Chapter 13

Three weeks later.

"Are you sure about this?" asked Brian. They were all seated at a table
back in Orlando at Management's office. Kevin had just lowered the boom on
them. He was leaving the group for personal reasons. Jason was sick and he
needed to be there for him. Jason had received his third dose of Chemo
yesterday. He was sick all day and all night. Kevin had sat up with him
all night holding his hand and crying with him. It tore Kevin's heart in
two when ever he saw Jason in pain. Jason was wearing the ball cap that
Justin gave him all the time now. Speaking of Justin. He was out of the
picture. He and Benjamin had seperated from the group a week ago. It was a
tearful experience for both Kevin and Jason. But they both knew that Justin
would be happy with Benjamin. Luke had also disapeared. Kevin had tried to
locate him but he left no forwarding address. Also on a side note. Kevin
and Jason's sex life was almost nonexistant. The Chemo had made that almost
impossible. Jason had to be really careful with his bodily fluids so that
really put a limit to what Kevin and Jason could do. Kevin really didn't
mind the lack of sex to much. Jason made an effort to keep Kevin sastified
in that aspect of it. The one thing that bothered Kevin the most was the
long periods of silence that Jason would fall into. He would go for hours
without saying anything at all. He spent most of his time in their room
either sitting at the window or in bed. Kevin was lonely and he longed for
his old happy Jason again. He reminded himself every day that it would get
better. "Kevin?" asked Brian again waking Kevin up from his thoughts. "Are
you sure you want to do this?"

"Yes Brian I am sure of this," Kevin said squeezing Jason's hand. Jason
gave him a small smile to show his support. Jason wasn't feeling well. He
hadn't gotten much sleep and he wasn't eating again. The Chemo was taking a
strain on him. The meeting lasted for another two hours. Management wasn't
happy with the prospect of losing Kevin. Even after Kevin assured them that
it would only be until Jason's cancer was in remission they still balked.
At the end Kevin had won. He had the support of the group and when they
threatened to walk Management backed off and gave Kevin the time he needed.

Jason stepped out of the office building and breathed in the fresh spring
air. Spring was here and he was itching to get back to South Fork. He felt
Kevin's arms wrap around him and his head rested on Jason's shoulder. "What
are thinking about?" asked Kevin giving Jason a light kiss on the neck.

"I want to go home," Jason whispered to Kevin. Kevin nodded and pulled
Jason towards the car.

"I'll call ahead for flight ticketts," he said reaching into his pocket and
pulling out his cell phone. Jason stretched out and laid his head in
Kevin's lap. Kevin smiled down at his lover sleeping in his lap. He
couldn't resist brushing Jason's face with the back of his hand. Jason let
out a small moan and leaned into the touch.

"He is having a rough day isn't he?" asked Brian. Kevin nodded his head yes
and ran his fingers through what was left of Jason's hair. "So what are you
going to do with all this spare time on your hands?" Brian asked.

"I will probably do some song writing," said Kevin as he gazed down at
Jason.

"When are you guys leaving?" asked Nick.

"We leave first thing in the morning," Kevin answered him.

"Good that will give Jason time to rest up before he has to travel back to
Front Royal," commented Brian.

"Who said Front Royal?" asked a sleepy voice. It was Jason, he had waken
up. He looked up at Kevin and Kevin looked down at his angel. He gently
reached up and pulled Kevin down for a kiss. Kevin kissed him lightly on
the lips than kissed his nose and eyelids.

"Go back to sleep Babe," urged Kevin. Jason closed his eyes again and
wrapped his arms around Kevin's waist and went back to sleep. Finally the
car pulled into the underground parking garage at Kevin's apartment. "Come
on Jas," whispered Kevin into Jason's ear. "We are here Babe, come on wake
up so we can get you up to the apartment and into bed." Jason woke up and
climbed out of the car. Kevin had hold of his arm so he wouldn't fall.
Jason was weak and tired all the time now. There was medication that helped
but Jason's treatment didn't include those medications. Jason waited a few
moments to get his bearings and than smiled weakly at Kevin and walked off
under his own power. Jason was stubborn that way. He insisted on remaining
in control of his life as much as he could. It drove Kevin nuts, Jason
needed help and he wouldn't let Kevin help him most of the time. Kevin
frowned at Jason and started to say something but Brian's hand fell to his
shoulder and he looked over at Brian.

"It will get better Kevin," Brian assured him. Kevin nodded and turned his
attention back to Jason. He couldn't help but smile, Jason being true to
form was standing at the elevator door with a wicked grin on his face
tapping his foot as if impatiently waiting on the two cousins.

"How can I stay mad at a face like that?" laughed Kevin as he reached up and
swiped Jason's hat and tossed it to Brian trying to get a game of keep away
started. Brian handed the hat back to Jason. Jason stuck his tongue out at
Kevin and put his hat back on his head. Kevin leaned in for a quick kiss.

The elevator came to a rest and the door opened and they stepped into the
hall. Brian opened the door to let Kevin and Jason in. "I'm going out
again. I have to do some shopping. Do you want to get me anything for you
or Jas?" Brian asked.

"Yea, could you pick up Jas a new sweat suit? He doesn't have many and get
him a new hat too." Kevin guided Jason to their room and helped him into a
pair of pajama pants and t-shirt and got him under the blankets. Jason was
shivering so Kevin covered him up and turned on the electric blanket. Jason
loved the electric blanket and since he was always cold it helped. He
turned and headed out the door.

"Kevin?" asked Jason. Kevin turned around and walked back to the bed and
sat at the edge of it. Jason looked at his husband with love and sadness in
his eyes. "Can I hold you for a while?" he pleaded smiling and patting the
bed beside him.

"I have somethings too do before we leave in the morning," Kevin said.

