Date: Sun, 20 Nov 2011 18:08:02 -0500 (EST) From: J Subject: DOCTOR WHO, JESSE, AND JEREMY 110 DOCTOR WHO, JEREMY AND JESSE 110 THE END OF NINE For no good reason: the DIMENSIONS IN TIME theme song and logo appear...music by Cybertech, a snazzy version of the Doctor Who theme and the logo is the Sly McCoy logo, rushing at us....but the Doctor's face this time is Jim Broadbent and followed by Richard E Grant...and Rowan Atkinson... ,,,, "Yes," the Doctor felt up his red checkered shirt and pulled on his lapels on the blue velvet jacket, "This will do." "Why can't you look us in the eyes?" Jesse tried to gaze into the Doctor's eyes but the Doctor just averted his own gaze and turned around in the console room, only to find Jeremy staring at him. His cheeks turned red and he looked all the way down, tilted his head down, and then up and to the ceiling as Jesse rounded on him, "Bit shy, this one, is, innhe?" "He? You're talking about yourself in the third person," Jesse said, "Again." "Well, not sure where we'll be going now but I want to try to...what do I want to try to...?" The Doctor was at the console eyed the mirror on the top of it and smiled into it and turned it to the ceiling. Jeremy smiled and pursed his lips together at the same time, patronizing. He looked at Jesse who rolled his eyes. "Damon?" Jesse reminded him. "Those last stops we made were not where Damon was. We have to get back to Gallifrey, find out what's happening to him and sort this whole mess out." "Who'll sort this whole out?" The Doctor moved to the inner door and opened it and hid behind it. "Oh God," Jesse said. "I will?" The Doctor asked. Jeremy frowned and tried to open the door, "Doctor, this is just...this just won't do at all." On the other side, the Doctor tried to keep it closed, enclosing himself against the wall behind him. "How can we get anything done when he's like this?" Jesse came over to them and helped Jeremy pull the door open. Once the two pulled the door from the Doctor, he came out and hopped about, head down, not looking at them. "Especially sex?" Jeremy asked. "Geeze, I hadn't thought of that and with him, who'd think of that?" Jesse asked. The Doctor hopped further into the console room to the far end and opened a closet pantry door and went inside. "A bit shy." "Of brain cells," Jesse countered. "There's no need to be rude," they heard the Doctor say. "If you're not coming out of there, we are coming in," Jeremy stated. "Oh bugger," they heard the Doctor say. Jesse looked at Jeremy, "You've grown a set, when it comes to him, all a sudden," Jesse said. "Listen, just because I don't point out all his faults like you do all the time, doesn't mean I don't see any and we need him, the Doctor at his finest right now, and this is..." he grabbed the handles on the doors and opened them, pulling both sides hard, "certainly not... it!" The Richard E. Grant Doctor stood up out of the closet and the mess inside it, "Did I just hear you refer to me as an IT, boy?" "Well, that's certainly better," Jesse said, "Still, a bit old for me." "Old?" The Richard E. Grant Doctor moved to the mirror on the console and tipped it to him, "Just look at me. I am certainly IT, if you know what I mean." He turned to them and winked at each of them. This made Jeremy blush slightly and Jesse rolled his eyes. He looks into a mirror over the console that sticking up from it. For a few seconds, the Jim Broadbent Doctor looks back at him and puts his finger against the side of his nose. The Richard E Grant Doctor clears his throat. The image in the mirror becomes Richard E Grant's, "I'm cute, sexy, lick able..." He moved his head over the console, bending over it, and licks the mirror, "Mirror licking good." "You look like that guy from WITHNAIL AND I," Jesse squinted and snorted, not without a large dose of protest in his voice. "Paul...?" "No, the other one..." "Oh, well give me time." "Time should be nothing for a Time Lord," Jeremy moved over to him and the Doctor moved at him, purposely put his body against Jeremy and rubbed up and down, highering himself and lowering himself on his heels. Jeremy couldn't help but put his hands out, bending his elbows, and holding the Doctor's arms, which came up around his sides and then to his back. "Cor blimey, you certainly are chesty, boy." "What's with the boy?" "I don't know. I like boys. You're my, uh, fiancé." "Yeah." Jesse cleared his throat. "Along with that one?" The Doctor pointed. "That one?" Jesse came nearer and the Doctor reached out with one hand, taking his arm and