Trials and Tribulations 03

Harry was sleeping when I came back to the hospital room from the
hallway conference with the doctor. He reported on Harry's progress, which
was extremely good and encouraging. The word now was that Harry might
leave the hospital earlier than planned. Each counseling session was
getting a bit easier now that Harry was on anti-depression meds. They
appeared to be doing him good and I was glad of that. Arthur Weasley
looked up from the papers he had spread out on the table in the corner when
I came in.

"Doc says Harry is doing better than expected. He could be out of
here by Saturday if Peters and the rest of the staff agree to it," I said.

Arthur smiled. "Now that is good news."

"I agree. The last two sessions with Dudley there were hard ones
but I think both of them made some progress in understanding each other.
Dudley's more than proved himself on a few occasions at Hogwarts," I said.

"So I've heard. That chandelier is no lightweight," Arthur said.
"How Draco managed to wiggle out of that one is beyond me."

"I'm still trying to figure out that one. I'll tell you one thing
and that Dudley was downright scary when he got pissed off at Snape," I
said, the image of Dudley coming up off the floor and snarling at Snape
still fresh in my mind.

Arthur sighed and turned back to his papers as I looked over to the
bed. Harry certainly had been through a lot in the last two months.
Hopefully the rest of the school year would be kinder. I walked over and
gently kissed him on the cheek. He moved a bit and a slight smile crossed
his face. He knew I had just kissed him.

                                *****

Three floors above another kind of meeting was taking place over
another patient. Voldemort watched as Zach Adams slammed back down on the
floor once more and smiled cruelly as he watched the painful expression
cross the boy's face. Voldemort bent over the prostrate teen.

"Oopsie! Did we fall down, go boom? Aw, so sorry," Voldemort
mocked the crying boy. "Crucio."

Zach suddenly started thrashing about on the floor, his mouth wide
open in a soundless scream. Voldemort had removed his ability to speak.
He didn't want to alert anyone he was in here just yet. He stood there and
watched the thrashing teen before stopping the curse. Trickles of blood
and saliva came from the teen's open mouth as he lay there. Voldemort
smiled in satisfaction as he nodded to the three men with him.

"Gentlemen, you may... amuse yourselves," he said as he sat on the
bed.

The three men grinned as they advanced on the terrified teen.

                                *****

I slipped into bed with a book for the evening. Peters and the
other doctors had given their permission once they knew of our relationship
thinking my being there would help Harry's recovery. Fletcher arrived for
the evening watch and he stationed himself outside the door. Both of us
settled on tonight's password and he knew everyone on the staff very well.
I was glad to have him there. I sat up and started reading as Harry put
his arm across my stomach and snuggled up to me. I ran my fingers through
his hair for a moment and then turned to my book. I had found it in the
Hogwarts' library and was reading it as extra credit for Snape's class. We
had come to a kind of understanding since the discussion in the Gryffindor
commons room. In private we shared information, but in public we were
civil to each other, trading the occasional barb at each other. Rumor had
it there was a pool going around as to who would get in the last word at
the end of the day, which greatly amused Snape and me. Sometimes he would,
and sometimes I would. But we never got violent. That had been the
agreement between both of us. One that made Dumbledore happy. We were too
important to the cause.

                                  *****

Up in Zach's room the three men stepped away from the naked
shivering teen as one zipped his pants up. Voldemort smiled.

"Well done, men. Now I shall leave this with him to... comfort
him," he smiled evilly as he dropped a teddy bear on the floor.

He waved his wand around the naked boy and the teddy, repeating a
complex charm and curse. It must have worked, because Zach reached for the
teddy and as he touched it, began screaming silently. Voldemort and his
men laughed quietly.

"I love it when a curse works so well," he chuckled. "He'll never
let that teddy go. It's charmed to be attached to him for the rest of his
days. The further it gets from him the more pain he will suffer. The
curse will allow him to remember all of what we did to him. He now has his
eternal punishment."

Voldemort and his men laughed as they exited the teen's room and closed the
door, leaving a raving lunatic behind them. Once they were down the hall,
Voldemort cancelled the silence spell. They heard Zach clear down to the
next floor and Voldemort smiled brightly.

"Ah, such sweet music. Now shall we pay a visit to Potter and his
beloved?" he asked his men.

The three men adjusted their masks and Voldemort saw their smiles.

"We should go calling much more often. I miss this," Voldemort
sighed as he swept into the elevator. "Alert our people. Time to make
ourselves known."

                                *****

I had fallen asleep. I woke up when the book fell out of my hands
and I looked around. I glanced at the table to see a huge rat sitting
there. I reacted, slapping a large jar over the rat and then closing the
lid on it, screwing it on tight enough. Then I put an Unbreakable spell on
it, effectively trapping the rat. To say it went ballistic would be the
wrong word. It started banging on the glass with front paws, one silver
and the other normal. I held the glass jar up and blinked. Rats didn't
have silver paws. Before I could look any further there was a great
screaming in the hall. I dropped the jar into the drawer in the nightstand
next to the bed and closed the drawer. I jumped out of bed and went into
Getsumi no Michi in a heartbeat, both Katana and Wakizaki drawn. I felt
the magical energy rippling through them and me. I felt the darkness
coming and I knew who it was.

"Voldemort," Harry said from behind me.

I felt him at my back, his spirit blazing bright with powerful
light.

"No emotions. No anger. No hate. Let not those things touch you,
Harry. Let the light flow through you. Let it be the one to stop him," I
advised.

I heard the sounds of battle get closer, and then stop. Fletcher
and Mad Eye Moody slowly backed into the room, their wands out at the
ready. A masked man stepped in first, a nurse in his arm and a knife at
her throat. Voldemort walked in behind him with three more masked men
behind him, one holding Molly Weasley. I felt Harry's spirit waver.

"Harry. Control. Relax. She's just fine right now. Let's hear
him out," I suggested, whispering to Harry.

"Good advice, boy. Keep your wand where I can see it. Tell your
boyfriend to relax," Voldemort smiled as he pulled his hood off.

"Dude, you need to shoot your dentist," I wisecracked. "He ain't
helping your appearance any."

Voldemort snarled. "You think you are so funny, don't you boy?"

Harry laughed. "He is funny. David's a natural comedian."

Voldemort stared at Harry for a moment. "Harry, Harry, Harry. How
many times have I told you that you are mine?"

Harry put his arms around my neck and sighed. "Sorry, but I'm
spoken for all ready. You'll have to find your own boyfriend."

Fletcher snorted in laughter at that.

"I didn't come here to be insulted!" Voldemort screamed.

	"Touchy, ain't he?" I asked.

"Perhaps he needs the medications more than I do," Harry observed.
"He'd be a lot happier fellow."

