JAG TIMES -- PART 1

Rear Admiral Albert Jethro "AJ" Chegwidden called Commander
Harmon "Harm" Rabb, jr. into his office at the Judge Advocate
General's office in Washington, D.C.  The Admiral discussed a
case with Harm regarding a Sailor who had his room searched and
allegedly drugs were found.  The Admiral wanted Harm to be the
defense lawyer and LT Bud Roberts be the prosecutor.  The
Admiral was going to send Petty Officer Jason Tanner for any
additional administrative work that may have to be done.
  Harm asked the Admiral where the case was going to take place
and the Admiral told Harm that it would be in San Diego.  Harm
came to attention and went out of the office.
  Harm went to Bud who was at his desk and discussed what the
Admiral told him and some facts of the case.  Bud was excited,
because he had very few opportunities to travel.  He went to
talk to Harriet his wife and told her about the trip.  She was
happy that this could be good for his career.  Bud of course was
not thinking about his career but going on the trip with Harm.
  Harm then walked to Petty Officer Tanner's desk who was busy
typing a speech for the Admiral.  He rose when Harm walked in
the room.  Harm discussed the trip with Petty Officer Tanner and
asked him how he felt about going on the trip.  Petty Officer
Tanner was in heaven.  He was so excited to go on a trip with
Commander Rabb his favorite officer.  Tanner had a deep crush on
him and could not wait to be able to spend time with him in
California.  He was happy that LT Roberts was going also.  He
really got along well with him.
  Mac went into Tanner's office and asked him why he was so
excited.  Tanner told her about the trip and the opportunity to
travel with Commander Rabb.  Mac said, "Wow Tanner, you must
really like the Commander".  Tanner said "Oh Ma'am, if you only
knew how much.  Commander Rabb is such an awesome officer and
quite a man".  Mac said, "Well Tanner, I am glad that you are so
happy, but remember you are going along to work not have fun."
Tanner said "I know ma'am don't worry."  Mac walked out of the
office and asked Harm if he wanted to go to lunch.
  Mac and Harm walk to the corner restaurant and sat down to
order.  Mac said "Harm, you have a little secret admirer in our
office.  I think one of the staff members has a little crush on
you."  Harm said "Oh really, I already know that you love me.
What is new with that?"  Harm and Mac both laugh and she says
"No seriously Harm, you really have someone in the office that
goes gaga over you."  Harm ponders this and says, "Oh, I can't
think of anyone who would have a crush on me.  I mean Harriet is
married to Bud and Loren hates my guts, Petty Officer Coats
maybe, but I don't see it and of course you who takes off my
clothes every time we talk could I suppose."  Mac said "Your not
even close, you need to switch genders."  Harm said "Your
kidding, this can't be for real.  What kind of game are you
playing here?"  Mac said "Think for a moment, is there anyone
who you think it could be?"  Harm said "Well, I never thought
too much about it, but it can't be bud, I mean he is married to
Harriet and I know that it doesn't matter, but still I don't
feel any vibe at all from him.  Mac said "Your right it is not
him, but I would not count on a vibe telling you because you
were not thinking about it and you may not have noticed anything
out of the ordinary."  Harm continued, "Well the Admiral does
give me that smirk all the time, but come on Mac that just does
not seem possible.  Mac said "Your right, not the Admiral."
Harm said "Sturgis?  Oh my goodness?  Really?"  Mac says "No
Harm, not Sturgis that I know of..."  Harm said "Then really the
only guy who is left is Tanner and I know he is a big stud that
has a different girl every night."  Mac said "He may say that
they are women and maybe he does, but he still has major
feelings for you!"  Harm was dumbfounded.  He looked at Mac like
she was an alien from another planet.  Mac said "Come on Harm,
you know that you have had many people have crushes on you and
you survived."  Harm said "Ya, mostly women and if they were
men, I never knew about it."  Mac said "Well Harm just talk to
him, but be nice, you know how it feels to be jilted."  Harm
said "Yes I do, I will be nice, but this is still amazing.  I
guess you have new experiences everyday.  In fact Mac, I will
talk to him in San Diego where we will be completely away from
the office."  Oh Mac, by the way, thanks for telling me about
this.  It will give me time to think about how to approach the
young Petty Officer.  Mac got up and said have a great time in
San Diego.  I wish I were going.  Harm said, "Ya right, this is
going to be an interesting trip all around."
