People Change with time Chapter 1

This is completely fictional and doesn't mean anything about anyone
involved. If you get offended by m/m fiction or aren't old enough, please
leave.

The musical group N'sync had just finished and interview in a studio in
Malibu and had the rest of the day off. They went back to the hotel to
change clothes and decide what to do.

"Well, I am gonna go to the beach," Chris said grabbing his towel and
sunglasses "you are all welcome to join me"

"That sounds good to me." JC replied.

"Sure, I could go for that," Lance interjected.

"Cool," Joey remarked.

"Not me, I don't feel like going to the beach. I think I will just hang
around here." Justin said grabbing the remote and sitting done on a couch.

"Are you sure J. I mean we have the day off and you want to sit around.
This isn't like you" JC commented.

"I know, but I just don't feel like going out to the beach right now. I'll
be fine, you go ahead." He said looking up a JC.

"Alright, if you say so." JC said leaving "I got my phone if you decide to
join us."

"Alright," Justin replied. Justin sat on the couch flipping through the
channels trying to find something to watch. After flipping through all the
channels four or five times, he got frustrated and turned the TV off. He
stood up and walked over the balcony doors and onto the balcony. 'It is a
shame to waste this wonderful day inside' Justin thought to himself. So,
Justin wrote the rest of the guys a note, in case they got back before he
did. He grabbed his sunglasses and headed out the door. 'Where to?' Justin
asked himself, but he finally decided to head to the left after he got out
the front door of the hotel. After walking a few blocks down, a bunch of
girls recognized him and started to scream his name and chase he endlessly.
After running for what seemed like forever, two guys grabbed him and shoved
him into an alleyway. Justin tried to yell for help, but one of the guys
held his hand over Justin's mouth so he could make any noise. After the
huge crowd of screaming fans ran past, they let Justin go.

"Thanks, I owe you guys one," he said.

"Just answer one question, Are you really Justin Timberlake?" one guy asked.

"Yeah, I am." Justin replied.

"Well, then I guess it's my lucky day." The guy replied.

"Excuse me," Justin asked with confusion all across his face. Then the guy
pulled out a switch blade knife and pointed it at Justin.

"I want your wallet and watch right now," he said taunting Justin with the
knife.

"Alright, here take it." Justin said giving the guy his wallet and watch.

"I appreciate that. You know of course I can't let you leave, you've seen
what we look like. You can id use, sorry Pal." the guy said grinning.

"Whoa, I ain't going down for murder, no way." The one guy in the background
said.

"Really, too bad." The first guy retorted as he turned the knife around and
rammed it into the abdomen of the second guy "now where was I."

"Please don't kill me, I will give you what ever you want." Justin pleaded.

"Too late pretty boy," he said taking a step towards Justin. As he came
closer and closer, Justin remembered something Chris taught him for
self-defense. As the guy got closer Justin grabbed his extended arm and
pushed it off to the side. The only problem was that the tip of the knife
sliced Justin's arm. Justin stopped and looked at his arm started get
covered with his own blood. When Justin looked up, he got hit right in the
jaw.
Justin was knocked down and looked at the guy. The guy picked up a rock and
walked over to Justin and looked down at him.

"Bye," the guy said. Justin was about to black out when he saw a hand grab
the rock out of the guy's hand.

Justin woke up on a couch and looked around not knowing where he was. He
heard waves and classical music.

"What the hell," Justin said trying to sit up. He noticed he had a bandage
on his head and around his arm. He also noticed his shirt was missing.
"Where the hell am I?"

"You're in Malibu, California. You were mugged and about to get your head
flattened." I said sitting down next to Justin on the couch. "Don't take
that bandage off your head, unless you want to start bleeding again."

"My head wasn't bleeding," Justin remarked.

"When you blacked out, your head landed on a sharp piece of glass, I
stitched it up for you, your arm too." I Said.

"You a doctor?" Justin asked.

"No, but don't worry. I have been around long enough that I know how to do
it." I said looking at his arm.

