Subject: The Charmer Chapter 3

I do not own harry potter characters.They are owned by Warner Bro's and
J.K. Rownling. I own mine though and please don't post this story without
my permission.

Ty's POV

"Mr. Pennington,Where are you going?" Professor Baldwin asked me with a
serious look on his face.It was 5 am and I was heading to the black lake to
talk with the mermaids.The professor had white hair despite he wasn't
really old.His glasses were little and round,and his face showed wrinkles
given to all the years working daily.

"I was just going for a walk" I lied.He studied my face for a few seconds.

"Ok, Just stay near the castle"he left.When he was walking away I noticed a
part of his cape was ripped apart and he was hobbling.I just ignore it and
left the castle.


"Emerald!" I said to the black lake.In matter of seconds head were shown in
the surface and Emerald came swimming to the shore.I walked closer and
rolled up my jeans so I could bend in the water.

"Hi Tyler" Emerald said calmly.Sadness was shown in her voice.

"Emerald,is everything ok?" she started sobbing.The other mermaids were
just staring and a sad look was on their gaze.

"They Came" she said and tears rolled down her face.

"Who?" I asked without knowing what happened.

"Deatheaters,they kidnapped Mariel" I was really confused.Who were these
Deatheaters and why did they took her away.

"Emerald,I will get her back,but I don't know what or who are the
deatheaters.

"Long Time ago,when the first songs could be heard,a tradegy happened.By
that time,Lord Voldemort was dead and the magic world was in peace.In one
rainy night,many years ago,Harry Potter,the boy who lived was murdered.No
one knew who could had killed the boy who saved the world.It seems that
there was another dark wizard, Nigel Riddle,descendant of the one who
shouldn't be name.He was the murderer of the boy who lived.The Magic World
was turned into another war and this one,brought many deads." The mermaids
had approach me and they surrounded us.They all listened carefully.

"Nigel Riddle was an orphan,just like his great-grandfather,he studied in
this school,walked in the halls,ate at the Great Hall and slept in the
dormitories of the house who should have never belonged,Ravenclaw"I was
really into the story and wonder if such an evil person could be in that
house,maybe other could too.

"Nigel attacked the castle from the inside,he killed many professor and
students,then the deatheater-who are his followers-went to Harry Potter's
House and murdered him and his wife,the magic world was in destruction"Some
mermaids kept crying and others just wore sad looks.

"But one werewolf confront him,they fought and the werewolf killed him"
Emerald took some breath to continue.I noticed the sky got grey and maybe I
just missed one class already.

"His name was Abraham and he died few years ago,now,no one knows how ,but
Nigel returned,everyone thought he was dead but they were wrong,the
deatheaters took Mariel,they might kill her! and we are useless without
water,please Charmer help us!" Emerald pleaded.I nodded.

"Emerald I promise I will save her,but where are they?" She pointed to the
forbidden forest.All the mermaids dove quickly into the water and run away
scare,Emerald glare at something behind me.

"Fish" a guy said behind me.I turned to see Aiden glaring at the mermaids.

"Dog" Emerald said coldly.

"Stop,I promise you Emerald I will bring her back,I promise" Emerald hugged
me and dove into the water.

Don't worry our sister, the charmer is on its way, just don't let them kiss
you and we will all be okay

"Are you crazy! I won't let you go!" Aiden grabbed my waist and pulled me
towards him.

"Aiden I have to,they are in danger" I said looking to his eyes.He just
closed his eyes and I hugged him.

"I will go with you" he said.

"No,it's dangerous"I said still in his hold.

"I don't care,I'll go,you can't go alone,that's more dangerous" He hugged
me and we stood there for minutes until I break it.

"I'm going tonight"I said and as I broke the hug.His gaze was confused but
brave.

"Meet me here at 9" he looked really serious about doing this.Aiden turned
to be one of the bravest person I have ever met,I don't know why he was
placed in Ravenclaw.

"Thanks Aiden"I hugged him again.

"Ty,you shouldn't be here and less with that" Tom appear out of nowhere.He
was looking really hot,but his face showed anger.He approach us and Aiden
pushed me gently aside and he walked to Tom.

"Guys Stop" I said and walked over to them.Tom had his wand out and Aiden
was just glaring at him.

"No,this dog is dangerous Ty,no trustworthy"Tom said still glaring.

"Trustworthy my ass!" they were starting a fight.I spread my peaceful aura
and they separate from eachother.Aiden took me by the waist and I was
suddenly pulled backwards.  "Watch your hands dog" Tom had me in his arms.

"Same thing to you"They were pulling me.

"Stop! I will talk to you when you stop being childish!" I walked alone to
the castle and they were behind.


"Ty, are you sure? I mean the mermaids aren't trustworthy" Megan was
worried about me going to the forbidden forest."At least let me go with
you" I shook my head.

"No,it might be too dangerous,besides Aiden said he would go even if I
didn't want him too,Megan I don't want you to get hurt" she smiled.

"You are too stubborn" she hugged me.We were in the Gryffindor room
,sitting in the couch next to the chimney.

"So are you and Aiden a..."Megan blushed and so do I.

"No! I mean he is really sweet and all,but I don't know him enough"I saw
Tom staring at me and smiled.I smiled back at him and turned to Megan.

"So Megan do you know who is Nigel Riddle" Megan frowned.

"Yes,but don't worry about him,they say he is dead"I decided no to tell her
because then she wouldn't let me go and save Mariel.

"Why?" She asked.

"Nothing,just heard the name" I lied.She nodded and we continue chatting.
By 8:45 I Was in the Entrance of the castle.The moon was full and a cold
air flew through every part of me.

"So are you ready?" Aiden arrived with Megan by his side.

"Megan,What are you doing here?" I asked her shocked.

"Do you really though I will leave alone,friends at good and bad" she said
smiling.I decided to let her come because she said she'll never leave.


We arrive at the entrance of the Forbidden forest.Owls could be heard and
it was lurid.Aiden was by my left side and Megan walked by my right.Wands
in hands.

In the heart of the forest, a beauty rests, her heart was damaged, by the
one who shouldn't be name.

"We are getting close" Aiden said and walked faster.We arrived to a flat
area surrounded by trees and there was a little cave.

"Welcome My guests" a man in a black cape said.He was really pale and his
eyes were green.His hair was black .He had his wand out

"Who are you?" I asked.

"The charmer doesn't knows my name? That's ridiculous!" he said harshly.
Other man were now visible and in black capes too.

"I am..."
