He graduated law school, and embarked on a career as a nonprofit attorney, helping those who often couldn't afford to help themselves! By DAY he was merely known as Matt Murdock: attorney...!...but by night he donned a red `devil' costume and mask, and took to the streets to find crime and injustice as: The DAREDEVIL! Like The Punisher; Daredevil often found himself fighting drug dealers and mobsters like The Kingpin and Silvermane! But unlike Punisher Daredevil doesn't kill, instead he left the criminals bounded until police could find and arrest them accordingly [allowing them their day in court]! Ironically, he often found himself turning many of them down as their lawyer, knowing their guilt better than anyone else! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Pt-1<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< UPSTATE NY Frank Castle [The Punisher] drove 3hrs through Upstate New York searching for the mansion home of Wilson Fisk [aka: The Kingpin]! Having learned the location from an informant, he found the gated mansion which was armed heavily with high-tech security, alarms, as well as armed bodyguards posted everywhere! Frank drove passed the house as if in-route elsewhere. He parked a few hundred yards out of sight, then doubled back on foot, finding a secure hiding place amongst the trees in the hills as he scoured the grounds with binoculars, counting the number of bodyguards; surveillance cameras; guard dogs; and high-tech weapons he could see, while drawing diagrams of the layout, determining the best path leading to Kingpin! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ SAFE HOUSE "THIS is the layout of Kingpin's mansion upstate..." informed Castle, laying out blueprints he had made up [several hours later]...! "...it shows every room in the mansion, including Fisk's bedroom and weapons rooms...! He has a `panic room' which I'm sure is fully stocked with food and weapons for him to hideout for MONTHS..., so we have to make certain he doesn't make it there...!" "How did you get these plans...?" asked Terry Bowen [Dagger], staring at the details closely...! "Paid for them..." answered Castle, "...U.S. currency...! "The problem is Fisk has an ARMY of security guarding the place...! Penetrating it won't be easy..., even for a teleporter like Cloak...!" he added, as Tyrone Johnson [Cloak] folded his arms across his chest, narrowing his pupiless eyes...! "We're gonna need reinforcements...!" "Who...?" asked Terry, curiously...! Castle thought for a moment... "I know a guy..." he said, grabbing his leather jacket as he headed for the door...! "...let ME handle bringing him in...!" >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Pt-2<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< MANHATTAN Castle drove to the place where he first met Spiderman, standing on the rooftop across the street from The Tellagreen Restaurant [where he first tried to assassinate Kingpin and Silvermane (back in chap-15)...]! Having no other way of communicating and finding the wall-crawler, he pulled a machine-gun from his vest, then aimed it in the air and started shooting...! People on the streets started running for cover, some darting into traffic or diving under parked vehicles, not knowing from which direction the shootings were coming...? Castle lowered his weapon and waited...! Fortunately he didn't have to wait for long..., seeing the red suit of what could only be Spiderman swinging through the air in his direction...! He lifted his arm to wave the web-slinger over..., only to catch 2 size 10 feet to the chest...! The kick sent Punisher flying backwards and through the skylight, causing him to crash to the top floor underneath [as shards of broken glass crumbling dangerously around him]...! `What the FUCK...??!' he thought to himself, as he got up off the floor of someone's apartment! Just then his attacker came leaping through the now broken skylight..., landing on his feet with a THUMP! Castle then realized that the red suit wasn't Spiderman..., but another masked crusader out for justice...! "Hey...look...there's been a misunderstanding..." he said, holding his hands up defensively...! "I'm sure...!" said the masked devil, whipping his throwing baton at an angle so it wrapped quickly around Punisher's neck...! Before The Punisher could react, the man pulled on the retractable cable connecting the weapon, then FLUNG Punisher overhead and into a wall mirror, shattering it to pieces...! "Okay..." said Castle, getting up [his body protected from the broken glass by his leather jacket]...! "...if you don't wanna listen to reason..." he added, pulling his machine-gun out into the open...! "...maybe you'll listen to THIS...!" he concluded, before firing his weapon in the devil's direction...! `Sensing' the bullets before they could hit..., the devil was able to leap, cartwheel, and somersault out of the bullets paths..., inching his way ever closer to Punisher [who couldn't believe a man was fast