Subject: Nick Lachey: My Everything-33

Hey Everyone! You didn't expect to see me back at the
writing thing did you? lol.

Well let's just say that even thought it will take a
little longer than I thought, I've decided to try and
write at least one chapter on every day that I have
off of work. It has been hectic lately, but with the
break I took from writing, it gave me a chance to
think about how I want the story to continue. So here
goes.

Oh, and I'm going to try to write it with different
scenes in each chapter so we can all see what's going
on with the other characters, rather then from Sean's
point of view.

First of all, let me just say that this is my first
time writing any kind of fiction like this.

DISCLAIMER: This is a work of total fiction and is not
meant to imply anything about the sexualities of Nick
and Drew Lachey or anyone else mentioned in this
story.

If you are too young to read this, or if Homosexuality
offends you, then please don't continue any further
and leave.

Other 98 Degrees stories I'd like to recommend are.

"Give Me Just One Night" by Unanoche.
"69 with Jeff Timmons" by Zachary Scott Pritt
"Nick Lachey" by Ken.
"98 Degrees Is Hot" by Gay Night
"The Reunion" by RinSong.
"Loving Nick Lachey" by Jordan

and finally:
"This Gift" by Sprout.

Now, I"ll let you get on with the story.

Enjoy.

Previously on "My Everything".....

I reached into the box and lifted Drew's picture out
of the box. As I did, something fell from the back of
it.

"What's this?" I asked, as I leaned over to pick it
up.

"It looks like an envelope with Drew's name on it."
Nick said, kneeling down next to me to get a better
look.

Nick was right. It was a small envelope addressed to
Drew. I handed the envelope to Drew.

"Here, Drew, open this and read it." I said to him.

"Ok, here goes nothing." Drew said, taking the
envelope from me.

He tore it open and started reading it out loud.

"To a very special man who I've admired from afar. You
make all the days of my life better and better. If I
could wish upon a star, I'd wish that you were with
me, Forever and Ever. You are an Angel, Drew, and
hope that one day I will be yours too."

Love,

Your Secret Admirer.

After reading those last words, Drew looked up at us
with a look of shock and surprise. He saw that our
looks matched his.

"Wow, Drew." I said in surprise. "Someone must really
have it bad for you. That letter I have to say is
beautiful."

"Yeah, I agree, bro." Nick said. "But I still wish we
knew who it was from."

"It's probably from a fan." Drew said, putting the
letter back into the envelope.

"I don't think so, buddy." I said to Drew. Drew
frowned.

"What makes you say that. Sean?" Drew asked me.

"Well if it was from a fan, then how would they have
known where to send it to you?" I asked him.

"Maybe it's not from a fan." Jeff said from behind us.
"Maybe it's from someone that we know."

"Like who?" Drew asked us.

MEANWHILE, SOMEWHERE IN NEW YORK.....

Two men are working in the mailroom at the New York
City Postal services. As they worked, they were
talking amongst each other.

"Hey man, do you suppose that Drew Lachey got my
surprise yet?" One man said to his friend.

"He should have by now." Guy #2 says. "How do you
suppose he reacted?"

"I'm betting he was surprised by it." Guy #1 said.
"But I'm hoping that someday he'll want to meet me.
I've a feeling that we could be good together."

"Yeah I know how you feel." Guy #2 says. "I also have
a target of my own."

"And who's that?" Drew's brother, Nick?" Guy #1 asks.

"Nope. Better." The guy says with an evil smile on his
face.

"Sean Perry-Lachey."

CHAPTER 33
**********

LATER THAT NIGHT AT NICK'S HOUSE.....

I was walking around the house, cooking dinner and
setting the table. The guys had gone to a personal
appearance somewhere in L.A. and I was the only one in
the house.

As I finished setting the silverwared down, there was
a knock on the door. I frowned at that.

"Who could that be?" I wondered. I walked to the door
and answered it. I saw a man in a uniform outside,
holding a bag over his shoulder.

"Can I help you?" I asked him with a polite smile. He
smiled back.

"Yes, I'm here to check the thermostat." He inquired.
"Mr. Lachey said he was having some problems with it."

I frowned at that. Nick never said anything about the
thermostat having problems.

"That's strange." I said. "Nick never told me that
anything was wrong with the thermostat. It seems to be
working just fine to me."

