Chapter 4 - Different Perspectives

Magneto walked briskly down the dark passage wasting no time with a lazy
stride. He had accomplished his mission, but still felt furious. Death was
too quick even when he tried to prolong it. The past year had been a living
hell for him. The X-men had injected him with that boy's serum and removed
his godly powers in an instant. He had wandered the streets of San
Francisco, devoid of money or even normal clothing, his very identity
sought out by the authorities ever since his act of War against Alcatraz
Island. They had frozen his bank accounts, and he'd had to scavenge
dustbins like some dog in order to survive. He had thought his existence
pointless, and was on the verge of ending his life when a change suddenly
started to occur. He was sitting in a park when out of nowhere he could
sense the different metals in the region. Hiding his smile had been
difficult, but he knew at once that the cursed injection was wearing
off. Three months since that injection!... and another eight months to
slowly regain his original strength. Nearly a year out of his life; a year
without the ability to bend and manipulate his precious metallic
progeny. He would seek revenge on all those who had played a hand in his
torment. He had already exacted his revenge in two instances, and he looked
down at the dark sack he was carrying in his right hand and smiled
maliciously. It had started to stain, but that didn't matter in this
place. Now further plans had to be made to seal his wrath on those who had
dared to challenge the Brotherhood. He walked for a few more paces and
entered a large open cave, dimly illuminated by a ring of fire suspended
below the roof of the dark rock.

"My brothers," he said gravely. "It has been so very long, and we are
united again. Pyro ... Mystique ... Callisto."

The mutants all bowed their heads in acquiescence. Three mutants - but
enough for what designs he wanted to initiate. There could be little doubt
that he was their Master - and only a suicidal person would challenge his
reign.

"We have all returned to our previous states, or healed from our
wounds. Fear not, all your transgressions are forgiven - but only under the
premise that you redeem yourselves to me."

He focussed on the young handsome man with fiery blonde hair, and the tall
and athletic blue-pigmented woman, both who seemed ashamed and avoided eye
contact with him. He needed to begin this meeting on a strong note. He
threw the sack onto the centre silvery table, and it landed with a dull
thud. He smiled at it cruelly.

"The price for crossing paths with me," he said leadenly. "Pyro," he said,
and less than a second later the bag flashed to flame and was gone
revealing a blue furry head resting on the table, its eyes glazed open, the
fur singed from Pyro's effortless act. The mutants didn't react, unless a
light smile from Pyro and Callisto could be considered a worthy
reaction. Killing Beast had been a murder he had enjoyed greatly - and he
had drawn out the punishment as long as he could. This animal had thought
he could sting the Master of Magnetism without dire repercussions. He had
hidden behind his title as the Secretary to the United Nations, but all
that had meant was the death of several of his bodyguards. It was a bonus
more than a challenge, and the surprised look of a human before their own
gun shot them always made him chuckle to himself. Of course, the
repercussions of this act would be immense. He had made it clear that
magnetism had killed the Secretary, and thus had brought his name to the
forefront again. It wasn't his first effort to tell the President that he'd
returned. A month earlier he'd sought out that loathsome scientist,
Worthington, who had pioneered the cure and promptly executed him. It would
take a strong policeman to hold on to his stomach contents if they saw that
crime scene. Whoever thought that a single paperclip could do that to a
human body?

"So what is next?" Pyro asked suddenly. He hadn't lost his powers at any
stage but his defeat at the hands of the X-men left him vulnerable to
arrest by the police. It had taken him three months to plan his release
from the maximum security prison, and he hadn't been sparing in his cruelty
to free himself. Pyro was more malicious than he himself, but also less
intelligent. Which made him a good soldier, but never a general.

"We await your orders, Magneto," Mystique said. She was beautiful, and had
suffered the same fate as him with the same delay. She had betrayed him
too, but he had forgiven her, partially because he had deserted her in a
truck, and mostly because he needed her unique skills to obtain his goals.

"Yes, the plan," he said. "Callisto, tell them about our discovery a week
ago." Including himself in the discovery was not a vain boast. Callisto
could sense mutant powers and move like lightning, but it had been
lightning which had left her severely burnt and near the point of death for
several months. Her back was scarred with the evidence of her encounter
with the X-men.

