.
"Why didn't he tell us?" JC asked with the cordless phone top his
ear.
"Joey! Pick up your damn phone!!!" Britney stormed as she sat in
the alcove looking out into the front yard.
"Do we even know what hospital he is at?" Christina asked with her
phone pressed to her ear as well.
"Nope, but I'm calling Cole." Britney replied, hanging up her phone
to quickly dial Cole's number in.
"Okay He's not in New York. I have a feeling it's in Orlando."
Lance said hanging the phone up.
"Who is the girl? I mean I didn't even know he was seeing someone
and all of a sudden he has a kid?" Justin snapped as he closed his phone
and tossed it on the couch. JC looked up at Justin and gave him a meek
smile. He stood up and made his way to his young husband and enveloped him
in a tight hug. Justin let out a sigh and buried his face into JC's neck.
"Hey Cole? Can you do us a favor and see if anyone has given birth
recently with the father being Joey Fatone?" Britney asked into her phone.
"Okay Miami hasn't had a birth in the last day." Christina said
hanging up the phone. JC let go of Justin and continued to listen to the
continuous rings of the phone.
"Good lord! Every time you don't want him around. He is constantly
in your face and every time you do want him around, he is never to be
found." Justin sighed in frustration.
"Why would he keep this from us? I mean seriously! We wouldn't hate
him, hell we'd be thrilled." Lance huffed.
"Okay! Thank you Cole!" Britney said happily. She hung up the phone
and looked at the rest of them.
"He's at Cole's hospital!" Britney chimed, sending everyone to
their feet and to their cars.

Chris stood in the lobby with Sarah standing behind him, with her
chin on his shoulder. Her arms were wrapped around his waist and gently
rocked back and forth as they waited patiently. They watched as swarms of
news reporters and spectators stood behind police lines all trying to catch
a glimpse of the `celebrities' that are to be visiting the hospital. Chris
stood on his toes as he saw his friends making their way to the
hospital. Britney and Lance rushed up the walkway and into the lobby. They
let out a laugh of ridiculousness and sauntered over to Chris and
Sarah. They all faced the door when they saw Christina running in quickly
right in front of JC and Justin who walked in hand in hand.
"Where is he?" Justin asked as he placed an arm around JC's
waist. JC lifted his arm and enveloped Justin's shoulder.
"He's upstairs. Let's head up there." Chris said guiding the way to
the elevators. The ride was quiet as they made their way to the second
floor where the nursery was. They migrated as a group down the hallway to a
private room. Chris slowly knocked and poked his head into the room. They
all entered the room to see Joey sitting on the couch, unshaved and
happy. Sitting next to him was his mother who was flipping through a
magazine.
"Hey!" Chris said in a happy whisper.
"Hey guys come on in!" Joey invited. Everyone walked into the room
and gave a polite smile to the woman sitting in the bed.
"Guys I'd like you to meet Kelli. Kelli I want you to meet
everyone." Joey said.
"Hey you guys." Kelli said with a tired smile.
"Nice to meet you." Justin said, casting a glare toward Joey.
"And I want you to meet someone else." Joey said, making his way to
the small crib-like platforms the hospital provided. Inside was a small
baby bundled in white blankets.
"This is Amanda Clare." Joey said taking the baby into his arms.
"Hey Cutie! Wow you are so beautiful, are you sure Joey is your
father?" Britney giggled as she cooed the baby.
"Hey Joey, do you think we can talk to you outside for a second."
Lance asked politely.
"Yeah sure!" Joey said with a smile. He gently handed the baby to
his mother and walked out of the room with the four boys trailing not too
far behind. They walked into the quiet hallway which was empty besides
Kelli's room.
"What's up guys?" Joey said with a grin.
"Congratulations! Now Why the fuck haven't we heard about this
until now?" Justin screamed. JC stood behind Justin and placed both hands
on Justin's shoulders.
"Guys! I know this seems like a surprise but. . ."
"Seems like a surprise!? God dammit Joey, I found out about this
from a TV show! I thought we were your best friends!" Justin yelled.
"Justin I know I kept it a secret but you got to see where I'm
coming from." Joey argued. Justin looked at him with hurt in his eyes as
did the others.
"I didn't even know until maybe she was three months pregnant and
well I. . . I didn't want you guys to hate me. I mean. . ." Joey struggled
to speak.
"Joey nothing you could say, could make me hate you! I can't
believe your doubted that.!" Justin snapped.
"Oh you should talk Justin! You are the one who waited a full
fucking five years before telling us you were gay!" Joey retorted.
	"That's different!" Justin argued fiercely.
"How the hell is it different Justin! You kept a secret from me and
now I'm keeping one from you!" Joey snapped back. Justin gave him a hurt
expression and turned to JC who enveloped him in his arms.
"That's it! Create your little alliances. Justin has JC and Lance
has Chris. And here is Joe Shmoe all by himself again!" Joey said as he
opened the door and quickly walked in. All four guys stood there in
silence. It wasn't long until the girls came running out of the
room. Britney made her way to Lance's side and wrapped an arm around his
waist as well as pressed her other hand against Lance's chest. Christina
placed an arm on JC's shoulder who was still holding Justin. Justin
startled everyone by lifting his head from JC's shoulder and storming down
the hall with mounting tears in his eyes.
"Justin!" JC called. Justin didn't turn around, yet stormed down
the hall silently.

