Subject: nick and ashley-all i need is you 6

DISCLAIMER: O-town, Backstreet Boys and N'Sync are all bands that I don't
know. I am not implying anything here. This is strictly created in my
fantasies. I wish it was actually happening but I highly doubt it. I am in
no way affiliated with Jive or J records, MTV or any other way with these
bands. If homosexual content offends you or is illegal for you to read then
please leave.

The only thing I have remotely in common with these guys is that Ashley
Parker Angel and I were born on the same exact day-August 1, 1981.

FIRST THINGS FIRST: Hey guys, I'm very sorry that it took so long to get
this out but school has been killing me with work. The semester is ending
so teachers are laying it on us. I just finished the new update for "Josh's
Heart" which is my other story so this is up next. Things are starting to
heat up in this story and a lot of people have asked for me to keep up with
the other couples along with Nick and Ashley so I certainly will try.

BBSA Awards (Boy Band Story Awards) nominations end April 15th. I hear from
reliable sources that my stories are doing very well in the categories and
I appreciate that very very much. I have been given more support in this
community than anywhere else and I am truly grateful.

All I Need Is You-Chapter Six

The airport was packed, utterly packed with people. San Diego was the place
where the Pop Odyssey tour began this year, covering a good portion of the
United States. It united the top pop acts of the year. This year,
Backstreet Boys, O-town and N'Sync were all headlining.

The fans knew about this and unlike other tours were encouraged to come to
the airport. There would be a meet and greet with autograph signings and a
press conference at a nearby venue.

The fans looked out the large windows and saw a plane touch down and
charter up to their gate. Everyone went crazy as they realized that this
was the plane that held the people they came to see.

Each couple gave their significant other a kiss, knowing that it might be
the last one that they could sneak in all day since the entire day was
booked with promotional things for this monster event. There was a
different feel to this tour. The shows were only in warm- weather cities
because each show was with the stage on the beach.

San Diego's weekend set of shows was on the beautiful Mission Beach.

Ashley stepped out from the gate followed by his bandmates of O-town and
the crowd went ecstatic. Security guards had to physically restrain people
from trying to get to this pop quintet. Just as the crowd was dying down
the Backstreet Boys stepped out and people began to try and physically maul
the others to get to their idles. A look of bewilderment came upon those
guards as N'Sync stepped out culminating the trio of bands. It was as if
this was a power that no man could stop.

These three bands had taken the music world by storm. Just when N'Sync
seemed to take over the pop world and create a monopoly Backstreet pulled
out a last ditch effort tour with some new kids from Orlando which turned
into the famous "Passing the Torch" Tour, which seemed to rejuvenate the
careers of everyone and cause record sales to sour within every pop act.

The fans were back and this was their reward.

All 15 men stood there as cameras flashed and fans cried. Ashley looked out
over the raucous crowd and one sign seemed to jump out at him and catch his
attention. It was a bright yellow sign that read "Ashley, I'm your twin
brother!" Ashley laughed at this, then looked at the person and noticed
that he was about his age but really didn't look too much like him. His
hair was significantly darker and had eyes that weren't quite as blue as
his.

Ashley shrugged it off with a laugh wondering what they'll think of next.

"Everything alright?" Nick asked him as he came over next to him.

"Yeah." Ashley responded.

"Good, cuz we gotta get going." Nick said as he began to walk out towards
the limos.

Everyone piled into two limos, each band getting separated, Ashley making
sure that he was close to Nick so they got put into the same limo.

"So what do you guys wanna do tonight, after the concert is over and all of
this crap settles down?" AJ asked

"You guys wanna hit up a club or something?" Erik asked

"Maybe later on in the night but I wanna do something different for once."
AJ said with a grin.

"What are you thinking?" Jacob asked knowing that his boyfriend was up to
something.

"Anyone wanna get some ink?" AJ asked

"You mean a tattoo?" Ashley asked

"Yeah, like you don't have enough." Jacob said.

"Come on let's go crazy for a night. It's even been a while for me." AJ
said.

"I'll do it, I've been meaning to get another one anyway." Nick said.

"Yeah I'll come too." Jacob said.

"Are you gonna come Ash?" Nick asked his husband.

"I don't know, I'm not really too fond of needles." Ashley said with a look
of concern in his face.

