NEW YORK, NY


	The Teen Titans were formed when 18yr old Dick Greyson [also known

spilling his juice, as his apple rolled off the edge of the table towards

	Dick quickly balanced his food tray with one hand, then reached
down and grabbed the apple in mid-drop, catching it before it could hit the
floor...!


"Thank you...!" said Kyle, accepting the apple back [graciously], as his
and Dick's fingers grazed one another for the slightest of seconds...! "You
have FAST reflexes...!" he stated, as Dick placed his food tray about the
table top and squeezed into the seat opposite Kyle...!
	He immediately noticed the uneasy look on Kyle's face when he sat
down...!


"I used to be a gymnast!" said Dick, explaining his reflexes!
	"Hi. I'm Dick Greyson...!" he introduced [officially], holding his
hand out across the table to shake...! "We have a couple of classes
together, I think!"


"Yes. I know." said Kyle, grasping Dick's hand! "I'm Kyle..." he said,
before jumping from SHOCK...!...his hand tightening around Dick's palm as

	Dick looked confused...!


"Are you alright...?" he asked, concerned!

to stay and eat the rest of your food..., you at least ought to finish your

from his experience with Dick Greyson!


"So much for a first impressions..." said Dick [to himself], as he started

	Silas Stone was the head scientist at Star Laboratories in NY,

	Victor had extensive surgeries to save his life! But his father
knew his son wouldn't want to live if he couldn't have mobility to take
care of himself!
	Victor was in the hospital for over a year [recuperating from his
massive surgeries]! Silas had his son transferred to Star Labs to keep a
better eye on him, AND to fit him with ground breaking cybernetics to help
give his son a shot at living a relatively `normal' life in society! He and
his team of highly advanced scientists set to work designing a body for
Victor: titanium steel to ensure nothing like this would ever happen to him
again! He was fitted with cybernetic limbs, as well as a spinal column,
torso, neck, pelvis, and half of his head and face! His brain was fused
with the latest internal computer interface systems, as well as a red
electronic 'eye' to replicate vision in his left eye!


	Victor had the most extensive cyber-prosthetic replacement surgery
in the history of Star Labs! It took MONTHS of physical therapy for him to
learn to use his new limbs without crushing a doorknob, a piece of fruit, a
glass of water, or to even shake a human hand without crushing it!
	At first Victor saw himself as a monster, hating the way he looked
[with his metal face]! He hid himself underneath bagging sweat clothes and
hoodies, trying to interact with as little people publically as possible!
He soon discovered another use of his metal body when Star Labs was
sabotaged by undercover spies looking to steal his father's works and
designs! There was an explosion in his lab, as the entire building was
evacuated! Silas Stone was the only one unaccounted for! When Victor asked
security WHY no one was going back into the building to rescue his dad, he
was told there might be a gas leak and it could be too dangerous! Victor
took it upon himself to save his father, knocking the guards out of the way
that tried to block his re-entry into the building! He scaled his way up to
his father's floor by LEAPING from floor to floor within the elevator
shaft! He ripped the doors open, then ran to his father's lab where he
found his dad lying underneath a ton of debris! Without much effort Victor
lifted the heavy machinery off of his father's body, then physically
carried him to the fire exit, and JUMPED down to the ground floor outside
the building [just before another (bigger) explosion] where he took him to
paramedics who were standing by!
	Everyone congratulated him for saving his father! That's when
Victor realized a great deal of responsibility came with his new abilities,
giving him all the potential of being a superhero!

	ARROW [Oliver Queen] was trained extensively in the dying form of
archery! Having WON many competitions worldwide, including The Olympics
[since he was a kid `with the eagle-eye], he was starting to get bored with
his ability, and sought more freedom in the form of mischief!
	Using his stealth abilities, he snuck into many `impenetrable'
buildings just to prove he could! One of which being The Justice League's
Hall Of Justice! By parachuting onto the roof he was able to use a
laser-arrow to break into an air-vent and climb down into the shaft! The
shaft had visible laser alarms posted in various positions [preventing
access through the airshafts], but Arrow was able to easily evade them by
using an energy disruptor-arrow to cancel them out temporarily while he
slipped by!
	Once inside The Hall Of Justice he just waited for one of The
Justice Leaguers to show up and be impressed! Impressed they were, but
where Oliver was expecting a PLACE on the team, all he got was a potential
lawsuit and a `don't come back' warning!

	Ever-since he's been using his powers to prevent car accidents, to
save people from bullies and would-be criminals on the streets, to help
stop crime, and to raise black awareness!