enough to out dodge bullets] til he was able to fly-kick him straight through the window...! Punisher fell backwards, falling 3 stories onto the hood of a car [which broke his fall]...! Seeing an opportunity to escape, Castle jumped down off the car and headed for the back alley where he parked his ride...! Looking back over his shoulder, he could SEE the masked man in red leaping out the window after him! Castle knew he wasn't going to make it to his car in time, so he spun around and waited in ambush...! The masked man came running around the corner after him! Punished immediately opened fire, causing the man to stop in his tracks, then backflip out of the way as he used his keen acrobats to gain ground and get within fighting range as he and Punisher went at it up close! Punisher knew he didn't have a chance in hand to hand combat against this guy, so he tried to create distance between them so he could SHOOT him with his gun! But the man was aware of Punisher's ploy, as he sidestepped each shot, and landed with a kick or a punch that kept Castle stumbling off balance...! A center-kick to the chest took the wind from Punisher's lungs, and sent him flying backwards into a fleet of garbage cans! "You are under arrest...!" said the masked man, standing over him...! Just then a web-line came out of nowhere..., snatching Frank Castle up off the ground and towards the roofs...! "What took you so long, web-head...?" asked Castel [all tussled up in Spidey's web]! "I just HEARD about the shootings over the police scanner...!" explained Spiderman [ripping Frank out of his webbing, easily]! "Who's your friend...?" he asked, looking back down over the edge of the building to find the alleyway now empty! "He's NOT my friend..." corrected Castle! "...he came at me out of nowhere...! I thought HE was YOU..., until he attacked meeeEEEEEEKKKK...!!" choked Castle, as the masked man's throwing baton re-wrapped itself around his neck, enabling him to snatch him back from Spiderman...! "THIS man is under arrest, Spiderman...!" said the devil [declaring ownership], as Castle lay at his feet...! "WHOA buddy..." said Spidey, holding his hands up [defensively]...! "...under WHAT charges...?" "Firing a lethal weapon out in public and causing a panic among civilians...!" said the man [off the top of his head]...! "Castle..." sighed Spidey [shaking his head], sounding disappointed! "They were BLANKS and rubber bullets..." defended Punisher [still choking on the cord wrapped around his throat (turning him blue)...]! "...I had no other way of contacting you...!" "Oh. He's right!" said Spidey! "We never exchanged contact information!" The masked man unraveled his cord from around Punisher's throat...! "He's still a danger..." he said, having heard of Punisher's history of chasing after mobsters...! "...he's gonna KILL someone one day...!" "WO says I haven't already?" asked Castle, eyeballing the masked man [hard], as he rubbed his hand about his sore throat...! "What's your name, friend...?" inquired Spiderman [figuring the guy no foe]! "Daredevil!" answered the masked devil in red [attaching his batons to a holding space on his outer thighs (out of the way)...]! "Never heard of you...! Are you new to the area...?" asked Spiderman! "I've only been active for a couple of weeks!" answered Daredevil! "Sweet!" said Spidey [loving the idea of someone else helping to guard the city]...! "So what proximity do you guard...?" "Mainly Hell's Kitchen!" answered The Devil! "Cool!" "As cozy as this new friendship is..." interrupted Castel [rolling his eyes at the banter], "...I didn't come here for a meet and greet! I have a location on Wilson Fisk!" he said directly to Spiderman! "IF you're interested...?" "The Kingpin...?" questioned Daredevil! "You KNOW him...?" asked Castle, turning back towards his former opponent! "I know OF him, definitely...!" answered Devil! "He's responsible for half the drug dealers and drug related murders in the city...!" "And Silvermane's responsible for the OTHER half...!" added Castle! "But Silvermane's no longer a threat, right...?" asked Spiderman, "I mean..., no one's seen him in MONTHS...!" "That's the word...!" said Castel! "But YOU don't buy it...?" asked Daredevil! "Until I SEE Silvermane's cold dead body lying open on a coroner's table with his vital organs sitting in jars around him..., I'm assuming he's alive...!" answered Castle! "Geez, what a visual!" sighed Spidey [frowning under his mask]! "So WHERE is Fisk...?" asked Daredevil! Castle stared at him curiously... "You want IN on this...?" he asked [needing more hands to help fight Fisk's army]...! "To bring The Kingpin to justice...?" asked Daredevil! "Definitely!" "So...WHEN do we do this...?" asked Spidey! "We have to regroup at my safe house...!" said Castel [trusting Daredevil (at least for now) with the location of one of his safe houses)...]! