reality. This is a completely fictional story. The words that make the
story that follows is not intended to imply anything about Ricky Ullman's
or Max Thieriot's true sexuality in any way shape or form. I do not
personally know either celebrity or know of any details of their personal
lives. This story is completely fictional and meant for fantasy. Oh yes and
if it is illegal to read such material as a factor of age, law, or

ALSO: I know this web site usually deals with sex in graphic details. I
know that sex is an important part of a love story...in a bold attempt to
not leave it out I will portray each sexual act as an act of love rather
than as a bathroom encounter. This is my first time ever doing anything
like this so if you have any suggestions, questions, comments, or honest
criticism. Please send them to degobln@yahoo.com and list "Ricky Ullman In
Love" as the subject so I know it's not spam. The response has been great
so far! Finally: Per popular demand, I am going to submit as much as
possible rather then have it a scheduled thing. So here's to the show going
on.
My flight took off that Friday morning a little bit after eleven a.m.
We touched down in Chicago a little before four p.m. central standard time.
When I left the airport I was a bit taken by how chilly it still was up
here, windy as hell also.
The cab seemed to take forever to make its way towards downtown. The
whole car ride I could see downtown grow from a distant blue silhouette, to
mighty structures stretching into the sky as if defying gravity. I
wondered if the trip always took this long or if it were the traffic that
had made it an unbearable trip. Either way I was quite restless in my seat
as the car slowly made it's way toward the hotel.
It was neat though, we were driving between endless walls of buildings
and all of a sudden, poof, we were out in the open. To the right was my
twenty-three story tall hotel and to the left was a huge park that
overlooked Lake Michigan. It's funny though how these are just great lakes
that could easily be mistaken for a oceans. Blue as far as the eye can
see, that is unless you are on the towers level of this hotel, then you can
see an industrial part of Indiana, on clear days anyway.
Chicago is quite beautiful, and I've always seen it as a big city with
a small town feel. I had many things to do besides work. I had a few
shows I wanted to see and a lot of food to eat, and an art museum to
appreciate.
"All in good time," I said aloud to myself unpacking my duffel bags.
Though I was hungry, I sat for a few moments looking at the view
spread out before me. I cracked the window a bit to let a chilly wind into
my twentieth story room. It only opened about 5 inches and to this reason
I deduced that like a lot of hotels, suicide attempts from their accessible
windows was a problem that is preventable. So I can't complain or wish for
fresh air in hopes that the next person can jump from a window that much
easier.
Staying in hotels, I often wondered about the people who have stayed
in them before me, and of all the shady and legit dealings that were once
harbored by the walls. With other things, I preferred not to know. It is
only right that I sleep comfortably tonight and not wonder what things were
done on the bed I sought comfort in.
I went out for a late lunch at a pizza place that has the best stuffed
pizza in the world. I ate and sat their for a bit, enjoying the sights,
watching people and mostly doing a lot of thinking. Who I was thinking
about? Hmm do I honestly have to tell you.
Max. His name has constantly bounced around in my thoughts from the
first moment I clumsily bumped into him. I missed him so much already,
even though it had not even been a full forty-eight hours since I last was
in his presence. Still, I missed him, and wish that he were available to
come with. I did not ask him to come with, reason being I am more then
certain he has had prior obligations before I came a long. I could not
expect him to make room for me, as I did for him. Honestly, I expected
nothing from Max but sincerity. Everything else will fall into place when
the time is right.
The Art museum seemed to be perfectly situated between my hotel and
Chicago's finest shopping. Their I found myself at a crossroads, a dilemma
if you will. On one hand, I have been craving the need to explore the art
institute, on the other I really wanted some new clothes. After much
debate and torment I decided that if I missed on shopping oh well because
it's not like the Chicago Art Institute is on every corner back home.