Callisto looked at the others. "I have sensed the presence of another Level
5 mutant. He or she was more powerful even than the previous
... woman... I felt."

"Woah," Pyro said, and stepped forward. "The last time we messed with a
Level 5, we all know what happened. I stand by you, Magneto, but have you
forgotten what she did to some of our brothers?"

"No one forgot anything," he said, "least of all me. This one is
different. He is a male, and also young and impressionable. Unlike Jean
Grey we can actually mould this one to our desires. We cannot initiate a
war against humanity without a weapon of his strength."

"Then let's get him," Mystique said. She was his most talented and loyal
agent, despite all evidence to the contrary.

Magneto looked to the ground. "It won't be easy. Xavier has him at his
school." Who would have thought that Charles could survive being utterly
destroyed by the Phoenix? It was logical that the most powerful mind in the
world could survive the destruction of his body, but it still seemed
surreal to hear that Charles inhabited another body. He felt happy for
Charles that he could walk again, but he wanted to kill him for intervening
with his plans yet again.

"Send me," Pyro said with bravado. The fool.

"No," Magneto said sternly. "I don't feel like losing one of you so early
in the game. If Iceman wipes the floor with you again Pyro, or Storm
giftwraps you again Callisto, it would displease me." Pyro and Callisto's
faces blushed, half from anger, half from shame - but wisely they decided
to remain silent.

Magneto continued. "Charles will ruin everything by himself. He always
does. He's an idealist and he's ignorant of the ambition of those with
great powers. We merely need to make sure we are there with open arms to
receive Kevin when he finally breaks."

"Kevin?" Mystique said. "You know this boy?"

"I've done my research," he said smugly. "His mutant name is Kronos. After
Callisto sensed his powers, I went to the school and observed him from a
distance. Believe me when I tell you that he is more powerful than any of
you can imagine. Yet, he has vulnerabilities, and we need to exploit those
to attain our goals."

"How?" Callisto said. "Xavier will watch him like a hawk. Him above all
others."

"Indeed he will," he said. "As I said, Kevin will eventually leave of his
own accord when Charles brings the situation to ruin. No mutant there has
the intelligence or strength to hold Kronos, and they will be forced to let
him leave. And we will be waiting. We will nudge him, of course. The
Brotherhood doesn't rely on fate."

He gave his orders to Mystique. As usual, she was the key to their
success. He saw Pyro slowly about to leave, but he called him over as
Mystique left.

"Yeah?" Pyro said arrogantly.

"Mind your tone," he said, and the boy blushed. "I have a very special task
for you. One not suited to your powers, but rather that pretty face of
yours." He stroked Pyro's face and the boy backed away slightly.

"I don't understand," Pyro said angrily. He hated being made to feel
stupid, but if he would act intelligently, he wouldn't feel that way.

"Kevin will be delivered here eventually, but I need you to make certain
... sacrifices, to ensure that he stays," Magneto said with a twinkle in
his eye.

Kevin glared at him for a moment, then his eyes opened widely and his mouth
dropped. "Not on your fucking life, Magneto," he said.

His face hardened and some aggression left Pyro's face. "You will do as you
are told, or I will end your existence and let a dedicated minion like
Mystique fulfil the duty. Mystique can pull off that act with very little
difficulty. And let me add... it will be a wonderful payback to Iceman who
is, did I forget to mention, involved with Kevin."

Pyro's eyes shot to Magneto's - and a slow and diabolical smile spread
across his face. He started to laugh, and he became even more
handsome. "Sure," Pyro said, and the simplicity of his answer was more
malevolent than anything else he could have answered. Soon he would have
Kronos on a leash, and the X-men would pay for their impudence. He owed
Wolverine a visit too, but he'd already sent Mystique on her way, and that
would probably have to do.