The man frowned as well. "Maybe there isn't. But would
you mind if I checked to make sure there isn't a
problem in the future?" He said, giving me a nice
smile. He was very good looking.

"Sure, why not?" I said, and moved aside so he could
enter.

I gave him directions to the basement and where to go
to find the thermostat. He thanked me and walked
downstairs to check it out.

I shrugged and went back into the kitchen and went to
check on the Lasagna that I was making. I opened the
oven door and took a look at it. It still wasn't quite
done.

"Hmm, I'll give it about another five minutes." I said
and shut the oven door.

I turned and walked back out to the dining room to
make sure I hadn't forgotten anything. I came out
there and realized that I'd forgotten the glasses for
everyone to have something to drink.

"Well, clumsy me." I snickered to myself. I'll just
have to go back in the kitchen and get the glasses
now.

As I turned around, I noticed the guy in the uniform
standing behind me, all of a sudden, and I gasped out
loud.

"Man, you scared the shit out of me!" I said, with a
nervous giggle, holding my hand to my chest. "Are you
done already?"

He just smiled. "Actually, there never was a problem."

I frowned again. "What do you mean?" I asked him,
confused.

"I have a confession to make." He said with a grin.

I was starting to get angry.

"And what confession is that?" I asked him.

He then got a strange look on his face. Then his hand
came up to my face and he stroked my check with his
thumb and forefinger.

"I came back for you, Sean." He said.

Now I was really starting to feel uncomfortable.
Especially since he knew my name. I hadn't told him my
name when he arrived.

"How do you know my name?" I asked him, nervously. "I
never told you my name."

"I already know you." He said, seriously.

"But I don't know you." I said, shaking my head. "I've
never seen you before."

"Then maybe this will help." He said.

He then reached out and put his hand under my chin and
forced me to look him right in the face.

"Look into my eyes, Sean." He commanded. "Look
straight into my eyes. Does anything seem familiar to
you?"

I looked right into his eyes. And what I saw there
chilled me to the bone. It was him!

"Oh my god!" I exclaimed, pulling his hand away. "It's
you!! You!!

"Oh, wait. I left out the best part." He said. Then he
spoke the words in a voice that sent sheer terror
running through my veins.

"Ah, nice ass." He said, evilly. "Just waiting to be
fucked."

"Oh my god, It really is you!!" I said, terror
stricken.

"Yeah, Sean, it's me alright. You're worst nightmare!"
He said.

At that very moment, his arm flew out and he
backfisted me right in the face, sending me sprawling
out towards the couch.

As I fell over the couch, on my back, I tried to
regain control and get back up, fast, but I wasn't
successful. He pounced back on me and started trying
to pin my arms down.

"No!! Stop it!! Stop it, you bastard!!!" I screamed at
him.

"Shut up!!" He yelled as he pinned me down with one
arms and started ripping at my clothes with the other
one. I continued to scream. I was going to scream
until someone heard me.

"Stop!!! No!!!" I shrieked, with tears running down my
face. "Somebody, help me!! Nick, help me!!!

*******************************************************

"Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nick, help me!!!!"

I screamed as I woke up and noticed, in the dim light,
that I was on the couch, out in the living room, and I
started sobbing and panting. I even noticed that my
skin felt clammy and cold, meaning I'd woken up in a
cold sweat.

Almost two seconds later, I could hear pounding
footsteps from above my head and seconds later, Nick,
Drew, Jeff, Justin, and Kandi came flying into the
living room.

Nick was at my side in a flash and immediately knelt
down in front of me, by the couch.

"Baby, what's the matter?" Nick asked me, his face
white as a ghost. "Are you ok?"

I couldn't say anything. Instead I threw my arms
around him and held onto him, as I continued crying
and shaking from my dream. I must have been shaking
really badly because Nick could feel it and the others
could visibly see it as well. I looked around the room
at my friends, standing there and saw that they were
all really worried.

"Baby, talk to me, please?" Nick begged. I could hear
the fear in his voice. "You're scaring me."

I calmed down enough to let go of Nick, but I was
still shaking pretty badly.

"I'll get him some water." Drew said, running into the
kitchen. a few moments later, he came out with a cold
glass of water, which he handed to Nick, since I was
in no shape to hold it myself, and Nick held the glass
to my lips.

I took a couple sips and then I took a deep breath.

"Thanks, guys." I finally said. "I feel a little
better now."

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. Jeff was the next
to speak up.