  Harm arrived home to change and prepare for the trip.  He knew
that the case was going to be easy so his main issue was how to
deal with Petty Officer Tanner.  He worked with Petty Officer
Tanner for over ten years so he had to figure a way not to upset
him.  The office personnel were more like family than actually
coworkers even though everyone respected each other's ranks and
position.  Harm was hoping that once he spoke to Petty Officer
Tanner about the information he just learned about from Mac, he
would not take it personally and just accept what he was going
to say.
  Harm quickly showered and changed into civilian clothes,
grabbed his luggage and left for the office.  At the JAG
Headquarters office, he waited in his office for Bud and Petty
Officer Tanner to arrive so they could drive to the airport.
Harm looked over the file of the accused and the charge sheet
and just smiled thinking how easy the case was going to be and
should only take a week or so to complete.  He started to think
about Mac's conversation with him and started getting a little
nervous about what to say to Tanner.  He began thinking about
Tanner and how nice he was, not to mention pretty hot.  Petty
Officer Tanner was twenty-eight, six foot, brown hair and brown
eyes, the boy next-door type.  He fit into his uniform perfectly
with a generous mound that looked pretty damn good.  Harm
started thinking that he hadn't had sex in months and if Tanner
wanted to play around maybe he could oblige the young guy.  Damn
Harm got hard thinking of the possibilities.  His thoughts were
running away from him and he had to just quickly give his dick a
squeeze through his tight jeans he was wearing.  Damn Harm, this
could be an awesome trip.  Tanner I hope this is what you were
really hinting to Mac.
  Bud arrived with luggage in hand asking Harm if he was ready
to go.  Harm said as soon as Petty Officer Tanner gets here we
will drive to the airport.  Bud said, are you ready to fight
this case?  I am going to win this one sir.  Harm said, "Over my
dead body, I have this one wrapped up.  The United States Navy
will give this Sailor an apology by time I am finished with this
case.  Well, let's make a bet who ever wins gets to have one
hour free to do what ever they want to the other guy.  Harm
said, Well, Bud, I hope that you are ready to wash my fleet of
cars because I will win this bet.  Bud said well I am not sure
what I will have you do but believe me I am going to win.  They
both shake on it and grinned at each other.
  Petty Officer Tanner finally arrived.  Harm thought to himself
that petty Officer Tanner looked so fucking good it the tightest
tee shirt and tight jeans.  He had on sunglasses and a cool
necklace.  He had an earring in his left ear.  Bud said "Petty
Officer Tanner get that earring out of your ear you know you are
not supposed to wear that on government property."  Harm said,
"Bud lets get the hell out of here so Petty Officer Tanner won't
be on government property."  Petty Officer Tanner said thanks
Commander Rabb for sticking up for me.  Bud said all right let's
go so that Tanner is within Navy regulations.
  When they got in the car, Commander Rabb said alright Petty
Officer Tanner, when you address me on this trip you will call
me Harm except when in court do you understand me?  Petty
Officer Tanner said "sure thing Harm, can you call me Jason?"
Harm said "fuck ya Jason".  Bud said "Ya, Petty Officer you call
me Bud and I will call you Jason also."  Let's make this a fun
trip and forget about being in the Navy and part of JAG except
when in court.  Jason said "This is going to be a great trip.
Thanks guys."  Bud said "Oh fuck ya this is going to be so fun."
Harm said "I am just glad that the two of you are so cool and
willing to have some fun."  They all smiled and just enjoyed the
rest of the ride to the airport.
  They arrived at the airport and made the plane and finally
arrived in San Diego.  It was a pretty normal flight except with
the three of them thinking about their hopes for how the trip
will turn out.
