Subject: Kevin and Justin - Chapter 5

All the usual disclaimers apply: Please stop reading if you are
underage or homophobic.

This is a work of fiction - nothing is being implied about the
sexuality of any of the people portrayed below.

Sorry about the lateness of this chapter... work managed to eat
away my weekend, as well as my Friday night. I could have posted
this chapter before then, but it would have been less refined (in
my personal opinion) than it is now. As the editor of this story,
as well as being the author, I want the story to be as polished
and error-free as possible. So blame the editor in me for the
tardiness! :)

Anyway, onwards with another chapter of 'Kevin & Justin'.

Kevin & Justin - Chapter 5

Kevin's peaceful slumber was broken by an insistent knocking at
the door...

He looked at his alarm clock with bleary eyes and noticed it was
still half an hour before he had set it to go off. He stumbled to
the door in his brain-addled state and opened it, cursing softly
at whomever had decided to wake him up so early!

Brian was waiting patiently for the door to open. He had briefly
debated with himself whether Kevin would answer it in the nude, or
whether he'd be wearing his boxers. He suspected that Kevin would
have been too embarrassed to sleep in the nude last night, so he
didn't bother to avert his eyes from the doorway when it finally
opened.

As soon as he saw Kevin in all his glory, he blushed, averted his
gaze and felt glad that he wasn't a betting man. He'd have lost
'big-time' otherwise!

He slipped into the suite, being careful to keep his eyes averted
from the naked man standing there.

"Cuz, it might be a good idea to close the door before someone
sees something that you'll regret!"

Though he was facing the balcony, Brian smiled at the surprised
'Uh?' he heard, followed by Kevin's furiously running feet heading
off to the bedroom. He started chuckling softly and shook his
head as he walked back to the front door and closed it.

Brian had several seconds to spare before Kevin would reappear,
wearing his boxers no doubt, and he wondered what had happened
last night?

He was almost certain that his suspicion that Justin was gay, was
correct: his 'gaydar' was fairly reliable, regardless of the fact
that he himself was straight. He wasn't one hundred percent
positive, but he thought it was 'extremely likely'. What worried
him was that two (supposedly) gay guys had slept in the same
bedroom. And at least one of them had slept in the nude...

"Get your mind out of the gutter Brian Thomas Littrell," Kevin
suggested severely. "I know that look! You think we did
something last night, probably just because I answered the door
naked." Kevin's look indicated how disappointed he was with his
cousin's disloyal thoughts.

"Sorry Kev, I just couldn't help myself. I know it's no big deal
that you sleep naked, but you're sharing a room now! I just
didn't expect to see you in your birthday suit this morning." He
paused briefly, before adding, "And I hope Justin didn't either?"

"No, Justin is still sleeping. He and the guys warned me that he
was a pretty heavy sleeper, and it looks like that's true. That's
why I took a chance last night and decided to sleep naturally,"
Kevin said, shrugging.

"Okay, if you say so," Brian said, not feeling entirely convinced.

"Brian, I'm not that desperate yet that I'd jump the first warm
body I find," Kevin said in an exasperated tone, looking over his
shoulder at the bedroom door to make sure that Justin wasn't there
listening to them. "Besides, even though I-" he caught himself
before he could say 'love' and substituted a less emotional word
(the last thing he wanted was for Brian to question him about his
feelings right at the moment), "...like him a lot, he's not gay!"

He noted the uplifting of Brian's left eyebrow and choked on the
rest of what he was going to say.

"Hold it Kevin! I'm not saying that he is," Brian replied. "I
just get the strongest impression that he is. It's not an
absolute certainty."

"Well, I don't get that impression, Bri. And if he isn't, and I
tell him, or try to do... something... with him, our friendship
would be ruined!"

Brian could tell that Kevin was being deadly serious, and, in a
way, he knew that nothing would come of this, regardless of what
Kevin might be feeling for Justin. One of Kevin's biggest
weaknesses was the fear of being rejected; it scared him so much
that he would never make the first move...

If Justin and Kevin were to have a relationship, it would have to
be Justin who took the first step.

Brian's expression cleared of his doubt and set Kevin's mind to
rest.

However, in the privacy of his own mind, Brian began to worry...

Kevin had never before told him that he liked someone so soon
after meeting them. If anything, Kevin would come and see him,
and ask him what he thought about the guy in question. And
depending on Brian's 'gaydar-provided' answer, he would then go
away and think about it for several agonising days before deciding
on what he would do... If he did anything at all, that is.

