Hi Everyone, Well its that time again for the Boy Bands Story Awards. This will run simular to previous awards with Author nominating. I need the co-operation of all authors so we can have this awards procede with out any problems. Okay, first the rules: Qualifications To be able to nominate, you have to have a story in the Boy-Bands section of Nifty Archives. Otherwise, I can't accept your nominations, just your votes. I want to give all authors a chance to nominate their favorite Authors. That way it's a little more sincere. To be able to be nominated for a series you much have at least 4 chapters or more of your story posted to nifty on or before January 20, 2000. To be able to be nominated for a single story you much have written a story and have it posted on or before January 20, 2000, however a story that has more then 4 chapters can not be nominated for a single story. Nominating Make sure to fill in each category with a nominee. You can only nominate Boy Bands related material that is posted to Nifty Archives. When you send in your ballot, please tell me your Author Name on Nifty and the name of your story. DO NOT send me your story. You can nominate up to 4 Authors in a category, no more! If you choose you may nominate less then 4, but not more than 4 please make sure to write down the name of the Series and the Author with each nomination. I ask that you be honest with your nominations. Don't nominate someone because they're your friend or relation. Nominate them because their work has shown to be really good. Filling out the Nomination Ballot Subject line, should read Boy Bands Award Nominations At the beginning of your email, give me your Author name, and the name of your storyline/story. Next, attach the nomination ballot with your nominations on it. You can paste it on the mail, attach it as a .doc .htm(l) .txt or .wpd. Please only send those 5 as I cannot accept any other format. With each category, nominate up to 4 or less in the title category. Include the name of the story and the author so I can know where you got it from. You can nominate yourself I have no problem with that. As long as Authors don't get out of hand with it. You can ONLY nominate stories or authors that are posted to Nifty Archives. No other outside stories will be accepted. I'm sorry, but this is the only way I can be sure that the stories are real, and because this is an awards project for Nifty. You can only nominate once. I won't accept more then one form from each author. If there is any category that you DO NOT understand, don't' be afraid to let me know, I'll fill you in on it. Categories Make sure you put the right information in the right category. For each category with "Best use of 'Character'", you can nominate any author's work. The series or storyline does not have to focus mainly on that character. When nominations are in, I will narrow each category down to 4 nominees, depending on who got the most votes. For anything having to do with a "series only" listing, you should know what that means. I will not accept any material outside a series for that category.