"Hey Amanda! Your Dad asked me to watch you for a second. I'm your
Uncle Lance. You have a bunch of uncles but I'm the really hot one, okay?"
Lance chuckled as he held the girl in his arms. She looked about wide-eyed;
her gaze changing from place to place.
"Now there is a little bit of tension between your dad and your
uncles. Right now your Uncle Justin is kind of mad at your Daddy. And well
so are all the rest of your uncles. But we will get over it cause your dad
is like a brother to us. But your Uncle Justin took something really
personally." Lance said to the girl. Amanda eyes stopped wandering and
focused onto Lance.
"You see your Uncle Justin and your dad have a unique bond. They
were close. Because your daddy took care of your Uncle Justin when he was
young and they were traveling through Europe. And well you were a bit of a
surprise to your Uncle Justin and he took it a bit personally. But your
Uncle JC and your Uncle Chris will work everything out, and soon you will
be playing with your cousins, Amy and Ben." Lance said to the child. Lance
looked up when he heard someone outside of the door.
"We'll finish our conversation later okay?" Lance whispered
quickly.
"Okay James! We're ready to go." Phyllis said as she entered the
room.
"Okie Dokie Phyllis." Lance said as he slowly handed the girl to
her grandmother.
"Thank you James, I appreciate you watching her. Have a nice day."
Phyllis said. Lance nodded and walked out of the room. He was met by a
disgruntled Britney.
	"What's wrong Honey?" Lance asked.
"I can't believe you aren't pissed off at him! This is one of our
close friends who kept this secret from us." Britney said in obvious anger.
"Britney! He didn't tell us, but we can't change that. Might as
well look to the future." Lance said calmly.
"You obviously don't care about the way Justin feels. He is hurt
and so am I. I mean how can you condone his actions!" Britney said in awe.
"Britney! You're being stubborn." Lance said.
"I'm being stubborn?!? I think I have a right to be angry! We sat
down one day and had a conversation about how much we trusted each
other. And then he doesn't even trust me to keep this secret!" Britney
yelled in return.
	"Britney! Calm down!" Lance retorted.
"No! I won't. God Lance. You know right now I need to cool
off. I'll talk to you later." Britney said as she walked into an elevator.

"Hey Josh! I'm going to go shopping with Trace. I'm taking Ben with
me okay?" Justin said, holding the boy at the doorway. JC poked his head
into the room and spotted his husband.
"Okay that's fine. Caitlin is coming over to catch up on old
times." JC said making his way to the front door. Hana walked down the
stairs, holding Amy in her arms on her way to the kitchen.
"Caitlin is coming?" Justin asked inquisitively.
"Yeah, you okay with that?" JC asked in return.
"Yeah I guess. She seems like a nice girl, for an airhead." Justin
said tiredly.
"What do you mean?" JC asked.
"Josh, she was such a dunce when she walked in. And she tried to
act all primp and proper, but I could see right through her." Justin
responded honestly.
"Okay whatever you say Justin. Caitlin and I might head over to
Joey's to see Amanda, so if I'm not home don't worry." JC said leaning in
and placing a kiss on Ben's cheek.
"You are going to Joey's?" Justin asked in surprise.
"Yeah, he just got home with the baby. So I was gonna head there
with you but since you are going out with Trace I'll go with Caitlin." JC
shrugged.
"You know I guess since we're being honest, I really don't like you
hanging out with Caitlin. I mean she's nice and all but I think she's
fake." Justin stated with a slight bit of anger.
"Justin you are not being reasonable. I mean I don't like you
hanging out with Trace but I still let you. Don't be jealous now." JC said
with in frustration.
"Why don't you like Trace?!" Justin asked in shock.
"Why don't you like Caitlin!" JC responded.
"God, you are so stubborn." Justin mumbled as he walked away from
the door and toward his car. JC rolled his eyes and walked back into the
house.

