Subject: Nathan, morphing x-man chapter 2

I woke up by feeling Bobby having his hand in my hair, twirling it a bit,
when I opened my eyes, I saw Bobby staring into mine, he leaned in and
kissed me, we kissed till we both gasped for air, then he called after Jean
and some big blue ape guy, but I was too exhausted to care and I soon went
back into sleep, still feeling him twirl my hair.





Again I woke up, but now I was in my own bed, with Bobby. He had his arms
wrapped around me, but I could feel someone else but I couldn't see anyone
so I got up on wobbly feet, and Bobby was now awake and trying to get me
back too sleep, but I wouldn't even listen to him, I could feel it stronger
now, then it hit me, it wasn't just a person, it was a mutant, either being
an object or being invisible, I tried to pick the mutant up but I was still
weak, but on my fourth try I succeeded, I somehow managed to tell Bobby to
freeze the lamp,( he couldn't see the mutant so I move him/her/it)

When he froze it, I made the thing that felt like a head,(I was still using
telekinesis and it was hard to feel with it) move away from the ice beam in
I saw a body of a woman in the ice, I moved the body to the wall and asked
if he could freeze her to the wall.

Me *Professor, I need your help!"

Professor * what's the rush young man?"

Me * I woke up and felt a mutant in my room, but I saw nothing, so I picked
her up and Bobby froze her to the wall."

Professor *Nathan we don't have a student with that power so it must have
been one from the brotherhood, either way I'll send Jean and Scott to help
you, stand put! There could be more"



The last part sent shivers down my spine, but I told Bobby what the
professor told me and he just started to become nervous and almost lost
control over the ice just because he hadn't seen/felt/heard her enter the
room, when Jean and Scott came I nearly jumped by Jeans telepathy, cause she
was looking for more intruders, but she and Scott took her and congratulated
me for feeling her in my weakened state and I just said goodbye and closed
the door, I pushed Bobby and myself into the bed and we fell asleep in each
others embrace.



I woke up around 4 pm with a note from Bobby saying that the gang was going
to the mall around five so I had to meet them inside the garage. I took a
shower and took on one of my best outfits for going out, a pair of white
running shoes, some green tight fitting pants and a red wife beater. Then I
called my mom to see if she could send me some money to my card. After that,
the clock was 16:44 and I went to the garage and when I saw Bobby in his
car,(he had gotten it on his 16:ths birthday) he looked so hot, he made me

We went first to the game arcade and played some games, after that, we got
forced to go shopping by the girls, and after that, we bought some games to

on double dates, but the clock was nearing 10 o'clock so we drove back, we
never even got out of the parking lot, when we were about to drive out some

All I know is that I had been in a coma for the past month, the doctors was

no possible reason for it, I wasn't bleeding or something, it had just

don't care about my eye colour, then I shouldn't care. Bobby had had a big
concussion but he was fine now, but the worst part is that the teachers
think that the crash was planned to hit us, they had found a map of every
store we had been at, even with time settings and everything.

When Bobby heard that, his blood was boiling cause he didn't know if I was
fine then, now all I want is someone to pay for wanting to kill us, but the
worst part was that Bobby and I was three floors apart and we were forbidden
to get out of bed at night, at first Bobby refused so he was warned that he
would be transferred to another hospital if he got out of bed once again,
but to make it worse was the freaky nurse that I had at night, she talked
about everyone as lower beings, and once I had gotten some medicine I could
swear that her arm was blue once but it could have been the meds.

Next week I was going to get out of the hospital, and luckily, Bobby's car
were a bit to small to have some clothes/games so all our stuff was safe.



When I was getting ready to leave the hospital, I heard someone scream down
the corridor so I looked out and saw the night nurse and she became totally
blue with red orange hair with only scales as clothes. I panicked and went
through the hospital and its surroundings after Jean or the professor ´cause
they was going to get me now, Bobby had already left, the day after he left
he asked me if I wanted to share room with him and which room we were going
to have, I said his, cause he had been at the school way longer than me and
I wasn't so attached to my room. But to reality now, I found Jean at the
hospitals lobby and send a psychic S.O.S to her, she were at my corridor in
minutes but the lady was already at my door, trying to get in, through the
door I closed and locked she was almost through when I morphed into a mouse
and hid in a cupboard, suddenly she was knocked away by telekinesis.