"You don't look any older than me," Justin said inspecting my face and body
for the first time. "Who are you anyway?"

"My name is Jason, I was walking by and happen to look down the alley and
saw you two going at it. So I decided to help." I said putting a fresh
bandage on his arm.

"How did you know that he was the bad guy?" Justin asked.

"Let's say I'm an excellent judge of character," I replied getting off the
couch and walking over to the porch doorway and looking at the beach.
"Besides, if you were the bad guy, you wouldn't be the one in trouble."

"I guess, can I turn on the TV?" Justin asked.

"I think you should head into the bathroom and get cleaned up. You are a
mess." I said turning to point at the bathroom door. Justin sat up and
noticed a Rolex hanging off my wrist. He got up and started to walk to the
bathroom door.

"Where's my shirt?" he asked turning around.

"It's on the counter in the bathroom, I cleaned the blood out of if for
you," I replied looking out over the ocean. "If you want I will clean the
rest of your clothes. They look kinda ratty."

"Do you have any idea who I am?" Justin asked.

"I know you are a person that ran into trouble and that I was in a position
to help you. Should I know you?" I asked turning around to see if I
recognized him.

"Ever heard of N'sync?" He questioned.

"Yeah. Why?" I said.

"I sing for that group, my name is Justin Timberlake." Justin said waiting
to see my reaction.

"Well, that's nice." I said. Justin was surprised at the reaction or lack
there of, on my part. He was about to say something.

"I don't listen the that type of music very much." I said to him as I walked
over to him and looked him in the face. "Now you should get cleaned up, do
you want me to clean those clothes or not?"

"How long will it take?" He asked looking at his dirt covered pants.

"Not half as long as it will for someone to clean my couch." I said looking
over at my suede couch.

"OH my goodness, I'm sorry." He said looking at the couch with bloodstains
all over it.

"Justin, you are not to blame, I set you there." I said. Justin turned
around and continued into my bathroom.

"Give me a few minutes to get into the shower and then you can take and
clean the rest of my clothes, thanks" Justin said as he reached the door of
the bathroom. He noticed his shirt sitting on the counter all folded up. He
started the shower and started to take off his dirty clothes. He climbed
into the shower just as I knocked on the door. I cracked it open and didn't
see Justin standing there, but I saw his clothes in a pile on the floor.

"I am gonna take these dirty clothes, I am gonna leave you some sweat pants
in case I don't get them done in time." I said grabbing his dirty clothes
"If you want to take those bandages off, be careful. I don't want to have
to stitch you up twice."

"That's fine, thanks." Justin said from the shower. Justin washed his
chest, legs and all other parts of his body. After about a half-hour,
Justin jumped out of the shower and noticed the sweat pants sitting on top
of his shirt. He finished drying off and slipped them on. He picked up the
folded shirt and carried it out. As he walked out of the bathroom. He
noticed my sofa was missing.

"Where's the couch?" He asked as he noticed me in an easy chair in the
corner.

"I know this guy that cleans couches and stuff, he came over and told me he
would need more stuff than he brought with him, so I told him to take the
couch and clean it at his place." I said as I read the evening paper.

"Isn't that gonna cost you a lot of money," He asked.

"A little," I replied as I set the paper on the stand next to the chair.

"Did you finish my clothes?" Justin asked starting to walk over to the love
sofa I had in the corner.

"Nope, there are gonna be harder to clean then I thought." I said picking up
the remote and turning on the TV. "I will get them clean though. Don't
worry."

I flipped through the channels and did find anything really interesting.
Just then Justin stood up like he was sitting on a spring.

"Oh shit!" he yelled.

"What?" I asked looking at him.

"I gotta call the guys, they have got to be worried sick." He yelled.

"Here use my phone." I said tossing him my portable phone. He dialed the
number of the hotel and told the switch board operator to patch him through
to there suit. She argued with him and he just hung up on her.

"Damn security," Justin mumbled.

"Put your shirt on and I will give you a ride to your hotel." I said
standing up and going over to put my shoes on.

"You don't have too, I can call JC's cell phone." Justin said dialing
another number.