"I'll protect you Ash." Nick said with a smile as he put his hand on
Ashley's leg.

"Ok I guess." Ashley said biting his lip.

"Alright we'll go after the concert." AJ said with a smile.

That aforementioned concert was not just any normal concert that the guys
were so used to. This was gonna be very large. The beach-type venue was
already packed. People were jamming and cramming into Mission Bay to try
to get to the show. All of the members of the tour were sitting in the
massive green room that was prepared for them.

Ashley was laying on the couch with his head in Nick's lap, knowing that
anyone who was allowed into the room already knew about their relationship
and was safe. This couple could not have been happier. Their wedding
culminated what was a strange yet amazing year of love for them and they
knew they both found their soulmate.

There was nothing more relaxing to either of them except for when they were
simply together, just relaxing. This couch was rather large however and
Ashley had a feeling that someone else would be joining them soon.

Just as he was thinking this of course someone did sit down. When Ashley
looked up to see who it was though he didn't seem to mind. It was a
friendly face that was always supportive of them.

"What's up Timberlake" Ashley said.

Justin smiled at the fact that Ashley used the nicknames that he and Nick
had always had for each other, using their last names.

"Not much Angel, how about you?" Justin said trying to follow tradition.

"Good except for one thing, my last name is Carter now. Remember, you were
at the wedding." Ashley said with a laugh.

"Haha I know but I can't call you both Carter. That would just get
confusing." Justin said with a smile.

"His middle name is Parker." Nick intervened

"That's what I'll use then." Justin said.

"Sounds good." Ashley said with a smile.

"Everyone ready in here?" Mike, the producer of the tour asked and got a
resounding yes. "Good, we're on in five. Just to warn you guys we've set
up a few surprises for the first few shows so just try and go with them. I
think you'll like them." Mike said as he walked out.

Everyone just looked at each other not sure what to expect but just
shrugged it off and took their places backstage.

The crowd was louder than anything they had ever heard. Screaming, cheering
and chanting could all be heard from backstage, giving everyone the edge
that they all needed. N'Sync was in the corner doing their usual pre-game
session of hackeysack.

The nerves were beginning to build but that just made for a better show.
Everyone joined together in a circle for one last prayer, led by Brian the
most religious of them all.

"Backstreet, you're on first." The stage director yelled out.

The five men who started all this madness close to 10 years ago ran out on
stage as the crowd went wild. "Larger Than Life" pumped through the
speakers as each member did their routine and dance. They were about
halfway through when the song died out and Ashley's voice came out through
the microphone.

"Hold up, hold up. Jacob start playing. We wanna dance." Ashley said as
Jacob began to play his acoustic guitar and both Backstreet and O-town
began the dance to "We Fit Together"

Dan carried most of the song with his baritone voice for about halfway
through until their song was also cut off. The guys mocked surprise until
they heard "Bye, Bye, Bye" crash through the speakers. The crowd was loving
every second of this as N'Sync ran out on stage and started to sing the
song.

Once the chorus came up however all 15 men lined up and did the famous
dance that was now known worldwide. As the song ended the crowd went wild.

All three groups then switched off on songs, some even covering other
band's songs. It was a wild show and everyone was having fun.

Backstreet Boys were told to go on stage next and before the song started
Kevin stopped them and spoke into his microphone.

"Hang on guys, hang on a sec." Kevin said as all of them looked at him in
actual surprise. "I've got a little surprise for all of you guys and even
for my fellow bros here on stage, especially to one of them." Kevin
started.

"I'd like you guys to give it up for a very special guest who will be
performing with us tonight, Aaron Carter!" Kevin said as Aaron ran out on
stage and slapped hands with everyone.

He ran over to his brother and gave him a quick hug. Nick was shocked to
say the least. It had been so long since he had seen his little bro that he
was very excited to actually perform with him on stage.

The tune to Aaron's new hit single "I'm All About You" began to pump
through the speakers. Nick knew it well seeing as he helped him write
it. Both men were at the front of the stage and turned out towards the
crowd and began to belt it out as the others harmonized behind them.

"I'm all about you I'm all about us No baby, you never Have to question my
love And every night there's a new crowd But it's always you I'm singing
about There is only one These words are going out to Oh girl, I'm all about
you"

Everyone finished up the song and ran backstage. Ashley looked over and saw
Nick and Aaron catching up on old times, Nick completely surprised about
Aaron's being here. A smile came to his face. He was knocked out of his
trance as the manager told them to go on.

