And besides, I kissed Warren, well actually Warren kissed me, but I did nothing to stop it; I enjoyed that kiss too though. So what does that mean? If I have to choose I do not know who. -Earth to Theodore, Earth to Theodore- It was Adele -What do you want, Imogen Adelaide- I answered looking at her, she hated her name that was why she says to everybody that her name was Adelaide. Well, honestly, Imogen is hideous. -Remember that I know your full name- She punched me in the arm. -What is your full name? - Asked Nick, Who was driving, his sister was on the front seat beside him. We were heading to the mall in two cars: Nick, Anna, Adele and I in Jean's car. Bobby, Rogue, Kitty and Peter were in the other car leading the way, we were heading to the mall at Bay plaza- I can use my powers to know it but I want you to say it -Ok, My father was a jerk and stupid, he wanted to put me the name of the president and he confused the names, Theodore Delano Roosevelt -And the last name? - he said, trying not to laugh -Dickson- said Adele. Nick couldn't resist to laugh anymore, he laughed out loud, he had this kind of dorky but cute laugh, Anna was laughing too. -Oh my God, Theo, your father was a dick indeed- Nick laughed again -Nick, the mall is right the next exit- said Peter through the radio. Nick pressed the button on the wheel -Ok, copy that- he looked thru the mirror on his side-I think someone is following us- he added, then, as if they were listening, the car behind us (a black van) passed us. When they were doing it, I looked at the passenger's eyes. She had this black eyes, jet black, it was like looking into a tar pit, a well of darkness, everything was in slow motion, I locked glares with her. Her darkness was so, that it looked like all the colors and happiness in the world was sucked by the two black holes that were her eyes. She grinned viciously, I hated that woman and I didn't even know her, I wanted to be as far as I could from that woman. The car passed ours and disappeared in the traffic. -Who was that woman? - Nick asked, he saw her too it too. I looked to Adele, she was confused too. -I do not know, but thanks God she left-pointed Ana, resuming what was in all of our minds. Nick's POV We arrived to the mall 10 minutes after our encounter with that thing because she was not human, no human could be so dark. Rogue came to us the minute we set foot on the parking lot. -Anyone of you saw that woman? - we tell her that all of us saw her. apparently no one in the other car saw anything. I was wearing jeans and a basic white long sleeve tee from my new favorite brand "Theo's", thanks God from today on I will have my own clothes. I could see Nana super excited and Theo was, well not so much, he had these black sunglasses on. The mall was crowded. Bobby and Peter went in one direction, the girls in another one. We decided to meet in the food court three hours later. Kitty and Adele protested that it wasn't enough time. -Nick this is the place where I get my hair cut- said Theo as we headed to the hair stylist. once there he asked for Jenny, we headed for the last booth. When Theo cut his hair, a century ago? When I saw Jenny, I knew why she was Theo's stylist she had green eyes and a second pair of transparent eyelids that she moved when she saw us, She smiled at Theo and me. She was a mutant -Hi T. How is life treating you on the bright side- she asked? -Great- he responded with a smile- How everyone is?- -Fine. Well Tina moved to Brooklyn whit her new boyfriend. How is...- She said not wanting to say the name. Why? -Adele is good she is here. And Aaron is still in a coma- Who the fuck was Aaron. After that they chatted for a little bit before the attention centered on me, Jenny almost screamed, my hair was a mess, the last time I cut my hair was like five months ago, also I had a full on beard, the bruises on my face had disappeared in the last days, the deepest ones still marked my face but thanks God no one is going to leave a scar. Jenny cut my hair a little hipster but I liked it tough, she shaved my beard, Theo and she convinced me of getting a manicure and a facial. God I was a mess, but hey, five years running is not a walk in the park. Theo got a haircut too, he now looked like Alexander Ludwig, and I didn't say anything but he looked so sexy. Some girls looked at him with a grin and a couple of guys too. I wasn't that bad either. Then we went shopping, I haven't used something more than Wall mart's clothes in a while. So "hello" Forever 