So I found my way up a major concrete staircase between two sculpted
lions, acting as protectors of this building. I found that my interest was
more towards the abstract above other things. But when you think about it,
you can't really pick and choose favorites in a place with a plethora of
things you love. I stared for a few hours, at the smears, and colors and
stood with my hands folded behind my back, in a respect to those things
that should not be rudely disturbed. I kept to myself, quietly in awe all
afternoon.
Leaving the museum I turned my cell back on to see I missed a few
calls, my main interest was a call by Max. Of course I had to waste no
time in returning it.
"Hey," he answered his phone obviously knowing who was calling.
"How are you?" I asked him.
"I'm good, how are you Ricky?" He asked me.
"I'm just dandy!" I said with confidence.
"Good," he chuckled.
"I just called to talk, I hope you don't mind," he explained.
"Oh no, it's perfectly fine," I answered.
"How was your flight?" He inquired.
"It sucked," I laughed.
We talked about a few things, but nothing really important. I hailed
a cab back for my hotel and talked to Max before I lost my signal in the
elevator. Returning to my room, I opened one of the anti-suicide windows
and called him back.
"Sorry about that," I apologized when he answered.
"It's okay," he assured me.
"So, what are your plans for tonight?" I asked Max.
"I'm supposed to go out with my cousin, but I don't know," he answered
with uncertainty.
"What about it don't you know?" I asked him.
"He's always trying to get me to talk to some girl, or get her
number," he replied.
"Hmm, well you are a charm, it should be you who is approached," I
complimented him.
"Yeah right," he disagreed.
"No seriously Max, you are just perfect," I added.
"Stop, you're making me blush," He said with a genuine smile that I
could easily sense.
"Okay, I'll just think it then," I said as smoothly as possible.
For a moment their was an awkward silence in our words.
"Hey Ricky," Max said breaking the silence as his voice crackled with
these words.
"Yes Max," I answered him making it aware that my attention was
completely his.
"I have something to say, but...," he began to say.
Their was another silence that seemed to grow as did my anticipation.
"But what?" I asked him as softly as possible.
"But I don't think you're ready for it," he explained.
"Max I can handle anything you have to tell me," I reassured him.
"Are you sure?" He asked uncertain of my words.
"With out a doubt in mind," I answered.
"...and you won't think I'm weird," he asked.
"Never!" I stated with absolute firmness.
"Okay, here it goes," he said letting out a breath of air.
"I....Love...You!" he carefully accentuated every word as it rained on
me as if it were the purest of water.
"I love you too Max!" I replied with the same seriousness.
FINALLY! Those words were spoken. I say finally though I had only
known him a short time and in all honestly I thought I would never tell
someone I loved them so soon. But I knew, from the first time I rammed
right into him, that I would love him.
"So now what?" Max asked the question he is starting to become famous
for.
"Now we just let whatever was meant to happen, happen," I suggested.
"Sounds good to me," he agreed.
We talked a bit longer about odds and ends of keeping up appearances,
and keeping our relationship a secret. I talked him into going out with
his cousin, rather then staying home, and with that the conversation was
nearing an end.
"Is it okay if I meet you at the airport when you come back," Max
asked me.
"I would love that," I answered giving him permission.
"Okay then I will see you then," Max said.
"I will see you then," I echoed back.
"Well it's time I go, so, goodnight Ricky, have fun at the theater,"
Max wished good things for me.
"You too Max, goodnight, talk to you soon, or tomorrow," I wished him
good night.
"Okay," Max agreed.
"Hey," I said gaining his attention.
"What," he replied.
"I Love You!" I said.
"I Love you too," he answered.
With that we hung up the phone and went our separate ways on the same
night but in different worlds.

Although I was severely tired, and just plain out exhausted, I woke up
early to go to the lake and watch the sunrise. It was Magnificat, I don't
think I've had a better morning since the one that I watched the sun rise
through my windows and onto Max's face. I could see how the light first
reached the tops of the buildings, and made its way down. I could stare
straight into the sun as the atmosphere blocked it's harmful rays. I
watched it as it rose above the horizon, casting light on everything that
exists. Amazing isn't it, how this has happened every day for millions of
years and it still has an astounding effect on at least one inhabitant of
this planet.