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Pt-3<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< SAFE HOUSE Castle drove Daredevil and Spiderman back to the safe house in Queens, and introduced them to Cloak & Dagger before going over all the information he was able to collect on The Kingpin's compound! They came up with a strategy of defense, taking out all the guards, dogs, and surveillance cameras covertly, before trying to catch Fisk BEFORE he could make it into his panic room! `HOW are we getting there...?' asked Daredevil, just before Castle explained what Cloak's abilities were... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ UPSTATE NY ...in an instant, a dark circle appeared out of nowhere, as 5 costumed heroes stepped out of the coldness [following Dagger's light so they wouldn't get lost on the way]...! "THAT was...HORRIBLE...!" said Daredevil, ripping his red mask off in case he had to throw up...! "Sorry..." apologized Dagger, patting Daredevil gently on the back [as he bent over with his head between his legs (hiding his face and his blindness from the others)...]! "...the teleports'r different for everyone...! I'm USED to it by now...!" he added, sympathetically! "Get sick later..." insisted Castle, expecting a viscous fight to Fisk! "...head's up!" Everyone looked ahead..., only to find all of Kingpin's security forces lying on the ground dead, or dead soon [bleeding]! "WHAT the hell did THIS...?" asked Spidey, staring at all the bodies lying out on the lawn...! "Looks like an army tank came through and killed everyone...!" he added [referring to the fact that some of the bodies looked blown to bits, or severed in two]! "Quick..., let's get inside...!" insisted Castle, trying to still catch Fisk before he could get to the panic room! The heroes all ran across the humongous lawn, straight up to Fisk's mansion, where they found a large HOLE blasted in the side of the wall, and more dead bodies inside...! "What the hell...?" asked Daredevil [looking around (using his `radar senses' to visualize the bodies around him)...], as Castle rushed up the mansion stairs to Fisk's bedroom..., where he found a large metallic [Terminator type] robot trying to punch its way into Fisk's steel panic room...! "I'll get to you soon enough, Fisk...! You won't escape me THIS time...!" said the robot, in a familiar voice which Frank Castle was slow to recognize...! Some of the other heroes caught up to him...! "What the heck is THAT...?" asked Dagger, as the 7foot robot turned around to reveal its true identity as none other than Silvermane himself...! "I'll...be...damned...!" said Castle, recognizing Silvermane's wrinkled old face and head attached to a metal cyborg body...! "CASTLE...!" said Silvermane [recognizing his killer]...!...aiming his fist towards the ex-cop [and anyone unfortunate enough to be standing next to him] and fired a small missile from his forearm...! "JUMP!" yelled someone, as Castle, Dagger, Spiderman, and Daredevil all leaped in different directions, trying to get out of the way...! The missile missed its intended target and EXPLODED somewhere in the background [destroying another part of the house]...! Dagger was the first to react, crouched low to the ground as he quickly waved his arm, firing off 5 lighted-daggers from his fingertips at once, each hitting Silvermane's hid in a row...! Unfortunately Dagger's `light' powers were ineffective against nonorganic hosts...! Silvermane responded in turn, leaping across the room to punch his big metal fist straight through Dagger's slim little body..., missing him by just a HAIR as Dagger back flipped away just in time...! Silvermane turned his attention BACK to The Punisher... "SEE what you did to me...?" he asked, as Castle backed away on his elbows [still dazed by the near miss of the missile]...! "Your BULLETS destroyed my body..." continued the elderly man, gripping Castle by the leg and flinging him into a nearby wall! "...but as you can see..., my scientists built me a NEW one...! A STRONGER, HARDER, FASTER one...!" he laughed, closing his metal fingers in around Castle's throat [physically lifting him 3ft off the floor], threatening to break his neck! "I...see..." said Castle, feeling the pressure closing in around his neck...! "...I...haven't...finished the job I started...!" he concluded, pulling his machine-gun from his vest and firing it multiple times directly into Silvermane's torso and head...! The bullets bounced off of Silvermane's metal body and the glass dome shielding his head and face [ricocheting everywhere]..., as the old man laughed hysterically, loving his new found invulnerability...! "You CAN'T KILL ME, Frank...! NOT twice!" laughed the old man, throwing Frank straight through the WALL...! Spiderman chimed in, leaping onto the old man's chest while punching his glass face repeatedly, trying to break the shield...! Silvermane went to GRAB Spiderman, but Spidey [sensing his movement] leaped off at the last second, avoiding his grasp just as Daredevil wrapped his throwing baton about Silvermane's metal neck..., then PULLED him