21, Macy's and I don't know how many fucking weird names. I hate shopping. Three hours later Theo and I were on the last store before going to the food court. I bought a lot of things, more than I need if you asked me but Theo insisted, he had bought some thing for him too, one of those things was hair bands, so now he had a bun and his new look, he was so fucking sexy. I could rip his clothes right now. He went to get something. I was trying on a black leather jacket, I loved it. My father had one and my brother too. I came out of the fitting stall so Theo could give me his opinion. But Theo wasn't there. But my brother was standing against the door. -You look lovely little cat- he said, oh my fucking god, I loved my brother but sometimes he was a little too much -Why if you are a projection of my mind I can't turn you off- -And how do you want me to know that? and you are wrong I am a projection of myself thru your mind' he explained -What do you mean?- -That means that your brother, aka me, thought everything, he planned all of this encounters -How is that possible?- -I do not know, I am blank, I remember everything until the day that Petra run away but I have flashes, some things that I did that I do not remember. I do not have many time, someone is coming. -Other people can see you? -No but a boy talking alone is not very pleasant, I didn't like that woman. Stay away from her, ok- I nodded- Fine, I am leaving- he said, I was engulfed by darkness, then I open my eyes and I was standing looking my reflection on the mirror, I really loved this jacket and someone came in -Theo is that you? - I asked without looking at him -mhem- he answered -How do I look? - I was expecting Theo to answer but then another voice did -You look beautiful Nick, as always- answered Peter, I looked at him, he was staring weirdly. When I was going to say something Theo came in with bobby -Nick that jacket is perfect. let's go, I am starving-Said bobby We went to the food court and the girls had arrived fifteen minutes later. Anna bought the double of clothes that I did. It was 6:45PM. We all ordered our food -We still have to go to the Sanctum Sanctorum- said Bobby -To where? - I asked -The sanctum sanctorum, Dr. Stranger's house. Is it in Manhattan- explained Peter, he looked at me, I look in another direction. What was that earlier? I looked at Theo and he was looking directly at me, I could see through his sunglasses -We need to get something for Strange- finished Kitty -Ok, we are leaving right now? - I asked -No, we still have a lot of time, why? - answered Peter -I am going to the restroom- I said finish my food. The restrooms weren't far from the food court. I went into a stall to relieve my bladder. After I finished I just wanted a moment alone. When a boy entered the bathroom, he was sexy, in a cute kind of way, but at the same time he was well built and his ass was just perfect. Boy was an understament because he was my age, maybe a year older He noticed me standing in front of the mirrors he went into one of the stalls and came out a minute after, he came in my direction, he washed his hands and then said -Oh God I was going to explode if I came a minute later-He looked at me and smiled-You look kind of creepy standing here- he eyed me from head to toe with a smirk on his face -You are the one staring at me but I am the creep- I said putting my best poker face, he was so cocky and in his voice and mannerism I could see he was so confident, And I don't know why but I wanted to mess with this guy -I can help myself, I have not seen someone so sexy lately- he added recurring to a very sexy grin, Haha, I put an angry face at that moment -Look faggot-saying that word with hate actually hurt me but his face was worth it- leave me alone now or I will kill you- then he began to back away, I saw that he could fight me but decided not to, I then cracked down I laughed so hard that if I hadn't peed recently I would pee myself. he looked confused at me then punched softly my arm and began to laugh with me -I like your sense of humor- he said ant put his hand up-Peter, Peter Parker-he added I shook his hand -Nicholas Afanasiev but you can call me Nick -Uh Russian, I love Russia, everything is big. Theo's POV We were in the sanctum sanctorum; we leave the mall like half an hour later, Nick told me about that guy he was flirting with and it was so funny. But I hadn't figured out yet the thing between Peter and Nick. They thought no one was there but I was at the door. Then they spend all night avoiding looking each other. The worst was that I don't have a fucking idea about Nick and me. What was that kiss on front of everybody, I don't know how to feel, jealous or excited for Nick, we weren't friends, yet, we barely knew each other. We meet a week ago. But I do not know why but I want this kid, I want to protect him, hug him and never let him go -Thinking hard?