"Please?" Jason pleaded. Kevin had assumed the roll of always holding Jason
and caring for him. Jason wanted to return some of that feeling. Kevin
smiled and stripped down and climbed into bed with his husband and sighed
with contentment as Jason wrapped his arms around Kevin and pulled him close
to him. Kevin felt a pair of lips grace his bare shoulder and he let out a
sobb. "What's wrong Babe?" asked Jason in a soft voice.

"You," Kevin stated. "You never cease to amaze me. Here you are suffering
through this thing and you take the time to try and make me feel better. I
love you, you know," Kevin turned around so he was facing Jason. He buried
his head in Jason shoulder and snuggled up to him. Jason placed his head on
Kevin's shoulder and closed his eyes.

Brian crept back into the apartment with his arms full of bags. He grinned
as he grabbed three of them and crept into Kevin's and Jason's room. He
lightly knocked and when he didn't recieve an answer he opened the door. He
saw the two of them sleeping. Jason was holding Kevin in his arms. He
hated to wake Kevin but he knew that Kevin had work to do. He lightly
tapped Kevin on the shoulder. Kevin opened his eyes and glared at Brian.

"This had better be good," he grumbled. He quietly slipped out Jason's
reluctant grip. Brian grinned and reached into one of the bags and took out
a stuffed version of a German Shepard and slipped it in Kevin's place.
Kevin let out a giggle and followed Brian out of the room. "Why did you get
him that thing?" asked Kevin shaking his head and grinning.

"I thought it would cheer him up," replied Brian. "I have something for you
too." Brian guided Kevin over to the kitchen table and ordered him to sit.
He than handed Kevin a pile of books. Kevin looked confused. "They are
books for you. I think it will help you with Jason. It has every thing in
it from cooking for cancer patients to excercise and all." Kevin stood up
and pulled his cousin in a hug.

"Thanks Brian," he whispered in his ear. "I just wish that this was all
over with. I don't know how much more of this I can take."

"You're welcome cous," Brian grinned back. "Oh and by the way I got him a
proper sweat suit and ball cap." Brian pulled out Kentucky U sweat suit and
ball cap grinning. Kevin just laughed and rolled his eyes.

"Well it took you long enough to get him one of those," Kevin teased him.
He heard the door open and looked over and saw a confused looking Jason.
Jason had the stuffed dog under his arm. Kevin felt his heart jump for joy
when he saw him. He looked so adorable standing there in his pajamas
holding a stuffed animal with sleep still in his eyes. But Jason soon lost
the confused look and it turned michiveous.

"Oh good it's you," Jason said grinning. "For a moment I thought you had
turned into a stuffed german shepard," he giggled. "He is cute though.
Hmmmm I just might keep him."

"Hey!" exclaimed Kevin walking over to him and pulling into a hug. "You
better not be thinking of replacing me mister," he said bending down and
kissing Jason full on the lips. Jason let out a moan and joined him in the
kiss. They continued until they heard Brian coughing in the back ground.
"Oh hush Brian," giggled Kevin kissing Jason a kiss on the nose. "Your just
jealos is all."

"Here this is for you," Brian said tossing Jason the bag of sweats and ball
cap. Jason looked at them and smiled.

"Cool, thanks Brian!" he exclaimed and he turned and padded back into the
bedroom and change into them. Kevin picked up a cookbook and headed into
the kitchen and started dinner. Jason seemed to be in better spirits after
his short nap. Kevin made a mental note to make sure that Jason got to bed
early tonight. He opened the freezer and pulled out some fish brocoli and
started cooking. He had to cook very healthy now. Jason's life depended on
it.

Brian went over to the TV and turned it on and flipped through the channles.
Jason came walking out of the bed room and sat next to Brian tapping him
on the opposite shoulder. Brian looked at him and gave him his famous
flirting smile. "Whatcha watching?" Jason asked him.

"The news," Brian replied. Jason sat still for a few moments and got up and
walked into the kitchen. He snuck up behind Kevin and slid his arms around
Kevin's waist and kissed him on the neck. Kevin jumped and looked at Jason
and smiled.

"What are you doing out here?" asked Kevin as he leaned in for a quick kiss.

"I was bored. Whatcha cooking?" he asked Kevin.

"Fish, steamed brocoli and rice," said Kevin trying not to laugh at Jason's
face.

"Yuck!!" complained Jason scrunching up his nose.

"You need to eat healthy," Kevin scolded leaning in for a quick kiss.
"Besides healthy eating can taste good." Jason leaned up and nibbled on
Kevin's ear lobe. Kevin let out giggle.

"MMM!" cooed Jason as he moved to Kevin's neck. "You taste real good."

"Well you need food!" laughed Kevin squirming out of Jason's reach. Jason
stuck out his bottom lip in a pout. "Stop pouting or your face will get
stuck that way," Keivn teased him.

"Call me when dinner is ready," said Jason as he headed into the study.
"I'm going to try and get some work done on my screen play." Kevin was
pleasantly shocked. It had been a long time since Jason even sat down at a
computer.

"Take your time babe," he said turning his attention back to dinner.

"Well that is a good change," spoke up Brian. "I can't remember when I've
seen him so full of energy. It is really good to see him like this." Kevin
nodded as he stapped a piece of fish with a fork and popped it in his mouth.

"Yea I think that the nap helped him alittle," Kevin said.

"You helped too," Brian stated. "You are good for him."

"You didn't used to think that Brian, what changed your mind?" asked Kevin
as he started to set the table.

"Come on Kevin, I was a jerk back then. And you did have a problems being
faithful to him," Brian reminded him.

"Yea I remember," Kevin said softly looking at his feet. "I will never ever
forgive myself for hurting him like that."

"Well you are a different person now than you were back then. I think we
all have done some growing up since then," Brian said ruffling Kevin's hair.
  Kevin swatted Brian's hands away.

"Go find something to do while I finish dinner," laughed Kevin swatting
Brian on the shoulder.

Brian headed into the study to see if he could pick on Jason. "Jas?" he
asked softly.

"Over here Brian," said Jason's voice. It was thick with emotion. Brian's
brow wrinkled with worry as he approached the desk.