With the rising sun an idea crept over me. Would it really be so
terrible to ask Max to join me for the remainder of my trip? I mean, I
would pay for his flight and everything, I just hoped that he was
available.
Being full aware that he was more then likely sleeping I deduced to
call him regardless.
"Hello," a crackling voice answered.
"Good morning," I greeted him.
"Ricky, is anything wrong?" He asked.
"No not at all," I said.
"I just had the craziest idea," I explained.
"Okay...," he said with a slight laugh.
"What are you doing today and tomorrow?" I inquired of his plans.
Their was a slight pause, one that made me think that he had to think
about his plans. After all I did wake him from a peaceful slumber and I'm
sure all of reality was something he had to strongly think about before
making any decisions.
"Nothing really, why what's up?" he answered and asked.
"Come and join me in Chicago?" I said as if asking a question.
"Okay!" he enthusiastically agreed and I could sense him sitting up in
bed.
I was immediately happy as to his immediate response, I turned to my
laptop and bought the ticket that gave him two hours to get to the airport.
After relaying the information to him I ran off to the shower to prepare
for my obligations.
The Plan was this: I was going to do my P.R. thing and leave his name
at the front desk. I arranged for a limousine to pick him up at the
airport, and put everything in order so that I would be back at the room an
hour and a half after he arrived.
I did not think then that I could wait the endless hours until I saw
Max again, but the time went by quick enough to bare.
............................................................................................................................................................
On my way back from the club, I stopped at a floral shop and bought a
single white rose. Walking the remaining three blocks to the hotel I
stopped in front of it as if it were a towering monster. I was actually
nervous about entering, knowing what beauty awaited me.
I bit the bullet and rode the elevator back to my floor. When I
inserted the card into the slot I could not help but think how weird it was
that the t.v. was off. I walked in to a very quiet and darker room.
Walked to the curtains and opened them. Opening the curtains cast light
onto a sleeping max, on his stomach sprawled out on the bed. I took off my
zipper sweat shirt, kicked off my shoes and carefully crawled in bed to
sort of snuggle up with him.
My attempts at being stealthy and quiet were fruitless however. Upon
putting my hand on his face he opened his pretty eyes and smiled.
"Hey," he greeted me as I can feel his voice vibrate through the
mattress.
"Good morning," I greeted him though it was already afternoon.
After that, I lifted the rose to his nose which he smelled and took in
both hands.
"Beauty for my beauty," I said as he took it.
"I'm you're beauty now, am I?" He asked.
"Not mine for the keeping, but for the observing, and the loving," I
corrected myself.
He just smiled and looked into my eyes. I smiled and looked into his.
Slowly and very carefully I leaned in for a kiss.
Kissing him is something I can never get used to. It seems different
every time and is a feeling greater then I could ever explain. We lye in
bed for awhile talking about things or just looking at each other.
Ordered room service before we went out that night. I always thought
that Chicago was cheaper then most major cities but it cost us ninety bucks
for two cheese burgers and french fries. Then again it was room service at
a Hilton so who was I to complain, especially since I knew what I was
getting myself into with dialing the number.
............................................................................................................................................................
That night we went out to a show. It was a great show and had many
moments. I enjoyed it and I think Max did as well. This I could not be
sure if he truly enjoyed it, or was just humoring me. After we went for a
walk beneath a full moon, on the lake. The cities skyline framed the south
and west, and to the north and east their was nothing but imagination. I
enjoyed walking with him, listening to him talk about his dreams and fears.
I enjoyed everything and anything about Max. He could just be
sitting, staring at the wall and I would be happy with that. He could do
no wrong in my eyes, yet he still had to do anything that others would
consider wrong.
We walked all the way from the beach to the hotel, which is not a
short walk. However talking to him made it adventurous, and it was worth
the time getting back. When we got back though I would have never guessed
that we would have gave into impulse and desire, but I mean come on, we are
two teenaged males, all alone and completely attracted to each other.
