(Thanks Jon) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- As Lance and I settled down for a nap the other guys of NSYNC were sitting in my living room discussing the events of today. "Well guys, what do you think of this guy Lance has the hots over"? Chris asked. "Well, I got to know him at the rehab center and he seems like he is a nice guy. The main thing we need to remember is that Lance went after Tam and not the other way around. After there first kiss I heard Tam talking to his best friend about it and he was afraid that Lance was going to have him arrested." JC replied. "You have got to be kidding" Justin asked, "he really thought Scoop would have him arrested" "Yea, he was really shook up about it, it seems that Lance is Tam's first relationship with another guy." JC told them. "Well, I have one question, and I guess we all need to deal with it, how do we feel about Lance having a new boyfriend" Joey Said. "Well, for one, I am happy with it. I have seen them together and Lance really seems to love him and I believe Tam loves him too. I think Tam biggest problem is Lance's fame and Tam has no sense of self-esteem. I really like Tam and Tam makes Lance happier than I ever did." JC stated. "I guess I agree with JC, although, Scoop and I have not had a chance to work out our problems and I hope we can. I still have some guilt about the way everything has turned out, I mean, If Lance had not been trying to get away from me he would not have fell over that light and fell off the stage and broke his leg." Justin Replied. "I think we need to give this a chance, I realize that I am not normally the most supportive person, but there is something about this guy that I just feel the need to help him out. I like him and I don't even know him" replied Joey. "I think you guys know how I feel, Lance is my brother and I will support him, but if this guy breaks his heart, I will break his neck" Chris replied quite firmly. They all looked at each other and laughed at what Chris had said. It always seemed to be Chris to state what they all felt, but were afraid to say. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile up in my room: Lance woke up with a start, it took him a minute to realize where he was and then he settled down. He looked over at me sleeping next to him. "God I love this guy, and that is so strange. I mean I fell so fast for him. I hope I never lose him. I hope the guys can deal with this, especially JC and Justin. I really need to fix things with them." with that Lance decided to get up and go talk to the guys and find out where he stood. He removed himself gently from me, carefully not to wake me, but that did not work and he is walking to the door. "Lance, where you going" I asked sleepily. "I'm going down to talk to the guys" Lance replied "Go back to sleep, and when we get ready for dinner I'll come get you up" "OK, I love you Lance" I said "I love you too Tam" Lance replied and left the bedroom. I turned over and went back to sleep. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When Lance walked down the hall, Justin saw him coming and decided to take the bull by the horns, he got up and met Lance in the hall and pulled him into a bear hug and started crying. "Just, what is wrong" Lance asked? "Lance, I am so sorry for all I have done to you, I never meant to hurt you. The last thing I wanted when JC and I got together was to hurt you. You are my brother and I love you, can you ever forgive me." Justin sobbed out. "Curly, you did nothing wrong, I am the one who owes you and JC and apology for the way I acted when you got together. I guess I never expected you to be the one to replace me. I guess eventhough we knew that we were better friends that lovers, seeing you and JC together shook me up. I am sorry Curly, I love you and JC and I did not mean to hurt you. I hope we can put this behind us and become friends again." Lance replied crying hard himself. "Lance, we never quit loving you, no matter what you thought, we are all still best friends and that's how it must stay" JC replied as he walked over and took Lance and Justin into a big hug. Joey walked over to Chris and put his arm around his shoulders and said "Well old man, it looks like things are fixed in that little 3 way, I just hope Tam does not get jealous" When Lance heard Tam's name mentioned he broke the hug and said" Guys we need to talk about this, me and Tam" "Yea, we do Lance, but hear me out first" Joey said " We talked while you two were upstairs and we support you and Tam and will stand behind both of you. You are happy again and we want it to stay that way, so what ever you need, we will try and help, besides, there is something about this guy that I just can't help be feel sorry for" "Thanks guys, I really appreciate this, It means a lot to me and I am sure as he get adjusted to being with us Tam will be fine, I know he is getting better because he did not pass out when I introduced you to him, you see when we first met he passed out when he realized who I was." Lance Told them. "You mean he knows who we are" Chris asked not really believing what Lance was not saying. "Yea, he does" Lance replied. "How old is he" Chris asked? "I am 32 years old, is that a problem Chris? I asked. They all turned around and looked at me with shock in their eyes, evidently they had not heard me coming down the hall. "No its not, I am just alittle suprised a person of your age would know about us." Chris replied. "You did not tell them" I asked Lance? "No, I figured that we could all sit down and discuss you and your life when you were with me." Lance replied. "OK, how about we go somewhere for dinner and talk" I stated. "How about this, we order in and that way if you have a hard time telling us we are here at your house and not out in public, after all you probably will need to be close to Lance to get it all out" JC said.