Jean *are you ok Nathan*

Me *Yeah, she was almost inside my room so I morphed into a mouse and hid, I
can't fight her now, I'm still sore all over*

 Jean *good choice, that's mystique, she can kill you in a second and you
should be glad if she is in a hurry.*

Me *she's a morpher also, she was/is my night nurse, I thought she was
suspicious*



But Jean couldn't answer anymore, she was unconscious, by mystique, but she
had given me enough time to open my window (actually it was locked but I
busted the glass and opened it from the outside.)

I flew down and went back into the hospital and picked up Jean with
telekinesis and my own strength and rushed to the school, about halfway I
met Scott and Logan rushing to the hospital, but they just stopped in the
middle of the street and did a u-turn and as soon as me and jean was safe I
blacked out.





I woke up in mine and Bobby's room, we had only one BIG bed, but Bobby had
offered his side of the bed so I wouldn't be disturbed in my rest, so I
found Bobby on the sofa, while making sure he wasn't going to wake up, I

He got my hint and followed me to the professor's study. When we got there
he had a piece of paper, but several of the teachers was there, all was
having a frown on their face, giving me chills and Bobby some annoyance.



Professor "Nathan, it seems that you have empathy also but it hasn't grown
into a reliable ability, but the most complexing thing is that you have a
cousin with similar powers, she is renowned for her powers"

Me "who is she?"

But before the professor could tell me, Logan just seemed to have run out of
patience and just told me the truth.

Logan "her name is mystique." With that I nearly fainted with this
revelation and my memory of the hospital nurse, and Bobby saw my complexion
and opened the window and guided me there, but I was nearly catatonic now,
so Bobby pulled me into his arms and took me into our room where he tried to
make me think of other things, but when someone knocked on our door, I flew
up, I didn't feel anyone behind the door, so I told bobby to beam the door
with ice, Bobby made his way out to the corridor and I heard him scream, so
I went out there, and saw jean and Bobby had tears in his eyes, but then it
hit me, it wasn't Jean, I could still feel her psych in the school, and then
I froze in horror, it had to be mystique.



Me (in horror) "Bobby that's not jean, its Mystique!"

Then he just snapped, I had never seen him this angry before and soon there
was a whole in the wall to the grounds and Bobby made this giant labyrinth,
while putting Mystique, and then he froze the whole place, but he knew she
wasn't going to stay there so he asked me to call the professor.



Me (still in horror) "Professor, mystique is here, Bobby froze her in the
labyrinth you now have on the back.

I never got a reply cause I felt the Professors powers working to find
Mystique, but just like me he couldn't find her so I thought that if the
professor entered my mind and used my telepathy, and Mystique and I have
nearly the same abilities, and , while seeking for my cousin(I hope she'll
drop dead soon) he could probably find her, but I never asked cause I knew
the professor could sense my thoughts, and I felt him smile, just because I
had similar powers and was on their side, then I felt something awkward, I
could feel very twisted thoughts from the Ice, I nearly puked from her
thoughts when the professor found her off button, but as I was earlier, I
was now on the edge of being catatonic and when I could feel Bobby behind
me, I just fell in his arms.



I woke up in the med bay, apparently I had broken my arm while jumping from
the second floor to the ground to catch up with Bobby, but because I was in
horror then, I never felt it, and Bobby blamed himself, but I think I could
fix it myself.

I advised Bobby and he said I should do it, so I morphed my arm to my
regular, and tried to fix it, but first on my third try my arm was ´fixed´
and I amazed Jean by showing her my control over morphing, but she told me
that if I could fix my arm then I could probably heal anything, but I tuned
her out and I kissed Bobby for as long as I could breath, but then I got
this awful headache so I tried to morph myself again but it just hurt more
so Jean told me to stay here over the night, and she told Bobby to not do a
´nightly visitor´ stunt, so they left.

When it was night in the med bay, it was practically like a normal hospital,
but when I just started to drift to sleep I felt my whole bed rise and leave
the basement but when I reached the grounds, (I thought that I was dreaming)
I saw this man in red cape and helmet who just turned around and left, my
bed just followed him to the woods when I felt something cold on my wrists
and ankles, I saw metal holding my arms and legs down and then I realised
that this was no dream. I was being kidnapped! I tried to use my powers, but
I could only morph, he was protected from telepathy, and I couldn't move the
metal. Then I saw Mystique, when she saw me, and how I got nervous, she just
laughed and told the helmet guy that she did what she promised, especially
since Invisibell snooped around MY room. When we entered some kind of jet,
not unlike the blackwing, we went south, for about an hour, but I was in
shock, I'm being kidnapped and there was nothing I could do. I used my own
telepathy on myself and went to a disturbed sleep.