THE COLLEGE


	By 5pm the skies in New York City had grown dark and stormy, as the

to live amongst the monks of their temple, praying to their god to claim
his soul and free him from the evil influences of his father!


	Then one night while Raven was asleep in his chamber, he was
visited by Azar, who had been temporarily possessed by Trigon! Azar tied

as fast as he could, knowing his father only had minutes [at best] to hold
onto the men before his spell would fade! But the winged creatures chased
after him with a vengeance, crashing through the boarded doors as they
followed him out into the streets!

	Dick Greyson and Kyle Clayton were riding in his car, on their way
back to school [where they met] for morning classes..., both wondering HOW
last night's tryst was going to shape their friendship...?
	Neither knew what to say to the other as they maneuvered through
morning traffic! They were only about a block away when they saw a young
teenager [Raven] darting across the street [into a park], with 3 winged
gargoyles on his heels...!


"What the hell...??!" shouted Dick, slamming on the brakes to avoid hitting
the car in front of him [who also slammed his brakes to keep from hitting
Raven]...!


"WHAT was that...?!" asked Kyle, as people started to get out of their
vehicles, wondering if they were hallucinating...?


"I dunno..." said Dick, abandoning his car...! "Stay here! I'll check it
out!" he ordered, as he ran into the park after them!


	Raven ran as far as he could, before one of the gargoyles tried to
BLAST him with an energy discharge! The discharge exploded against the
ground on impact, causing pedestrians to run [screaming] for cover!
	Raven spun around to hold his ground, throwing his hands up to
create an blackened energy shield, which then shot forth and HIT the
gargoyle head-on..., sending the monster roaring backwards into a tree
[breaking it in half as it toppled over to the ground]...!
	The second Gargoyle slammed into Raven [headfirst], knocking him
off his feet! He then flipped the half-dazed teenager over on his stomach
and ripped away at his pants, exposing his buttock while freeing his own
raging hard-on to fuck up the boy's ass! Raven looked back over his
shoulder to see the huge cock about to bury itself in his ass..., and
struggled to get free! The gargoyle placed its veiny wart ridden cock
against his asshole and was about to shove in..., when it was suddenly
tackled by a pedestrian!


	Dick Greyson [without his Robin persona] had no weapons and little
choice but to tackle the winged monster head-on! They both tumbled over
into the grass before the gargoyle BLASTED him away [sending Dick flying
back into the bushes]!
	The third [and biggest] gargoyle leaped down to the ground [with a
THUMP]! Aiming his fist directly at Raven, he let loose a discharge capable
of toppling a skyscraper! Raven arose to his feet just in time to raise a
dark protective force-field, deflecting the energy which shot across the
park and ruined hundreds of thousands of dollars in landscaping [destroying
a small river-bridge as well as a duck pond]!
	The second gargoyle [having recovered] arose to its feet, ready to
attack Raven from behind [while he was distracted]! He raised his arms to
blast him from the back, when he was suddenly accosted with a LOUD
noise...!


	Oliver Queen was standing on the brick wall surrounding the park
[his bow in hand], after sending a sonic-arrow to distract the creature!
"Someone need a hand...?" he asked, ripping another ARROW off his back,
loading it to fire at will!


"Any help is much obliged...!" said Dick, coming out of the bushes [full
stride], fly-kicking the creature in the back, sending it toppling over in
severe pain!
	Raven was still holding off the third creature [with his weakening
force-field], when Victor Stone suddenly leaped down beside him, replacing
his hand prosthetic with what resembled a cannon..., then let loose with a
sonic BOOM that sent the third gargoyle reeling backwards with the force of
a mighty punch!
	Raven [5'9", 130lbs] lowered his force-field and stared up at the
Victor Stone [6'1", 350lbs of metal and muscle] as if he'd just stepped out
of a sci-fi movie!


"What seems to be the problem here...?" he asked, unsure exactly of WHAT
was going on...?


"Monsters!" said Dick [he and Oliver standing over the second gargoyle
(making sure IT didn't make any sudden moves)...]!


"WHO were they after...?" asked Oliver [who happened to be passing by]!


"Me!" answered Raven!


"Why...? What for...?" asked Dick, curiously!


"The LESS you know, the better!" insisted Raven! "These creatures aren't
natural..." he added, just as the first gargoyle got up, picking up the
fallen tree, and hurled it at the group of heroes as they tried to decipher
what was going on...?


"WATCH OUT!" yelled Oliver [too late], as the tree headed directly at
Victor and Raven...!
	Neither Victor nor Raven had time to react, as they turned to see
the heavy tree headed their way...! However it was suddenly STOPPED in
midair [telekinetically], as Virgil Hawkins [otherwise known as Static]
came hovering overhead riding a trashcan lid!