"What's wrong Jas?" asked Brian putting his hand on his shoulder. It was
tense, rock hard. "You need to relax buddy!" laughed Brian.

"I'll relax later," Jason grumbled turning around in the chair so that he
could face Brian. "What can I do for you?" he asked trying to sound
cheerful.

"First you can tell me what is wrong," replied Brian sitting on the edge of
the desk.

"I was just checking my e-mails and got some bad news is all," answered
Jason.

"You want to talk about it?" Brian asked. Jason slammed his fist down on
the desk.

"No! Brian!" shouted Jason startling Brian. "I don't want to talk about
it!" He buried his head in his hands and started sobbing. "Dam stupid
Jackass!" He got up and went to the bar and poured him a glass of Brandy
and drank it down in one gulp shuddering as he swallowed it. "I told him to
be careful!" He went to poor another glass but Brian took the bottle away.
So Jason took one of his cigars and lit it. Brian gave him a scolding look
and held out his hand. Jason sighed heavily and handed it to him. Brian
put it out in the ash tray and pulled Jason into his arms and guided him to
the couch. Sitting at one end of the couch he laid Jason's head in his lap.

"You know those things will not help you. And especially in your condition.
WHat would Kevin say if he caught you drinking and smoking? Now suppose
you tell me what has got you so upset Jas?" asked Brian softly.

"One of my best friends died last night," he said softly tears comming to
his eyes.

"I'm sorry Jas," said Brian as he bent down and kissed Jason on the
forehead. "Were the two of you close?"

"We used to be a few years ago. Than we lost touch. He was gay and he came
out right after high school. He always suspected that I was gay too. He
was always trying to get me in bed with him. Well when I finally told him I
was gay too than he really started putting on the moves." Jason sat up and
stared out the window.

"Why didn't you go for it?" asked Brian.

"He slept around alot," mumbled Jason. "I told him that I couldn't have sex
with him because he was a risk. He didn't believe in protected sex. Well
as the years went by we kinda lost touch. It has only been the last couple
of months when we started talking again. He never even told me he was sick.
If it hadn't have been for his lover getting access to his e-mail
addresses I still wouldn't know." Jason's shoulders started to shake. "I
told him to be careful. I told him that he wasn't God and he could catch
Aids just like anyone!" Brian looked over and saw Kevin standing in the
door way. He motioned him in and he stepped out. Kevin walked up to Jason
and put a calm hand on his shoulder. Jason knew at once who it was. He
looked over his shoulder and into the loving eyes of his husband. "When
will it end?" he pleaded. Kevin led him back to the couch and sat down and
pulled him close. His nose wrinkling at the smell of brandy on Jason's
breath. He frowned with worry.

"Tell me the words to say that will make the pain go away? I mean this is
the life style that you and I live in. Being with only one man is
important. Obviously he didn't think so. He didn't have enough respect for
himself. And unfortunatly he paid with his life." Kevin said in his soft
and sensual voice. "All I want is to make you happy." Jason looked up at
his husband and saw sadness in them. It was like a cloud was overshadowing
them. An endless cloud that always seemed to cast it dark shadow on their
happiness.

"I don't know the words Kevin. If I did don't you think I would tell you?"
replied Jason. "I guess the only words that I know to say is that I love
you."

"I love you too Jas," Kevin responded. "Do you want to go to the funeral?"
Kevin asked although he wasn't happy with the thought of Jason traveling in
his condition. But he would follow Jason to the funeral if Jason wanted to
go. To his reliefe Jason shook his head no.

"No," he said. "I want to move forward. Going to California and attending
that Funeral will not bring him back and it wont help me. I want to go home
with my husband and get well." Kevin smiled broadly and took Jason's hand
and led him out of the study to the dinning area. Pulling out the chair for
Jason had motioned Jason to sit. Jason smiled and took his seat.

"So you going to be all right?" asked a worried Brian.

"Yea B rock," smiled Jason. "Thanks for caring."

"We're moving forward and onward," exclaimed Kevin passing Jason the platter
of fish. Kevin smiled when Jason took a helping of fish. Jason smiled back
at him and took some steamed broccoli and rice too. For the first time in a
long time Jason ate until he was full.

Later that evening in the living room the phone rings. Kevin picks up the
phone and hands it too Jason.

"Yea this is Jason," Jason spoke into the phone.

"Hey Jason," said Daniel, Jason's agent. "Have I got great news for you.
You've just been nominated for an Oscar!"

"What?" yelled Jason scaring Kevin half to death. "Say that again and this
time say it real slow."

"You've been nominated for an Oscar for your movie, "The Medic," Daniel
screamed into the phone.

"Come on Daniel, I'm a sick man here don't joke with me," scolded Jason
grinning from ear to ear.

"No Jason I'm not joking. I just got word today. Are you going to beable
to make the show?" asked an excited Daniel.

"I don't know about that Daniel. I haven't been feeling to great lately.
But we'll see how it goes. If I can't go maybe my husband can go for me,"
said Jason grinning at Kevin. By now Kevin is realy confused.

After a few moments of talking to Daniel Jason finally hung up and casually
got up to get a drink of water. This got an immediate responce from Kevin.

"Ahem!" he demanded glaring daggars at Jason.

"Yes dear?" Jason asked innocently.

"Don't you yes dear me!" he scolded. "What just happened?"

"Oh nothing, I just got nominated for an Oscar," Jason casually commented.

"Oh that's all," Kevin said not realising what had just happened. Than it
dawned on him. "You got nominated for an Oscar?" he shouted jumping out of
the couch running up to Jason. "WOW!!" he exclaimed. Jason couldn't hold
back the laughter anymore. He busted up laughing at Kevin's antics. Kevin
was on the phone calling all of the guys and telling them. Jason thought
that Kevin was more excited than he was.

