	Title:	 HELL ON EARTH!

	WORLDWIDE there were reports of lighted circles popping up all over
the globe, releasing what could only be described as DEMONS onto The Earth
from hell below! There were reports of it happening in Europe, Australia,
Canada, South America, Africa, Asia, and all over The United States!
	Citizens screamed in the streets as DEMONS broke into everything,
destroying property, wrecking vehicles, and killing millions worldwide!


	In New York City [in Dr. Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum (his 3 story
townhouse)], Dr. Stephan Strange was meditating in his chamber when he was
suddenly struck by a disturbing Force ripping through the very fabric of
reality! In fact ALL mystic beings worldwide [Clea, Amanda, The Scarlet
Witch, Damion Hellstrom and his sister Satanna, Agatha Harkness, Shaman,
Selene, The Red Witch, Tarot, Doctor Druid, Legion/Xavier, and Forge], were
all struck by the same FORCE as our reality was breeched from Limbo and an
army of hell-bent DEMONS spilled onto The Earth, causing a great deal of
death and destruction!
	Strange's house was protected by an ancient enchantment of
protection, however he could FEEL the death of others as he donned his
mystic cape and took off [levitating] through the skylight, heading to the
SOURCE of the matter, hoping it was not too late...?


	Not far away at Avenger's Tower, many of The Avengers were on
holiday, enjoying a leisure day off [swimming in their Olympic size pool,
working out in the gym, honing their skills in practice sessions, building
new weaponry in their laboratory, or lying leisurely about the
headquarters], when ciaos broke out outside...!
	Ms. Marvel and The Scarlet Witch watched from the living room
quarters windows as hordes of DEMONS stormed by the building, causing havoc
everywhere they went!


"What the HELL...?!" questioned Carol Danvers [Ms. Marvel], watching the
horde breeze by when ONE suddenly jumped through their window...coming at
her like a ferocious animal!
	Ms. Marvel fell backwards, grabbing the creature by the throat as
he chomped down [trying to bite her head off with its ferocious teeth]...!
She immediately flipped it up overhead, sending it crashing into the bar
unit behind her...! The creature was knocked for a loop for only seconds
before it up-righted itself and charged again! This time Carol lifted her
hands up in front of her and blasted it with his power-blasts...the energy
impact obliterating the creature before it could attack again!


	MORE creatures started to enter the building, breaking through
other windows as The Scarlet Witch went into defense mold, throwing up her
hands and making weird suggestions with his fingers before blasting one of
the DEMONS with a hex bolt, sending it careening back from whence it
came...!
	The 2 women [who had been enjoying a nice relaxing `girly' movie]
found themselves suddenly fighting for their lives as Ms. Marvel leaped
into a bunch of DEMONS and started to physically throw them
around...punching her way through them while her teammate blasted them back
to hades...!


	Steve Rogers [Captain America] was swimming laps in the Olympic
sized pool, when he was disturbed by DEMONS breaking in through the glass
doors and leaping into the water after him...! Unable to outswim them, he
was pulled underwater where he fought tooth and nail for
survival...punching, kicking, and fighting his way pass the monsters to
leap out of the pool at the deep end, planting his feet on solid ground
where he felt more comfortable fighting!
	When the creatures came after him, he was easily able to evade
them, and even knock a few unconscious with a mighty blow...!


	Clint Barton [Hawkeye] was in the gym lifting weights when HE was
attacked! The monsters broke into his workout area but was quickly repelled
when he started throwing weights at them, knocking many of them
unconscious!
	Others continued to attack as Barton ran for his bow and
arrow...grabbing his trusty weapons and firing them on his attackers just
in time, using everything in his arsenal from exploding and shock arrows to
gas grenades...!


	Tony Stark was in his lab when the monsters came...crashing and
bashing through everything as Stark resorted to mixing various lab
experiments and using them [willy-nilly] as explosives...blowing the
monsters up while he ran to retrieve his Ironman suit...!
	As Ironman he was about to beat the creatures with his fists, and
blast them into next week with his repulse-beams, blowing many of them to
kingdom come!


	THOR fought the creatures outside [midair], using his fists, his
power arsenal [wind, rain, and lightning], and his significant strength to
batter the monsters with brute force! But the horde were many, and
unstoppable...as THOR retreated to the roof of Avengers Tower to
regroup...!
	There he was joined by his teammates [Ms. Marvel, The Scarlet
Witch, Hawkeye, Captain America, and Ironman]...all of which came onto the
roof from different exits to help aid in the fight...sending DEMONS falling
from the top of the building and onto the streets below after knocking them
out with their fists, power-blasts, and sheer determination...!