*********************************************************************

Bobby was walking towards a class he had to lecture. There wasn't much he
could teach, being so young and all, but one thing he was a master of was
willpower. He had to be, or this place would look like the Artic after a
few days. He enjoyed these classes usually, because the young students were
so useless that he spent most of the time laughing. He didn't mean to be
cruel, but it was pretty funny. Some guy who could make fire, and suddenly
instead of creating a ball of fire, he'd set the girl in front of his hair
alight. It applied to all the powers one could think of, but those with
telekinetic abilities usually created the most action when things started
flying across the classroom sending everyone plummeting to the ground to
avoid concussion.

Telekinesis. He thought of Kevin, and his breath quickened
involuntarily. They had just finished breakfast that morning, and it was an
irritating decision as to whether he should waste time eating his breakfast
when he could stare at Kevin's perfect face. Kevin was so hot he couldn't
take it. He remembered that first day he'd seen him walking shyly along the
passage of the X-mansion. He looked lost and frightened, but when Kevin had
seen him walking with his friends in the passage, he'd stared at him so
blatantly he couldn't believe it. He didn't even need to delve to see
whether Kevin was gay or not. He had intuition, and no guy would stare at
him so openly - unless maybe he had horns on his face, which some of the
students could claim. He'd thought about Kevin from that moment onwards,
and had cautiously made enquiries about him over the next few days. Storm
seemed to know the most about him, but she didn't know enough. So he'd
summoned his courage and asked Professor Xavier what he knew about
Kevin. Only Xavier and Storm knew he was gay, and they kept it a
secret. They didn't care. Xavier was the opposite, actually. He'd wanted
him to find a boyfriend, but that was easier said than done. He wasn't
attracted to Pete - he was too built and a bit of a dork, and the rest of
the people his age were all girls. Dating a younger student was out of the
question, of course, as was going out to find a normal person to date. So
he was left stuck. He'd found a trophy girlfriend in the form of Rogue. He
felt bad that he was leading her on, but he needed her to silence any
questions the students thought of. Besides, his deception wasn't too
terrible. He was a really good friend to Rogue and he was always there for
her. It wasn't his fault she couldn't touch him without killing him... but
it was a miraculous advantage. He smiled, and felt bad immediately. She had
been cured earlier this year, but only a few months later she had started
harming him when she touched him. He sighed with relief, glad that he
didn't need to kiss a woman with false pretence again.

He would lie in bed and wish that he could meet a guy at some stage in his
life. He only wanted someone to love. He had wished he could give up his
powers just so that he could meet someone. It just wasn't a possibility
while he was sheltered in the mansion - probably forever. Then one day, his
wishes had been realized. Sure, he was desperate for love, but that didn't
mean he would hit on any guy his own age. Even he had standards. Pyro was
proof of that. John was fucking hot, but he was a genuinely bad guy, and he
had never even thought of going near him even in his desperate moments. He
was straight anyway ... but that wasn't the point. He hadn't enjoyed
injuring him, but then again, John had tried to incinerate him. For a long
time he'd been convinced that John was another one of Jean's victims on
Alcatraz Island, until he'd heard of several guards spontaneously igniting
while a high level mutant prisoner escaped captivity. He shook his head
sadly - John had so much potential, but he was a product of his
circumstances. No. He had also been rejected by his family, and he'd made a
different choice. People needed to take responsibility for their choices.

And yet, despite his years of loneliness and misery, someone like Kevin had
dropped into his lap. It was the best gift ever. He'd hunted him like a
lion, but Kevin had avoided him - which made him smile. It meant that he
didn't trust himself around him, which was great! The best part of his day
would be walking down the passage and catching sight of Kevin. It would
make his heart pound in his chest. Kevin would be scanning the halls like a
hunted rabbit, which he was, and when he saw him his face would go white
and he'd jump behind the next corner or wall and flee. As if he though he
hadn't seen him! Those were the best parts of his day - enjoying Kevin and
his imperfect skill of avoidance. At night he would lie in bed and
entertain himself with mental visions of Kevin looking at him, or him
looking at Kevin - or tearing off his shirt and licking his chest. He'd
jerked off about fifty times that week to the thought of Kevin, and he
still felt as horny as a desert lizard at the smallest reminder of the guy.