"Hey Josh! How are you?" Joey asked as he opened the door.
"Doing good. This is Caitlin, you remember her right?" JC asked.
"Yeah. How's it going. Come on in." Joey said. Both of them walked
into the house and made their way into the living room where others were
sitting. Lance sat on the couch with Chris and Sarah, while Kelli sat in
the recliner with the new child. Caitlin and JC made their way to the sofa
and took a seat.
"Hey Joey, can I ask you a favor?" JC asked.
	"Yeah sure." Joey replied.
"Can I crash here tonight, I think Justin and I are kind of on thin
ice." JC said with a sigh.
	"Yeah sure." Joey asked.
"Yeah, could I? Cause well, me and Brit got into an argument."
Lance sighed.
"No problem. Lance can crash with Chris in the guest room and JC do
you mind taking the couch?" Joey asked.
"Not at all. I probably would have the couch back home." JC sighed
in little whim.
"Well thank you guys for coming." Joey said tenderly.
"No problem Joey! We got another member of the N Sync family! That
brings us to a total of eight now!" Chris snickered.
	"Our pleasure." Lance smiled.

That night the group was separated. Joey slept restlessly in his
bed, but careful not to disturb baby Amanda who slept in a crib next to the
bed. Kelli slept easily for the first time since her labor had started.
She snoozed in her quiet empty room peacefully and comfortable. Phyllis
slept quietly in her own room as well. Chris and Lance's room was a little
different. Chris dreamt of Sarah who was in her own house, while Lance
tossed and turned over the argument with Britney. JC tossed and turned on
the couch thinking of this issues he is wrapped up in. Justin tossed in his
won bed, with both of his children sleeping in their room soundlessly. Hana
slept in the Chasez house as well, but slept more peacefully than
Justin. Britney tossed in her bed as did Christina. Britney tossed from the
lack of Lance, where as Christina tossed in the lack of anybody. Cole
himself was also tossing for the same reason. The group had had a bad
day. As other in the world also slept, or went about their lives, they were
unaware that their lives would change the next day.

"Justin! Turn on the TV!" Came a distressed call. Justin had just
woken up to the shrill or sound of the phone. He grabbed the remote and his
glasses and turned on the TV. He gasped when he saw the scene.
"Bye Mom." Justin said before hanging up the phone. He stared at
the burning buildings in awe.
"Hana!!!" Justin yelled. He hopped out of bed and ran down the
hall. He knocked on the door before poking his head in.
"Hana! Wake up!" Justin said. Hana lifted her head quickly and
looked at Justin.
	"What's wrong?" Hana asked.
"Follow me." Justin said as he ran out of the room. Both ran into
the master bedroom where the large TV showed the horrendous scene.
"Oh my!" Hana said as she stood there staring at the TV.
"Let's get the kids together, we have to head to Joey's." Justin
said.

"Britney!!!! Get down here!!!" Christina called. Britney ran down
the stairs hurriedly and stopped when seeing the television.
"Oh my god!!" Britney gasped. Both girls sat in their pajamas
staring at the TV in awe at the burning buildings.
"We have to head to Joey's." Britney whispered.
"Let's go." Christina said hopping up.