-Adele asked, we were on front of Dr. Strange's house -What? - I asked -I have been talking to you for about five minutes now -Really?- -Yes. What is the matter? - She asked and I could feel the concern in her voice, I looked up at nick who was talking to Dr. Strange along his sister, Adele followed my eyes-So? What is the problem with Nick, I know you like him, and maybe he likes you- -I don't know what the fuck are you talking about- I interrupted looking away -Yes you do, Theodore, you do, I will wait for you to come here and talk to me, I am your best friend; we are like brother and sister for God's sake- She said that and walked away while playing with her beautiful red hair. -Ok kids, let's go, we have to stop at central park before going to the mansion-Dr. Strange said loud enough for all of us to hear. -Why?- asked Bobby -We have to pick up and old acquaintance Nick's POV Now we were here at central park, Peter, Bobby and Kitty stayed at the car. We were in a road that was for kids, We passed by some Alice in Wonderland statue and I could swore that fucking kid was looking at me, we arrived then at some weird statue of an old woman sitting on a goose -Mother Goose statue- Said Adele- I love it When we stood there for like a minute the statue moved, I swear over my bones that piece of stone was smiling, it had a weird and disturbing grin, then the old woman looked at me -Show me your master- Said my uncle, with that the statue acquired it first position and a woman appeared from thin air -Who dares to disturb me- said the woman, and I was speechless, it was the woman from before, the dark one, or so I thought until I saw this one eyes, she had white eyes, no iris and no pupils at all. She looked at me-I see- She paused, then she moved in my direction- How wonderful- she then raised her hand and I could see an eye, it was like a tattoo but it blinked- The ONE, the one is here for me. -We need your help Marge-Uncle Stephen said -Marge? I haven't heard that nickname in a long time, the one who put me that name was one of my sisters. Before she cursed me, my name is Marguerite, Marguerite de Bergerac, daughter of the duke of Bourbon, heiress of the great magic, I was going to marry the prince of France, I would be queen but my sister betrayed me and cursed me. I have been like these for nearly 400 years-said the woman, she was just like the dark one from today, they were beautiful woman, they looked ageless, like they mid age women but without a mark of time passing and their blond hair looked like liquid gold -Oh Marguerite please, you tell the story to every person who comes by- said a voice behind me, when I turn to see who it was, it was a third woman just like Marguerite but this one had golden eyes-Hello, I am Amelie, I am Marguerite's sister, our other sister is the one who cursed us. And I see you meet her already -Yes we did, today- I explained-She only passed near us -But that was enough to make you all want to be as far from her as possible. Who of you see her truly?- She asked. -Rogue, Ana, Adele, Theo and I- I said pointing -Oh my sisters, had a love for drama, We all are triplets, The first one was Marguerite, The Good, The second one was Danielle, the evil, The last one was me, Amelie, the in between. We were cursed before our birth by an old hag who was jealous of our mother, Marguerite and I always had green eyes but Danielle's were black, people always had the chills, so no one wanted her. -We need your help, we are going to unblock my nephew and dark creatures can lurk and took advantage-Stephen added -Dark creatures? or my sister- Said Marguerite -Both- -I have to be here before the sun rises- said Marguerite before she turns to a statue and said- Protect my house, I will be gone for the night -Shall we- Said Stephen raising his hand to head in the cars direction -Oh no mortal, we have better ways of moving around- Said Amelie and with that she turned into an eagle and Marguerite did the same. ______________________________________________________________________________ So this is it. the fourth chapter, Let me know if you like it.