Later that night Kevin is laying in bed with Jason. He is still keyed up
about Jason getting nominated. He was so happy for his Lover. He was hit
with one tragedy after another this past year and he was happy that
something nice had happened. He turned over and looked at Jason. Jason was
asleep looking peaceful as always. Kevin couldn't resist leaning forward
and kissing his sleeping husband. Jason reached out and put his arms around
Kevin pulling him close. Kevin sighed and snuggled up to him and closed his
eyes. Tomorrow Jason and he would go back home to Front Royal and Jason
would get well. He had to get well. Kevin's life depended on Jason's
survival. Kevin could not even begin to imagine life with out Jason and he
didn't want to.

In another part of town.

Justin walked into the dimly lit reasturant. The host came up to him.
"Yes sir, can I help you," he asked formaly.

"I'm supposed to meet some one here," replied Justin. "His name is Ben
Richardson."

"Oh yes sir he is here, come this way please?" asked the Host as he guided
Justin through the maze of tables to a small secluded booth. "Mr.
Richardson, your guest has arrived," he announced pulling the chair out for
Justin. Justin nodded his thanks and sat down.

"Hi," he said looking into the intense eyes of Ben. He could get lost in
those eyes.

"Hi yourself," Ben teased. "How was your day?"

"Pretty good, today was the day that our new CD was released. You want a
copy?" Justin asked smiling. Ben pulled one off the seat and handed it to
him. "Oh darn you already got it," Justin said pouting. This caused Ben to
laugh softly. "I wanted to get you the CD." Justin wined a little.

"Well at least you get to autograph it for me," teased Ben his eyes
twinkling with laughter. Justin glared at him for a few moments and than
smiled too.

"I talked with Jason today," Justin said as he signed the CD. "He is going
back to Front Royal and Kevin is taking a leave of absence from the
Backstreet Boys. Oh and Jason's movie got nominated for an Oscar.
Hopefully we will bump into eachother at the awards show." Justin continued
really excited.

"Jason writes screen plays for a living?" asked Ben.

"Oh yea and he is pretty good to. Did you see The Medic?" asked Justin.

"Yea I did see that movie. It was really good. Jason wrote the screen play
to that movie?" Ben asked surprised. Justin nodded his head yes. "Aren't
you guys performing at the show?"

"Yep," sighed Justin. He looked into his glass of wine. Ben waved his hand
infront of his face.

"Hello!!" said Ben. "Any one home in there?"

"Yea," said Justin shaking his head. "Sorry about that. I was in a
different place and a different time."

"You realy had it bad for him didn't you?" asked Ben. Justin looked up
scared. "Don't worry Justin, I know what it is like to move forward with
someone different. There isn't a day that goes by when my heart doesn't
ache of him."

"Him?" asked Justin taking Ben's hand. He loved touching Ben. It was like
he was starved for his touch.

"Kevin," sighed Ben. "When we first met it was like love gone crazy. We
had no clue what to do. There are days when I miss those times. Why do you
think I kept his last name. It's the only thing I have left of him that is
real." The waiter came up and took their order. After he left Ben and
Justin resumed their conversation.

"So what do you want to do next?" Justin asked.

"I been dying to see Mission to Mars," replied Ben as he took a drink of
wine.

"I want to see that one too. Do you want to go see it after dinner?" Justin
asked hopefully. He didn't want the night to end.

"Only if I can have some company," teased Ben with a mischivious glint to
his eyes.

"Of course you'll have company silly," laughed Justin.

"Well I wasn't sure how fast you wanted to do this thing," ventured Ben.

"Listen Ben, I've been looking for someone to love me for a long time. I
thought I had it with Brian, Nick, and finally Kevin and Jason. But as it
turned out it wasn't met to be. I would like to think that you and I have
the real thing," Justin said softly taking Ben's hand again. Ben tightened
his grip on Justin's hand as if he was afraid he was going to vanish. "I'm
not going anywhere Ben," Justin whispered looking into Ben's eyes.

"That is what they all say," Ben mumbled looking away. Justin reached out
and placed his hand on the side of Ben's face. Ben looked at him and
smiled.

"I told you that I wasn't going anywhere," mumbled Justin. "The only place
I am going is where you want me to."

Chapter 14

Ben and Justin left the reasturant to watch the movie. While they were in
the theater protected by the darkness Ben leaned over and planted a gentle
kiss on Justin's lips. Justin responded by slipping his tongue into Ben's
mouth. The broke apart grinning at eachother. Ben slipped his arm through
Justin's and laid his head on his shoulder and sighed. It was going to be a
great night.

Later that night outside Justin's house. Ben leans his head against the
young mans forhead. "I don't want to leave you Baby," he whispered as he
ran his finger along Justin's face. Justin closed his eyes to the touch.

"I don't want you to go either," he whispered back. He noticed the porch
light flick on and off. He rolled his eyes and shouted, "All right JC, I'll
be in a minute." He leaned in for another kiss. "You want to come in for a
while?"

"If I do, I'll never leave," smiled Ben kissing Justin on the nose.

"Why do you think I asked?" giggled Justin. But Ben pulled away from the
dissapointed boy.

"I really should be going or JC will come after me," Ben smiled as he walked
away. Justin still had hold of his hand. He didn't want to let go.
Finally he did when only their fingers were touching.

"Call me?" Justin pleaded.

"You know I will," Ben smiled trotting off to his car. Justin watched as he
climbed into his car and drove off. He turned around and ran right into JC.

"Jesus JC!" he exclaimed grabbing his chest. "You scared the shit out of
me." JC just smiled at him.

"So what did you two do?" demanded JC following Justin up into the house.
"Details man I need details!" Justin just shook his head and headed into
the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and took a drink
from it. JC hopped up on the counter and looked at Justin waiting for him
to answer him. Justin glared at him and shook his head.

"Don't you have a life of your own?" asked Justin. JC just grinned and him
and shook his head no. Justin laughed and lightly punched him in the
shoulder. "I'm going to bed JC." He heard JC grumbling to him self
something about needing to go find himself a Boyfriend. Justin laughed as
he headed up the stairs to the Bedrooms. Tonight he would dream about Ben.