The fact that Kevin had already made up his mind about liking
Justin, and had said 'like him a lot' instead of the more usual
'like him', told Brian that his cousin was falling heavily for the
youngster from 'N Sync!

"So Brian, why the unexpected visit so early in the morning? Have
you and Nick had another fight?" Kevin was curious to know why
Brian was up so early? And why Brian had thought it necessary to
wake him up just as early?

Brian had to struggle to refocus his attention away from his
musings. He shook his head in answer to Kevin's question and
immediately became serious. "Sit down Kev, there's something we
need to discuss."

Kevin didn't like the sound of this. "Hold on Bri. Let me close
the door to the bedroom. I don't want Justin to hear anything
which he shouldn't."

He strode over to the bedroom door and reached inside to close it.
As he was reaching, he glanced over at Justin's bed. Seeing his
roommate's beautiful, peaceful and angelic expression sent a wave
of ecstasy coursing through him.

The rest of the world immediately disappeared as he stood gazing
lovingly at the blonde-haired angel asleep in the bedroom...

He abruptly remembered what he was supposed to be doing and
reached for the door handle again, tearing his eyes away from
Justin.

As his eyes swept briefly across the room, he spotted his alarm
clock and remembered that he hadn't switched it off. He hurriedly
stepped into the room and 'disarmed' the alarm, sighing in relief.
He didn't want to wake Justin unnecessarily!

When he returned to the lounge, he sat on the other couch,
directly opposite Brian, and in line-of-sight of the bedroom door.
He looked across the coffee table into the serious expression of
his cousin and nodded his head in the signal to go ahead.

"Kev, first off, I want to apologise for last night," Brian began.

"Why?" Kevin asked in surprise.

"Okay, before we can go any further, there's something you have to
do for me," Brian said with a hint of irritation.

"What?"

"You have to BE QUIET! If we're going to play 'Twenty Questions',
it's going to make it harder for me to tell you what I need to
tell you. So just sit still and listen to me, okay?"

Kevin took him at his word, and just nodded his understanding.

"Okay, the reason I need to apologise is because we ALL acted like
jerks last night; not just the 'N Sync guys..."

He paused, before moderating his tone. "Kev, I've known for a
long time how you've felt and how badly we've treated you, but I
could never seem to convince the others about that. So, Justin's
explosion and Lance's-"

"What?" Kevin asked, startled, forgetting his promise to remain
silent. "What explosion, Brian?" he asked worriedly.

"Cuz," Brian scolded, "you promised! Now I don't want to hear
another word, okay? I'll explain everything, I promise."

Kevin flushed at the reprimand, but he desperately wanted to know
what Justin had done. "Okay, but please tell me what happened
with Justin."

"Okay, okay! As I was saying," Brian said, with a determined
voice, "Justin's explosion and Lance's lecture made our guys face
up to reality. You see, after you left, Justin and Lance
disappeared into the kitchen for about a minute or so, and then
Justin reappeared and started shouting at everyone. He basically
accused his friends of being heartless and really tore into them
for the way they had treated you."

Kevin's face had gone deathly white in shock. He could remember
Justin telling him that the 'party' had ended, but didn't recall
Justin saying anything about this!

Was that why JC had apologised to him last night? Was it as a
result of Justin's telling-off?

Brian paused in his recitation and asked, "Are you okay Kev?"

"Yeah, I think so Bri." Kevin stood up and paced for several
seconds. "I think... I think I need to drink something; my brain
is still half-asleep. I don't think I'm taking this all in yet."

"Okay, let's go to the kitchen and I'll make us both a strong cup
of coffee. That should get your brain into gear."

Kevin nodded and wandered over to kitchen. Brian forced himself
to his feet and followed him.

As Brian started making the coffee, Kevin sat at the table,
dumbfounded, wondering why Justin had done this? His brain
refused to work though; just going around and around in circles.

He was brought back to his senses when he felt Brian's hand on his
shoulder. He looked up and saw Brian smile at him gently. "Drink
your coffee before it gets cold."

Kevin looked down and noticed that, seemingly out of nowhere, a
cup of coffee was resting on the table in front of him.

He mumbled, "Thank you," as he picked up the cup and started
sipping cautiously.

"Okay, where were we?" asked Brian, as he sat down opposite Kevin
at the table.

"You'd just said something about Justin tearing into his friends,"
Kevin said bleakly.