to the ground, toppling him like scrap metal! Silvermane gripped the cable about his neck, then YANKED Daredevil [who was still holding onto the other end of the cable] towards him..., then BLASTED him with the exhaust from his gigantic foot, sending him flying backwards into the fireplace...! Spiderman leaped back on top of Silverman, standing on his metal shoulders as he gripped his chin and tried to TWIST his head clean off his neck...! He could feel the metal pieces starting to give way..., when Silvermane suddenly HIT him with an electrical backlash...!...causing Spiderman to scream out in physical PAIN as he let go and fell to the floor [twitching violently]! Silvermane then KICKED Spiderman out of the bedroom with his foot, knocking him straight through the glass doors and over the balcony and completely out of sight...! Cloak came into the room, blocking Silvermane's path to Dagger, as the old man aimed another missile at the black & white couple, then fired, fully expecting to see them blown apart! However Cloak opened his curtain of darkness and let the missile disappear inside him! Silvermane looked perplexed as he opened fire on them, causing weapon cannons to form out of his forearms! The bullets passed straight through Cloak with no effect..., as Cloak leaped forward, expanding his blue & black curtain until he swallowed and consumed Silvermane completely...! "Cloak...?" called Dagger, inching up behind him..., as Cloak crouched down low to the ground, trying to feast on Silvermane's soul...! "Tyrone..." called Terry, touching his friend about the shoulder...! "...where'd he go...?" "Somewhere where he would be of anymore danger...!" said Cloak [standing up], looking more himself! "Fuckin' A...!" said Castle, coming back through the HOLE he was punched through...! "If we never see that old wrinkled bastard again again..., it'll be too soon...!" he added, before walking up to the steel wall that led to Kingpin's panic room...! "Can you teleport us inside...?" he asked, as Dagger took Punisher's hand, as Cloak closed his curtain in around them..., transporting them from one space to another..., reappearing in Kingpin's panic room an instant later...! Castle pulled his weapon... "Where is he...?" he asked [as the room looked empty]! Dagger ran over to his surveillance monitoring system...! "THERE..." he said, pointing at one of the screens...! "...he's in some underground base..., heading for a transport vehicle!" "You 2 stay here, I'll go and capture him for the authorities...!" said Castle, running down the steep stairs into the underground passage...! Dagger looked back at Cloak, worried... "You KNOW he's going to kill him, right...? Cloak shrugged his shoulder, nonchalantly [uncaring]...! "We HAVE to stop him!" argued Dagger, unlocking the door to the panic room, allowing Daredevil and Spidey to both stumble inside...! "Frank's going to KILL Kingpin...!" he informed, as they all started to descend the stairs together [as a team]...! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ UNDERGROUND Wilson Fisk made his way down the steep stairs to an awaiting boat by a dry dock! With none of his security men making it out alive, Fisk had the daunting task of figuring out how to start and steer the boat on his own! He couldn't believe how quickly his compound fell! One minute he was barking out orders to his henchmen, telling them what he had planned for his next visit into Manhattan..., and the next minute his entire compound was under siege! At first he thought it was The Punisher, or The Avengers slumming it by picking on the `little guy'...?...but upon closer inspection of his surveillance cameras, he realized his attacker was none other than his long-time rival: Silvermane...!...all dressed up with a new cybernetic body! Fisk sent ALL of his men out to kill the old bastard, wanting whatever was left of his vital parts lying on the ground bleeding in pieces! He watched his men get cut down 5 to 10 at a time, some blown to smithereens, others ripped to shreds or shot to death by Silver's indestructible body! Fisk decided to lock himself away in his panic room after Silvermane made it into the house! He heard the old man punching into the steel wall, trying to force his way in, wanting to severe ties with him once and for all...! Fisk was even worried that he might somehow make it through the wall [that he was assured only The Incredible HULK could break through]...!...so he fled to the underground as a precaution, escaping to fight another day! He was almost free, as he climbed into the boat..., only to see the controls all being SHOT TO HELL as The Punisher opened fire and destroyed his getaway boat...! Fisk lay on the deck, cowering near the benches, pleading for his life...! "I remember pleading for my FAMILY'S lives when YOU ordered your men to kill us all...!" said Punisher, holding his gun on the fat man as he slowly made his way towards the boat...! "Didn't work then...won't work now...!" he