	Even everyday [street-level] crime fighters like: Spiderman,
Daredevil, and The Punisher found themselves in over their heads in
battles, trying to save human lives while defending themselves against the
blood crazed creatures bent on drawing blood and ripping apart human flesh!

	Even ELSEWHERE: at Magneto's hidden compound did he and his
Brotherhood Of Mutants [Quicksilver, Mystique, Juggernaut, Pyro, Avalanche,
BLOB, Toad, Vertigo, and the TWINS (Genesis & Nemesis)] find themselves
interrupted from their plans of world dominance, by The DEMON Horde that
swept through their area, forcing them to fight in order to save their
resources!


	MAGNETO rose above the rest, using his powers over magnetism to
launch a never ending supply of metals [cars, trucks, buses, trains, etc.]
at the creatures bent on destroying everything HE wanted to rule...!
	Meanwhile QUICKSILVER and JUGGERNAUT simply ran through the horde,
mowing down any and everything standing in their ways...while the rest
fought as best as their various abilities allowed them to...! Of them all,
however...the most powerful by far were The TWINS...both finally showing
growth and potential with their powers [one mimicking the powers of their
mother: The Scarlet Witch; while the other mimicked the powers of their
father: Apocalypse]...both using their powers skillfully to defeat the
horde coming after them...sending them back to Hades in spades!

THE XAVIER INSITUTE
 OF HIGH LEARNING FOR GIFTED STUDENTS Salem Center, New York


	Everyone was still collecting themselves from the turmoil that just
happened [the school was recently overrun by an alien BROOD who possessed
students and faculty alike], when a lighted circle suddenly appeared in the
center of the house, allowing a HORDE of DEMONS to cross over from the
netherworld known as: LIMBO...!
	And leading the charge into our reality was none other than
mutant/sorcerer: MAGIK himself [donned in mystic silver armor [a lot like
his brother's: Colossus], with red skin, a forked tail, fangs, and horns
sprouting from his forehead]...!


"I am called DARKCHILD..." he said in an eerie voice that was sure to spook
some of the students for years to come...], "...ruler of The Underworld...!
And I have come to stake claim on EARTH for my master: BELSACO! ALL tremble
with fear at his name, for the master is coming...and when he does, ALL
else will cease to exist...!!" yelled the red demon, his minion leaping out
of the circle disc [running rampant]...!


"O' man..." signed Domino, staring at the creatures coming forth around The
Darkchild...! "...what I wouldn't GIVE right now to be back in my own
time-dimension facing The Sentinels and scavenging for food...!"


"I know..." said Cable [also from Domino's timeline in an alternate future
(along with Bishop)...], picking up a power-gun and shooting into the
horde, blasting at everything that moved with a horrid face...! "...we had
no idea WHAT we were signing up for when we came back to this timeline...!
But we committed to it...ain't no turning back now...!"


"I know, I know..." agreed Domino, leaping out of the way of one attacking
creature while shooting another in its ugly demonic face...! "...it's just
getting harder and harder to find a moment alone with you, is all...! I
never knew The X-Men had to fight so often in the past...! For some reason
I always pictured them mostly lounging around pools getting waited on by
human servants...!"


"That would be The Hell Fire Club you're thinking about...!" said Beast,
leaping overhead to avoid being torn to shreds by a monster...! "The X-Men
have always had to FIGHT for what we have...!"


"Great...NOW he tells me...!" said Domino [sarcastically], shooting
willy-nelly into the horde, hitting any and everything...!


"We have to get the children to safety...!" yelled Storm after saving
Multiple-Boy from being killed by one of the demons, cradling him in one
arm while blasting 2 demons dead with the other, burning the with a heavy
dose of electricity...!