Justin ran into the house carrying Ben while Hana ran in at his
tails with Amy in her arms. All four were still in their pajamas as they
entered the house. JC sat on the couch surrounded by blankets and pillows,
staring in shock at the television in front of him. Joey sat next to him
cradling his new daughter while staring at the TV in utter amazement. Lance
and Chris sat on the floor and gazed at the burning buildings in
awe. Phyllis Fatone sat with a rosary in her hands as she tried desperately
to phone someone. Cole sat on the floor in front of Joey staring in utter
shock. Justin ran to sit in between JC and Joey. Hana handed Amy to JC and
took a seat on the floor in front of him. JC silently took Justin's hand in
his own and held it tightly in his own.
"Hello?" Britney called into the house.
"In here Britney!" Lance yelled. Britney ran into the room with
Christina. Britney quickly took a seat with Lance and held onto his arm
tightly. Christina took a seat on the floor next to Cole and stared at the
TV.
"As we sit here and watch as two of America's most prominent
buildings are flaming, we can only sit here and be thankful that we are not
one of the many that are victims in the horrendous tragedy. I know right
when I found out about this, I called home and told my wife and kids that I
loved them." came the news anchors voice over the replay of the previous
events. Justin turned to JC and sighed.
"I'm sorry Josh. I love you." Justin said as he placed a small kiss
on his husband's tender lips.
"I love you too! I love you so much." JC whispered as he wrapped
one arm around Justin tightly.
"And Joey! I'm sorry!" Justin said as he pulled Joey into a
hug. Joey and Justin held their own children while hugging each other
tightly.
"It's okay Curly. I'm sorry too! I'm so sorry!" Joey apologized.
"Sweetheart I'm so sorry!" Britney whispered while clutching
Lance's arm. Lance pulled his arm away only to envelope Britney's shoulder.
"I'm sorry myself baby." Lance said holding her tightly. Christina
turned to Cole and stared as he studied the television intently. He soon
felt a pair of eyes on his face and turned to see Christina staring at him
with a small smile.
	"Hello." Cole whispered.
"Hey cutie." Christina responded. Cole gave her a small smile and
continued to watch the TV in horror. Christina linked her arm through his
and rested her head on his shoulder.
"Mom? Did you reach Dad?" Joey asked. Phyllis let out a nervous
sigh and shook her head. She stared down at the rosary.
"He'll be okay, he doesn't work in Manhattan." JC offered softly.
"call his cell phone Ma." Joey suggested. Phyllis dialed another
number and waited.
"Justin. Why don't you call Tony and Keri. I know they live in New
York, near there." JC suggested. Justin took out his phone and dialed the
number quickly. He waited for the ringing to stop.
"Hello Sweetheart! Thank god you are okay!!" Phyllis said as she
released a few tears. She got up and left the room with the phone. Justin
waited patiently for the phone to stop ringing.
	"Hello?" Keri asked.
"Keri! Are you guys okay?" Justin asked in return.
"Yes! We're watching at this very moment." Keri said softly.
"Okay be careful you two. I have a feeling something bad might
happen again." Justin said softer.
"Okay. I love you Justin." Keri said.
"Love you too." Justin responded. They both hung up, Justin resumed
his staring of the screen.