"And another one saved from biting the dust...!" he said, sending the tree
back on its owner, as it flattened the first gargoyle all over again!
	"Heads up, people...I just saved your lives!"


"And who're YOU supposed to be...?" asked Oliver, as Static [in full
costume] hovered overhead...! "And is that a TRASHCAN lid he's riding...?"


"Static-Shock at your service!" said Virgil! "You `civilians' oughta get
out of harm's way and find cover...! I'll handle this!"


"Civilians...?" said Oliver [insulted]! "I'll have YOU know I've been
wielding a bow and arrow since I was 5yrs old...! I'm about as
`professional' as they come...!"


"I'm more concerned about WHAT those monsters were and WHY they were after
YOU...?" said Dick [looking to Raven for answers]!


"I don't answer to YOU!" defied Raven!


"We just saved your life!" argued Victor [also curious to what they were
facing]...!


"I didn't ASK for your help!" countered Raven! "I could've handled THEM on
my own!"


"FAT chance of that!" said Dick, punching the first gargoyle in the back of
the head [when it looked like he might get back up]!


"These CREATURES can only stay in form for a few minutes before they
convert back into their natural bodies...!" explained Raven [proving that
he didn't need any help]!


"How do you KNOW that...?" asked Static [coming closer to the ground]...!


"BECAUSE..." hesitated Raven, looking around at everyone...!
"...because...my FATHER sent them to capture me...!"


"Your father...?" questioned Dick, as all eyes fell upon Raven [judgingly]!


<"That's right, little-one..."> said the first and third gargoyles, holding
their hands up to blast everyone at once...! <"...and if we can't take you
back alive..., DEAD is close enough...!"> they added, just as their hands
lit up with energy [about to fire]...!
	However all of a sudden their hideous bodies were blown to pieces,
revealing the unconscious homeless men underneath...! Everyone spun around
when they heard the ruckus..., finding Kyle standing behind them with his
hands stretched out in front of him [energy crackling about his
fingertips]..., and 2 unconscious men lying on the ground in front of
him...!


"WHO THE HELL IS THAT...?!" asked Victor, holding up his sonic cannon in
defense...!


"Relax..., he's with ME...!" said Dick, rushing over to Kyle's side...!
	"Why didn't you tell me you have superpowers...?" he whispered...!


	Kyle looked at his fingertips [which had returned to normal]...!
"It's...not something you reveal to someone on the first date...!" he
defended! "And what about YOU...? The way you jumped out of the car and RAN
after those creatures..., are you a COP or something...?"


"We'll TALK later...!" said Dick [not wanting to reveal his secret
publically]!


	The first gargoyle started to scream [putting everyone on
alert]..., then transformed back into human form on his own [the spell
suddenly fading], as the homeless man fell forth unconscious as well...!
	"Their TIME was up..." informed Raven!


"So WHAT now...?" asked Oliver [hearing police sirens in the
background]...!


"I think we should ALL exchange contact information..., just in case...!"
suggested Dick! "And I think we're all OWED an explanation to WHY your
father is possessing civilians and sending them after you...!"


"I don't OWE you anything!" argued Raven [defiant]!


"You DO if you want our help!" said Dick! "I doubt they're the LAST
monsters your dad'll send after you...! And WHAT happens when he finally
catches you...? What then...? I may have connections that could HELP
you...!"


"I'm down with exchanging information...!" said Static [having been stuck
in traffic on a school bus when he heard screams from terrified
pedestrians]...! "So long as my PARENTS don't find out...!" he added,
swiftly!


"Same here!" said Oliver!
	Dick collected everyone's first names and cellphone
numbers...before disbursing their separate ways, avoiding the police [who
started storming the park searching for the commission]...!


	Dick and Kyle returned to his car [which was still stuck in traffic
backup]...!  "My REAL Is unknown..." admitted Kyle, as he and Dick got back
into his convertible...! "...but my adoptive parents called me `Kyle
Clayton'...! I don't know WHO my real parents are, or WHERE my powers come
from..., -but I have latent telepathic abilities, as well as precognitive
vision...! I sprout wings to fly..., and I have the unearthly ability to
vanquish the unnatural, such as those gargoyles...! I've spent years trying
to find my REAL parents and get some `sense' of WHO I am..., but could
never find anything substantial!"


"Maybe I can help...?" suggested Dick!


"How...?" questioned Kyle, curiously! "ARE you a cop...?"


"Better...!" smiled Greyson, having ties to one of the greatest detectives
of all...!