"Well that's good to hear." He said, the worried look
still on his face. "You had us all scared shitless."

"Thanks for the concern, Jeff." I said, giving him a
weak smile. Then I looked around to everyone else.

"Thanks all of you." I said, thanking the rest of
them.

"You don't have to thank us, Sean." Kandi said, from
beside Justin. "We're all here for you, and we always
will be."

"Kandi's right, Sean." Justin piped in. "We're here to
help you whenever you need us."

I smiled at Justin. I've actually missed talking to
him. He and I didn't get to talk much lately, these
days. He was always with Kandi, and I was always with
Nick and we haven't gotten to spend much time together
lately. I was going to make sure that he and I talked
again one on one soon.

"What were you dreaming about?" Drew suddenly asked
me. "It must have been really terrifying for you to
scream like you did."

I nodded at Drew, as I remembered the events of my
dream. Nick put his arm around my shoulders.

"Would you care to share it with us?" He asked me.

I nodded and sat up.

"I had a terrifying dream about the guy who raped me."
I blurted out.

I heard everyone gasp in shock. Even Nick, who was
sitting beside me.

"I dreamt that I was making dinner for all of you
since in my dream, you all were out doing a personal
appearance in L.A. somewhere and then I hear a knock
on the door. So, I go to answer it and see a very good
looking delivery guy in a uniform. He says he came to
check the thermostat that Nick said was not working
right or something. Well anyway I give him the
directions to the thermostat and then he takes off.
Then I go back into the kitchen to check on the
lasagna I was making and then to get some silverware.
And then I forgot the glasses, and when I turn to get
them, the guy's right behind me and scared the shit
out of me!"

I stopped to catch my breath a little and then looked
up at the guys. They were all curious about what was
to come next.

"I asked him if he was done already," I continued,
telling the story. "Then he admitted that there never
was a problem and I got angry and wanted an
explanation. That's when he said He already knew me.
Then he put his hand behind my head and told me to
look into his eyes."

Drew interrupted me when I'd gotten to that point.

"Why'd he make you do that?" He asked me.

"Drew, He's getting to that." Nick said to his
brother. "Hold on."

Nick then turned back to me.

"Go on, baby." He said to me.

I nodded and continued.

So I looked into his eyes and then I heard him ask me
if anything seemed familiar to me. So I looked harder
and then I recognized him. He was the guy who raped
me. I freaked out and pulled away. Then he spoke the
words that he spoke the night he raped me.

"Ah, Nice ass. just waiting to be fucked."

As soon as he said those words, I knew it was him for
sure. Then he admitted it was him alright and then
said he was my worst nightmare. Then he hit me and I
fell across the couch. But I tried to get up so I
could defend myself, but he was too quick and pinned
me down again and then started ripping at my
clothes....and then I started screaming for him to
stop and for Nick or someone to help me....Anyone to
help me."

I was crying so hard I couldn't go on. That's when
Nick pulled me to him and held me close.

"Why is this happening to me now, Nick?" I asked, as I
cried on his shoulders. "I thought I'd put this
tragedy behind me and now it's coming back again.
Why?"

Nick ran his hands up and down my back as he held me,
which was starting to help me relax. I always felt
better in his arms.

"I think maybe because you never really dealt with it,
Sean." Nick said. "After all, after it happened, you
and I were getting together and we were happier than
we'd ever been." Plus the guy is still out there,
running around, free."

"Nick has a point, Sean." Jeff said, coming over to
sit on the other side of me. He sat next to me and put
his arm around me.

"I think maybe you should talk with someone." He said.
"Someone other than us."

I frowned, wondering what Jeff was getting at. Then I
knew: He was talking about a psychiatrist.

"Who? a doctor? or a shrink?" I asked, with a hint of
sarcasm in my voice. "Jeff, I'm not crazy."

"Sean, Jeff isn't suggesting that, alright?" Justin
said. "All he's trying to do is get you some help."

I turned to look back at Nick and I saw that he had
that worried look in his eyes again and that didn't
make me feel any better.

"It's probably not a bad idea, baby." He said to me.
"Why don't you give it a try?" If you want, I'll come
with you and sit in with you in your sessions?"

I brightened at that. "Would you?" I asked him.

"Sure I would." Nick said, then kissed me on the
forehead. "Anything for my husband."