Kevin's disturbing nightmare had brought everything to a head. It was
painful to see him recollect a nightmare when he thought he was harming
him. It was obviously seriously traumatizing for him, or he wouldn't have
half-killed Wolverine. The Professor was trying to help him, but he didn't
know if Kevin needed help or a good hug. Well, he'd provided the hug
part. It was difficult to hide his lust while looking at a shirtless Kevin
on the medical table in the X-bunker. Kevin was the perfect physical
specimen, in his opinion that is. He was about as tall as him, and
physically fit just like he was. He had a sharp and lean face with a
chiselled jaw. His hair was dark and cropped - and a little untamed which
was hot. Normally he was clean-shaven and smooth (very smooth, his kisses
over the past few days have proved that) but in the exam room he had a cute
beard which he'd shed before meeting him at the lake. He didn't really mind
how Kevin looked, he found the whole package sexy. His eyes were his
favourite feature. Green, and soft - and every different to his own sharp
eyes. They were warm eyes, and they had a lot of love in them, even for
other people. In the medical room he'd had the privilege of glaring at
Kevin's shirtless body gratuitously. He had a swimmer's build, and a nice
chest and beautifully defined abs. His arms were strong even when they were
relaxed, and they looked like they wanted an excuse to flex. He smiled at
the thought, and blushed a little. A student smiled at him, and he missed a
step and almost stumbled. Fuck. Kevin would be the end of him with his
hotness. He'd really enjoyed the sight of Kevin's smooth body, but that
dark treasure trail which started below his navel had driven him almost to
the point of insanity. The way it had disappeared down into Kevin's jeans
made him hard just thinking about it. How he'd love to discover where that
trail led. He'd make a whole day of it.

He coughed, and shook his head. Nothing could be more embarrassing than
seeing your teacher walk into class with a hard on, so he quickly erased
Kevin's body from his mind, but it wasn't easy. The image seemed burned
into his mind, a hot poker begging you to let it burst into white hot
heat. He growled in his throat, but with one final push, cleared his mind
of that sexy body.

Their encounter at the lake hadn't turned out like he expected. He'd tried
to set it up to finally start a relationship with Kevin, which he'd been
itching to do for over a week. The gazebo hadn't been easy to make but he
pulled it off with a little effort, and one failure which he'd hastily sunk
into the lake before Kevin had arrived. Kissing him had been mindblowing,
and he was nervous to take the first step. Kevin had acted like he'd been
hit on the head with a hammer, but his reaction was positive and
inviting. There was so much energy between them, and the heat which came
off their faces was feral. He bit his lip just thinking of that moment.

Of course, what came after that was the best of all. Kevin was so powerful
it was almost frightening ... yet ... it wasn't. He lifted a million tons
of water above them and surrounded them by an inferno and he'd felt safe in
his arms. His gift was truly amazing and he knew in his heart that as
Kronos, Kevin would make the world a better place. Shit, he could transport
the arctic subcontinent to the deserts of the world and irrigate them, or
some other event of immense magnitude. Or he could alter world weather on a
planetary scale and remove the threat of natural disasters. He wondered if
Kevin had ever thought of these prospects. He was glad he didn't have to
put up with that amount of power. He was more than happy ice-skating on a
small frozen pond which he could make. He thought if he could freeze the
whole world, he might do so if someone pissed him off too much. As much as
he loved Kevin and his powers, he didn't like it when Kevin used his powers
at their higher levels. Something changed in his face. As he became
stronger those beautiful green eyes of his would turn as black as midnight
- cold and like death. And as he approached his full strength, his face
would become gaunt and riddled with crevices and horrible lines. His whole
face would twist and contort and seemed evil, and he didn't like to look at
him while he was like that, so he closed his eyes while kissing him in the
eye of that tornado. He didn't want to speak about that to Kevin. It wasn't
his fault that his powers manifested physically, but he thought it a shame
that he couldn't smile at him while he turned that lake into a beautiful
eagle. In truth, Kevin's face frightened him while it was like that. It
became like Jean Grey's on that island. That terrible face had appeared
moments before she'd disintegrated the island and half the people trying to
flee it. He shook his head irritably, and entered the classroom. The class
went silent as they saw him, and he smiled, but felt a little sad. He loved
Kevin, but something was wrong about his powers.