I could see Voldemort getting wound up, his body trembling with rage
as I saw his face get purple red. Time to get down to business.

"So why are you here?" I asked. "Visiting hours are over."

He smiled. "I wanted to see Potter, to make sure he is recovering
nicely. I never gave the brat my blessing to hurt Potter. I am the one to
do that. I started with his parents, and I intend for him to suffer as I
remove from him each and every person he calls friends. You, dear David,
will die a slow lingering death in front of him just before I remove his
life. I will enjoy watching him on his knees screaming as your life slowly
flows out of your body between his fingers. Then I shall torture him ever
so slowly before I tire of him and remove his life permanently."

"You wish," Harry determined voice said. "One day we will meet.
Two men meet, one man leaves."

Voldemort bowed, "Of course. That is the only way it could ever be,
young Potter. We will meet. I shall leave your bloody mangled body
behind."

"Like I said, you wish," Harry snapped.

Voldemort laughed, his head going back. "Oh Harry, you delight me
with your false courage. That shall do you no good. I will win in the
end. I am older and more powerful than you. Heed my words. Now I must
leave. I will leave these delightful wenches at the door unharmed. You
have my word on that."

With that Voldemort turned on his heel and strode out the door. The
visit was over.

Harry collapsed into my arms and I laid him back on the bed. I was
wiped, but I needed to know if the women were unharmed. Molly came racing
in the door moments later with Arthur on her heels.

"Harry!" she cried. "Are you all right?"

Harry wrapped his arms around the redheaded woman. "I'm okay, Mum."

She sighed and so did I. The door opened once more and Peters, the
doctor, Fletcher, Mad Eye Moody and Fudge entered.

"Molly," Albus said softly. "I do believe Harry needs to breathe."

There were chuckles all around as Molly released Harry. He sank back
onto his pillows. It was then I became aware of a tapping sound.

"Hello! What is that?" Moody asked.

I suddenly remembered the jar in the nightstand. "Oh. I caught a
large rat on the small table before Voldemort came calling."

I noted the anger on Fudge's face. "There is no Voldemort!" he
bellowed.

I stared him into silence as I reached into the drawer for the jar. I
raised it in the air.

"Most curious about this rat," I said. "It has a silver paw."

Harry reacted, reaching for the jar and grabbing it out of my hands.

"PETTIGREW!" Harry screamed in rage. "I'M GONNA KILL YOU!"

He raised the jar to smash it on the floor but I reacted speedily,
getting the jar first as I reached for Harry and planted him back in his
bed. I used a finger to manipulate a nerve and he slumped down in the bed.
Albus reached for the jar as Fletcher fire walled for a group of Aurors.
They were there in seconds. Fudge definitely reacted, trying to grab the
jar from Albus and going for his wand at the same time. I was faster,
bringing up Wakizaki up beneath his nose.

"Drop the wand, and let go of Albus," I said softly as the Aurors
reacted, yanking their wands out and pointing them at Fudge and me.

Fudge dropped his wand. It was picked up by one of the Aurors.

"I had my doubts for a long time, considering how badly Fudge kept
spinning in regards to the Death Eaters and Voldemort. His actions just
now confirmed something to me," I said, reaching for his left arm and
yanking his sleeve back.

All of us stared at the Dark Mark.

The next morning Harry and I appeared at the Ministry. We took a
back door in to avoid the crowds in front. We went to the courtroom where
the Wizengamot had called a session. Percy Weasley sat there a broken man.
He turned to see me and Harry enter first. He rose and looked at us.

"I am a foolish man to have believed him. Now I have paid a great
price for my following him. After today I am quitting," he said softly.

"No you won't. The Wizarding World needs you more than ever. It's
time to do the right thing," Harry said.

We looked to the door when we heard it open. The Weasley Clan was
walking in.

"There's your first step," I said.

Percy nodded to me and walked up to his family. I watched them go
into a side room and close the door behind them. Hagrid was the next to
walk in.

"Hagrid, can you go over to that door and make sure nobody walks in
on the Weasleys?" Harry asked. "Percy is in there with them and they are
talking."

Hagrid grinned as he walked over to the door and stood in front of
it. McGonagall had been behind Hagrid and smiled at the news.

"That's good to hear," she said. "It's what we need to start the
rebuilding process. But it will be a long road."

I sighed, "That it will be."

The room started to fill up with spectators and court members. I
saw a dark colored dog slip in and take cover under a seat and I knew who
it was. Harry grinned when he saw the dog and then turned to me.

"This is going to be an interesting day," he said.

That proved to be an understatement.

Court opened with a statement from Albus, describing the
circumstances that led to Harry's being at St. Mungo's. Then he sat down.
There was no defense lawyer for both Fudge and Peter. The High Judge
ordered them brought in. The glass jar containing Peter and a chained up
Fudge were brought in. Albus asked me to remove the spells from the jar
and I did so as a group of Aurors stood with wands drawn. Peter regained
his normal form and was quickly strapped down into the chair. One of the
court officials stepped forward with a small vial and poured it down
Peter's throat. Peter Pettigrew shook for a moment and then started
talking. He didn't let up for nearly an hour, telling everything. Nobody
had to ask him anything, he told it all, even about a secret plot on
Percy's life and Percy paled. Then it was Fudge's turn. He spent another
hour talking just as good as Peter Pettigrew had. In the end both were
sentenced to the Dementor's Kiss. Both of the dark cloaked specters glided
forward and as both men screamed for mercy, kissed both of them. When they
backed off, it was clear to all that nobody lived upstairs anymore. The
two men were removed and escorted away.

"We declare Sirius Black innocent of all charges. Albus
Dumbledore, is there a way to find him so that we can bestow upon him a
pardon and ask for forgiveness?" Susan Bones asked.

Albus smiled as the dog came into view and changed into Sirius
Black. People in the courtroom applauded as Sirius and Harry hugged each
other. I was happy to see that the man was free once more. Once the
courtroom settled back down once more, Sirius gave his testimony, proving
beyond a shadow of a doubt it had been Peter's doing all along.

"What are your plans now?" the High Judge asked.

Sirius smiled. "Get to know my Godson Harry and try to make up for
the times I wasn't able to be there."

"Good," the man smiled. "We shall release to you everything you
ever owned."

Albus stepped forward. "I am offering Sirius Black a job as an
instructor for the Defense Against The Dark Arts at Hogwarts if he so
wishes to take the post."

Sirius turned. "I accept. Anything to be close to Harry and
David."

"Ah, so you accept the fact that these two young men are a couple?"
the High Judge asked Sirius.

"Doesn't bother me a bit," Sirius smiled.

That ended the court session right there.

	                             *****

Voldemort crumpled up the Daily Prophet and screamed in rage. He
drew his wand and began hexing people left and right. The assembled Death
Eaters broke rank and fled before his terrible rage. Snape remained on one
knee as Voldemort turned to him, wand pointed at his back.