spreading it from Jeremy and himself and pulling Jesse in to himself and turning to give him a kiss right on the lips. "And not to be showing favorites," the Doctor kissed Jeremy on his lips, too. After composing himself, Jeremy gently pushed himself off the Doctor and swallowed, "And you do have a certain amount of sex appeal again," he smiled, "But seriously, we have to get back to Gallifrey and find Damon. He risked everything to find us and get us back to you. He knew something was wrong." "I would seriously like to get horizontal with you." He cleared his throat. "And you with me, I'm sure." He moved to Jeremy and put one hand of his on his heart and took Jesse and put Jesse's hand on the other. "Yes, Doctor." Jeremy said. "And thee?" "Thy Doctor." Jesse stumbled, shut his eyes, and corrected, "Aye, Doctor." The Doctor went to the console, "Smart boy, that one, Damon, always was. He's probably one of the only Time Lords, only Gallefreans that knew something was wrong..." "Were you and he..." Jesse came closer... "What Damon and I?" The Doctor looked at Jesse and out a thumb and forefinger on Jesse's chin, "Cor, no. Just good friends. Of course," he pulled on his lapels, "Who wouldn't find me want able? He did, of course but we were not meant to be." "You didn't find yourself attracted to him?" Jesse asked. "Perhaps. It was a long time ago, kid." The Doctor went to the closet and took out a large dark bottle of wine. "Five thousand nine hundred and ninety nine." Jesse looked over his shoulder as he bent down to reach for the bottle, "Doctor, that's the beer song." "No," the Doctor turned and chucked the wine bottle at Jesse, who caught it...just, Jesse in surprise both that the Doctor threw it and that he caught it. "That's not the song, that's the year. BC to be exact, see?" "What?" Jesse looked at it. "This is the first bottle of wine?" "One of the first," the Doctor said, "I provided the bottle, of course. Must keep class up." Jeremy joined Jesse and looked at it, marveling, "Where'd you find it?" "That was a long time ago, too," The Doctor smiled, "It was either Iran or Armenia...or was it both?" He looked in the closet, "I thought I had one from each but as I say, it was a long time ago. I was in my...oh, my first body, I think." "You soon will be again," Jesse said. Jeremy nudged him. "Well, he will. We have to find a way to reverse what the Master, that ass, has done." "I'm not too worried about that," the Doctor said, "I mean...well, if this keeps up, these side Doctors will slow it all down but I might live...oh, a good few more hours or so..." "Hours?" Jeremy gasped. Jesse unisoned him. "I've lived a good long time, no need for me to want more, is there?" The Doctor stood up and smiled at them at the same time that he held up a large clay urn preserved in a glass-like structure, "This one is from Iran. It pays to put things from Iran in break free containers." "I'll say," Jesse spouted, "Should we open it?" "If you want to drink it, you have to, uhm, unzip it, so to speak." "I...I'm not sure about drinking wine THAT old," Jesse said. "You've drunken other liquids that are older," the Doctor smiled, "Some of them from my own..." He shoved the urn at Jeremy. Jeremy put his arms around it. "We get it," Jeremy said, "But just how long will it take to get us to Gallifrey?" "We're there," The Doctor said. They turned and noticed the console was quiet now and the TARDIS in transit sounds had stopped. "Let's go out and try to make sense of this time mess...find Damon...and bring the wine to whoever is out there, it might make them calm so that we can all work together..." He took the wine from Jesse. "Are you sure it's safe?" Jesse asked, sheepishly. "Of course, I checked the scanner," he nodded to a clear hallway in the Citadel that graced the scanner screen. "It's not as if I'm going to just rush out of these doors for no real reason...not like after a blond girl or something...that sort of thing was never really on my hearts anyway...I was just trying to prove that I wasn't gay...which, of course, I most assuredly am...not like I'm going to blindly rush out and get shot by a Dalek cause I'm so lovesick...I mean I am lovesick for the two of you but the quicker we sort this nonsense out, the quicker we can get horizontal before I turn into my first self and then a baby and then an embryo ...well, I say embryo...of sorts...probably then become the Other and then I don't know what will happen. AND I love that!" as he spoke, he opened the inner door latch and moved out of the doors and