"The BUNKER..." yelled Polaris, crushing demons under tons of metal from
the school's roofing...! "...get them to the bunker...! They'll be safe
down there!"
	The X-Men gather as many of the students as they could, forming a
protective bubble around them to fend off any attackers! Wolverine sliced
through a multitude of demons with his Adamantium claws, literally ripping
them apart! Caliban ensue FEAR into them, making them believe in a fate
much worse than Belasco...! Banshee's sonic cry sent the monsters packing
in the opposite direction, while Cyclops' optic-beam ripped through them
like a lawn mower!
	The codes were typed in and the secret entrance into the
underground bunker was opened as the students [Multiple-Boy, Shadowcat,
Jubilee, Karma, , Fish, Mole, Rogue, Tether, Smoke, Syran, Iceman, Amanda,
Magma, Wolvesbane, Nightcrawler, and Sunspot] were all ushered inside, with
Mother Mayhem, Healer, and Darwin assigned to be their
protectors/chaperones...!


"NO, I won't go HIDE in the bunker like some scared child...!" said
Sunspot, refusing to get into the safety zone...!


"Roberto, HURRY...we don't have time for this...!" said Darwin, grabbing
the boy by the arm as he tried to force him down into the bunker...!


"NO...I want to help FIGHT...!" he insisted, running off...!


"Me too..." said Tether, climbing back out of the hole...taking several of
the students with him [Smoke, Syran, Iceman, Amanda, Magma, Wolvesbane, and
Nightcrawler]...! "...if THIS is the end, I'd rather go down fighting than
hiding...!"


"What should we DO...?" asked Mayhem, standing at the bottom of the
entryway with the other 7 students...!


"Watch THEM..." said Darwin, following Sunspot and the other [as he closed
the bunk's hatch behind him]...! "...I'd rather FIGHT also...!" he added,
jumping back into the mix...!
	The X-men regrouped to get the barrings...!


"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA..." laughed The Darkchild, having seen where they put the
children...! "...do you seriously believe a BUNKER can stop us...?" he
asked, sending his horde to rip their way inside...! "We shall rip the
hatch off that underground tomb and FEAST on the bones of your precious
babies...!"
	Fourteen X-Men [Professor Xavier (now with the power of his son:
Legion), Angel, Banshee, Beast, Bishop, Cable, Caliban, Calisto, Cyclops,
Domino, Forge, Polaris, Storm, and Wolverine] all defended themselves
against the Horde, using their various powers to keep the children safe
from harm...backed up by their student body: [Sunspot, Tether, Smoke,
Syran, Iceman, Amanda, Magma, Wolvesbane, Nightcrawler, and Darwin]!
	The battle was epic, with mutant power signatures, metal, and other
debris flying through the air like a hurricane! Storm lit demons up with
her lightning strikes, blasting them 5 or 6 of them at a time while soaring
high to keep herself out of reach; Syran joined her father [Banshee] as the
2 of them blasted demons on sight with their duel screams, making many of
them retreat; Magma burnt a lot of the demons in a river of lava, instantly
turning them to ash on contact; Amanda was able to fend off several of the
horde with her own sorceress magic, using some of the skills handed down
from her mother [a fellow sorceress] and taught to her by Dr. Strange
himself; Wolvesbane transformed herself into a werewolf and set to biting
and clawing her way through the demon pack, along with Tether who used his
claws and 7ft long tail as a weapon; Iceman froze as many demons as he
could in several quickly made glaciers; while Sunspot used his awesome
solar energy to punch the demons back to hell...!
	While The X-Men and their students fought against the demons
themselves..., Xavier [given new powers by transferring his incredible mind
into the body of his mentally deranged son: David (chap-75 `Legion')...]
chose to fight The Darkchild, alone...!


	The Darchild grinned when he saw Xavier come forth to stand against
him, unafraid...! ((("You do not scare me, Stefan Rasputin..."))) said
Xavier, mentally...getting inside Magik's head...! ((("...I've been the
Headmaster at this school since its debut..., back when Forge, Beast,
Banshee, Polaris, and Storm were kids themselves...! I will not have my
school's reputation, -for saving and teaching young mutants such as
yourself, tarnished from bad behavior...!")))
	Darkchild laughed out loud...


"If you are wishing to plea with the simple student that used to reside in
this body, Professor...I'm afraid he's not IN at the moment...! Only
I...and I am immune to your mind control tricks...!" informed The Dark
One...!
	"ah..." he added, titling his head slightly as he looked straight
though Xavier's new body...! "...I see you have garnered new abilities by
taking the body of your ailing son...! tisk, tisk, tisk...mental
derangement is an incurable disease..." sympathized The Darkchild, "...and
one likely passed down from one's father, don't you think...?" he asked,
implicating that Xavier may be deranged as well...!
	Just then Xavier saw himself getting struck in the spine by a
bullet meant for his old friend: Magneto...! The memories were fresh in his
mind, as if it were happening NOW...! He fell into the depths of despair
afterwards, feeling sorry for himself for becoming a paraplegic...! His
life as he knew it [carefree and dangerous] was over! He would DIE in that
wheelchair, never again knowing what it would be like to be totally free
without it!