Again, being called "His husband" gave me that warm
and gooey feeling that I knew so well. I was loving
Nick more and more everyday and didn't have one single
regret about marrying him. He and I were meant to be
together and if going to see a psychiatrist would make
Nick happy and at the same time, give us the answers
and advice that we needed, then I was all for it.

"Ok, guys." I decided. "I'll do it. I'll see a
psychiatrist." Who knows, maybe I'll get the answers
that I need."

"That's the spirit, Sean." Drew said, smiling again.

"Ok, guys, group hug." Kandi said.

Then they all gathered around me and we all put our
arms around each other and hugged us all close.

Just then, there was a knock on the door. I jumped in
fright, the memories of my dream, coming back to me.

"Sean, are you alright?" Nick asked me, again.

I nodded. "yeah, I'm fine. just remembering my dream,
that's all."

"Do you want me to get the door?" Drew asked me.

"No, Drew, I'll get it." I said to him, smiling. "But
thanks anyway. "All of you just stay here and if I
need you, I'll call out to you."

"Alright, we'll be right here, sweetie." Nick said,
kissing me on the cheek.

I turned and walked towards the door. I got to the
door and opened it. When I saw who it was, I gasped.

Danny was standing there, smiling at me.

"Sean! Hey, it's so good to see you!" Danny said,
suddenly grabbing me in a hug.

I hesitated before embracing him, remembering what had
happened between him and Jeff and that I was still
angry with him.

"What are you doing here, Danny?" I asked him, coldly.

Danny pulled back, shocked at my tone of voice.

"Sean, is that anyway to greet your best friend?" He
asked me, the hurt evident in his voice. "What's the
matter with you?"

I opened the door, further, and held my arm out,
gesturing for him to come in.

"Come on in, and I'll tell you." I said, still cold.

Danny just frowned and walked in. I closed the door
behind me and followed him into the living room.

When Nick, Drew, Justin, and Kandi saw Danny, their
faces lit up literally.

"Danny! you're back!" Nick said, walking over and
grabbing Danny into a tight bearhug. "It's so good to
see you!"

"Thanks, Nick." Danny said, returning the hug. "It's
good to see you too."

While Nick and Danny were hugging, I shot a look at
Jeff and saw that he was looking back at me. I could
see a mixture of happiness and sadness in his eyes. He
was happy that Danny was back, but sad because he
remembered that he was still in love with Danny, but
that he may never get to tell him because Danny was in
love with Amber.

I walked over to Jeff and put my arm around him, while
the guys and Danny were getting engrossed in a
conversation. I pulled him towards the kitchen, which
was behind the guys. They didn't notice us leave.

When I got into the kitchen, I turned around and
hugged Jeff.

"Jeff, are you going to be alright?" I asked him. "I'm
not sure what Danny is doing back here this early, but
I just want to know if you're going to be able to deal
with him?"

Jeff, still hugging me, nodded. "Yes, I'll be
alright." He replied, then added.

I'm not saying that I'm not glad to see Danny, but we
still have issues we have to resolve."

I nodded and pulled back to look him in the eyes.

"I know you're still hurting, and trust me, Danny is
already aware that something's wrong. I wasn't so nice
to him when he came to the door. I was rather cold
with him and he's going to want to know why." I told
him.

"You didn't say anything to him, did you?" Jeff asked,
with a worried look.

"No, I didn't, Jeff." I said to him. "But we're
definitely going to have to say something to him
later."

"Ok, but not yet. later." Jeff said. "First, we have
to find out why he's back and for how long, and what
reason."

"Yeah, that's a good point. I said. "Well, there's no
time like the present." I said to him. "Are you ready
to go back out there?"

"Yeah." Jeff said. "I'm ok. Come on, let's go."

He put his arm back around me and we walked back into
the living room.

The guys were still talking and Nick looked in our
direction just as we entered into the living room.

"Hey guys, you're just in time to hear the good news?"

Jeff and I both looked at each other with a confused
look.

"What good news?" We both wanted to know.

"My good news." Danny said, looking at us. I noticed
that he gave Jeff a strange look before looking back
at me.

"I proposed to Amber yesterday." Danny said, smiling
at me. "We're getting married."

TBC.............?

Well, that's it for this installment. "How will Jeff
and Sean react to Danny's announcement? Will this be
the final straw that breaks Jeff's heart? Not to
mention Sean's friendship with Danny?

Don't miss what Jeff does next. Because it's