added! Fisk looked beneath one of the benches and noticed a semi-automatic tapped underneath...! "I...I'm coming out, Mr. Castle..." he said, getting up [holding up ONE arm]...! "...I'm unarmed...!" he lied, his other arm behind his back, his finger on the trigger...! As soon as he saw Punisher step into the lighted area, he pulled his gun and opened rapid fire...! Castle returned fire, shooting Fisk in the shoulder and quickly disarming him...! Fisk fell back to the deck, wailing in pain! Castle stepped on deck with him..., then tossed his weapon aside as he climbed down over Fisk's large round stomach and started tenderizing his face with his fist! He punched Fisk several dozen times, breaking his nose, his jaw, knocking out his teeth, and injuring his eye socket! Then as Fisk lay there [his face a bloody heap], he kicked the back door of the boat open and dragged Fisk over to the edge where his face dangled above the water...! Then in a faithful twist of fate, he ripped off the ass of Fisk's signature white suit, exposing the fat man's flat pale white ass cheeks, then pulled his cock from his zipper and stroked himself to total stiffness before aligning it against Fisk's ass crack and RAMMING his cock inside him...! "ARRHHGGG...!!" screamed Fisk, in searing pain, unable to move or escape as he was forced to just lie there and take it! When Daredevil stepped in to stop it, Spiderman intervened, letting him know what Fisk did to Castle's family...! "Two wrongs don't make a right...!" argued Daredevil [the lawyer inside him wanting Fisk to be punished through the court system]...! "THINK about, man..." countered Spiderman..., "...Castle watched his WIFE and KIDS get brutally killed in front of him..., and Kingpin was the man directly responsible, receiving absolutely NO consequences for what he did ...! How would YOU feel if you were in HIS shoes...?" "I'd be PISSED..." agreed Daredevil, watching Punisher hump away [HARD] on Fisk's ass...! "...but I can't condone this...! This is wrong!" "This is LIFE..." chimed in Dagger [also knowing Punisher's story]...! "...at least he's alive...!...which is MORE than can be said for Frank's family...!" Daredevil realized he was a minority here..., that his opinion wasn't popular..., so he walked away..., not wanting to be a part of what was happening...! Castle fucked Fisk for his wife [Catherine], his daughter [Kate], and his son [Nico], all of which were raped and murdered by Fisk's hands [see: chap-15 for details]! He hammered the fat man's ass with deep hard stroke, slamming his hips into his backdoor powerfully, jamming every inch of his stiff 9" pole straight up the murky backside, loving the sound of his painful wails groans and grunts coming from the once proud man! He pounded Fisk like a freight-train, battering his tunnel deep and nonstop, each new jab sending Fisk further over the edge of the boat, until his face was submerged in the water! Unable to breath, Fisk started to struggle, lifting his head out of the water for 2 to 3 seconds at a time, gulping down air when he could! Still Frank fucked! He hammered the man underneath him for 15 solid minutes, creating a new path straight through Fisk's bleeding backside..., and he didn't stop until the last stroke, which he rammed 9 inches deep, shooting a geyser of hot ex-cop cum straight into the criminal's bowels...! Fisk was just beginning to choke on the water when Castle yanked out of him, pulling his fat head up out of the water...! "That beating was brutal..." said Daredevil, as he and Spiderman stood on the hospital rooftop, watching as Fisk was wheeled into to surgery...! "...I'm still not comfortable with what we let him do...!" "At least he didn't KILL him...!" reasoned Spiderman [looking down at the ambulance]! "And that's a consolation prize...?" asked Daredevil! "Punisher's dangerous! Just as dangerous as the men he hunt! WE'RE heroes..., we're supposed to be above all that!" "You've been a superheroe for what...?...14, 15 days...?" questioned Spidey! "Come to me with this argument in a YEAR..., after criminals start targeting YOUR family as the next hit! Castle WATCHED his entire family get raped and murdered in front of him...! He's ONLY alive today because the bullet they shot him in the head with, got lodged IN his skull instead of blowing straight through his brain! "So while I understand your need to `do the right thing'..., the right thing isn't always what you get!" and with that, Spiderman shot a web-line into the air, then leaped off the side of the hospital and took to swinging through the air...! Daredevil was just about to do the same thing in the opposite direction..., when his cellphone chimed...! "Murdock here...!" he said, putting the phone to his ear...! "Matt...? It's Froggy [Matt's business partner and fellow attorney]..., we just got a new client...! And you'll never believe WHO it is...!" "Let me guess..." said Matt [hoping differently]! "...Wilson Fisk...?" "Who'd you know...?" asked Froggy!