"Noooo...!!" yelled Xavier in despair, falling to his knees as his legs
grew weak from under him...! Somehow Magik had entered his mind and MADE
him relieve the most horrible moments of his life...!
	Xavier [in David's body] opened his eyes...causing the entire
house...the very foundation to tremble with his telekinesis...!


((("You want to see FEAR, Darkchild...?"))) he asked, unlocking the doors
to some of Legions most destructive powers...! Cable sensed Xavier's
thoughts [though his own gift of telepathy], and whispered the word
`no'...just before Xavier let loose...!
	((("I'll SHOW you fear...!"))) he yelled mentally, as the ground
literally burst open and out came a 50ft Belasco, all red and fiery from
the very depths of Hell itself...! The demons stopped fighting to give
respect to their master, all trembling in fright at his unmatched power...!
As Belasco [holding his Trident] opened his white eyes and incinerated
every demon in sight...! The wave of heat and power running across the
estate was incredible, as everything around looked dead and singed! The
demons all cowering on the ground, believing themselves annihilated..!


"Wha...what just happened...?" asked Bishop...having absorbed some of that
imaginary power, yet realizing it couldn't have really happened or else
none of them would still be standing there...!


"Xavier just opened a window of reality that allowed Belasco to enter our
world..." said Cable, having read Xavier's mind...! "...once freed Belasco
had no use for Darkchild or his demons...and destroyed them all...!" he
explained, "At least that's what WOULD have happened had Xavier not
canceled that reality at the last second...!"


"Reality warping...?" questioned Beast, staring at the back of Xavier's
head...! "Is he THAT powerful now...?!"


"It appears so...!" said Cable, realizing how dangerous Xavier really was
now [dangerous, with a deranged boy's mind trapped inside him with
him],...!
	Xavier stood over Darkchild as he too cower against the
ground...feeling the burning wrath of his master...! Xavier contemplated
what to DO with The Darkchild now that he seemed powerless...?
	Just then Dr. Strange ascended from the sky...


"Professor Xavier, I presume...?" he asked, landing silently on his feet by
Darkchild's side...! "...I see you have changed a great deal since last we
met...!"


"Indeed." agreed Xavier. "What do we DO with Magik next...?" he asked.
	Dr. Strange ran his hand curiously over Darkchild's head and back
as he lay cowering...his hand a aglow with his mystic abilities...!


"I am afraid this is NOT our pupil..." said Strange! "...this is just a
third of Magik's soul...! I believe the reat of Magik, -the REAL Magik, is
still being held in Limbo while Belasco prepares to make his grand
entrance...!"


"So what do we do to rescue him...?" asked Storm, stepping over a cowering
demon to get within a better hearing range...!


"We must travel into Limbo itself and rescue him, before its too late...!"
insisted the master of mysticism...!


"And HOW do we do that...?" asked Wolverine, "Take the elevator...?"


"No." answered Strange, lost to Logan' humor! "But I DO require one of your
students..." he said, turning towards Nightcrawler...much to everyone's
surprise...!


"ME...?" asked Kurt Wagner [the blue `elf']...!


"Yes..." said Strange, "...I will need your aid of teleportation...!"


"Teleport WHERE...? To LIMBO...?!" asked Nightcrawler, looking at Strange
as If he were crazy...! "I don't know nothing about that place...! I
wouldn't even know HOW to get there...!" reasoned the German boy...!


"You travel there every time you teleport...!" said Strange [which was news
to Kurt]...! "Haven't you ever wondered WHERE you teleport to when you
disappear...?"


"uh...no!" answered Nightcrawler! "Because I teleport from one distance to
another...! It's not that complicated...!" he believed.


"Actually..." corrected Strange, "...you teleport from one dimension to
another...! Every time you teleport, you jump through time and space and
end up briefly in Limbo before finishing your teleport to wherever it is
you are going...!"


"I...teleport through LIMBO...?" gulped Nightcrawler, thinking about all of

explains WHY you are not able to teleport there directly...! But with my
mystical guidance...you could lead us into Limbo where we can find Magik

	"What do you say...?"