"Oh yes, that's right. He was angry at the way his friends had
ignored you last night and started telling them off. He was
crying the whole time too, it was quite..." Brian paused, trying
to think of the right word. "It was quite scary, actually, to see
him so angry and so upset at the same time." He could see Kevin
wincing at his words, though he couldn't tell what Kevin was
thinking. Kevin had closed his eyes shortly after Brian had
started talking.

"Anyway, he was really upset and took it out on his friends,
particularly JC and Chris. He then ran off, still crying, and
locked himself in A.J.'s bedroom."

Kevin's head swung up and his eyes snapped open. "He was that
upset?" he asked softly.

"I don't think I've ever seen anyone more upset at anything,"
Brian replied honestly. "He surprised a lot of us with the depth
of his feelings for you. I know I've been upset with the guys at
times for their callousness, but Justin! He really took you to
his heart if his performance last night was any indication."

Kevin nodded, unsure of what to say. He looked at his cousin once
again and asked, "What about Lance? You mentioned something about
Lance..." He started taking larger sips of his coffee in order to
get his nerves under control.

"Yeah, after Justin locked himself in the bedroom, Lance looked at
all of us with disgust and decided to lecture us."

Kevin's lips curled up slightly. He didn't interrupt though.

"Lance told his guys off as well, chastising them for their
behaviour towards you. But that's not all! He then turned on
us."

Kevin's eyes snapped back up again. Brian was smiling, so he felt
less anxious about what he was about to hear.

"A.J. was ready to have kittens when Lance told us that we were
also to blame," Brian said, snickering. "But I told him to cut
the attitude and listen. I knew what Lance was going to say -
I've been trying to tell them the same thing for the past couple
of months, but without any luck. And sure enough, Lance let us
have it."

Kevin noticed his cousin's continual referral to 'us/we' rather
than 'them', indicating that Brian felt he was also partly
responsible. He didn't know what to make of it.

"What did he say?" asked Kevin.

"Well, he basically told us how much we had been excluding you
from everything. Something I already knew, but couldn't really
seem to get across to the guys. He also told us that you felt
apart from the rest of us... that we seemed to be ignoring you
and your feelings. He really let us have it about that. He also
accused us of being blind to your hurt, and your feelings of
rejection. Especially during the 'party' last night..."

Brian paused as he felt a guilty flush pass through his body.

"He was right too," Brian said, in a softer voice. "We've taken
you for granted and excluded you from our personal lives. We've
almost let it get to the point where our only relationship with
you is professional. I can't help feeling angry at myself and the
guys because of that.

"And even though I noticed last night that you were feeling more
hurt than usual, I didn't do anything to help you! I can't
forgive myself for that! Or the others for not noticing how hurt
and upset you were! There are no excuses for our actions last
night."

Kevin could feel the sincerity behind Brian's words, even through
the tinge of anger.

"So," Brian said, raising his voice and trying to become more
positive, "things are going to change!"

Kevin almost choked on the gulp of coffee he had taken.

He felt a sense of foreboding at Brian's words.

"What's going to change?" he asked quietly.

"For starters, YOU are going to become more involved in everything
we do. When we go shopping, or clubbing, or to dinner, you'll be
there too. We WON'T take 'no' for an answer. In fact, if you say
'no', we'll either drag you along, whether you like it or not, or
we won't go.

"Sooner or later, you'll have to give in! Trust me: Nick will
hound you to go out, and if you keep saying 'no', he'll get more
and more depressed - because we absolutely won't go without you!
Can you imagine what Nick would be like after staying indoors for
several days in a row?"

Kevin had to chuckle, despite the fact that the wall he had
erected between himself and the guys seemed to be crumbling. Yes,
he could quite easily picture what Nick would be like after being
kept cooped up for several days. He could also imagine what he'd
have to deal with if A.J. and Howie were unable to go out...

Sooner or later someone would end up being hurt!

Even though the guys were like a family, there was only so much of
each other's company that they could take before they started
snarling at each other... or doing something even worse. There
were plenty of instances where a 'friendly' wrestling match had
deteriorated into a full-scale war between two or more of the
bandmates!

He didn't want to have that on his conscience!

"What else?" he asked his cousin, smiling softly.

"Well, we're going to try to do a lot more of our own problem
solving, only coming to see you if things get desperate."

"That's not such a good idea Brian!" Kevin said anxiously. "If
the guys wait too long, or if they do something even worse while
they're trying to solve their problem, it could be disastrous!"