"Tell me Severus, why I should not curse you into oblivion and back
a half dozen times?" Voldemort screamed, his chest heaving.

"It is your right, Master, to do what you wish. But do not forget,
one day you shall be victorious over the Potter brat, and over all of the
Wizarding World and beyond," Snape said softly.

Voldemort lowered his wand, "Very well said, my faithful servant.
Yes, one day I shall be victorious over all, and the Potter brat's bones
shall be my throne!"

Snape felt ice cold deep in the core of his being. Now he knew more
than ever that his mission for the Order of the Phoenix was far too
important. He knew he had to succeed. Voldemort patted Snape on the head.
"Go now. Await my call, my faithful."

"By your command, my Master," Snape bowed once more, took three
steps back and turned to leave.

As he left he watched Lucius Malfoy scream as the Crucio curse was
cast on him and he shivered in fear.

                                *****

It was a few days later that Harry and I were back at Hogwarts.
Harry looked very happy to be back and truth be told I was very happy to be
back. I had no idea what was to happen next, but whatever it was, Harry
and I knew we had friends watching our backs. Everywhere we went it seemed
someone was in a hall or doorway watching us. I later learned that many of
the students in the school decided to start watching Harry and me a bit
more closely. But they also respected our wishes for privacy when we
wanted it. That pissed off Malfoy big time. He tried to use his prefect
status to order people out of the area anytime he wanted to attack us but
it never worked. Somehow another prefect would mysteriously appear at the
right time and Harry and the other prefect would override Malfoy. It was
so satisfying to see him slink off in anger.

The first night back Harry and I were standing in the hallway
waiting for Ron and Hermione so we could go to dinner together. I looked
up to see Gryffindor House approaching.

Fred grinned at Harry. "Would you so kindly lead us in, old chap?"

I laughed out loud at Fred's exaggerated use of the English accent
and Harry grinned.

"Be my pleasure, you old sod," he shot back in a Cockney accent
that cracked the rest of us up.

I saw Malfoy hissing at us as he went past us. I grinned as Fred
and George snarled at him and he quickened his steps into the dining hall.
Harry turned and headed for the Great Doors as Gryffindor House fell in
behind in two rows, me at Harry's right shoulder and Ron at Harry's left
shoulder. We marched in and the other houses turned to watch. We all
stopped at our places and Ron turned to face Albus.

"Sir, Gryffindor House is all present and accounted for," he said,
and then the Gryffindor House shout rang around the Great Hall.

Albus Dumbledore rose, a bright twinkle in his eyes as McGonagall
nodded to us.

"I am pleased to see a House united once more. Gryffindor House
has been beset by many trials and tribulations and yet it manages to
survive every trial intact. This is perhaps the finest example of House
Unity I can find. My hope is that one day all of Hogwarts will be united
when the ultimate trial comes," Dumbledore said. "For the display of Unity
and strength, I award Gryffindor House one hundred points."

There was much cheering, high fives, hand shaking, and backslapping.
Then Ron Weasley stepped forward.

"Sir, I hereby request to be allowed to return the post of House
Prefect to its rightful owner, Harry James Potter. He is far more suited
for the post than I," Ron said.

Harry turned to face Ron. "Are you sure?"

"Yes. It's yours, Harry. You deserve it more than I," Ron said.

Ron took the badge off his robe and pinned it on Harry's robe.
Harry looked down at the badge and then looked back up at Ron. I saw
something in his eyes and knew he was getting emotional.

"Ronald Weasley, you have been my friend through everything we've
been through together. I'll never forget this. We will be friends forever
as long as we both shall live," Harry said, and threw his arms around his
best friend.

If there was ever a moment that best demonstrated the power of a
friendship, that was it. The hall glowed brightly for that moment and then
Albus cleared his throat.

"I think this speaks volumes and much better than I ever could," he
said.

He was right, too.

The party in the Gryffindor commons room ran late. At the end it
was me with Harry, Hermione, and the Weasleys. We talked of this and that
until we decided it was time for us to turn in. Since prefects had their
own rooms, Harry and I would be sharing a room together. Harry led me to
our room and we walked inside. There were dozens of small candles
everywhere in the room. Dobby came out of the bathroom and saw us standing
there. He nodded to us once and then disappeared. We were alone. I
peeked into the bathroom to see a bathtub already prepared. I grinned as I
turned to Harry.

"The bath awaits, my love," I said.

We undressed each other and got in together. We sat in the tub and
spend time washing each other. I could see pleasure in Harry's eyes as I
touched him gently and tenderly. Our eyes met and then we kissed; his lips
against mine. I shivered from the intensity of the feelings.

"Love you," Harry whispered as he laid his head on my chest.

I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him close. "Love you, my
prince."

Harry smiled at that and then rose out of the bath. He took my hand
and helped me to my feet. We took time in drying each other off, turning
it into foreplay. Harry led the way to the bed, and we both got in and
snuggled up to each other. I felt his hands gently explore my body as mine
explored his. I felt my cock suddenly being engulfed by his mouth as his
cock appeared in front of me. I took his in my mouth and we began sucking
each other off. We took the time to give each other pleasure before we
settled to and really sucked each other off. I felt his cock swell up
slightly and then he was cumming. A second later, so was I. We snuggled
up together our lips pressed together in a passionate kiss, tasting each
other's offering to the other. There was nothing said, because we had
expressed it all in that moment. We went to sleep a moment later, Harry in
my arms with a smile on his face.

I woke the next morning to see Harry watching me with those
brilliant emerald green eyes. I smiled at him.

	"Sleep well, love?" I asked.

       Harry smiled. "Yes."

I felt his hand on my hard six inches and knew what he wanted. I
relaxed as he sat on my thighs for a moment, slicking up my cock with
lubricant. He rose up and then came back down, my cock at his entry. I
felt my cockhead slowly open him up and sink into him. I closed my eyes
and shivered in ecstasy. Harry kept sinking down on my cock until all of
my six inches were deep inside him.

"We are joined once more in love," Harry whispered.

"Forever joined," I said as I took his hands into mine and rose up
enough to kiss him without coming out of him.

"Forever joined," Harry agreed, returning the kiss.

I lie back down and let Harry take over. Harry slowly rose and fell
on my cock until I couldn't hold back anymore. I shivered as I ejaculated
deep inside of him. I could see tears falling down Harry's face and then I
felt my own tears on my face. Harry didn't miss a beat once I finished my
orgasm. He slipped off me, raised my legs, and slipped his cock into me.
I felt his cockhead open me up and then slowly sink deep into me. He
started to make love to me once he was completely inside of me. I felt his
cock moving in and out of me until he had his own orgasm inside of me.