The next morning.

"Oh my God Earth quake!" thought Kevin to himself as the bed started to
bounce up and down. He opened one eye just in time to see Jason jumping up
and down on the bed on his knees.

"Come on Kevin!" he said in a hyper voice. "Time to get up!" Jason was
definatly feeling better this morning. Almost back to his old self. Kevin
groaned and turned over and pulled the blankets over his head.
"Keeeevviiiinnn!" whined Jason. The Jason made earth quake had stopped.
Kevin felt the blankets lift up for a second and than a weight drop down on
him. He grunted and turned over and came face to face with a grinning
Jason. "Hi!!" Jason said in a hyper voice.

"Hi yourself," grumbled Kevin grabbing Jason and flipping him under him so
that he was on top of him. He leaned down and pressed his lips to Jason's.
Jason let out a groan and reached down and took hold of Kevin's errect cock.
Kevin's eyes got big as Jason started to slowly jerk Kevin off. Kevin let
out a small groan and continued to kiss Jason. Jason broke away and
attacked Kevin's neck with a vengence sucking hard trying to give Kevin a
hickey. Finally he grew tired of that and attacked Kevin's nipples next.

"OOH God Jas!" groaned out Kevin. Jason looked up and grinned at him with a
nipple still in his mouth.

"See I told you that you tasted good last night," Jason giggled as he moved
to Kevin's rock hard abs racking his tongue acrossed them. He spent a
little more time there kissing and licking his abs. the sensations drove
Kevin nuts. His hands on Jason's head slowly pushing down towards his cock.
Jason let a giggle and attacked Kevin's cock engulfing it in one gulp.

"Fuck!" screamed Kevin as Jason started bobbing up and down Kevin's rod. He
started slowly thrusting in and out in time with Jason's movements. Kevin
was getting close and Jason knew it. He withdrew his mouth from Kevin's
twitching cock. Kevin looked down disapointed only to find that Jason was
sliding a condom on his own dick. After he was done he straddled Kevin's
waste and slowly sat on Kevin's huge cock. He moaned in pleasure as Kevin
filled him with his cock. Kevin flipped him over again and started to
thrust in and out. He noticed that Jason's cock was rock hard straining
against the condom. He reached down and started jerking him off as he
continued thrusting in and out. After about fifteen minutes of love making
Jason came first filling the condom with his seed. Kevin came soon after
spewing his seed into Jason. Jason slid the condom off and went to the
toilet and flushed it away. He walked back into the bedroom to find that
Kevin was up and getting his shower ready.

"I can't wait until the chemo is done," sighed Jason. He was referring to
the fact that he couldn't give himself to Kevin completely for he had watch
his bodily fluids carefully so that Kevin wouldn't get burned.

"You were wonderful Jas," whispered Kevin as he gathered Jason up in a hug
and kissed him. "Let's get cleaned up so we can catch a quick breakfast and
than it is off to Front Royal." The two lovers got showered dressed packed
and walked into the living area of the apartment. Brian was already up
drinking a cup of coffee. Jason walked up to him and pulled him in a
headlock which of course caused Brian to put his coffee down and tackle
Jason and wrestled with him for a few moments. Kevin just sat back and
laughed as he watched his husband and Brian horseplay. It was good to see
Jason playing a little. Of course Brian won. But give Jason a few weeks
after his cancer goes into remission and he will be able to hold his own
with Brian.

"All right you two," laughed Kevin pulling Brian off of Jason. "Behave
yourselves."

"Spoilsport," complained Jason as he stood up and brushed himself off.
Brian laughed and sat back down and retrieved his coffee.

"It's not that he is a spoilsport Jas," laughed Brian. Jason looked at
Brian and saw the michiveous glint in his eye. It was pick on Kevin time
and Jason wasn't going to let this oportunity pass.

"Oh yea, than what is it?" asked Jason looking up at his husband. Kevin was
rolling his eyes.

"He's old!" laughed Brian. Kevin of course had to prove that he wasn't old
and promptly tackled Brian. Jason felt the need to join in and help his
husband. The three wrestled around on the floor of the apartment.

"Ahem!!" cleared a throat. All three heads popped up and grinned
sheepishly. "Just what do you think you three are doing?" asked an amused
AJ.

"He started it!" Kevin and Brian both said at the same time pointing their
fingers at Jason.

"Traitors," grumbled Jason as he untangled himself from Kevin's gripp.

"Congrats on the Oscar Nomination Jas," said Nick as he came around and
grabbed Jason in a quick hug. The other guys offered their congrats as
well. They all sat down for quick breakfast and after they had eaten they
argued over who would take Jason and Kevin to the Airport. It was finally
decided that Brian would do the honors.

"You take care of yourself," ordered a mistied eyed Nick pulling Jason in a
tight Hug. "I love you man," he whispered in his ear. Howie was next than
AJ. Finally they were in the car on the way to the airport. Jason's cell
phone rang and he picked it up.

"Yea this is Jason talk fast!" he ordered.

"Hey Jas!" shouted Justin on the other end.

"Hi Justin!" exclaimed Jason grinning. Kevin frowned at Jason. He wasn't
happy that Justin was with Ben but decided to stay out of it. "Hey guess
what? I'm going back to Front Royal."

"Yea, so I heard. How are you doing?" asked Justin. Jason could almost see
Justin's face crinkle with worry. Justin could not hide his feelings at
all. His face was just so easy to read.

"I am doing better this morning. Why I even took on mean old Brian when he
started picking on my Kevin," laughed Jason as Brian flipped him off. Kevin
slapped Brian in the back of the head.

"Hey Jas," said Justin. "I just wanted to say congrats on the Oscar
Nomination. I think it's great!"

"Thank Justin. Your support means the world to me," smiled Jason. "Hey do
you want to talk to Kevin?" Kevin shook his head no but Jason gave him a
scolding look and handed the phone to him any way. Kevin sighed and
reluctantly took it.