They all ran out and looked out over the crowd who knew that they were
truly getting a show. Jacob stepped out to the front and put his microphone
on.

"Hey guys, getting back to the surprises, we've got another one for ya."
Jacob said as Ashley realized that there was a plant in each of the bands
who was trusted with the surprises.

"We've got a special guest too to come sing with us. This is a female
singer who is very talented and is actually dating one of the guys from
O-town. Please welcome Mandy Moore!" Jacob said as Mandy walked out to a
very large ovation from the crowd.

She came over and pulled Erik to the front as they both sat on stools. The
look on Erik's face was pure shock and he wasn't sure what to do but he had
a feeling Mandy would guide him.

A familiar tune came through the speakers and Erik pinned it as "Eternal
Flame" by the Bangles, which was a song that he and Mandy held very dear to
their relationship. Mandy carried most of the song while Erik threw in his
part with the verses. It was a beautiful song to begin with but when sung
to each other as a couple, nothing could be better.

"Close your eyes Give me your hand, darlin' Do you feel my heart beating Do
you understand Do you feel the same Am I only dreaming Is this burning an
eternal flame." They gave each other a quick kiss, which drew cries and
cheers from the crowd. Them and the rest of the band ran backstage. The
crowd wasn't sure what else they could possibly pull out tonight.

All of the members of each band ran back out onstage showing that this
would be the last song of the night. It would be the culmination of an
amazing night and San Diego would leave knowing that the show would go on
without them but no one would forget the night where the three powerhouse
boy-bands came out and showed the world what they could do.

Each limo piled out towards the hotel with the bands in them. There were
four people missing however as Nick, Ashley, Jacob and AJ took a cab. Jacob
guided them to a local tattoo parlor that he knew of since he was from
around here. "So is this what you call a double date Bone?" Nick asked
with a laugh. "Yeah well, no one ever said I was normal." AJ said as they
all laughed.

It was an amazing night and the adrenaline was still rushing through them.
This may have been the only reason that Ashley was going through with
this. He wasn't exactly sure how Nick conned him into this but he was here
now thinking about what ink to get on him.

"I don't know what to pick" Ashley said as he looked over the wall of art.

"Do you trust me?" Nick asked

"Of course." Ashley said

"Let me choose then." Nick said.

"Ok go ahead." Ashley said.

"That's the catch, I can't tell you." Nick said.

Ashley took a deep breath. "Ok Nicky I trust you." Ashley said.

"Awesome, I'll be right back" Nick said as he ran over to the guy and told
him his plan.

The guy motioned for him to come over as he, Nick and the artist went into
one room and Jacob and AJ followed someone else into the other one.

Nick took his shirt off and threw it on the chair. Ashley was a little
weirded out by this whole thing and Nick could read it right off of his
face. As the guy was sterilizing the needle, Nick came over and looked
Ashley straight in the eye.

"How can you go skydiving and then be afraid of getting a tattoo?" Nick
asked with a laugh.

He always seemed to know how to calm Ashley down and put things into
perspective. A tattoo was nothing compared to skydiving. Ashley started to
feel the adrenaline come back into him after thinking about how much of a
rush that was, mostly because they did it together.

Ashley took off his shirt and laid down on the bed, showing Nick he was
ready. Nick laid down on the bed next to him so that they could look at
each other while all of this happened. Another assistant came in because
Nick had requested that they get it done together.

"Focus on me Ash." Nick said as he pointed to his eyes.

Ashley looked straight at Nick. He peered into those deep blue eyes and saw
nothing but affection. He saw his life and his future. He saw everything
that they had ever shared and gone through together. Nick was his husband,
his best friend and his lover. They were everything together and nothing
apart.

"Ok you're all set." The guy said behind him.

"That's it." Ashley said with surprise not realizing that anything had
really happened. Like so many times before he got lost in Nick's eyes and
was numb to the outside world.

"Yup, come here I'll show it to you." The guy said as he stood by a mirror.

Ashley and Nick both got up and looked behind them and saw a Chinese
lettering on each of their left shoulders.

"That looks awesome, what does it mean?" Ashley asked

Nick looked him in the eyes and said "It translates into 'True Love'"