I held him in my arms as we rest from our lovemaking. Harry kisses
me and I kiss him. Then we get out of bed a few minutes later and shower
together, dressing each other, and then leaving our room.

"Morning mate," Ron said as we sat down to breakfast.

Hermione as usual in buried inside the Daily Prophet, the Twins are
plotting something, and the Great Hall is awash in chatter. I pick up a
cup of tea and sip it slowly as I gauge the mood inside the hall. All of
the Houses except for Slytherin House are in a good mood this morning. I
resolve to work out double tomorrow morning. I glance over at the
Slytherin House table and I get nasty looks in return.

I wonder if Pansy Parkinson has crossed over again and then decide
it could be an act. I do hope the girl has her escape plan ready in the
event that she is to get her Dark Mark. I cannot help but feel there is
one more event yet to happen. I turn back to my breakfast and to see
Hermione hand me the paper. The headlines are big as they describe the
events of last week.

Clan Weasley has every right to strut around proudly now as Arthur
had been voted to the post of Minister of Magic. Percy is standing proudly
behind his father as his assistant. The Weasley Clan is united once more
and I am happy to see Ron, Ginny, and the Twins walking around with big
smiles on their faces. Couldn't happen to a better bunch of folks.

Sirius Black sits up at the staff table looking like a new man.
Amazing what time in a barbershop and a set of new clothes can do for a
man. I get the feeling his class will be interesting.

DADA was interesting, and got off to a real bang. Naturally Malfoy
started it and I jumped into it with both feet. Malfoy made the comment
that purebloods were better at magic and I jumped in with the comment that
magic had nothing to do with breeding. The debate went back and forth
until Sirius stopped it.

"Malfoy is wrong and David is right. Magic is hereditary, just
like every thing else is. Nobody can tell if you will have it or not, or
how strong it will be inside of you. Fifty points to both for a lively
debate," Sirius said and then started talking about the Unforgivable
curses.

Malfoy snarled at me and I smiled. I turned my attention to Sirius
and listened to the lecture. He was hitting the serious subjects and I
knew there was good reason for it. Only time would tell.

Dudley joined us for dinner. He had finally come to terms with his
magic and was doing very well in his subjects once the Weasleys helped him
get up to speed. He was looking better and beginning to look fit. Amazing
how a person can change when given the chance to.

"Hullo Harry," Dudley smiled. "Glad to see you up and about."

Harry turned and took Dudley's hand and shook it. "Good to see you.
I hear you're just about up to snuff?"

Dudley grinned. "It's amazing what one can learn here."

       Harry laughed, "Oh for sure!"

I stepped back and watched the cousins talking. There was a big
difference in Dudley now and I couldn't believe he was the same person.
The sessions with Peters had done them both a world of good and that made
me happy. I went into the hall and sat down at my usual place and waited
for Harry to show. He and Dudley sat down a moment later and the food
appeared out of nowhere. I read a chapter or two of the Transfiguration
book while eating. An owl appeared in the hall and dropped a Daily Prophet
on my plate. I reached for it wondering why it was delivering this late at
night. The headlines stopped me cold.

	"Lucius Malfoy Arrested!

A squad of Aurors arrested Lucius Malfoy this morning as he arrived
for work at the Ministry on charges of being a spy for You-Know-Who,
conspiring against Ministry Officials, Murder, conspiring to contract
murder, and so forth. The Malfoy Mansion and the Malfoy Fortune is now in
the hands of the Ministry Officials," I read out loud.

There was dead silence in the hall. People turned to see how Draco
was taking it. He rose from his seat, dark fury on his face. He stalked
over to the Weasleys.

"I'll get you rats if it's the last thing I do," he snarled. "Your
precious Daddy certainly didn't waste time framing my father for crimes he
didn't commit."

Draco turned and stormed out of the hall. I knew trouble was
coming. It wouldn't be long before something would happen.

I sat in the commons room with a cup of tea as I thought about the
new problem before us. According to Percy, Arthur had stacks of parchment
proving Lucius's involvement in nearly every Death Eater attack that had
occurred, four different murder plots including the one on Percy's life and
his involvement in two attacks on Harry's life. I wondered if Draco really
knew what his father was. Was he reacting like that because he had finally
seen the truth for himself? I didn't know. I wasn't sure what to believe.
I could speculate all I wanted, but I wouldn't know anything. I decided to
wait and see what would happen next.

What happened next was unbelievable. Slytherin House slowly turned
against Draco Malfoy. He became an outcast literally overnight. Fred
eventually found out through his sources that Malfoy was blaming Harry for
everything, and Slytherin House was blaming Draco for a bunch of the
Slytherin House student's parents getting busted. Draco had been marked as
an squealer. Then Harry approached Draco and offered him sanctuary in our
flat and Draco cussed him out. A few mornings later Draco was found beaten
up behind the Quidditch stands. I watched the staff carry Draco up to the
hospital wing. This was getting serious now.

                             *****

Voldemort was out of control. Snape stood shivering in his boots as
Voldemort went on a tirade over the recent events.

                              *****

As it stood Voldemort's chances of taking control of the Wizarding
World had just been reduced to nearly nothing. He was seriously pissed
about that one. Fudge had been his key to a plan of taking over and I had
disconnected that one. Oh he definitely was a very unhappy fellow. Snape
later told us that Voldemort had decided on a strategic retreat for now and
go someplace for a while and think things through.

"Does that mean we will get some peace and quiet for some time?" I
asked Snape as he took a drink of his whiskey.

Snape set his mug down. "Yes. That also might reduce the pressure
and stress a bit around here."

"That's going to be a bit difficult, considering that Slytherin
House now wants to pound Draco into the ground every chance they get due to
the fact that they believe the rumor that Lucius Malfoy sold out their
parents," I said.

Snape sighed. "Hearing that didn't make me happy. Next chance I
get I'll see what I can do to get Draco off Voldemort's shit list, of which
you and Harry currently own the number one spot on his list."

I snorted. "Gee, I feel so good knowing I'm on his shit list."

Snape grimaced. "That is not a joke, David."

"Did I say it was?" I asked. "No I didn't."

"Boys, boys," Albus chided, "This is not the time to restart your
feud."

"Sorry sir," both of us said in unison.

I stood up and exited the Headmaster's office and went down the
revolving steps to the gargoyle and found Ron standing there.

"David is Harry with you?" he asked.

I looked at Ron. "No. He told me he was going to the library to
study for a bit. I was to meet him there."

Both of us went up to the library and found the place empty. Madame
Pince informed us she hadn't seen Harry all day. I assumed the Lotus
position and let my spirit loose to search for Harry and did not find his.
Harry was missing.