"Hi Justin," spoke a nervous Kevin. "How are you doing?"

"I'm doing fine. Ben says to tell you hi," Justin spoke up.

"So are you with him now?" asked Kevin trying to keep his voice neutral but
failing miserably.

"Kevin," sighed Justin. "Please don't be that way." He waited a few
seconds before continuing. "I deserve to be happy Kev."

"I know you do Baby," Kevin said softly into the phone. "I can't help
worrying about you. Is he treating you good?"

"Like a true gentleman," sighed Justin. Kevin could amost see the smile on
Justin's face. "Well I should let you go. Make sure that Jason takes care
of himself and tell him I will see him in a week at the oscars."

"All right Justin, you take care of yourself too and tell the guys hi. Oh
and tell JC to get rid of the goatee. It's just not working for him. Oh
and you go get a hair cut. The seventies went out like almost thirty years
ago," Kevin scolded. He disconected the phone laughing. He dropped the
phone back into Jason's hand.

"So are you glad that you talked to him?" asked Jason laying his head on
Kevin's shoulder. Kevin nodded turning and kissing the top of Jason's head.

"You getting tired?" asked Kevin.

"No," lied Jason. "I just want to lay my head on your shoulder."

"You know if you are tired you can stretch out and sleep until we get to the
airport," suggested Kevin. Jason shook his head no and stayed where he was.
Kevin rolled his eyes and looked away.

"Don't do that," complained Jason.

"Don't do what?" asked a suprised Kevin.

"Don't roll your eyes, they might fall out," scolded Jason. Jason could
feel Kevin chest shaking with laughter. "Well that is what my mom used to
say," he whined at Kevin. He felt a yawn comming on and tried to stiffle
it. He was unsecessful. Kevin patted his lap and Jason reluctantly laid
his head in his lap. Tears streamed down his face.

"What's wrong Jas?" asked Kevin as he stroked the side of his face.

"I hate being tired and weak all the time," he whimpered out.

"It will get better Babe," soothed Kevin bending down and kissing the tears
away. Jason nodded and closed his eyes and soon was asleep. Kevin was
quiet the rest of the way to the airport. Once there he did the
unthinkable. He asked for a wheel chair. He knew that Jason did not have
the strength to walk all the way to the terminal. He also knew that Jason
would not forgive him easily. But he didn't have a choice. Jason could no
longer hide the fact that he was a sick man. As Jason got into the chair
Kevin wiped tears from his own eyes. Brian placed his hand on his shoulder
and Kevin drew strength from the comfort that Brian offered.

"Just remember what you keep saying to Jason," whispered Brian.

"And what is that?" asked Kevin glaring at Brian.

"It will get better," Brian said slowly and softly. Kevin nodded his head
and took the handles to the chair and pushed his husband to the ticket
counter. Once inside the airport three photographers came rushing up with
cameras flashing. Kevin just put his head down and continued on his way
ignoring the press as they hurled questions at him. Finally one question
could not be ignored.

"Mr. Richardson," screamed out a Reporter as she held a microphone to his
mouth. "How long has Jason Gibson been suffering from AIDS?" Kevin came to
a screeching halt glaring at the reporter.

"How dare you!" he started.

"Kevin don't," said a suprisingly firm and strong voice. It had came from
Jason. "I will be happy to answer this person's questions. Jason turned to
the reporter and came to a shaky stand. Kevin stuck out his arm to support
him. Jason took it with a loving smile. Than he turned to the Reporter
with fire and anger in his eyes. Kevin smiled pleased to see his lover
handle the press. "I would like to correct you though. I am now Mr.
Richardson. And in answer to your question, I am not suffering from AIDS. I
have cancer. I am battling it with chemo and radiation treatments. My
loving life partner has been at my side caring and supporting me in this
diffilcult time--" he started.

"This of course can be verified?" she demanded.

"I don't care if you verify it or not. I am suffering from cancer not AIDS.
And I really don't care if you believe me or not," Jason told her with an
icy stare. "Now if you will excuse me I have a plane to catch." He sat
back down in the chair and Kevin pushed him passed the reporters. Only this
time he held his head high. They had nothing to hide and he would damed if
he would be ashamed of his husband in front of them. Airport Security had
shown up and excorted Kevin and Jason to the gate. Since Jason was in a
wheel chair they were able to board the plane first. Kevin helped Jason get
settled before he sat down. He noticed a little boy staring at Jason. He
finally got up enough nerve to speak.

"Are you guys Kevin and Jason?" he asked shyly.

"Yes, I'm Kevin, and this is Jason," Kevin said smiling. It was than that
Kevin noticed that the small boy was wearing a ball cap. He looked closely
and noticed that he had no hair. Kevin got a lump in his throat when he
realized that this boy had cancer too. He quickly swallowed the feelings of
sympathy and resumed his smile. Patting the seat beside him the boy
reluctantly sat next to him.

"I think the way you guys handled the press was cool. I hate it when they
get pushy like that," said the Child. "Umm can I have your autograph?" he
asked staring at the floor of the plane.

"Sure!" Kevin said smiling. "Do you want his to?" he asked as he fished
around for a piece of paper and a pen. "You know he is a famous screen play
writer."

"Wow! Could I really?" the boy asked all excited. Jason looked over at
Kevin and smiled. "How long have you been sick?" the boy asked Jason.
Kevin could feel himself warming up to this kid. He was so outgoing.

"For a little over a month," Jason answered taking the paper from Kevin and
signing it. "How about you?"

"Off and on for most of my life," the boy answered. "I'm flying to Virginia
for a Bone Marrow Transplant"

"Have you found a donor yet?" Kevin asked. The boy shook his had sadly.
"Have you started any drives yet?" Again the boy shook his head. As the
boy continued to talk they discovered that he was ward of the state. His
parents had abandoned him when they found that he had Leukemia. He had been
shuffled from foster home to foster home looking for a family. By the time
he had finished telling his story both Kevin and Jason were in tears. Kevin
had decided in his heart that he wanted to help this child. "Hey I just
discovered that we don't even know your name," said Kevin. By this time the
stewardess had reached them giving the boy a scolding look.

