Subject: CHARLIES CHRISTMAS DILEMNA-CHAPTER ONE

Hey guys hows it going. For those of you who are wondering I am still going
to continue the All for Brandon series this series is going to be written
as well. I have been extremely busy that is why I havent written for a
while Im really sorry. As I said this story is not replacing All For Brando
its just another idea I came up with. I hope you enjoy this new series and

Now for the really fun part(yeah right) the disclaimers. If you are under
the legal age wherever you may be please do not read this. Or if you do
please just be extra careful not to get caught otherwise everyone could be
in a load of trouble.

Oh well on now with the first chapter of this story. This story idea came
to me when I was watching the movie the Santa Clause 2 with Tim Allen. I
have made some changes to the storyline. But the basics are still the
same. But I have to warn you to save confusion, Lucy Charlies step sister,
for this story has been changed to a stepbrother named Luke. Other then
that please enjoy and remember to tell me what you think.


Charlies Christmas Dilemna Chapter One



Scott Calvin (aka Santa) was enjoying the busiest time of the year in the
north pole, It was less then a month until Christmas and everything had to
be ready for Christmas Eve. Scott had become santa seven years ago when the
last oe had fallen off of his roof. At firdt he had been reluctant to be
the jolly old fat man. But now he had grown to love it, He loved the elves
and the elves seemed to love him, he had even been told he was the best
Santa in history. Scott loved everything about the job, and wanted to keep
it all of his life. But what Scott didnt realise was that two things were
about to change his life.

As Scott sat in his office deep in the north pole, he began to sense that
something was wrong, this was confirmed a short time later when the head
elf Bernard approached him and said quite sternly that they needed to
talk. Whenever the head elf said those words Scott knoew that there was a
problem. Scott ahd noticed that Bernard and the number 2 elf Curtis had
been whispering to each other a lot lately and Scott wondered what this was
all about.

Scott got changed and then finally went back to his desk and faced his head
elf. "All right Brenard, whats going on."Before ther could be a reply they
were interupted by Judy coming in with cocoa for Scott. Despite Bernard
telling her it was a bad time she placed the tray on Santas desk and stood
still for a moment.Scott noticed the hesitation and looked at Judy for a
moment and then he noticed the rolled up piece of pare in her hands. Scott
was thoughtful for a moment. "Now what are you doing with the naughty and
nice list." Judy was nervous as she handed the list to Scott. "Just dont
shoot the messenger."

Scott was confused as he scanned the list for what had Judy so scared. "Its
Charlie." Scott looked up in suprise. "Sheen I thought he had straightened
out." Judy looked at Bernard who looked at her with fear in his face. "Not
that Charlie." Scott was even more suprised now as he continued to scan the
list until he came to his sons name on the naughty list. "My Charlie."
Scott was flabbergasted what could his fifteen year old son have done to
deserve to be on the naughty list. "There must be a mistake." Judy looked
almost hurt by such a suggestion. "We dont make mistakes, Im sorry Santa i
have to go now."

As Judy left the room Scott slumped down in his seat, he didnt know what to
do. He knew he had better go down and make sure that Charlie was all right
but he knew he couldnt leave the north pole. He was in a dilemna. Curtis
walked into the room and automatically assumed Bernard had told him the
other bad news. At the mention of the meeting Scott remembered that he was
supposed to be hosting the meeting of Legendary figures. 'Shit' he
thought. He had forgotten about the meeting. "Curtis tell him"

Bernanrd had made it an order which startled Scott. "Tell me what." Bernard
looked at Curtis and then Curtis sighed and said. "Look Santa theres a
clause." Scott looked perplexed he didnt understand. "Yeah that would be
me." Curtis while beating around the bush basically told Scoot that he had
to get married by christmas eve otherwise he could no longer be
santa. Scott nearly passed out. This was too much, first he finds out that
his son is on the naughty list and then this. Santa sits down and closes
his eyes as he tries to think of what to do.

When Scott hears his name neing called he opens his eyes and sees the faces
of Mother Nature and Father Time. Scott realises that he is now in the
meeting. "Sanya are you with us." Scott looks around him and sees the
easter bunny, the tooth fairy, the sandman(asleep as usual) Cupid, Mother
Nature and Father Time. All gathered around him. "Yeah." Mother smiles at
Scott and says in her lovely voice. "Well on behalf of Father Timeand all
the legendary creatures Id like to thank you for opening up youre home for
this meeting. There were nods of agreement and a few comments of how nice
the place was.

Then Mother Nature commenced the meeting. Tooth Fairy wanted to change his
name aggain but it was voted out. Then Scott had his chance in the
spotlight. "Well first off Id like to welcome you all here. Its great to
have you here." Then Scott went off into his usual status report. Then he
decided to throw his dilemnas out and see if anyone had any solutions. When
he mentioned Charlie they all said that it was tough being a parent and
having to deal with work and raising children. Then when he mentioned The
claus. The room went into hysterics as everyone sasid that he couldnt sdtop
being santa. Scott explained that he didnt want to stop being santa.

After the meeting was adjourned, Scott came up with a bit of an idea, he
knew he wasnt really supposed to but in the naughty and nice centre they
had tapes showing what all the naughty kids had done wrong. He decided to
see what Charlie had done wron and see if that helped any. Scott made his
way to the centr and was met by Judy. "Santa what are you doing here. I
already told you we dont make mistakes. " Scott knew that Judy had tken
offense by his earlier comment and he was sorry. "Look Judy Im sorry about
what i said earlier I am here to see the tape."

There was a gasp from inside the centre. Judy looked at Scott."Um santa I
dont think you want to see the tape."  Scott was confused by this he
figured Charlie couldnt have done anything too bad. Scott said in an almost
commanding tone. "judy I dont know whats goingon here. But I need to see
that tape. So will you please put it on." Judy gulped loudly and then
turned to the other elves in the room. "Guys can we have a bit of privacy
please take a break." It took a moment but soon the room was empty except
for Scott Bernard and a very hesitant Judy who put the tape on and hit
play.