Harry opened his eyes and knew he was somewhere else. He looked up
to see a man sitting in a chair in front of what seemed like a cage.

"Well, well, well. Mr. Potter has finally woken up. Good. You
have been found guilty of interfering with the Minister's Office,
specifically Minister Fudge. Your sentence is to be painfully punished in
the worst manner possible," the man said.

	"Who are you?" Harry asked.

The man smiled. "Your worst nightmare, Harry."

"Voldemort already earned that honor," Harry snapped.

"Voldemort is a pussy, a can't cunt idiot who loves to play with
snakes, people, and himself in a mirror, not necessarily in that order. I
am a thousand times worse than him," the man said. "I will give you two
hours to consider your fate before I return to carry out your sentence."

He stood up and turned on the lights in the room. Harry's blood
turned to ice as he saw the fearsome torture devices. The man smiled.

"Yes, you will feel some of these things. You'll love them," he
cackled as he walked out of the room.

"Asshole," Harry muttered once he calmed down. "Now here's where I
find out if David's teaching me how to open locks pays off."

Harry reached down into his Doc martin boots and retrieved a small
piece of wire and went to work on the lock on his cage door. He had it
open in two minutes and he listened carefully before moving out of the
cage. He smiled to himself. So far so good. He got out of the cage and
moved through the room and past some of the tables. He shivered at the
sight of some of the tables. A few looked like they still had blood on
them. Harry made it to the door and opened it slowly. Beyond it was a
hall. Harry stepped into the hall and closed the door behind him. He
started jogging down the hall. He knew escape from this place wouldn't be
easy. He was glad he had his wand with him.

I left the hospital room after talking to Draco. He certainly was
no help. Harry had to be someplace. I turned to see Marcus Flint standing
there in the hall.

"I hear your boyfriend is missing," he smiled evilly.
"Unfortunately Slytherin House had nothing to do with his disappearance.
If you recall we were in classes most of the day and the House Quidditch
team was on the pitch."

I fought back the urge to damage more of his already broken teeth.
He walked up to me and grinned once more.

"Unlike some cowards we both know, I am dedicated to the mighty
Lord Voldemort," he said.

"Word has it he's slinked off to his snake hole to go play with
himself and try to put a few of his dead brain cells together to create
another attack plan," I said, needling him a little.

That worked really well. Marcus snarled as he raised a fist.

"Voldemort hates fags, just like I do," he snarled. "I'd love
nothing more than to pound you into the dirt, just like I did with Draco,
the big faggot."

"Too bad you didn't sell tickets to the spectacle. The Weasley
Clan would have bought the box seats," I said. "Next time you beat the
shit out of someone make sure you're not wearing the family ring.
Dumbledore knows you did most of the work on Draco. Personally I don't
care why you worked him over. I just want to know where Harry is."

Marcus laughed. "You don't scare me."

I looked up at him. "You will be," I said softly.

Marcus backed up a little and turned to run when something slammed
into his face from nowhere. Pansy Parkinson came around the corner,
dropping the chunk of wood.

"Thank God, it's you," she said. "I've got something to tell you."

She spent the next half hour telling me of a new man in town that
was a thousand times worse that Voldemort. This guy appeared not more than
twenty-four hours ago and was leaving a trail of bodies behind him, many of
them key members of the Ministry.

"The reason I know this is from the talk I heard from the others.
This guy... just killed my father," she sobbed.

I took her into my arms and hugged her close. There was no way she
was making this up. She was telling me the truth and I knew it. I
escorted her out of Slytherin territory and into Gryffindor.

"She needs asylum," I said to Hermione. "Her father is dead,
killed by the new guy in town."

Hermione led the girl to her room and I turned to Ron. Ron nodded,
knowing that I was about to go hunting. I went to the room Harry and I
shared and suited up. It was time.

I left a letter for Dumbledore, explaining the reason behind my
disappearance and what Pansy had told me. I knew within twenty-four hours
all of Slytherin House would know that Pansy had jumped ship. I wondered
if this guy was gunning for Voldemort. Too many questions, not enough
answers. Hopefully I would find some answers. I listened to the talk in
the hallways as I slipped through the shadows, centering on Harry, the new
developments in the Wizarding World, and what the new Ministry would or
should be doing. This was now going way beyond a demented schoolboy's
revenge. This whole thing smelled of an adult at the wheel of the new
terror show.

I had studied the Marauder's Map for possible clues and found one
possible exit out of Hogwarts. The hidden Chamber of Secrets. It was the
only possible way out of Hogwarts. I went into Moaning Myrtle's bathroom
to find her floating aimlessly about.

	"Hello darling," I smiled.

She floated down to me, "Nice to see you."

We turned as the sink broke away to reveal the opening. I smiled
and jumped in.

Harry moved through the shadows, keeping to the wall and
controlling his breathing. He slowed and stopped at an intersection and
waited. A man moved into view and then disappeared. He didn't hear
anything else and kept himself in the shadows before he moved once more,
carefully following his training. Harry was still thinking about the man,
going over in his mind as to who it might be. He needed some clue that
would help.

"Damn," he swore. "This is going to be harder than I thought."

Harry stopped at another four way and pressed his back against the
wall. He tried to clear his mind and think.

"Leaving so soon?" a voice whispered into his ear before Harry
passed out.

The man dressed all in black giggled as he picked up Harry's body and
carried him off.

I stopped at the caved in tunnel. That way was dead. I swore and
then headed back up. I needed another way out. Myrtle sighed and smiled
at me as I came out.

"You're so cute," she said. "I can see why Harry loves you so."

I smiled up at her. "I hope you had the chance to discover love before you
passed on."

Myrtle smiled. "Oh yes," she sighed. "Toby McGuire, he took me to
the Valentine Dance and then we, well, we did something."

"Anything you ever tell me will never be told anywhere else," I
said.

"I'll tell you sometime what it was like from a woman's view.
Right now I feel a strong disturbance in the castle's magic," she said.

"Thanks, dear heart," I said, speeding out of the girl's bathroom.

Racing into the hall I could hear the intruder alarms going off. I was
deep in Getsumi no Michi and I could feel exactly what she was talking
about. The other kids crowded the halls I needed to get down so I created
the illusion of a smaller hall which helped me get past everyone quickly.
Once out into the main staircase, I could hear Madame Pomfrey screaming
from the hospital wing. I looked down over the side of a moving set of
stairs to see four black clad figures moving fast. One of them had
something over the shoulders. Without thinking twice, I jumped over the
side and fell towards the main floor where the first Great doors were.
There was something planned to my freefall, touching and stepping on things
on the walls and other floating staircases to control my fall. I actually
beat the intruders to the main floor and I drew my Katana as the four
figures stopped in front of me. One lunged at me.

	"Die!" he yelled.