*********************************************************************

Professor Xavier was watching the gardens of his estate and he seemed to be
staring at nothing. A knock at the door pulled him from his thoughts and he
smiled as Storm and Rogue entered the room.

"Thank you for coming, my friends," he said warmly. "Please, have a seat."

Today was a difficult day for him. He had just finished an hour long
meeting with Kevin, where he'd sternly berated him for advertising his
powers to half the county, if not the whole state. Remarkable, but still
very disturbing.

"What did he have to say for himself?" Storm said irritably. She had been
near inconsolable after Kevin had altered the local weather. Apparently she
had been hard pressed to rectify his efforts, which meant a very great
deal. If Storm couldn't correct Kevin's influence on the weather then it
meant he truly was unrestricted on any level. It would be wise to remember
that next time he decided to challenge him with his own powers on the
mental battlefield. It had been difficult trying to remind himself that
Kevin and Jean surpassed him in raw power, which no other mutants could
claim. He'd used his full power against Jean one year previously but she'd
blocked him out and there was nothing he could do to pierce her mental
defences. She'd then used what extra strength she had to destroy his body,
but he didn't like to think about that if he didn't have to.

"He said he was showing his powers to someone and he didn't mean any harm,"
he said simply. That is what he had said, and he wasn't sorry or
ashamed. He even looked challenging. In a few weeks he had shifted from a
shy youth to a strong-willed man. He had a sinking feeling that the Phoenix
catastrophe was slowly rekindling for the second time.

"No harm!" Rogue said as she jumped out of her seat. "Professor, even if we
could overlook the lake sitting IN THE SKY, and thousands of bolts of
lightning terrifying the kids, must I try and tell you how scared I was
when I saw a tornado of fire large enough to swallow the mansion?!"

"No need for that Rogue. I was scared too. His powers are truly awesome."
Awesome indeed. Not even Jean had shown such amazing mass strength. He was
so powerful it was breathtaking. Should any human have such power at their
fingertips? If ever the government had a case for a cure, this would be
it. A single man strong enough to perhaps level a city would make a lot of
people nervous. He himself was nervous, and he had seen feats which would
make the average man faint. "I thought you were his friend," he added,
looking to Rogue.

She looked away and her lips tightened. "He is... was... my friend. But
he's showing off. Bobby told me he was going to the lake to fetch
something. Imagine if he'd been caught up in that disaster. He might have
died. I might not have had a boyfriend today, Professor."

"Be calm. Rogue," he said calmly, and she sat while shaking her head in
anger, and tears glistened in her eyes. The poor girl lived in a remarkable
delusion, which unfortunately was not her doing. Bobby and Kevin were
already involved. He had felt that mental spike the moment the two had seen
one another in the passage on that first day. It was a disastrously
dangerous situation because passion would make Kevin even more unstable,
and Bobby too. He could already feel the psychic currents in Bobby's mind
which spoke of powerful affection... irrational affection for Kevin.

"Professor, I would like to ask you something, and I don't want you to
think less of me if I ask it," Storm said with a bashful face.

"Ask my dear," he said. "We are friends."

"Professor, have you thought of ... removing... the threat of Kevin's
powers from the world? Because I have, and if we have to avoid what
happened to Jean, it might even be a forgivable crime." She seemed deeply
embarrassed to ask it.

He sighed. He had thought of it too. Rogue seemed confused, but once she
realized the topic she gasped and looked away. "I have considered it,
Storm. We cannot change who he is. When I discovered he was like Jean, I
was tempted to destroy his mind immediately. He would have died a few hours
later. I decided against it because of selfish reasons. I couldn't live
with myself if I was a murderer, but I ask myself every day what will
happen if he DOES become like Jean, and kill hundreds of people. Kevin may
be worse. He won't let someone like Wolverine close to him to finish it. He
doesn't want to die like Jean did. He embraces his gift with pride."