"I know Kev, which is why we decided we wouldn't take this
responsibility completely away from you. We'll try to solve our
own problems, and if necessary, talk to each other. If none of us
can find a solution, then we'll come and see you. In all
likelihood, if it's that bad, even you might not be able to solve
it, and we'll need to talk to management..."

Kevin felt ambivalent about this particular point, but he guessed
the guys were old enough to know when they'd be able to deal with
a problem by themselves, and when to seek help. He shrugged his
shoulders in resignation.

"There's one last thing we decided," Brian said cautiously, rising
from his chair and taking Kevin's empty cup to the sink.

"Ah," Kevin said, "this is the one I'm really not going to like,
isn't it B-Rok?"

"Yeah, I think you'll really hate this one, but we aren't going to
take 'no' for an answer. And you know how stubborn we can be!"

Kevin snorted. Yes, he knew how stubborn Brian could be, and A.J.
was even worse. If A.J. had agreed to this, then he had no choice
in the matter. "So tell me already."

"Okay," Brian said, sitting back down in his chair and nervously
playing with his own coffee cup, which was still three-quarters
full. "We've decided that you should take the occasional break
from all the work you do for us. So, from time to time, one of us
will step in and fill in for you, just for the day. That way
you'll be able to relax and keep your relationships with us on a
more personal level."

Kevin thought about this, and was surprised that he didn't feel
upset or anxious about it.

Certainly, it would be useful, as Brian suggested, in helping him
and the guys be friends, rather than just bandmates. It would
also be a relief to get away from all the crap he had to deal with
on a day-to-day basis. Even if it was for just one day...

Besides, how much damage could the guys do in a single day?

Brian held his breath while he watched his cousin's face intently.
He couldn't read much from the expression... Kevin was frowning,
but he always did that when he was thinking. He certainly
couldn't see any anger in Kevin's eyes or face, or even anything
to indicate that Kevin was upset.

Meanwhile, realisation hit Kevin. Brian being here so early and
suggesting this: there could only be one reason! He smiled in
surprise at the slyness of his bandmates.

Seeing Kevin's smile, Brian expelled the breath he was holding,
and waited to see what Kevin's reaction would be. He wasn't going
to fool himself into thinking that Kevin's smile meant that he had
accepted this decision...

"So, you're doing my job today, eh?" Kevin asked a shocked Brian,
with a huge smirk on his face.

"Wha-?" Brian gaped, as Kevin laughed until his eyes filled with
tears.

"Okay, smarty pants, you've had your laugh... I hope you really
enjoyed it too, because now we've got to talk business.
Especially before everyone gets up and we lose the chance. I've
got to know everything that was planned for today. Everything!"

Kevin's expression changed back into a more serious one. "Okay
Bri, let's head back to the couch and I'll fill you in." He saw
Brian nod and get up to follow him, still holding on to his coffee
mug.

They talked for around 25 minutes, until Brian was happy he knew
what they had planned for the remainder of the day, and had a
sketchy idea about the following day's activities - even though
Kevin would be back in charge by then. As he sat back and
relaxed, he wondered how his counterpart was doing? Was Lance
giving him the same rundown?

"What's that smile for Bri?" Kevin asked.

"I was just wondering how Joey was doing... whether Lance has
finished prepping him too?"

Kevin's slack-jawed expression was priceless, and Brian dissolved
into giggles. He managed to get out, giggling the whole time,
"Joey and Lance are having a similar arrangement today as you and
I."

Kevin's response was interrupted by a knock at the door.

He stood and walked over to the door, opening it to find a waiter
outside with a trolley piled up high with food.

"Room Service," announced the waiter.

Kevin turned around to face Brian and asked in a confused voice,
"Did you order breakfast?"

"No, I came over here straight after I got up and showered."

"Umm, I don't think you have the right room," Kevin told the
waiter, even though he doubted there was anyone else in the hotel
who would have ordered so much food.

"Yes sir, this is the right room. I double-checked the order
before leaving the kitchen," advised the waiter.

"But I didn't order this..." Kevin replied.

"No, I did," came a voice from further down the hall. Kevin and
the waiter turned to see a smiling Joey coming towards them. "I
thought I should get it delivered to your room, which is why we're
here."

Joey motioned the waiter to push the trolley into the suite, past
a surprised Kevin.

The waiter returned to them and held out his hand for a tip.
Kevin automatically reached for his wallet, only to find that he
was just wearing his boxers, and blushed. Joey laughed quietly as
he pulled out some loose change from his wallet and gave it to the
waiter. The waiter said "Bon Appetit" and left.

