Subject: Godly X-men chapter 16

	I was half awake hopping and praying that nothing in the last day
or so never happened, but it did. I was taken by Hera and brought to her
base where her minions rapped me.

	As I came to full consciousness I realized that Wyatt and Scott
were no longer beside me in the bed but i could faintly hear them them
talking to someone outside the door

        With everything that had happened to me and without someone to hold
me it started to feel like my body was going to fall apart into little tiny
pieces. So i curled into a ball to try and hold myself together but i could
tell that it was not working. I began crying uncontrollably. Since i was
closing my eyes to try to stop the tears i did not see Wyatt and SCott come
in."Oh my god!" Exclaimed Scott.

	When they came into the room the saw me in the fetal position but
also i was floating in the air, spinning in a circle, and lightning bolts
were shooting out of my body randomly."Liam wake up!" Scott yelled. "You
need to wake up and calm down."

	Wyatt put up his shield so the lightning bolts would not strike
them."Scott trying yelling for Zeus. I find it curious that he has not
shown up since we removed the chain."

	As Scott was yelling for Zeus I felt Jean try to connect with my
mind but for some reason she stopped as soon as she started."Liam, you know
who /i am and you know I will not hurt you" Said a non distinct female
voice in my head which I suddenly knew that it was Phoenix. "Liam you have
to get control of yourself before you kill everyone you love. Also you must
break Wyatt's spell that is hiding the chain cause although it is not
visible it is still there and that is why Zeus has yet to come to
help. When i leave your mind you must gain control within 5 minutes before
nothing around you will be left."

	I felt Phoenix leave so i started to count to keep track of the
time limit. As it happened count helped me to calm down. After a minute the
lightning bolts stopped. After two minutes i stopped spinning. After three
minutes i floated back to the bed so it seemed like the time limit was
covered. I rolled on to my stomach and focused on my hands and i could feel
the chain. I could hear Scott and Wyatt talking to others in the room. I
sent my thoughts out to Jean and told her everything they needed to know.

         I gathered up energy to break the spell while Jean told everyone
what i told her. I concentrated on the part where the chain connected my
hands and i let loose the most powerful lightning bolt i could. It hit the
chain and the wave of energy that was created when the spell was broken
shook the whole mansion."Liam, are you all right?" Asked Wyatt."I'm
fine. You have to use Excalibur to break the chain. Use all the strength
you can no matter what might happen to me." I said sternly but also weak

          I felt Wyatt and Scott come around to my left said so i turned my
head they both looked at me and i saw and felt all of their love for
my. They both kissed me and told me that they loved me. Scott backed up but
kept me in his sight. While Wyatt went behind me and called forth
Excalibur. I turned my head into the bed so that no one could see my
face. I heard the sword rise then fall right before i felt the sword break
the chain and sink into me. I fell into darkness.

          As i was hanging between life and death i had what seemed like a
vision. I was in a grand hall where the domed roof was painted to look like
the sky except that it moved as if it was the real sky. The walls, or at
least 2 and a half of them, were covered in a mural of all the major events
in history from the Big Bang to the earthquake in Haiti. The other 2 and a
half walls were just plain white. At the back of the room there was three
women standing in front of a giant loom covered in strings that were all
tangled up and looked like chaos. The first women looked to be anywhere
from 12-17. She had blonde hair that reached her waist. She wore a long
sleeve whit dress that went to her feet, which were bare. THe second women
was between the ages of 26-45. She had brunette hair that was braided and
wrap around her head. She wore a spaghetti strap red dress that went to her
bare feet and she looked to be pregnant. The final women looked to be 50 or
older. Her grey hair was up in a simple bun. She wore a conservative black
dress that went to her bare feet."Welcome to the Temple of the Fates." Said
Zeus as he appeared beside me. "This is where the three Fates weave the
Loom of Fate." He said as he stated to walk toward the Fates. I quickly
followed him. "You are on the brink of death Liam, but since you are my
vessel the fates will give you a choice that is only meant for you." He
disappeared just as we reached the Fates."Welcome vessel of Zeus." All
three women said at once while the turned and faced me. Each one was
beautiful in their own right and all had pure white eyes. "you are here so
we can give you a choice between life or death. If you choose life then you
will have no choice but to complete your destiny and stop Hera. If you
choose death then you will be reborn immediately but with no memory of this
life and also you will be born as a normal human. Think carefully before
you choose."

          I was thinking about everything that had happened to my since i
found out i was a mutant and i realized that i would not change anything
that had happened for anything in the world. I was about to tell that Fates
my answer when i felt a warmth within me and golden lights surrounded my
and the Temple disappeared.


So thats chapter 16 i hope you like it and sorry for the wait but i got a
new pet and and bit of writers block. The next chapter will come when i can
