Subject: Son of Firewitch part 2

The X-men and other well-known superheroes are the property of Marvel and
DC.  This story takes after the 3rd X-men movie, but Jean has been
resurrected by her powers and in the process Phoenix has been integrated
into Jean making her a whole person again.  Thanks to Dr. Moira MacTaggert
and Forge the Professor and Scott are alive again as well.  I'm new at this
so everyone please keep that in mind when u read this story. If you like

Chapter Two:

	After two weeks of traveling I have finally reached New York. The
problem is that I have no money for a hotel or anything. I could use my
powers to get a place to stay, but that would be wrong. I try not to use my
powers on normal people. I really wish I had the number for the Professor's
school. I know I could use my telepathy to contact Aunt Jean or the
Professor, but I don't want to take a chance of losing control. Ever since
my Papaw died two weeks ago I've had problems controling my powers and
being a class 5 mutant I can't offord to lose control.
         So here I am in Central Park at eleven at night laying under a
bridge. If it wasn't for my pyrokinesis I would freeze to death. I lay
there for a half hour trying to go to sleep when all of a sudden I hear
someone scream. I get up and run tords the screaming. When I get there I
see three mutants attacking a young girl. I could since the girl was not a
mutant. I used my telepathy to find out who the the three mutant guys
are. The guys are Avalanche, Pyro, and Blob. Now that I know what I'm up
against I dicide to take out Blob first. I get as close as I can without
being seen and grab ahold of him with my telekenisis. Damn he is heavy, I
lift him and throw him up through the air and over the trees.
    There is one down, now two to go. With Blob out of the way I decide to
show myself, but first I lift the girl with my tk and bring her tords me. I
set the girl down beside me and put up a tk shield cause Pyro starts
shooting fire at us. I look at the scared young girl and say "It's alright
sweetie, now I want you to run and don't look back!" She does as I tell
her. As I watch her run a huge dirt fist hits me and sends me flying into a
tree. As I start to get up Pyro shoots fire at me and I create a tk shield
just in time. While I'm busy holding up my tk shield Avalanche creates a
rock fist and makes it start punching my tk shield. Blob has also recovered
and pulls a tree out of the ground and starts hitting my tk shield. With
all the force thats hittng my tk shield and my anger reaching it's boiling
point I start to feel myself losing control. Finally my tk shield gives way
and I'm hit with the tree, the fist and Pyro's flames. When the fire, smoke
and dust clears I'm laying on the ground unconcious. I'm burned and
bloody. The guys walk over to check me out.
                     Blob says "I think we killed him." Pyro looks at him
and says "He deserved it for attacking us over alittle homo sapien whore!"
As they watch me my wounds start to heal then without warning I send out a
tk pulse. Which sends them flying. Then I fly up into the air, I start to
glow with a flaming aura. My powers start to go completely out of
control. Then everthing around me water, dew, trees and whatever else
starts floating and swirling around in the air. Things then start bursting
into flames. Avalanche creates a bolder the size of a truck and Blob picks
it up and throws it at me, but it is riped apart before it reaches me. Pyro
sends flames at me, but I just use my tk and pk to send them back at
him. Avalanche manages to create a rock wall in front of Pyro just in
time. Then all of sudden lighting streaks across the sky.
	I look up to the sky to see the X-man Storm using her powers to try
and put out my fires. While I'm destracted Pyro, Blob, and Avalanche
escape. When I realize they've escaped I look up at Storm and hit her with
a telepathic blast knocking her out. Her rain storm stops instantly and she
starts falling tords the ground. When she is a few feet from the ground
something makes her stop and land softly. Suddenly someone says behind me
"Ben you have to stop this and get control of your powers." I turn around
and floating a few feet away is Aunt Jean. I look at her and our eyes meet
and she says telepathicly [ Ben you need to get control of your
powers. Remember when you first met the Professor and I? Do you want to
prove the Professor's fears right?]
	I reply [ I can't! I can't focus, my anger is just to much. ] [ Ben
you have to it's not just your anger. Your channeling the anger of
others. Now focus and remember your Mom and everything she tought you! ] I
did as Aunt Jean said an focused on my Mom and everything that I learned
from her.  I finally got my psychic barriers back up and the anger I was
feeling went away. My powers stoped, but I was drained and passed out. I
started falling, but Aunt Jean caught me with her tk.
	I wake up and look around the room I am in. It looks like a
hospital, but more spaceship like. I see a clock on the wall that has the
date and time. It says that it is Sat. Jan. 27 at 2:00AM. I realize I have
been out for a couple of days. I feel so dirty and hungry. I decide that I
will find some food first, so I use my telepathy to scan whatever building
I am in. Upon scanning I realize I'm in the Professor's school, but I am in
the basement. I recignize one of the minds in the school it is Storm. I'm
so hungry I decide to carefully enter her mind, just to find out how to get
out of the basement and to get to the kitchen. Now after retrieving the
info that I need without seeing anything else I get up and make my way out
of the basement.
	Once I make my way to the kitchen I find some stuff to make me a
sandwhich and a salad. After getting my food I sit down at the island and
start eating. A few minutes later a very rugged and handsome guy comes in,
grabes him a soda and sits down beside me. He takes a few drinks then looks
at me and says " You must be Ben. Jean has told me all about you. I'm Logan
aka Wolverine." He reaches his hand out to shake mine and as soon as our
hands touch I have a vision. {My Mom and Logan having sex, then me being
born.} I let go of his hand quickly and he asks " What's wrong? Are you
ok?" I look at him and say "Yea I'm fine. I just need a shower and some
clean clothes." Logan chuckles then says " No problem. Jean got a room
ready for you. It's on the staff floor. It's right next to mine. Come on
I'll take you there I'm heading up to my room anyways."
	Logan took me to my room and showed me were everything in my room
is then goes back to his room. I grab some undies and some PJ pants then
walk into my bathroom. I walk in and my bottom lip almost hits the floor,
damn this bathroom is huge. It has a big jacuzzi bathtub and a big seperate
shower. As dirty as I am I decide to take a shower. When I am done I feel
so much better. I step out of the shower, put my pjs on then step into my
room. I look around. I can't believe how big my room is. It has a balcony,
a huge walk-in-closet, and a California King sized water bed. I can tell
that Aunt Jean got this ready for me cause she knows everything that I
like. I go an get into bed and try to go to sleep. I finally fall asleep
thinking about my vision. I mean could it mean that Logan is my biological
Father? I make a note in my mind to talk to Aunt Jean about it!