The battle was on. I can't really tell you what happened, only that
I was constantly moving, blocking sword thrusts and spells while pressing
an attack of my own, both magical and physical. I realized that these four
people were men, and the bundle on the one man's shoulder was Draco. I
managed to get close enough to slip a tracker onto Draco before getting
shoved back by the man who was carrying him. As two of the men fought me,
the man with Draco and another man slipped out the Front Great Doors and
down the steps. I managed to knock one cold as the other one I was
fighting turned and ran out the door. By the time I turned to follow, he
was gone and so were the two who got out. I stepped back and turned to the
one on the floor just in time to see him foaming at the mouth. Shit. The
bastard just committed suicide.

"David?" Ron asked. "Are you okay?"

I looked up to see nearly every student crowding the rails. No
doubt they had seen the fight. I swore.

"I'm fine, Ron. Accio battle pack!" I called out.

A moment later a black pack came hurtling down from the Gryffindor
tower floor and stopped in front of me. I opened a pocket and retrieved
the tracking computer and turned it on. The signal was coming in strong.
I slung the pack on and hung the Katana on it and turned to Dumbledore.

"They are headed for Hogsmeade, sir. I'll follow them while you
assemble a combat team. Hermione will be my point of contact," I said,
flipping her a mobile phone. "Hermione, pound sign and then one."

I was out the door and back into Getsumi no Michi in a heartbeat. I
followed the signal to the edge of Hogsmeade and then slipped a cloak on
over my ninja suit and pack, giving me a hunchbacked appearance. I picked
up a thick stick and covered my face and walked slowly along the road into
the town. The signal was headed for what people called the Shrieking
Shack. Harry had told me the story behind it once. Nobody dared to go
near it, even though Lupin hadn't used it in ages. It even had a tunnel
going from it to the school grounds. I perched on the edge of a bench and
fed a few of the birds as the signal stopped inside the shack. Then it
disappeared.

Harry woke up one more, his body in pain. He shifted in what was a
chair and then realized he was strapped to it.

"Getting goddamn tired of this," Harry mumbled to himself.

His vision slowly came into focus and he found himself in a brightly
lit room. He looked around the room in amazement. It looked just like a
nursery. Harry looked down at himself and discovered he was wearing a
sleeper that zipped up from his crotch to his neck. It had all kinds of
baby motifs on it. He realized the chair he was sitting in was a high
chair. He tugged at his bonds and discovered that he was completely
trapped. He slowly became aware of something leather around his neck. He
looked up as a man walked into the room and set something onto the table in
the far corner. Harry tried to say something but all that came out was
garbled words. Harry fought down his panic.

"Don't worry, little baby. You'll have your new playmate in a few
minutes," the man cooed.

He walked over with the bundle in his hands and set it into another
high chair next to him and strapped it in. Harry realized it was Draco.
Draco looked like hell, his bruises and face completely swollen. Someone
really had worked him over.

"Oh shit," Harry swore in his mind.

He realized he could still think intelligently, but not talk right.
Draco made noise as he slowly came round. He raised his head and looked at
Harry. He read surprise and shock in the smaller boy's face.

"What the hell is next?" Harry thought.

As if answering his question, the man before them removed his black
mask and the black cloak to reveal none other than Lucius Malfoy. Harry
felt his nuts draw up into him in fear. Lucius smiled at them, a loopy
kind of smile and then began skipping around the room, stopping long enough
to fluff up the pillows in the cribs. He sat down in front of them and
smiled once more.

"Oh I am so glad to have my babies with me once more. I have done
the one thing that useless tyrant Moldy could never do, and that is to stop
you for good!" Lucius said as he raised his hands and then he broke out in
wild laughter.

Harry felt his skin crawl as he looked over at Draco. Draco
shivered in fear as he looked at Harry.

"Oh you little ones must be hungry. By the way, the leather
collars around your necks are to stop you both from talking to each other
and to keep you from using magic against me. But don't worry, Daddy will
take good care of you," he cooed.

Harry watched Lucius walk over to the counter in the far corner and
then he turned to Draco. He watched as Draco tried to talk, but couldn't.
Draco gave that up and tried to form words with him mouth. Harry smiled as
he realized that they still could communicate. Draco took the smile on
Harry's face as a good sign and kept going.

	"He's gone," Harry read.

Harry nodded in agreement. "We got to find a way out," Harry
mouthed.

Draco nodded. "Agreed," he mouthed back.

"But how?" Harry wondered to himself.

       That was a good question.

The minute the signal disappeared I was on my feet and around to
the back door and in. I managed to catch the last man before he could
Apparate out. I was lucky to have caught him without his wand in hand. It
took me less than two minutes to put the bastard down. I reached for the
cell and flipped it open.

	"Hello?" Hermione's voice came through.

"Shrieking Shack," I said and hung up.

Moments later Hermione, Ron, Dumbledore, McGonagall, Dudley, Snape,
and Sirius were there. Snape stood there and stared at the man before
looking up at us.

"Malfoy summer manor in Scotland," he reported.

I had forgotten Snape's ability to read people's thoughts. I rose.

"So how do we get there?" I asked.

Snape smiled. "I know where it is. I would suggest we floo into a
safe house in Scotland and then plan our next move from there."

We went back to Hogwarts through the secret tunnel and then up to
Dumbledore's office. I asked Snape for the location and the name of the
Safe house and flooed out immediately as Dumbledore handed out assignments
to the rest of the people present. I kept my mobile so I could contact
Hermione when I needed to. Time was now crucial.

                                *****

Voldemort stared wide eyed at Snape after the man delivered his
report. Snape kept his eyes down for fear of setting Voldemort off.

"HE DID WHAT! THAT ASSHOLE DID WHAT?" Voldemort screamed, the
veins in his neck bulging out.

Snape prayed for a quick death.

"HAS EVERYONE GONE AROUND THE FUCKING BEND ON ME?" Voldemort
screamed again.

"No, Master. I still stand by your side," Snape said softly. "I
know where my allegiance lies. It is shameful that those who should
support you have abandoned you in favor of a very demented man."

He listened to Voldemort's boots on the stone floor, coming close to
him.

"Raise your face to me, my faithful servant," Voldemort said
softly.

Snape raised his face and looked into Voldemort's eyes. Gone was the fiery
anger.

"Oh Severus, I am so glad you are still loyal to me. It warms my
heart to see and know that you still support me. Therefore you are now my
right hand man. You shall assume the place that Lucius no longer occupies.
He had clearly damaged my position in the Wizarding World and now he has to
die. He must be found," Voldemort said calmly.

"Malfoy summer manor in Scotland. David has gone there already,"
Snape informed him.

Voldemort nodded. "Good. I take it you are involved in the rescue
efforts?"

	"Yes master," Snape replied.