There was a long silence. He continued. "I started placing mental blocks on
Kevin's mind the moment I met him, and after I cared for him for three
days. They are quite impregnable, I assure you, and I'm reinforcing them
all the time to spare him the pain of making the wrong decision."

That was the longest string of lies he'd told for many years. He had
actually placed guards on Kevin's mind, but yesterday Kevin had discovered
them and snapped them like twigs. His strongest barriers, ruined with no
more than an afterthought. Kevin would have to be an imbecile not to
realise he was responsible for that barrier. He could trust Storm, but
maintaining a sense of safety was important to everyone. If he revealed
that he couldn't control Kevin's mind then Storm might do something rash
like try to blow Kevin away with a hurricane. She was a decent woman, but
impulsive.

"In that case, we should befriend and support him," Storm said with a
rueful sigh. Rogue shook her head, aware of what a huge mistake this
was. He knew in himself this would end badly, but how could he morally end
this debacle without harming Kevin?

*********************************************************************

Kevin walked towards his room. He had spent over an hour being shouted at
by Professor Xavier for his crimes at the lake the previous day. The
shouting hadn't hurt his feelings, made him feel bad or even
embarrassed. He was angry that Xavier couldn't congratulate him. Grow with
your powers, Kevin. Train as diligently as you can, Kevin. Always make sure
you have control of your abilities, Kevin. He had done all of that -
exceeded the Professor's wildest dreams and yet been berated. The Professor
was a hypocrite. What he had meant was that he should grow in strength, but
stop well short of being strong enough to exceed the great Charles
Xavier. He'd been on the point of telling him that he knew who was behind
that psychic wall, but he wanted the Professor to try again. Next time he
felt a barrier head his way he would strengthen it a million times and hurl
it back to its origin. That would be the price of messing with someone's
mind. Try and leash him, would they? Anyone who tried to control him would
recall a very sad tale after he was finished with them.

He entered his room and threw himself onto his bed. He looked at the
ceiling and thought of Bobby. He missed him, wanted to be with him. As if
his prayers were answered, the door opened and Bobby appeared with a smile
on his face.

"I was just thinking about you," he said to Bobby, who entered and closed
the door.

"I think about you all day," Bobby replied, and he felt his heart race. "I
made this for you," he said and produced a little statue from behind his
back. It was an ice statue about six inches tall and it was a sculpture of
himself. It was exquisitely crafted - and Bobby had got it just right. It
was him standing and smiling... amazing, and difficult to make.

"I ... I don't know what to say," he said, and Bobby nodded in
satisfaction.

Bobby placed it on the bedside table, and as he reached to touch it, Bobby
caught his hand and smiled at him warningly. "Don't touch it, Kev. It's
made of something I call Deep Ice. It's super cold and compacted and won't
melt for at least a week. And your finger will get stuck to it if you touch
it."

"Awesome," he said, and looked to Bobby. Bobby gave him a ravishing smile
and took off his shoes and jumped onto the bed with him and lay on him with
his head on his chest.

"Best part of my day," Bobby said sleepily, and Kevin laughed despite
himself. When they were together they felt complete.

"Mine too," Kevin said lazily, and he ran his hand through Bobby's
hair. "Xavier took his time with me. Tried to make me feel bad and
guilty. Well fuck that. I don't feel bad. The guy makes me angry."

"He's a good man, Kevin," Bobby said softly. "He's scared your powers draw
human attentions to your gifts. If that happens they might come looking for
trouble."

"And they'll find it," Kevin said darkly, but shook his head a moment
later. "Storm ignored me when I greeted her today, Bobby, and even Rogue
avoids me. Half the damn kids piss in their pants when I look at them."

"They are afraid of how strong you are," he said logically. "How would you
feel if that fiery tornado was made by someone else, and not in your
control? It would scare the shit out of me." Kevin couldn't argue with
sense, and Bobby had a knack for speaking the truth too often. He decided
to not to bring up that Bobby wasn't scared by it, but he knew that Bobby
was different because he loved and trusted him - and that's all Bobby would
say in reply to his useless rebuttal.

"You know, Bobby - my parents threw me out because I like guys not because
I have powers."