"Surprise," announced Joey and laughed at Kevin's bemused
expression. Kevin couldn't help but start laughing himself.

They both sat down on the couch, joining an equally bemused Brian.

"Okay, what was that all about?" Kevin asked.

"Oh, just doing my Lance impersonation," Joey said, looking
towards Brian to see if Kevin would understand the reference. At
Brian's nod, he continued. "Normally we all eat in Lance's room,
but seeing that I'm acting Lance today it should have been my
room. But, I couldn't be bothered having everyone come over and
seeing the mess. So that really left only one option... Brian's
room!"

He laughed at Brian's stunned look.

"Well, it would have been Brian's room, if anyone bothered to
answer the phone when I called! Is Nick a heavy sleeper Brian?"

"Yeah, you could say that. But he was probably in the shower when
you called. I woke him just before I came over here."

"Oh. Well, anyway, as I was saying, it would have been Brian's
room, but I remembered where Prince Charming was sleeping."

At their confused looks, he grinned and explained. "Remember what
we told you Kevin? Justin is extremely hard to wake up!"

Kevin nodded his head in remembrance, though he was still confused
about Joey's mixed metaphor... it wasn't Prince Charming who was
the heavy sleeper; it was Sleeping Beauty! Mind you, either
description could fit Justin in Kevin's eyes!

Oh well, in any case, he felt pleased that Joey was being
friendlier with him this morning...

"Well, when I recalled he was here, I thought it would be better
to bring the mountain - i.e. breakfast - to Mohamed - i.e. Justin.
Besides, if Brian wasn't 'acting you' today, it would have been
this room anyway."

Kevin laughed, really enjoying the change he saw in Joey this
morning. If this was an outcome of Justin's telling-off, then it
had been worthwhile. He must remember to thank Justin...

"Kevin," Joey began on a more serious note, "I want to apologise
to you for my behaviour yesterday: from the time we met at the
airport until after you left A.J.'s last night. There's no excuse
for what the others and I did. We've just gotten too used to
thinking of management types as being boring and worthless, and
didn't give you the chance that you deserved. Or that anyone else
would have deserved if they were in your position. I don't know
if Brian told you about what happened last night," he waited until
he saw them both nod, "but Curly's obvious distress and Lance's
lecture really opened our eyes."

"I understand Joey. I'm happy that I get another chance to get to
know all you guys better."

"So, apology accepted?"

"Yes, definitely," replied Kevin. He was taken off guard as Joey
pulled him into a hug.

Brian cried out, "Group hug!" and threw himself into the hug as
well. Kevin couldn't stop himself from laughing.

"Now that's a strange sight," A.J. called from the doorway,
grinning at them.

He entered the suite, followed by the remaining members of both
groups.

Kevin and Brian, who had disentangled themselves from Joey's hug,
stared at their colleagues.

Joey laughed at their expressions and said, "I asked Lance to wake
everyone and to let them know where breakfast would be. That
included your guys."

"Well, Nick was already up when I went to wake him, but you should
have seen the surprise on the faces of the other two!" Lance
laughed.

"Well, not everyone is up," Kevin replied as he looked over to his
closed bedroom door. Justin must still be asleep...

"Is he really that hard to wake?" he asked Joey.

Four chuckles answered his question.

"Oh yeah, he is. Didn't you believe us Kev?" asked Chris.

"I do now, Chris," Kevin replied. "We haven't exactly been quiet
for the past few minutes, but there's still no sign of him."

"C'mon guys," Joey said, getting up from the couch. "Let's show
Kevin how we wake Prince Charming!"

Kevin wasn't the only one interested in seeing what the 'N Sync
guys would do. All five members of the Backstreet Boys followed
'N Sync into the bedroom.

Kevin looked at the sleeping figure of Justin and couldn't stop
himself from smiling happily, as his body tingled in euphoria.
Brian was prepared for this, but even he couldn't believe the
intensity of Kevin's reaction. He coughed quietly and poked Kevin
in the ribs with his elbow, to snap him out of it.

Thankfully, Kevin was able to interpret the signals that Brian's
eyebrows were giving him, and he quickly composed himself.

The 'N Sync guys congregated around one side of the bed, allowing
the BSB guys to stand on the other side, with Nick standing at the
bottom of the bed.