	"Good. Kill him," Voldemort ordered.

Snape smiled. "It would be my pleasure, my Master."

	                       *****

I viewed the manor through binoculars as the digital camera attached
sent pictures back to a laptop I left at the safe house for Hermione to
print out and share with the others. I didn't go in on my own even though
I could have very easily. The mobile in my pocket vibrated and I answered
it.

"Master Chen's Hot Dog Stand," I said.

"Abbey's Dress Shop," Hermione said as she chuckled. "The pictures
you are taking are fantastic! We've been able to put together an assault
plan based on the photos. Everyone's ready to go."

"Good. Up time is 0200, we meet at 0300, and the attack is at
0330. Make sure everyone is ready to go," I said.

"No worries. Snape is back and he has excellent news. Voldemort
wants Malfoy's blood," she said.

I snorted. "Why am I not surprised by that?"

"Arthur wants him alive," Hermione said.

"So flip a quid and decide. Life or death," I said.

There was a quiet pause. "You would," Hermione slowly said.

"Fate decides, Hermione. Sometimes it's the only way to stop the
evil. In the end, an evil man always destroys himself in the end," I said,
remembering what an old Chinese man had said to me once.

Another pause. I knew she was thinking about what I had just said.

"I know. I just wish..." she trailed off.

"Me too," I said. "See you later."

I closed the mobile and stared into the setting sun. I had often
questioned my life's directions and my actions and had never gotten clear
concise answers. I sighed and settled back into hiding and waited for zero
hour.

Draco and Harry were about to lose their minds. Lucius switched
gears every few seconds, changing back and forth from normalcy to bizarre
and back again. The diapers, baths, baby food, bottles, the sleepers, and
the cribs they could put up with, but not the constant baby talk that
Lucius directed at them. Harry watched Draco slam his head down on the
high chair tray and quickly wished the nightmare was over. Lucius pranced
over as Draco repeated the head bashing stunt once more.

"No, No, baby Draco! We must not do that," he said.

He scooped up Draco and carried him around the room for a moment.

"Ah, no wonder you're so cranky!" Lucius said, glancing at the
clock. "It's nearly eleven at night! Tired babies!"

With that he walked to the bathroom with Draco in his arms. Harry
listened as Draco cried out from the pain of his injuries. He tried to
free himself from the high chair he was trapped in but couldn't. He turned
to see Lucius carry Draco naked into the room from the bath. Lucius laid
Draco out on the change table and rub several lotions into his skin. Draco
closed his eyes and sighed in relief. Harry watched the nasty bruises fade
as they healed rapidly. Lucius fed Draco a potion to speed up the healing
process and then pin thick cloth diapers onto him, dress him in blue
plastic pants and a green sleeper with baby dragons on it and then place
Draco into his crib and lock the top securely. The he turned to Harry.

	"Your turn," he said brightly.

Harry shivered in fear as his nuts tried to retreat back into his
body.

I knew it was 0300. My internal clock told me and I moved from my
position to the meeting place I had setup. Everyone was there dressed all
in black. I listened to Hermione's plan and nodded. It was a good plan
and I said so. We had fifteen minutes to move into place and start the
attack. Ron appeared to be calm but his eyes said otherwise. Kid has
guts. The Twins nodded as they handed me a few colored smoke bombs and
other explosive devices. Dudley was slowly cracking his knuckles getting
ready to go. I knew he would prove himself tonight. Sirius, Snape, and
Fletcher nodded at me. I knew it was time. I nodded to them.

"Good hunting," I said, and moved out.

I started the attack right on the nose by climbing over the wall of
the manor and dropped right on top of a three man patrol. Suckers didn't
give me a chance to say hello, they went right to sleep on me. Jerks. I
took out the security at the main gate and Dumbledore took up position as
planned. He would be the one to cover our retreat. Dudley came up behind
me and both of us went into the manor through an open glass door. The
others would breach the place through other spots. Dudley and I
encountered some resistance but put them out of business quickly. The all
of a sudden the element of surprise went out the window as the lights began
popping on. Dudley and I didn't hesitate. We started taking down the
opposition left and right.

What Dudley didn't have in skill he made up for in strength. He'd
punch a man once, and the tango stayed down. We eventually found the room
that Draco and Harry were in and tried the door. It was locked, but that
didn't stop Dudley. He went through it like a Mack truck, pieces of wood
flying everywhere. Lucius popped out of nowhere, and before he had a
chance to reach for his wand, Dudley was on him like stink on a skunk.
First he knocked the man's wand away from him and then gave him a one-two
combination in the gut. Lucius folded over with a grunt as the lights came
on in the room. I followed up with a right spinning kick to his face as
Dudley ducked. I turned to fight a pair of tangos that raced into the
room, leaving Dudley to dance with Lucius. I took out the two men quickly
and turned to see Dudley plant a wicked haymaker into Lucius's face. The
man blinked once and then went down for good. The others raced into the
room as Dudley turned to the cribs. He hooked his fingers into the top of
Draco's crib and tried to pull the top off and couldn't do it.

	"No time," Sirius shouted.

I could hear running in the hall, coming closer. Dudley turned to
see another empty crib and tossed Lucius into it. Then he grabbed it and
started pushing it out of the room. Snape took Draco's crib while Sirius
took Harry's and followed Dudley out. The rest of us covered the retreat
to the gate. Dumbledore sauntered into the road behind us and used a pair
of wands to make sure nobody could follow us. Once we were clear of the
Anti-Apparating wards, we all disappeared. The mission was accomplished.

Harry and Draco were out of the hospital ward two days later. Both
of them would be seeing Peters for the rest of the school year, which was
another month. Draco and Harry had spent the two days talking about things
and ended up coming to some kind of truce. Once word of that got out, all
of Hogwarts breathed easier. I wondered just what would happen to Harry,
Dudley, Draco, and me once school ended.

"Simple. We buy a house on the edge of Hogsmeade close to the
school and just hang out with each other, House rivalry be damned," Draco
said.

"I'm planning on rebuilding Potter House once I graduate," Harry
said.

"Good. You should. I think Uncle James and Aunt Lily would want
you to," Dudley stated. "I'll donate a little Dursley money to the cause."

       Harry blinked. "You will?"

"Yup. According to the solicitor I saw last week, the house at
Number Four Privet Drive sold for a good price. The money has been locked
up for me in a secure account. Aunt Marge damn near had a load of kittens
over that," Dudley grinned.

"How did you get her to back off?" Harry asked.

	"One word. Lawsuit," Dudley grinned.

Draco laughed. "There's hope for you then."

I had to laugh. We talked a bit more before Madam Pomfrey shooed us
out for the night.

The night Draco and Harry rejoined us in the hall, Dumbledore rose
and the hall went quiet.