into...open fresh air and blue skies. The bottle he held broke as a Dalek ray hit it and hit his body. He had just enough time to turn sideways and the ray still lit him up and turned his ribs skeleton. "Not like..." he fell. "DOCTOR!" Both boys screamed out. Jeremy caught the falling Doctor as Jesse reached into the Doctor's pocket and took out the sonic screwdriver. "DO NOT MOVE! YOU WILL JOIN THE DOCTOR IN BEING EXTERMINATED!" "Move and join this," Jesse held the screwdriver up and hit the correct switch, "Yeah, I know how to use it." The Dalek spun off and started firing in any direction. The rays shot at buildings, the bricks of which started to come off. More Daleks came at them from all sides. There were about 12 Daleks. Six of them had landed from the sky. "We've had it," Jeremy looked up as four more landed. Jesse held the screwdriver at one, then another. "Keep back!" "Fire in unison, altogether," a Dalek said. On the ground, in Jeremy's lap, the Doctor groaned, "He said altogether. Wish you were in the altogether, Jeremy." "Shhh," Jeremy said, "Don't try to talk." "At least this time, I didn't get killed for that blond girl or...or have to ride a giant space cow or have that AssMaster as a companion," the Doctor said. "Don't try to talk..." Jeremy cried. "Tears, Jeremy? You and Jesse were two of the ...I always wanted to slip into someone more comfortable and you two fit the bill...wonderfully...you were both fantastic, really fantastic..." The Doctor put a hand on Jeremy's cheek and wiped it, "Pity about the wine." His head went limp in Jeremy's lap. Jeremy closed his eyes for him. He put his head down. Jesse didn't really look around but if he had he'd notice two large buildings on either side with a smaller lower piece in the center, connecting them. Behind those are three more buildings, one larger than the two to either side of it. The buildings sport addresses called Cabot Square. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Cabot_Square,_Canary_Wharf_-_June_2008.jpg "EX..." as the Daleks made their familiar cry...their voices changed and became as if they were the Chipmunks singing group. Before Jesse's stunned eyes, the Daleks all shrunk to the size of toys. Tiny little flames came from one of them. A foot stepped on the Dalek and crushed it. A leather boot. Jesse backed away and looked behind him at the Doctor. Jeremy looked at the boot and followed it up with his eyes to see the Nick Hoult Master. "Nuisances, aren't they?" The Master laughed, one side of his mouth moving up at his right ear in a strangely inhuman grin. "How'd you get here?" Jeremy asked, still shaken. "And where is here?" The Doctor began to glow. Jeremy didn't seem to notice. "Get away from him," the Master said. "Wait. No. You don't know that he's going to regenerate. He can't do it every time. I think this time, this is it." "It's not regenerations. I told you." "Yeah," Jesse said, "It's something you started." He realized he held the sonic screwdriver at the Master stupidly, this time holding it with two hands. He put his hands and arms down. He ran to the Doctor. "I won't have you both interfere. It could make things most complicated and ....mess this up and I'll...." They ignored him and watched the Doctor. The glow began to take them into it. Looking sincerely worried, the Master grabbed the arms of Jesse and Jeremy and pulled them away. He snickered as they both protested, "You don't want to be near him when that happens. The result would be...most unsatisfactory." "For whom?" Jeremy asked. As the three of them turned to watch, the Doctor's image changed. His face mutated and twisted. "Well, now, that can't happen again, can it?" The Master pointed the Tissue Compression Eliminator at the Doctor, "This is for escaping Zeston 4 and Teserus. DIE, Doctor, DIE!" "NOOOOOOOOOOOO! I WON'T LET YOU!" Jesse punched sideways with a two fisted hand. It hit the Master in the chest and he dropped the TCE. He was on all fours and scrambling for it. Jeremy reached for it, too. But the Master was faster and grabbed it up, "You'll suffer for that," he said to Jesse, completely ignoring Jeremy. The Doctor's body was already changing. His hair was longer, his face slightly less angular and more chubby, a mole on the left side of his face, not far from his nose. Jeremy turned to watch the Doctor who stood up and was now Rowan Atkinson. "Ahhh, you. The camp one. Do you always have to be around when I regenerate? Well, this is an improvement." "You like your new body?" Jesse asked. "No, I meant the Aster asshole