Bobby raised his head with a frown. "Really? Mine threw me out because I
can make ice. I didn't even tell them about the other aspect of my
life. Never got the chance."

He made it sound so simple. "Yeah, who needs them any way? I have
you. That's all I need."

Bobby's chest lay against Kevin's and he seemed to be completely at
peace. "I dunno, Kev. I wish I could have you and them. That would be
great. I don't see why it has to be either or."

"Yeah," Kevin said. "I guess I'm just covering up my sad feelings."

Bobby started to laugh, and Kevin frowned at the inappropriate response to
this solemn moment. Bobby jumped up and smiled mischievously. "Time to make
you happy."

Kevin had only a moment to frown when ice shot from Bobby's hands and
shackled him to the own bed. "Let me free of this shit, dumbass," Kevin
said.

"First, Iceman have fun with Kronus," Bobby said and dived towards Kevin
and started kissing him madly. His lips were passionate and heated and he
breathed heavily while kissing him. Kevin could feel Bobby grinding his
pelvis into him, could feel how turned on he was.

Kevin was enjoying this a lot, but he decided not to be any man's easy
meat. With a sharp push of his powers he sent Bobby flying across the room
to land on the opposite floor. He'd been sure not to hurt him, just to
playfully launch him into orbit. He made the bonds around his hands vanish,
and he jumped to his feet ready to attack. Bobby was lying on his back on
the floor almost in front of the door, and he looked vexed. Bobby was his,
but as he ran towards him Bobby turned the floor beneath his feet to smooth
ice causing him to slip heavily and fall on his back with a thud. He felt
the breath knock out of him. Bobby climbed to his feet and the ice under
Kevin's back instantly vanished. He ran towards Kevin and was about to
pounce him when Kevin struck out his hand and Bobby's shirt blew off his
body and disintegrated in midair. It was as if Bobby had been hit by a gust
of wind, and he stood there with his hands covering his eyes. Kevin stood
and admired the view. Bobby had a great body... defined and lean, and he
wanted to investigate it for no short time. Kevin stood there with a
devilish smile and a slow nod of his head, causing Bobby to look down in
surprise and see that he'd lost his shirt. Suddenly his face became
determined and Kevin's breath caught. Ice shot from Bobby's hands once
again and he had moments to see his shirt freeze. As quick as the frost had
appeared, it vanished and his shirt fell off in thawed pieces leaving him
shirtless and chilled.

"Bastard," he said to Bobby, but he wanted to laugh.

"Motherfucker," Bobby said, but his eyes glowed with mischief.

Kevin sent Bobby flying against the door and pinned him there. He struggled
like a bug caught on fly paper but he couldn't move. "Now, this is more
like it," he said smugly.

Bobby growled and yet again ice shot from his hands and covered Kevin in
ice from his neck to his feet. He couldn't move, but he was shirtless and
it was so cold he gasped and cried out in shock. Bobby fell from above the
door and landed on his feet. He ran towards Kevin and the ice around him
splintered into shards just as Bobby tackled him causing them to land on
the bed. Bobby lay on top of him, and he could feel the warmth of his body,
could feel how hard he was, and how hard Bobby was. "This IS more like
it," Bobby said with a smile, and Kevin lost the will to wrestle.

They kissed deeply and ran their hands over one another's bodies. Kevin
wrapped his legs around Bobby and wanted more of him. He just couldn't get
enough of Bobby and wanted to feel his whole body. They groaned as they
touched one another, and their tongues rolled around in one another's
mouths. Their breathing was heavy, and despite the cold, Kevin already felt
like he wanted to faint from the heat of the moment. This really was as
good as it could get. He reached his hands into Bobby's jeans and grabbed
his ass causing them both to groan with pleasure. Bobby was grasping
Kevin's head roughly and kissing him for all he was worth, every now and
then cursing or saying other obscenities which made him even sexier. He was
about to start undressing Bobby when suddenly he heard a voice from the
doorway.

"Oh my god," she said. They both turned to see Rogue standing in the
doorway, her face as white as snow, and her cheeks red with anger. Tears
welled in her eyes.