"Due to unforeseeable circumstances and the events of the year, the
Quidditch tournament had been cancelled. However, now that the danger has
passed, I have proposed something to the school staff and they agreed to it
immediately. Therefore, on behalf of the teachers and staff, I hereby
proclaim teachers challenging the students to a game of Quidditch, to be
played at the end of this month. The teachers will be McGonagall, Hooch,
Snape, Black, Sprout, and myself. All of you must pick your players by the
end of the week and inform me personally," Dumbledore said, and then sat
down as the buzz started.

As we exited the hall, there was a big table set up with the Weasley
Twins behind it. Draco stood there and looked at the table. There were
several boxes on the table each with a position written on it.

"It's simple," Fred said. "Write a name on a piece of parchment
and drop it in the proper box. Whoever gets the most votes plays that
post. No cheating, the boxes are charmed to know who drops two votes."

	"That's fair," Marcus Flint nodded.

Three days later the results were in. The staff excused themselves
as the Twins set the boxes on the table and then Peters himself tapped each
box with his wand and the box gave up the winners along with the number of
votes. Harry was elected Seeker by a landslide. Draco shook Harry's hand.

"Kick ass," he said to the laughter in the hall.

The Twins presented the player list at dinner. Dumbledore looked at
it and smiled.

"Very good. I look forward to matching wits with Mr. Potter," he
said with a twinkle in his eyes. "This should be a good match."

It was. The day dawned bright and clear as the spectators arrived.
The stands filled up and somehow there was always more room for people to
sit. One of those endless mysteries about Hogwarts, I guess. Lee Jordan
called the match. It was without a doubt in my mind one of the best, edge
of the seat, nail biting, action filled games I'd seen. True to his word,
Dumbledore gave Harry a run for his money, both of them pulling all kinds
of flying stunts to try and outdo each other to catch the Snitch. At one
point it looked like Harry was going to crash into Dumbledore, but at the
last second he stood up on his broom, did a forward flip right over
Dumbledore, and landed back on his broom, riding it like a surfboard.
Naturally the crowd approved of Harry's move. The game lasted nearly an
hour and a half, ending as Harry caught the Snitch in a surprise move.
Dumbledore came up next to Harry and shook his hand. Both of them led
their respective teams in a lap around the pitch, acknowledging the cheers.

The buffet dinner laid out by the elves was beyond anything I'd
seen. People ate their fill and then some. Dumbledore nodded to me and
the students followed me as I headed down to the stage set up on the
grounds. The down slope made a natural seating place for people as I took
the stage. I activated the preprogrammed magic and the concert started.
Harry did join me on the stage at some point for a set. Everyone had a
good time and I hated to see the evening end.

It was eventually decided that Draco, Dudley, Harry, and I would
rent a house for the summer on the edge of Hogsmeade close enough to the
school. The four of us paid the rent for the summer in advance and then
got it set up for the summer. The four of us declared the house neutral
territory. Anyone from Slytherin and Gryffindor would be welcome, as long
as the rivalry was left outside. The four of us walked to the house after
being dismissed for the year and stood there in the yard.

"This place feels like home," Dudley said.

Draco sighed. "That it does. The first time in my life I don't
fear the end of a school year. I feel really good."

       Harry smiled. "I agree."

We walked up the steps of the ancient two story. The door opened
and Dobby stood there with a smile on his face.

	"Welcome home," he bowed.

       Draco smiled. "Thank you Dobby."

Harry took my hand at the bottom of the stairs and I knew he wanted
some quiet time with me. Dudley grinned.

"I'll call you for dinner," he said as we started up.

I stopped in front of the door to our room and opened it. Then I
picked up Harry in my arms and carried him over the threshold and to the
bed as the door closed itself.

       The lovemaking began almost immediately.

                              *****

Inside a dark cold cell in the place known as Azkaban, Voldemort
watched as Lucius tore at his throat with his fingernails, trying to
breathe.

"Can't breathe, little lambie?" Voldemort mocked. "You're right,
Severus. I am enjoying this very much. I'm so glad you suggested this."

Snape poured Voldemort another glass of champagne. "Thank you,
Master. I thought you should have the last word on the subject of dear
Mr. Potter."

Voldemort threw his head back and laughed. Lucius fell onto his
knees and then Voldemort released him. Lucius coughed violently.

"Don't worry, dear Lucius. There are certain people here who will
look out for you. As a matter of fact, I hear a three hundred pound
prisoner wants you to be his wife," Voldemort smiled evilly as horror
spread across Lucius's face. "Personally I don't swing that way, but you
should be perfect for the role, just like you forced Draco to be yours."

The door opened at that moment and a masked man slipped in. "We
need to leave Master. They are starting the head count for the night.
Lucius will be moved afterwards to his new home and to the loving arms of
his... hubby."

The three men laughed as they exited the cell and closed the door.
They moved into the shadows and watched the jailers arrive for the
transfer. They dragged a hysterical Lucius out of the cell and down the
hall to his new home. Moments later, Lucius's howls of pain could be heard
as Voldemort and Snape left the building.

                              *****

Harry lay in my arms spent from the lovemaking. We watched the
fire dance merrily in the fireplace as the setting sun cast its cheerful
light into the room.

"Love you," Harry whispered as he ran a fingernail around my left
nipple, teasing it and making me sigh.

I took his face into my hands and kissed him on the mouth. "Love
you Harry."

He put his head back on my chest. "I could stay here forever."

"You and me both love. I like this place," I said.

"When I do rebuild Potter House, I want our room to look like
this," he said.

I smiled. That was one of the things I was going to suggest, in
addition to having rooms for Lupin and Sirius for when they needed a place
to crash. Sirius Black didn't want anything to do with Black House, so it
had gone up on the auction block and sold.

"Rooms for Remus and Sirius," I said, thinking out loud. "Rooms
for our best friends as well."

Harry laughed happily and hugged me tight. "Oh yes. Can't forget
them."

I sighed as I relaxed. There was so much yet to be done, so much yet to be
said. I hoped and prayed that this summer would be a good one and allow
Harry to know some peace. Harry was hoping to develop a stronger
relationship with his cousin and promote a better understanding between
them and to help him with his own problems. The both of us hoped that
Draco would change his views about us and eventually join the Light. He'd
been through so much and now was his chance to find peace for himself and
healing. Harry reached up and kissed me. I looked down at him as he
wrapped his hand around my growing erection and gently squeezed. I grinned
as he smiled.

Down in the kitchen, Draco turned to Dudley and sighed. "There
they go again. How many times now?"

Dudley checked his watch. "Six times in two hours. Must be the
oysters I served them for dinner earlier."

Draco crossed his arms and glared at Dudley. "No more oysters for
them!"

Then both of them began to laugh as the chandelier shook once more.