Chris and Joey were still chuckling, but Justin slept on
oblivious. Chris reached down and started shaking Justin on the
shoulder: hard! It barely made an impression. Justin mumbled a
"Just a few minutes more Mom..." before beginning to snore. The
'N Sync guys cracked up, causing A.J., Nick and Howie to laugh as
well. Not a peep was heard from Justin, even at the increased
level of noise in the room.

Kevin could tell that this wasn't a new activity for the 'N Sync
guys; he got the feeling that they did this a fair bit. But
judging by their faces and mirth, it looked like this game was a
long way from palling.

Smiling, Kevin asked, "So how do you wake the sleeping prince?"

Brian's mind immediately thought of one way... 'A kiss from the
prince's lover!'

He hoped that the flush that had appeared on his face would
disappear before anyone would notice. No such luck! Kevin had
noticed it, and knowing Brian so well, could guess what he had
been thinking. Brian wished he could sink into the ground!

"Well, there're only two ways to wake up the prince," replied
Lance, oblivious to the cousin's exchange.

"Yeah, the first way is to give him a 'wet willy'," said JC.

Kevin's head snapped around to see Brian's expression. As he
suspected, Brian was redder than ever. Kevin almost lost it! It
was so funny to see Brian looking like that, dirty-minded pervert
that he was!

Nick, A.J., and Howie, not picking up the double entendre, just
made faces at the thought of having someone else's saliva-covered
finger in their ears. Nick went as far as saying, "Eeuww!" at the
thought.

The 'N Sync guys just laughed at his reaction.

"The other way to wake him is like this," said Chris. He bent
down close to Justin's face, breathed in deeply, and screamed out:
"Justin!"

Justin lurched awake and jumped up on to his legs, standing on the
bed, trying to locate the source of danger!

The 'N Sync guys all fell down and started laughing so hard that
they had to hold their sides. Not only was Justin's reaction as
hilarious as ever, but the looks on the BSB guys' faces were
absolutely priceless!

The BSB guys just stood frozen on the spot. Shock and startlement
etched plainly in their slack-jawed expressions.

Justin, having assessed the situation, calmed down and glared in
disgust at his bandmates. Then seeing the stunned expressions on
the faces of the BSB guys, he fell down on his bed, laughing as
well.

Much to his credit, Kevin was the first one to react. "Geez
Chris, I bet they heard that all the way down in Reception!" He
started laughing along with them.

The other four started to see the funny side of the situation and
also joined in.

The level of laughter got louder as Joey pointed to the BSB guys
and choked out, "The looks on your faces!" That observation made
the BSB guys look chagrined, which only made the 'N Sync guys
laugh all the harder.

Once everyone had calmed down sufficiently, Kevin said, "I don't
mean to spoil things, but breakfast is getting cold."

Nine people immediately thought of their stomachs and started to
run outside.

"Whoa Curly," called Kevin, chuckling softly. "You and I still
need to get dressed."

He could see the indecision on Justin's face, and laughed.

"Okay, okay, you can go have breakfast. Only one of us can shower
at a time anyway," he said, blushing furiously at the thought, and
feeling glad that Brian wasn't in the room to notice it.

He also saw Justin blush, but attributed it to the mix-up from
last night.

He walked over to his suitcase, which he had placed on a nearby
chair the night before, just before Justin had nearly caught him,
and pulled out one of his robes. "Here, wear this until it's your
turn to shower."

"Thanks Kev," Justin said, pulling on the robe. He waved as he
rushed outside.

'Thank God,' thought Kevin. 'I couldn't stand too much more of
seeing him in those briefs!'

*-*-*

Justin approached the trolley, grabbed a plate from the bottom
shelf and started filling it up with sausages, bacon, scrambled
eggs and grilled tomatoes. He grabbed a knife and fork and walked
over to sit down next to JC; who promptly dropped a buttered roll
onto his plate.

"I don't want it," he whined.

"Eat it! It's good for you," JC said.

"Yes Mom," Justin replied, grinning at his friend. The ritual
exchange over, they settled down to eat in earnest.

After several minutes of silent chewing, he noticed the odd looks
going back and forth between his bandmates, the BSB guys, and even
between the two groups once in a while. No-one was saying
anything though - their mouths were too busy chewing food. But
the looks they were giving each other spoke volumes!

"Okay," he said, after swallowing the bit of bacon he was chewing.
"What's going on?"

