Subject: Summer Love Chapter 6 by Ethan

     Chapter 6 of Summer Love By Ethan

   This is my first attempt at writing, so be kind. Please over look any
grammar or punctuation errs. Remember...This is FICTION. It in no way
implies or represents anything of the people mentioned in this story. If
this material offends you...Don't read it... Also if you aren't old enough
you shouldn't be here reading this warning...


         "Hello?" I said.
    " Hi Ethan !!!"   Nick said excitedly
"Nick HI!!! How are you how is Vegas?"
      " Oh its OK but it would be better if you were here to hang around
with."
   " AWW I wish I was there too." I said trying to keep my voice from
breaking .                     " Well that's the reason I called. I talked
to Brian and he thought it was a great idea that you come with us."
    " Your joking right !!!" I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
"No way!!"I asked in disbelief.
"Yes he is already talking to management about you and he sent A.J. to get
your tickets and travel arrangements made.
   " Nicky I can't believe it that's awesome but how am I supposed to leave
everything and just go. My mom is here and I have school."
            "I just think it would be cool for you to be with us and me we
were getting to be such good friends. Please Please come!!!" I could hear
the pleading in his voice.
    "I want to really I do let me check into a few things and I will let you
know what I can do."
           "OK Kewl I will wait to hear from you. Well I gotta run call soon
MISS YA !!!"
    "OK Nicky I Will. I miss you too!! Later !!!"
            "Later Ethan !!!"

  So here it was the chance of a lifetime and I had no clue what I was going
to do. I was so afraid to leave all I knew even though it was a living hell
in a lot of ways it was still my comfort zone somewhat. Well I wanted this
and I wanted the chance to get close to Nicky so I called my Mom and talked
to her heart to heart and told her that I had the chance to get a job with a
very famous band doing what I was learning in school . She said that she
wasn't happy I wasn't going to finish college but she understood that I had
a real great opportunity and she would support any decision I made. Well I
was sorta amazed as that was the one obstacle I was worried about. Well that
was out of the way now I had to see about school. I went to the dean of
students and explained the situation and he made some calls and said that
because I was so close to finishing my requirements and my grades were
superlative that he had made it possible for me to take my tests thru the
mail and get my homework and class notes via email. I was on a cloud
everything was falling into place and I wasn't going to have to throw my
education away. I couldn't wait to call Nicky and tell him. I got on the
phone the second I got back to the house.

"Hi Nicky !!"
  "Hi Ethan !! Well Well ?" He was so anxious he hardly gave me a chance to
talk.
"I got good news I Talked to my mom and the dean and my mom thinks I should
come and the dean is allowing me to finish up school via the mail." I said
excitedly.
  " That's so Kewl!! I will send your tickets right away. When do you think
you can come?"
"I think I can be ready in a week."
    Awesome I will tell the guys they can't wait for you to get here. It's
not soon enough for me but it will have to do.  I can't wait to get to know
you better."
"Me too Nicky I was sorta scared about this but now I am so psyched about
this chance I can't thank you guys enough for this. I can't wait to spend
more time with you!!"
   "Aww its nothing what are friends for Well gotta get to rehearsal before
Brian sends out a dragnet to find me Later Ethan !! Miss Ya !! See you soon
!!!"
"Later Nicky I miss you too!! See you soon !! Say hi to everyone for me!!"
So there it is I was on my was to a new life. One with the love of my life
even though it was just as friends. But something deep down inside hoped
that possibly Nicky and I could be a couple. I knew this was probably just
another fantasy but there was at least a Glimmer of hope now that I actually
was going to be spending time with him.

    The next few weeks were spent getting everything ready for me to leave I
had gone home and packed quite a few of my cloths that were still there. I
also got my roommate Danny to help me pack and haul all my things from the
house we shared back to my mothers house. I also spent some time getting
some things done around the house. She was taking it very well. But I kept
telling her I was not tied down and I could be home at any time if she
needed me. That set her mind at ease. I just told my sister that it was now
here turn to look after mom. My family was pretty much OK with me leaving
but I knew that they were worried about the path I had chosen. I talked to
Nicky almost every day and even Brian called a couple of times to confirm
all the flights and arrival times so I could be met at the airport. Even
though I was so busy the time dragged and it seemed like an eternity before
the day would arrive and I could get on the plane. I also was counting the
seconds till I could be close to Nicky again.