"JC?" I asked.

"Another guy in the group," Justin replied. I just nodded my head as he
finished dialing.

"Hello" JC said picking up his phone

"JC," Justin said to him.

"Justin, where are you man?" JC asked. Justin started to fill JC in on the
events earlier that day. About ten minutes later, Justin walks over to me
and hands me the phone.

"Jason, JC would like to talk to you," Justin says holding out the phone. I
accepted the phone and put it to my ear.

"Hello?" I said.

"Are you Jason?" JC asked.

"I sure as hell hope so," I said into the phone.

"I want to thank you for helping out Justin like that. We all owe you one."
He said.

"I am just glad I was there to help." I said "I am gonna give Justin an ride
to your guys' hotel."

"OK, but Justin said he might spend the night there, if it was ok with you."
JC said over the phone.

"I don't see any problems with that," I replied. JC and I talked for a few
more minutes before I handed the phone back over to Justin. After some more
talk between Justin and JC, Justin hung up the phone and sat back down on my
smaller sofa.

"Justin, Why?" I asked looking at him.

"Why what?" he asked confused.

"Why do you want to spend the night at my house. You don't know me, you
have no idea what I am like or capable of," I said looking at him.

"JC got hung up on that detail too. JC and the guys are gonna go to this
club tonight, they want me to come and I want you to come too." He said.

"Alright, get ready and we will go." I said heading to my bedroom.

"Where you going?" Justin asked.

"I am gonna get changed." I said shutting the door behind me. I came out of
the room in blue jeans, plain color shirt and a blazer.

"Whoa, what's with the preppy outfit?" Justin asked.

"This isn't preppy, it just comfortable." I said. I had it blazer
unbuttoned and Justin looked at the burgundy shirt I had underneath when he
noticed what else was underneath the blazer.

"Why are you carrying a gun?" Justin asked nervously.

"Don't worry. I have a license for both of them," I said looking through
the refigderator in the kitchen.

"Both?" he replied. I put my foot up on the stool next to the counter and
pulled up my pant leg to show him my back up pistol. "I don't think you
should be wearing guns. I mean, why would you need a gun?"

"Justin, in my line of work, I does get rather sticky at times. I just like
to have piece of mind. To know that I am safe." I said trying to close the
subject.

"I don't want you wearing them," he commanded.

"You don't want me wearing them. Who are you to tell me what to do? You
have no right to try to boss me around. You got that," I said with force and
determination.

"You know, maybe you shouldn't come along after all. I mean, you aren't
going to hang around me and my friends packing' heat!" Justin said rather
loudly trying to impose some force.

"That fine, it's not like I didn't have anything else to do tonight." I said
calmly. " I will call you a cab, and you can go to meet your friends."

I picked up the phone and dialed the Cab Company, gave them my address and
thanked tem to get here quickly.

"Alright, your all set. Give the driver this card and tell him the ride is
on us." I said handing Justin a business card.

"No way, you ain't paying my way. Besides it ain't like this stupid card is
gonna make any difference." Justin replied rather enrage. "I'm outta here"

Justin put his shoes on and left. He was still wearing my sweats and I had
his clothes in my dryer still. Justin sat on the front porch waiting for
the cab. The cab pulled up and he climbed in. The sweat pants didn't have
any pockets, so he had the card in his hand.

"Would you throw this away for me," he asked handing the driver the card.
The driver was about to crumple up the card and pitch it out the window when
he read what it said.

"I can't through this away, put this ride is free." He replied putting the
card in his money pouch. "Where too."

Justin told him to take him to his hotel to change and meet the guys. They
were about to leave when Justin showed up. There where a lot of questions
about the clothes and not meeting them there. Justin told them he would
explain it later. He ran up to his room and changed into more suitable
clothes and they were off the party. They went to different clubs trying
to find one they liked they finally ended up at this restaurant. It wasn't
a real fancy restaurant, but it wasn't a pigpen either. Justin and the rest
of the guys went in and sat down at a table in the corner of the place.
They were the best and most comfortable seats in the restaurant. They were
there for about five minutes when the headwaiter came up to them. Justin
was about to order, but he cut him off.