"Johnathan," she scolded. "You know you can't be up in the First Class
section. And you shouldn't be bothering these men."

"Oh ma'am it's all right," spoke up Kevin. "We don't mind at all. In fact
I would like to talk to him some more if that is all right." The
Stewardess looked a little worried. "I'm Kevin Richardson and I think I
might be in a position to help him."

"Ok Johnathan you may stay, but remember that you have to get some rest,"
said the Stewardess.

"I'll make sure that he gets a nap," Kevin assured her. When she was
sastified that Johnathan was safe she left the three alone. Kevin was
making plans to himself but didn't want to tell Johnathan them until he
discussed them with Jason. Finally Johnathan fell asleep in the seat across
from them. Kevin looked down at Jason and smiled. He was asleep too. He
felt someone tap him on the shoulder and looked up. It was the Stewardess.

"You have your hands full don't you?" she asked smiling at the Johnathan and
Jason.

"They are special people," Kevin said softly. "Listen I would like to help
Johnathan and I would like to meet with his gaurdians to talk about some
options. Do you think that is possible?"

"Social Services will be meeting him at the airport when we land. I am sure
that you can set something up then," smiled the Stewardess.

"Thank you so much," smiled Kevin. He settled back in his seat trying to
get some rest before the plane landed.

Back in Orlando.

Justin ran down the stairs leaping over the last three steps and onto the
floor. He skidded around the corner and raced into the living room and
pounced on the phone before JC got it.

"Hello!" he said breathlessly into the phone. JC just shook his head and
ruffled Justin's hair with his hand. Justin swatted his hand away.

"What's wrong Justin?" asked Ben on the other end.

"I had to beat JC to the phone," giggled Justin. "Eversince I started
dating you he has been so snoopy."

"Well I just called to see if you wanted to do something this afternoon,"
said Ben.

"Well that all depends on what you want to do?"smiled Justin. JC rolled his
eyes and walked away mumbling something about lovebirds. "Hey Ben?" asked
Justin.

"Yea what?" asked Ben back.

"You know anyone we can hook JC up with?" JC turned around with a scared
look on his face. "Cause if he doesn't find someone to keep him busy I'm
gonna kill him!" laughed Justin. JC flipped him off and headed into the
kitchen.

"Hey that's mine!" shouted Chris. Justin laughed again. Obviously JC found
someone else to pick on.

"Never mind Ben," laughed Justin turning his attention back to Ben. "I
think that Chris is going to keep him occupied." Justin plopped onto the
couch and rolled over on his back smiling. "Soooo what do you want to do?"
he asked again.

"You've already asked me that silly!" giggled Ben. "I've never been to
Disney." Justin sat up grinning widely.

"Well do you want to go?" he asked hopefully. He hadn't been to Disney in a
long time. If he was lucky he could get out of the house without JC
hearing. Or Chris for that matter. Chris was like a 30 year old going on
18 and Justin was dying to spend some time alone with Ben and with JC and
Chris around he would not get a moment of peace.

"Sure!" exclaimed Ben. "How about I meet you over at your place in say an
hour?"

"Ok an hour is great. I'll see you when you get here," smiled Justin. He
hung up the phone and turned around to sneak back up stairs to shower. He
walked right into a grinning Chris and JC.

"Whatcha doin?" asked JC.

"Yea and can we come too?" asked Chris.

"No where and no you can't come," said Justin trying to get by them.

"You're going to Disney aren't you?" demanded Chris with his hands on his
hips.

"Yea! your going to Disney with him aren't you?" demanded JC as well.
Justin concidered lying but realized that was pointless.

"Yes, yes and NO you can't come!" he shouted as he pushed his way through
them.

"Fine!" shouted Chris. "Stupid mind reading type person," he grumbled.

"Yea what he said!" shouted JC. "Come on Chris let's go find something to
do." With that said they headed into the living room "So Chris what do you
want to do?"

"I don't know, you wanna watch TV?" asked Chris.

"Cool!" said JC snatching the remote before Chris could grab it. In about
two seconds later they were wrestling over the remote. Justin shook his
head in amasment. It was really hard to tell that he was the youngest of
the group sometimes.

An hour later Ben pulled up in the driveway and walked up the walk and rang
the doorbell. He heard some scuffling and a shout and than the door opened
and Justin squeezed out the door. "Come on Ben let's get going!" Justin
said grabbing Ben's arm pulling him to the car.

"UHH is there something wrong?" asked Ben looking at the door shaking his
head.

"No uh nothing is wrong," stammered Justin. "Why should there be anything
wrong?"

"Juuuustiiin?" asked Ben in a scolding tone of voice. Justin sighed and
walked back to the front door and pushed it open and hitting Chris in the
nose with it.

"OUCH!" shouted Chris holding his nose. JC was standing in the back ground
grinning.

"UHHH hi Ben," JC said sheepishly. Ben looked at Justin confused.

"Ben," said Justin rolling his eyes. "You remember my children, Chris and
JC," he hissed glaring at them. Chris and JC looked to the floor trying not
to laugh.

"Hey I got this great idea!" exclaimed Ben.

"OH no," whined Justin holding his head in his hands.

"Why don't you guys tag along?" asked Ben grinning at them looking very
pleased with himself.

"Could we really?" asked Chris grabbing JC hand and dragged him out.

"I got shot gun!" yelled JC. Ben climbed into the drivers seat.

"This is going to be soooo much fun!" grumbled Justin as he climbed into the
back seat.

South Fork (Front Royal)

"We're home!" shouted Jason as he swung opened the door. He heard the
scrapping of claws and he looked up in time to see Scrappy racing towards
him. Scrappy was a big puppy now. His paws were growing faster than the
rest of his body and he was clumsy. He skidded to a halt jumping up on his
master covering him with puppy kisses. Jason laughed at Scrappy's
enthusiasm.