   Well it came painfully slow but the day arrived for me to leave. My
family had a nice going away picnic for me and the very few friends I had
were also there. four o'clock came and there was a horn out front and it was
the car that was sent to take me to the airport. I hauled my suitcase behind
me and found a stretch limo waiting at the curb. I only had one bag I had
already sent the rest ahead. My mom was shaking her head when she saw the
car. I told her with a grin that the job was a good opportunity and this was
only one fringe benefit. I was a bit taken aback myself I was expecting an
airport shuttle. I shrugged my shoulders and decided that I better get used
to being pampered somewhat as I was working for real celebrities now. The
ride to the airport was short and in  no time I was on the plane headed for
Las Angeles California where we had agreed to meet up when they were on a
short break so I could get there and get settled in before the tour got
going full force again. The flight was great as Brian had booked me in first
class this was another first for me. The few times I had flown was in coach.
I walked off the plane and looked for a driver with a card but I didn't see
anybody. I was about to call someone when I saw two guys with baseball caps
and dark glasses coming towards me. As they got close the taller one gave me
a little wave. They walked up and I saw it was Nicky and Brian.

"Cool disguises guys I wasn't expecting you to meet me !!!"
    "Hey we couldn't let you go through this big strange airport all alone."
Brian said as I got the wind squeezed out of me with a Nicky bearhug.
"I'm glad to see you guys thanks for being here." I was so happy that they
cared enough to meet me I was almost in tears again.

     "Hey Ethan what are friends for !!" Brian said.
  We went to baggage claim and got my Bag and walked out of the airport
unrecognized. We got into the limo that was waiting for us and drove to the
hotel. There was a huge crowd up front but the driver went to the
underground garage and we were able to get into an elevator without being
attacked by the throng of screaming fans that were in front of the hotel.

   We got off on one of the top floors Brian told me that they had the whole
floor and we could walk freely without worrying. I was informed that Nick
had the delivery people put all my bags in his room and he asked if it was
OK that we shared a room. I guess they all double up so they could have one
room for meetings and eating and getogethers. I said OK I didn't mind and
Nicky started helping me get settled in. I was leaning over stuffing my
suitcase when I was tackled from behind and given another bearhug. Nick let
me go after a minute and looked into my eyes and told me how happy he was
that I was there. I literally melted right there on the spot. I had to be
dreaming the look I saw was not the look of a friend to another I swore I
saw love in his eyes. I just couldn't be sure all I could do was hope that
he would give me a sign I didn't want to risk losing what we had by messing
up misreading his intentions. The door burst open and A.J.  and Howie walked
in and again I was hugged till I couldn't breath after the hugfest was over
Brian told us that the pizza was there and it was time to eat. We spent the
next hour eating and talking about everything that had happened since we
were all together the last time. Nicky saw my eyes droop and he nudged me
and asked me if I was OK. I was a bit tired from the trip so I told the guys
I needed to get some rest if I was going to be fresh in the morning to start
my first day of my new work. Nick asked if I was up to a quick game and I
said OK so we said our goodnites and went to our room. Nick proceeded to
kick my butt but I was so tired I didn't even have a chance. Brian came to
the door and reminded us to be up at 9 for our morning meeting. I was so
tired I finally told Nick I had to get to bed he said cool and proceeded to
strip down to his boxers. I was doing all I could not to either drool or
stare the sight before my eyes was almost too much to bear. I mentally
willed myself not to get  hard  but I was already mostly at attention in a
split second. I was luckily wearing loose shorts and I turned my back to get
into bed and slid my kackis off as I was sitting down hiding it for the most
part. I crawled under the covers and said nite to Nick and was out before my
head hit the pillow.

     This is the end of Chapter 6 more to follow hopefully I would like to
thank everyone who sent email so far you guys are Kewl and are making this
project even more enjoyable. Please keep writing and tell me what you think
:) I have tried to make this chapter a bit easier to read thanks for all the
great support.


    The first love scene is coming very soon :)Also I am planning a little
plot twist to make things interesting. :)