here," the Doctor said, "Last time he had female tits." "TITS!" Jeremy and Jesse began to snicker and laugh out loud. "I did not!" The Master pointed the TCE in the Doctor's face but backed off, afraid. Jeremy asked, "Is he really always around each time you regenerate?" The Doctor said, "It must be some sense of persona envy." The Master was all red faced now and angry. He had the TCE in Jesse's face and turned from Jesse, who was pulled away by Jeremy. The Master turned on the Doctor, "Envy you? You! Now, you die!" "Again?" The Doctor asked. The Master began to pull the trigger but suddenly more Daleks came flying at them and he aimed at them. The Doctor pushed Jeremy and Jesse. They ran to the corner of one of the buildings. Jesse read the address, "10 Cabot Square." "Doctor, where are we?" "Cabot Square." He said. Jesse was leaning on the Doctor's back as the Doctor crouched down. Jeremy was under the Doctor, leaning down on one knee, "We know that bit. But Daleks...the Master..." "Ahh, Canary Wharf, say circa, 777?" "What?" "No, when. Not a good time for me. And explains the continuous laser fire we're hearing." "So when are we, then?" Jesse asked. "Say May 27, 2007." Jesse asked, "Really? That's so close to our time." "About two years after your time actually." His gaze became distant, "Donna's skin diving in Spain." The Doctor said non-chalantly. "Who's Donna?" Jeremy asked. "Redhead." "You sure were trying to beat the odds. Redheaded females, blond females." "Yes, I was gay but trying hard to deny it. I mean all those girls and I never really...did the deed..." The Doctor said. "We have to get back into the TARDIS." The Master ran to a small alcove in another building's front door. A woman ran on the streets and got shot in the back by a flying Dalek. A troop of Cybermen came stomping into the area. "Oh no, not them, too," Jesse added. "Yup, only this time they're sorta on my side." Jeremy rolled his eyes this time, "You've got to be kidding me." "I said sorta." The Master takes out another gun, this one with a long nozzle and a tubular head on the end. He looks from the alcove and saw Jeremy, Jesse and the Doctor. As hundreds of Daleks in line descend toward Cybermen and humans alike, the Master fires this new gun. It sets out a yellow haze for a few seconds and engulfs the trio. The Doctor shakes his head but doesn't notice. Jesse says, "Doctor, I feel funny..." "Me, too," Jeremy said. "Can we get out of here?" "Yes, this battle has to take place," The Doctor stated, "Unfortunately." "That woman and those men..." Jeremy started to say. "Part of history, part of deaths that have to happen...again, unfortunately." "I understand...we've been through this before," Jeremy said, "But how can we reach the TARDIS now?" Between the open space in the courtyard and the corner of the building were dozens of Cybermen, arms pointed up, firing quick laser bolts up at Daleks. Daleks were seemingly winning, firing their own lasers at the Cybermen and making many of them go limp. The TARDIS lay on the other side of this battle. Jesse snuck away from the building, going the other way, "I can distract them if I go this way and..." "JESSE!" From the other side, five Daleks moved at him, rolling along the street. "EXTERMINATE!" Jesse was hit by a bolt in his chest and his body turned green and his skeleton was seen through it. He yelled and fell and was still. "JESSE!" Jeremy ran out. The Doctor tried to reach for him, "Jeremy, no!" He followed. "DELETE!" Cybermen fired at Daleks but more Daleks flew in from above and both sides blasted the building. Large chunks of the building were struck. Some areas were just above the Doctor and Jeremy. Bricks fell on the Doctor, who put his hands up and was buried. There was nothing to be seen of the Rowan Atkinson Doctor as he lay beneath a ton of bricks and stone rubble. The sounds of the battle continued to fill the air. Racing toward Jesse's very still and dead body, Jeremy turned to see this, "Oh no!" Daleks were coming from the sky at him. Daleks were coming at him from the street. Cybermen were advancing at him from the other side of the square. All were firing blasts at each other and at him. The last things he heard were "EXTERMINATE!" and "DELETE!" seemingly forming one word....Jeremy closed his eyes, a blast, a scream. A skeleton, a hole in his chest, ashes. The new word continued on after his death, "EXTERMINATE" and "DELETE" long after he was dead... CLIFFHANGER STING and into the DIMENSIONS IN TIME theme song by Cybertech...McCoy end logo sequence...