"Down!" ordered Kevin in a firm and deep voice. Scrappy dropped to the
floor with his tail between his legs slinking to the corner.

"OOOOHHH Kevin," whined Jason. "That was mean. He was just happy to see
me." Jason walked over to Scrappy and petted him to let him know that all
was well. Scrappy seemed to sence that his master was sick he lifted his
paw and placed it gently in Jason's lap. Jason let out a laugh and gathered
the adolescent pup in his arms and hugged him. Scrappy let out a couple of
barks. Even Kevin had to laugh. Jason stood back up and headed back onto
the porch and sat in one of the lawn chairs. "It is soo good to be back
home," he sighed as his eye misted over as he breathed in the fresh spring
air. Kevin walked up behind him and wrapped his arms around his shoulders
and kissed him on the neck.

"As long as you are happy and you get well Baby," he whispered into Jason's
ear.

"I'm home, and that is all that matters," sighed Jason. "I have you and my
home. That is all I need." Kevin stood up and walked into the house
leaving Jason out on the front porch by himself. Kevin had some thinking to
do. Jason caught on that something was bothering Kevin. He reached down
and patted Scrappy on the head. Scrappy wagged his tail and ran out into
the yard. "Later friend. Right now my husband needs me." Jason walked
into the house into the living room. He found Kevin sitting by the bay
window looking out into the yard. Jason was shocked that Kevin had tears
streaming down his face.

"Kevin?" he askes softly. Kevin jerked up looking at Jason guilty. "What's
wrong babe?" Jason asked kneeling at Kevin's feet laying his head in Kevin's
lap. Kevin reamained silent rubbing Jason's shoulder. "Please talk to me
babe?" Jason pleaded. Kevin sniffled and wiped his nose on his sleave and
took a deep shaking breath.

"Johnathan," he said looking out the window.

"What about him?" asked Jason. He didn't have a clue how to help Kevin.
All he knew was that Kevin was hurting and he wanted to help.

"No child should have to suffer like that," he said looking down at Jason.
"I want to help him some way."

"What's stopping you?" Jason asked. "If you want to help him than you
should. It is obvious that he likes you and you like him." A light bulb
went on in his head. "Why don't you call the group and ask them to sponcer
a Bone Marrow drive for him. We're bound to find a donor to match." Kevin
looked town at his husband and smiled.

"How did you get to be so smart?" he asked.

"I married you!" Jason grinned. "Now why don't you get on the phone and
call Brian and get the ball rolling?" Jason stood up and headed out of the
living room and into the kitchen. He was hungry and wanted to find
something to eat. He put together a sandwich and headed back into the
living room. Kevin was on the phone with Brian. He was laughing so Jason
assumed that the plans were moving along. He handed Kevin half of his
sandwich. Kevin mouthed, 'thank you,' and kept right on talking. Jason
shook his head and sat down and watched his husband in action.

"Ok Brian I'll call the hospital and get the press conference set up.
Johnathan is going to be so excited!" Kevin exclaimed in the phone. "I'll
see you guys later tonight. Love you cousin." He hung up the phone and sat
next Jason wrapping his arms around his shoulders.

"So did it go well?" asked Jason. Reaching up with a napkin and wiping
Kevin's mouth.

"Yep!" he said grinning. "It is all set. Brian and the rest of the guys
are flying in tonight and tomorrow we will hold a press conference at the
hospital and announce the Bond Marrow Drive. Johnathan will be there too!"
Kevin was excited.

"You really care for him don't you?" Jason asked.

"Yes I do," Kevin whispered. "I want to do everything I can to help him."

"And if I know you, you will help him," smiled Jason leaning in for a kiss.
Kevin moaned softly and slipped his tongue into Jason's mouth. Jason
accepted his inquisitive guest and gently sucked on it for a few seconds.
Finally they broke apart and Jason let out a huge yawn.

"You need to rest babe," soothed Kevin picking up a reluctant Jason and
carrying him up to the bedroom. Once there he helped Jason into a pair of
sweats and under the covers.

"Stay?" asked Jason holding out his arms to him.

"For as long as it takes you to get to sleep and I am holding you!" Kevin
scolded.

"Deal!" exclaimed Jason as he made room for Kevin. Kevin climbed under the
covers and pulled Jason to him and kissed him lightly on the forehead.

"Sleep Babe," he said in a soothing voice. Jason mumbled something and
closed his eyes. After Jason was asleep he sneaked out the bedroom.
Scrappy was sitting out in the hall. Kevin heaved a sigh and opened the
door for him. Scrappy walked in and gently hopped up in the bed and curled
up beside Jason laying his head on Jason's chest. Kevin heard the doorbell
ring and he ran down the stairs to answer it. He opened the door and let
the person in and showed her into the living room.

"Thank you for comming so soon," Kevin said offering her a seat. "Have you
given any thought to what I asked?" he asked hopefuly.

"Yes Mr. Richardson," she answered.

"Pleas call me Kevin," he said smiling at her. "Will Jason and I make good
foster parents for Johnathan?"

"Well I'll say this Kevin. You don't believe in beeting around the bush,"
she said smiling. "Let me be just as frank,I think that You and Jason would
make---,"

Ok that is it for this installment. Let me know what you think. About
every thing. The story. My name change. E-mail me at my new address
frnceso@hotmail.com Just a little note on my name change. I am taking on
the name I chose when I was Confirmed, St.Francis of Asisi. And I am
replacing the "O" to the front of my last name. When the first Ratigan's
settled here in the states over a century ago they dropped the "O" to avoid
discrimination. I believe it is time to restore that Name to it's Proper
content. "O'Ratigan, It's Irish meaning, "Keepers of Church Law" which
legends has it that the O'Ratigan Clan dates all the way back to the time of
St. Patrick himself when the Church was just getting established in
Ireland." Don't know if that is really true. But someday I would love to
find out. Maybe even visit the homeland in person.