The city was quiet. It seemed to shut down in the wake of that
dreary day. The nightlife had become nothing but a dark silent night where
the flags waved back and forth waiting for the sun to hit the famous three
colors. The house was quiet. It had become a gathering spot for all the
loved one's to stay together. Family and friends were spread all over in
almost every room. Pets slept in any warm nook available. The room was
quiet. The addition of the crib to the room where two sleeping children lay
motionless, had not added a bit of sound. Neither did the kitten and
youngest dog as they snoozed on the fluffy futon by the window. The bed was
quiet. Both figures lay as motionless as their children. One slept on his
stomach, the sheets bunching up at his waist while his bare skin hit the
cool air head on. His arm was slung over the figure laying next to him. The
other figure was deep in slumber on his back. The sheets were kicked off,
revealing his whole body to the air, being only clad in a pair of silk
boxers. The second figure began to slowly toss and turn. He'd shift from
one direction to the other. The soft sound of crumpled sheets arose in the
room, waking no one at all. The shifting from side to side was accompanied
by a soft whimper, a mumbling of words. He shook his head quickly as his
body writhed in his sleep. The mumbling continued as he turned quicker and
fiercer. It inclined quickly until the thrashing couldn't provide any
consolation. He suddenly popped up with a shout.
"Nooooo!" He yelled as he opened his eyes to the darkly lit
room. His heaving was the only sound in the room, making it echo from wall
to wall. His body wracked back and forth while a small drop of sweat
dropped down from his temple to the side of his face.
"Justin! Are you okay?" JC asked as he sat up just as quickly as
Justin had popped up.
"Josh! Thank god you are okay!" Justin said as he wrapped his arms
around JC. JC was taken aback by the sudden arms that wrapped tightly
around his neck. He lifted his own arms and wrapped them tightly around
Justin's body.
"It's okay Sweetheart, I'm here. Calm down Blue, you're okay now."
JC whispered soothingly. Justin's heaving had died down to a small
hyperventilation.
"Justin! Blue baby, it's okay. I'm here." JC said soothingly.
"What's wrong!?!?! Who's hurt?!! What can I do??" Joey asked as he
ran into the room clad only in his boxer briefs. Britney wasn't too far
behind with a golf club in hand. They burst into the room and stood in the
darkness. Britney flipped the light switch on to reveal both JC and Justin
locked in an embrace while a weary Justin buried his face in his arms while
they were still wrapped around JC's neck. JC was running his hand up and
down Justin's bare back soothingly while giving Britney and Joey a worried
look. Britney and Joey took a seat at the edge of the bed and stared with
a soft expression written on their face.
"It's okay Justin. Do you want a glass of water of something?" JC
asked.
"No! Stay here!" Justin asked, wrapping his arms around JC tighter.
"Don't worry Sweetheart, Joey and Britney are here too, they can
get it for you. I won't leave you, I promise." JC chimed soothingly. Joey
stood up and made his way to the closet. He pulled out JC's robe and
slipped it on. He made his way to the beside and cast a worried glance
towards Justin.
"Do you want to talk about it?' Britney asked softly. She tucked
her messy hair back and crawled on the bed.
"No. . .no it's okay. I'm fine. It's okay." Justin said as he
pulled away. He wiped the sweat from his face and stared down at the sheets
as he brought himself to his side of the bed again.
"Justin, it's okay to talk about it. We're here to listen." Joey
said running his fingers through his hair.
"No. . . seriously guys I'm fine. It was just a nightmare. I'll get
over it." Justin said with a small nod. The guys looked at him with
skepticism before nodding.
"Now if you don't mind, would you leave me and my husband to sleep
in peace?" Justin asked politely with a smile.
"Yes sir. I'm gonna head back to my man." Britney said giving them
a snicker.
"And I'll head back to my. . . daughter!" Joey said happily.
"Goodnight guys. Thank you." Justin said gratefully. They hit the
lights on their way out causing the room to be buried in darkness once
again. Justin rested his head down on the pillow again while resting on his
side. He face the wall away from JC and closed his eyes without the
slightest bit fatigue, He soon felt two arms slip around his waist and
pulled him slightly until he was resting against the older man's body. He
felt a soft moist pair of lips press against his neck before feeling a
slight sink in the pillow.
	"Josh?" Justin whispered.
	"Mmmm?" JC asked in return.
"Please don't fly anytime soon." Justin whispered.
"I won't sweetheart. I'll stay off commercial airlines okay? We'll
get charters." JC tried to ease.
"No! Don't fly at all. First Aaliyah passes away in a plane
crash. And now this. Please don't fly anywhere? I know you have interviews
in LA and stuff to do. But please??" Justin asked more adamant.
"Justin! We are going to have to fly sooner or later. You know that
right?" JC asked.
"I know, just for the time being. Cancel your interviews and
appointments and postpone them until November or something." Justin said,
still facing away from JC.
"Justin, turn around." JC requested. He didn't receive a response.
"Please?" JC added. Justin slowly turned around.
"Now you can't live your life in fear forever. I mean how am I
supposed to give an interview all the way across the country with out
flying?" JC asked.
"Make it a phone interview, do it over the net, do it via
satellite, I don't care; just don't fly." Justin said, staring into JC's
eyes. He pressed his lips gently against JC's chest and held him tightly.
"Okay Blue, if you are really adamant , I won't just for you okay?"
JC whispered. Justin let out a sigh of relief and held onto his husband
tightly.
"Thank you Josh." Justin whispered into the silent night once
again.

"Hello there America, We are here at Christopher Kirkpatrick's
launch of his new fall line. This fashion show is put on by none other than
Chris Kirkpatrick of N Sync. We are surely going to see a star studded
event that will not only prove to be fashionable but memorable in the
making. The cost of this event is a hefty price ranging from two hundred
dollars to seats near the catwalk going for close to seven hundred
dollars. All the proceeds for this event will go to the J Chasez Foundation
for ADD. Even with the costly seats, many honorable people have turned out
to support the pop sensation."