"I am sorry, but you will have to sit somewhere else." He said.

"What, no way. We were here first." Justin said.

"Please, you must sit elsewhere. You can have anything you want, on the
house. Just move." The waiter pleaded. The guys moved across the room to a
smaller, not quite a comfortable booth. Half and hour later, I big man with
three other men walked up to the table the guys were sitting at, before the
where asked to move. They were all wearing suits and looked real tuff.

"What the fuck!" Justin said pissed off. They kicked us out of the corner
seat for the fat ass and his friends. Justin tried to call the headwaiter
over, but he would acknowledge Justin. Justin was about to get up when JC
stopped him.

"Justin, just let it go, we are eating for free. So what does it matter." He
asked trying to get Justin to sit down.

"It matters. I want to know what's so important about tubby." Justin said.
He was about to start walking over to the table, when he turned right around
headed back to the booth and covered his face in a menu. I walked into the
restaurant and up to the table and greeted my friends.

"Justin, what are you doing?" Lance asked bewildered.

"It's Jason," he replied not even looking out from behind the menu.

"Justin, the menu thing is gonna work," Chris said.

"What do mean." Justin asked.

"Well, it might be better to have the menu right side up." He replied trying
not to laugh.

"Oh shut up," Justin said throwing the menu down on the table. Justin
looked over at the table we were at and noticed the fat guy stand up and
greet me with open arms and hug me. I had changed into a full suit. He
noticed I returned the hug and sat down with these gentlemen. He watched us
through the whole meal and tried to figure out what we were talking about.
He could hear or anything, but he figured it was important. The way the
waiter wanted them out of the corner booth. We were about done when I got
up and left. I headed for the men's room. Justin started to get up.

"Where are you going?" Joey asked.

"I gotta piss, I'll be right back." He replied heading to the restroom. He
entered the restroom and I was at the sink washing my hands.

"Jason." He said. I turned around and noticed Justin standing there.

"Justin, what are you doing here?" I asked rather uncomfortable.

"Don't worry, I won't do anything." He replied trying to do sooth me.

"Like you could. Where are your friends?" I asked.

"Eating," he replied.

"Get them in here," I said.

"Why?" Justin asked.

"Just do it!" I yelled at him. I reached underneath my over coat and took
out two pistols and loaded them.

"What are you doing?" he asked in a voice just barely above a whisper.

"It's very simple. The big guy you saw me eating with, his name is Jim." I
said peaking out the door.

"I wasn't watching," Justin said in denial.

"Justin, I don't have time for this tonight. Go back to your friends and
get out of here." I said holstering the pistols.

"I suppose those are licensed," he commented.

"Nope, not these ones," I said. I walked up to Justin and looked him in the
eyes. "The only reason I am going to do this it because I've wanted to sense
I laid eyes on you and I might not get another chance."

Justin looked completely confused. I grabbed him and planted a kiss right
on his lips. Justin started to resist, but it was no use. I let him go and
he looked at me completely surprised. I just looked at him, turned around
and walked out the door. Justin walked out to the guys.

"Hey Just, it took ya long enough." Lance joked.

"Guys, get down." Justin said seriously. They all looked at him bewildered
until they heard a woman scream and gun shots.

They looked at the corner booth and watched as I stood there and unloaded my
two pistols into Jim and his associates. I holstered the two guns and
started to walk towards the door. Justin looked back and noticed one of
Jim's friend stands up, covered in blood and watched him point a gun in my
direction.

"LOOK OUT!" Justin yelled. Justin watched as I turned around and the guy
shot me right in the chest a few times. I pulled you a pistol out from
behind my back and shoot back and kill the guy. I dropped the gun, grabbed
my chest and ran out of the restaurant bleeding.

TBC... what do you think. Is this a good start to a story? Or is it not
worth continuing. Let me know at roczilla@hotmail.com. I would appreciate
any feedback. Thanks.