Uncharacteristically, it was Nick who answered first. "Umm, the
guys and I were just trying to get up the nerve to apologise to
you." He paused. "We're really sorry for the way we all behaved
last night. Especially for causing you to be hurt."

"Thanks Nick," replied Justin, "but I'm okay really. You don't
need to apologise to me." Unsaid, and hanging in the air, were
the words: But you need to apologise to Kevin.

"We know," began Howie. "Even though we didn't hurt you directly,
you were still hurt because of what happened last night. For
that, we DO need to apologise to you. Kevin will also get our
apologies, you can be sure of that."

The other three echoed Howie's sentiments.

Justin smiled, appreciating the thought behind Howie's words, and
the sincerity in the guys' voices.

"Yeah Just, we're also going to apologise to Kevin," said Chris.
"But as for the rest of us," he indicated the other members of
their band, "we owe you a big apology! Can you forgive us? Can
you forgive me?" Chris's voice had a pleading tone that Justin
had never heard before.

"Yeah Curly, please forgive us? Forgive me too for the way I
behaved last night?" Joey asked.

Lance and JC echoed Joey's words.

Justin could feel their sincerity and love. Nodding his head, he
smiled at them and said, "Of course. You're all forgiven. Even
you guys." This last comment was directed at the BSB guys. "But,
I still think you should all apologise to Boo more than me."

Four pairs of eyebrows went up in surprise, while another four
pairs went down in confusion.

Brian could not believe that he had just heard Justin call Kevin
'Boo'! That old nickname hadn't been used in such a long time
that he had almost forgotten about it. So had the others, if
their reaction was any guide...

"Boo?" Lance asked, echoing the confusion his bandmates felt.

"Sorry Scoop, I meant 'Kevin'. 'Boo' is just a nickname of his,"
Justin replied, feeling his face flush a bit. It didn't help that
his friends were giving him strange looks now.

Justin dropped his head and concentrated on his plate. He began
shovelling food into his mouth to ward off any other questions.
After a short while, the others also started eating again.

Joey and Nick soon went back for seconds, and Justin joined them
at the trolley. He finished his second helping in record time,
downed a cup of orange juice and excused himself.

He wandered back into the bedroom and started pacing, hoping that
Kevin would finish showering soon. He was close to bursting!

At that moment, the door opened and Kevin walked out, with just a
towel covering his waist. Kevin stopped when he saw Justin in the
bedroom. Justin also stopped as his attention was forced away
from his bladder and onto the body of the Greek God who had just
entered the room.

They both swallowed nervously, each noticing that the other was
blushing furiously.

"Uh, can I use the bathroom now Kev?" asked Justin. "I really
need to go." As soon as he said it, he felt himself become even
redder.

"S-Sure, go ahead Just," Kevin replied haltingly. He noticed
Justin's embarrassment and decided to turn away so that Justin
could settle himself down. If it also gave him a chance to
compose himself, all the better...

Justin's eyes boggled at the side-on profile he got of Kevin's
body, especially the lower part of it, and he quickly walked into
the ensuite before his obvious excitement could be noticed.

Kevin sighed in relief once Justin had closed the ensuite door,
and sat down on his bed to wait. Though he wanted to get changed,
he didn't know if Justin would be coming back out at any second.
The last thing he wanted was to have a repeat of the scene they
had had last night.

Thankfully, moments after he heard the toilet flush, the sound of
the shower could be heard.

He got up and closed the bedroom door, discarding the towel as he
walked over to his suitcase. He was in plain view of the bathroom
door as it opened and Justin walked out.

Justin froze in his tracks and Kevin could do nothing but stand
there in all his glory, facing him.

He quickly reached down and grabbed the towel from the carpet,
covering himself up again. This seemed to bring Justin out of his
trance.

"Sorry," Justin whispered. "I was just going to grab some
clothes," he explained, pointing in the general direction of his
own suitcase. He turned beet red and started retreating back into
the bathroom.

"Justin, stop!"

Justin paused hesitantly at the commanding tone.

"I know how embarrassing this is for both of us, but what's done
is done. It can't be undone. So go collect your clothes like you
planned."

Kevin's tone was gentle. He was shocked at how calmly he was
reacting to the situation. No-one had seen him naked other than
his parents, his bandmates (on those rare occasions when he
answered the door while still half-asleep), and his doctor. He
should have been really embarrassed at the moment, but in truth,
he was more concerned for Justin's reaction. He was also slightly
confused about the way that Justin had stared at his body and
his... genitalia.

