	From down the street [atop another roof], Spiderman and The Black
Cat watched as Code: Blue put Electro on ICE...cutting him down from the
lamp post and securing him in their van for transport to a stronghold
facility designed to house super-powered beings while they await
justice...!
	"How'd you know where to find me...?" asked Spidey, keeping an eye
on the van as it started to head back to Manhattan...!


"I followed you...!" said Osian, simply...! "I'd been scouring the city
looking for you ever since my release...! I wanted you to know that I
forgive you...!"


"Forgive me...?" questioned Spidey, scrunching his face underneath his
mask...! "WHAT do I need forgiving for...?"


"For turning me IN, of course...!" said The Cat! "Where I come from...you
don't turn over lovers once you've established that bond...!"


"We're NOT lovers...!" stated Spidey!


"How could you say such a thing...?" questioned Cat, "We made LOVE, did we
not...? On that rooftop the night you turned me in...! Was it not magical
for YOU also...?"


"You were a CRIMINAL...I'm a crime fighter...we clashed...nothing more!"
said Spidey!


"Clash we did..." smiled The Cat, seductively...! "...over and over again
until you shot you love-cream inside me...! THAT makes us lovers
now...no...?"


"No." answered Spidey! "A `lover' is someone you LOVE...someone you like
spending time with...someone you adore and intend to make passionate love
with again...!"


"Yes...we are LOVERS...!" agreed Osian!


"No...we're NOT...!" disagreed Spidey, taking to the air [to follow the
van] as he started swinging on his web line [the seat of his pants now
stitched up with webbing as well]...!
	Cat followed...doing the same thing with his cable-line...!


"You call someone you work with a co-worker...why than do you not call
someone you make love to a lover...?" he inquired, as the 2 swung towards
the highway to cross the bridge back over into Manhattan...!


"Geez...would you give it a rest...?" asked Spidey, "We're not lovers and
that's THAT...!" he insisted, as they swung out of sight...!
