Jean asked looking at Justin and JC. "I don't know. JC scared him away and now he's gone. He faded away just before you came in." Justin stated glaring at JC. "It's not my fault. I don't have the power to make that guy do anything, he scares me." JC stated. "How does he scare you Josh?" Justin asked. "Sorry, but it scares me to see a black guy with glowing red eyes standing around me." JC stated. "A guy that can move between here and there without me knowing, a guy that could sneak up on me any time he wanted and killed me." "JT isn't going to kill you. He's not evil and I don't believe he would do anything to hurt you unless you provoked him." Justin stated. "Justin's right about that. JT will not hurt you unless you do something to hurt him or provoke him." Jean stated. "Well you say that, but as I said, he can move quicker than me and he can sneak up on me anywhere. That's scary and his eyes are just as bad." JC stated as he rolled around in his bed. "Go to hell Josh!" Justin screeched. "Justin calm down. Everything's going to be okay." Jean stated. "You like JT don't you?" "Yes I do. I feel something for him, I just don't know what it is." Justin stated. "When he saved me yesterday, it was like something in my mind clicked and told me that he was the guy for me." // Outside of the Mansion // "What are you doing out here JT?" Bobby asked. "I came out here to clear my head. I needed to come out here and think." JT stated. "Think about what?" Bobby asked. "Stuff." JT stated. "Are you thinking about coming back here to stay?" Bobby asked. "Actually no. I already told the others I would stay here for awhile." JT stated. "Really. I am glad you are back." Bobby stated hugging JT. "You know I really missed having you around." "Why?" JT asked. "I thought you didn't like me." "Where did you get an idea like that?" Bobby asked. "I have always liked you. There were times when I liked you more than I should have." "What do you mean by that?" JT asked. "Let's just say when you first came here I fell in love with you." Bobby stated. "You fell in love with me?" JT asked. "I don't remember you ever being nice to me Bobby, you always ignored me or kept your distance." "Yeah, but when I noticed that you had that ring on your finger, I let my crush on you die." Bobby stated. "You had a crush on me, I don't believe this! Can my life get any more confusing?" JT stated as he flew away, as Jean came running outside. "Where is he going?" Jean asked. "I don't know. We were talking and then he just got upset." Bobby stated. "What were you two talking about?" Jean asked. "Well I told him about the crush I had on him." Bobby stated. "You what!" Jean stated. "Bobby!" "What did I do?" Bobby asked. "A lot!" Jean stated as she flew up to see which direction JT went. // Medical Infirmary // "Come on Justin talk to us. You can't ignore us forever." Joey stated. "Yes he can. When he's mad, he will shut everyone out." JC stated. "I didn't do anything to him, you did. I don't see why he's ignoring me?" Joey stated. "I'm ignoring you because I just don't want to deal with you right now." Justin stated. "Where's Briana?" "She's back there on a bed sleeping. That Kitty girl was playing with her, then she got tired and fell asleep." Joey stated. "Why haven't you two left?" Justin asked. "I thought you were going to your mom's place." "I am not leaving here until I know that you are okay." Joey stated. "I am okay, now leave." Justin stated. "Justin, you are not okay. That's quite a big bump on your head." Joey stated. "I will be fine." Justin stated. "Just go Joey. I know you don't feel comfortable about being around me, and surrounded by other people like me must be driving you crazy." "Why would you say something like that?" Joey asked. "Oh come on! You stopped talking to me, you pushed me away Joey!" Justin screamed, crying now. "I tried to apologize to you, I did everything I could to ask for your forgiveness, but you just pushed me away. It's been almost six months since it happened, and you still haven't forgiven me for killing Kelly!" "Justin you didn't kill Kelly." Joey stated as he started crying himself. "No I didn't kill Kelly, my powers killed Kelly. I know it was an accident, but you still blamed me for her death!" Justin stated. "I don't blame you." Joey stated, "How were you supposed to know that was going to happen. You didn't know you had those powers and you didn't know they would activate the way they did." "No I didn't know, but you all held me responsible." Justin stated. "No we didn't." JC stated, getting up to hug Justin. "Get off of me JC." Justin stated. "I don't even know why I tried to keep talking to you guys. You all just threw me away." "We didn't throw you away Justin." Joey stated, trying to hug Justin too. "You threw me away. I am sorry that Kelly died, it was all a big mistake, just a big mistake." Justin stated still crying until he sank to the floor. Sitting in the control room watching and listening to everything that was going on in the med lab, Bobby cried. // Professor X Office // "What are we going to do about Justin and JT?" Cyclops asked. "Well JT I don't know, Justin we can try to persuade him to stay here with us so that we can help him develop his powers so there won't be a repeat of what happened when his power first manifested." Professor X stated. "Chuck do you really think the kid would stay here?" Wolverine asked. "I don't know Logan, but we have to give it a try." Professor X stated. "Professor, everyone, JT's gone again." Jean stated walking into the room. "Do you know where to?" Professor X asked. "No. He got upset and he left." Jean stated. "I will try to locate him with Cerebro. In the meantime, Jean go talk with Justin and see if he's able to visit me so that we can talk." Professor X stated. "Okay Professor." Jean stated as she walked out of the room and everyone else cleared out as well. // Jacksonville, FL // "There you are. You got the others very worried about you." Carol stated as she landed beside JT and sat down beside him. "Well I'm sorry. I just have too much to think about." JT stated. "What's on your mind?" Carol asked. "Justin, Bobby, The X-Men, my family, my friends, my life now, my life then. I am thinking about a whole lot of stuff." "I see." Carol stated. "So tell me. Do you like Justin?" "I don't know. When I first saw him, I didn't think anything of it, but when he started fighting for me, it started to click. Something in my mind is telling me to go for it, but another part of me is telling me to keep my distance that I am looking for trouble." JT stated. "Well what's so bad about you liking him, not like he's out to hurt you, is he?" Carol asked. "I don't know. It seems when I get into a relationship with someone, they either die, or turn out to be evil." JT stated. "Not that again." Carol stated. "Well it's true. Remember I dated that nice guy that I met in New York. I fell in love with him and turns out he was a demon." JT stated. "Which one?" Carol asked. "That was ShadowMaster. But after him came Al, but he died, then came BodySnatcher, I almost married him, then I fell in love with another guy named Knight, turns out he was evil too." JT stated. "Wait-a-minute. I thought Al was still alive." Carol stated. "No he died right before I joined the X-Men." JT stated. "So you were single when you joined them?" Carol asked. "Yes I was. Funny thing though, Bobby thought I was in a relationship with someone and he told me that he had a crush on me when I first joined them, he said he didn't follow through with it because he saw the ring." JT stated. "That explains a lot. That boy use to cry to my every chance he got." Carol stated laughing. "This is not a laughing matter Carol. I don't know what to do anymore." JT stated. "Well why don't you come back with me, then tell Justin what you think, then afterwards tell Bobby what you need to tell him then just deal with things as they happen." Carol stated. "I guess I will." JT stated. "Thanks Carol." "No problem, you know you are one person that I will give up time for." Carol stated hugging JT. "Come on let's go. Do you want to do the honors?"