"Hello everyone." JC said, standing at the podium atop the
stage. His black shirt blended in with the black curtain behind him. The
gold tie that hung around his neck stood out from the flat black shirt.
"My name is JC Chasez." JC said, gaining a loud cheer.
"First on behalf of the J Chasez Foundation, I want to thank you
for coming out and showing your support. I would also like to thank you for
opening your wallets and donating an extraordinary amount of money that
will go into research and ADD self advocate training to the youth that are
plagued with this disorder. You may not know, but my little brother-in-law
has been diagnosed with this deficiency, which caused me to start the
foundation. His sudden low self-esteem and constant self criticism caused
me to take a stand against this silent problem. So if you would please join
me in welcoming my inspiration to the stage, Jonathan Timberlake." JC
said. He turned toward the side of the stage where a shy little boy of
maybe seven walked onto the stage shyly. He quickly rushed to JC's side. JC
bent down and scooped up the boy and brought him to podium level.
"This boy right here is my inspiration. He not only goes to school
with the average seven year old's interest in school, he also fights the
problem that decreases his attention span. His strength is my
inspiration. So for that I want to thank you Jonathan." JC said looking at
the boy. Jonathan soon gave JC a big hug. Everyone chuckled and cooed at
the sight.
"Okay well now I would like to turn the stage over to my friend's
fashions. Please welcome the fall line of FuManSkeeto." JC said.

Justin sat on the floor of the rehearsal hall. He sat close to the
windowed wall but not close enough to touch the wall itself. He faced the
mirrors while tying his shoes. He looked as if he was a two year attempting
to tie his shoe laces for the first time, save for the alacrity of his
tying skills. He gave a small huff as he picked up a towel and wiped his
face off once again. He pulled his tight black tank top away from his body
quickly before beginning an undulating motion causing the cold air to skim
over his sweat soaked body.
"do titi bup." Came a quiet giggle. He looked up to see a little
girl crawling into the studio. He gave her a bright smile to encourage her
to keep up the good work. Justin glanced up to the door where this grinning
husband stood talking into his phone while keeping a worried eye on his
crawling daughter. Justin snickered as Amy crawled up to him and took a
seat in his lap. He leaned down and placed a kiss on top of her
head. Justin looked up when he heard the rest of the guys file into the
room. Lance held Ben while Joey and Chris brought in bags of food. Lance
placed Ben down so that he could crawl toward his daddy as well. As Ben
made his way towards Justin, Joey stood in front of him, causing the boy to
look up in question. He gave Joey a little smile before trying to get past
him. Joey moved so that he was constantly in Ben's way. Ben gave out a
small whine when he saw that he couldn't get around him.
"Benji, this is where you bite your Uncle Joey's ankle." Chris
suggested. Ben sat back and looked up at Chris. He gave a small whimper
with a quivering lower lip.
"Baby Ben! You are milking that lip think too much." Chris said as
he scooped up the boy, causing him to smile brightly.
"Hey Everybody!" Came a rich southern accent, from the doorway. JC
turned a bit, the phone still to his ear, and gave her a small nod of
welcome. She gave him a small kiss on the cheek and made her way into the
room.
"Hey Britney." Justin said as she took a seat next to him.
"Hey Cutie." Britney said, linking arms with him and resting her
head on his shoulder. Lance placed a Caesar salad in front of Justin while
he ate from his own Styrofoam container. He stopped in front of Britney and
held out a fork with two French fries skewed onto them. Britney took the
fries into her mouth and chewed them thoughtfully.
"Ooo these are good. Where are they from?" Britney asked.
"Chili's." Lance responded before walking to his seat where his
drink rested. Justin lifted his eyes from his children only to land them on
his husband standing in the doorway with the phone still pressed to his
ear.
"Who is he talking to?" Britney asked, lifting her head so that her
chin was on Justin's shoulder while she looked at his face.
"I don't know. It might be his Access Hollywood interview." Justin
responded.
"Wasn't he supposed to head to LA to do that?" Britney asked.
"I didn't want him to fly." Justin said softly.
"Oh, I see. Well it's better safe then sorry." Britney agreed.
	"My philosophy exactly." Justin said.
"Brit want some of my burger?" Lance asked.
"No thank you Pumpkin I'll have some of Justin's salad." Britney
replied, lifting her head to gaze at her boyfriend.
"Let's get to dancing everyone!!!" Wade announced from the doorway.
"Jayce, say goodbye to your friend, Britney grab a chair. Guys put
down your food. And lines up." Wade announced. They all grudgingly
followed orders and got in their positions. This began the monotonous
routine once again.