He didn't know if it was an indication that Brian was right, or
whether even a straight guy would have stared that way in the same
situation... How he hoped it was the former!

Justin couldn't say anything without fearing that his secret would
be exposed. He simply walked past Kevin and collected a change of
clothes from his suitcase quickly. He brushed past Kevin again,
on his way back to the bathroom, but didn't have the nerve to look
at Kevin. He closed the door to the bathroom and leaned against
it, shivering.

What had he done?

What had he seen!

*-*-*

Kevin shrugged, threw off his towel a second time and started
rummaging through his suitcase. He no longer felt concerned about
whether Justin might see him naked again. In fact, he wasn't
quite sure why he had covered himself up again, once the 'damage'
was done... other than to put Justin at ease.

He pulled on a clean pair of boxers, his favourite pair of black
jeans and a white t-shirt. Over the t-shirt he pulled on his
favourite long-sleeved white shirt, and left it unbuttoned.

He felt like waiting for Justin to emerge from his shower, but
decided against it. He didn't want to embarrass the youngster any
further, and his stomach was beginning to growl.

He sighed as he took one last look over his shoulder at the
bathroom door, and left the room to have his breakfast.

*-*-*

Justin closed his eyes and tried to forget what he had seen.

Who was he kidding? The image of Kevin's lithe body would haunt
his dreams for years to come!

It would also haunt his body as well - as he could attest to right
at this very moment! He had never felt as excited as he was
feeling right now, reliving the image of his angel in all his
glory.

If the person who had given Kevin the nickname 'Mr. Body
Beautiful' had seen what Justin had just seen, then he could
easily understand why they had called him that!

Because it was absolutely true! Kevin's body was the epitome of
masculine beauty! From his broad shoulders, down to his lean
legs, and everything in between... he WAS perfection defined!

Justin couldn't help but shudder in pleasure as he recalled
Kevin's hairless chest, well-defined but not overly so, with the
hint of the shadowy power lurking below his skin in the sinewy
muscles.

Recalling Kevin's perfectly flat stomach, hairless and smooth,
glistening with a few stray drops of water, was enough to make him
shudder again.

And the plump, circumcised penis, nestled against a pair of
largish testicles, with a light covering of pubic hair to match
the sparseness of the hair on his groin, was the crowning glory.
He had never before seen anything as beautiful as Kevin's dick!

He felt a sudden anger at himself for thinking like this, but knew
he couldn't help it. The one person who had come to mean the
world to him emotionally, was also the sexiest person he had ever
seen, and his body couldn't help but respond physically!

Knowing it was useless just standing there, fantasising about the
body of his angel, he placed his clothes on the vanity unit and
took off Kevin's borrowed robe.

He had a bit of a problem with his underwear of course. He had to
manoeuvre them away from his body to get them down past his
unbending erection.

It was harder to remove them now, than when he had 'relieved'
himself several minutes ago! Then, his penis had been half-hard
due to the side profile he had seen of Kevin's body... Now, it
was harder than iron!

Stepping into the warm water of the shower didn't help much.

He briefly considered turning the hot water off for a few seconds
and letting the shock of the cold water deflate his erection, but
decided against it. It would go down of its own accord shortly.

He picked up the soap and marvelled at the fact that his angel had
used it just moments before. He brought it up to his nose,
smelling the sweet scent of roses and just a hint of musk. He
shuddered at the thought of it having been all over Kevin's
beautiful body and realised that he was ejaculating forcefully
from the excitement.

His breathing became laboured as his body sought to express the
love and primal lust that he felt for his dark-haired angel!

He moaned softly in concert with the pulses; closing his eyes and
trembling slightly, as his orgasm took over from all his other
senses. His hands flew out to the sides of the shower stall,
stopping him from falling down from a sudden attack of giddiness.

He continued to feel light-headed even after his spasms eased and
stopped...

Coming back down from the exquisite bliss of his high, he felt
amazed that he had climaxed without touching himself. And it was
by far the most sensuous and intense orgasm he had ever had! He
let his arms drop back down to his sides, no longer in any danger
of falling over.

He sighed as he reluctantly reached down and picked up the bar of
soap, which he had dropped, and started washing himself... He
would've loved to savour the moment, but he couldn't afford to
spend too much time in the shower. The longer he took to wash
himself and brush his teeth, the longer he would be away from
Kevin!

He rushed through the shower and his dressing, and was about to
run out of the bedroom, when he checked himself.

It wouldn't do to appear too eager!
