"This way, Professor...!" yelled Bishop, pulling Xavier and Lilandra from
harm's way and leading the 2 lovers across the room and out the collapsing
exit to safety, where they found The X-Men's Blackbird hovering a mere 3
stories above ground [with Cyclops, Havok, and Polaris fending off outside
forces while the others helped Xavier escape]!
The Blackbird took off into the sky, leaving Area-51 and a lot of
angry agents behind!
"Good work, X-Men..." thrilled Xavier [surrounded by: Beast, Storm,
Polaris, Banshee, Bishop, Havok, Cyclops, Wolverine, and Colossus],
believing he was on a solo mission! "...but...HOW did you find me...? I cut
off the GPS...!"
"FORGE was able to reboot it from the mansion...!" explained Polaris, all
of the X-Men distracted while staring at Xavier's new friend...!
"Oh...X-Men, THIS is Lilandra...the woman that caused my, uh...rather
unusual seizer earlier today in front of all the students...!"
"Hello..." said the alien woman, now able to speak English after absorbing
the language while mating with Xavier! "...I am Lilandra..., Empress of The
Shi'ar and a royal member of The Intergalactic Council! I am here under
DIRE circumstances, as my throne has been stolen by an evil tyrant bent on
enslaving all creation as we know it! I have fled my galaxy for Earth,
in-search of beings powerful enough to aid me in my plight!"
"Riiigghhht..." sounded Wolverine, looking at Lilandra as if she just
stepped off the turnip truck! "...and we're supposed to believe ya cuz...?"
"I've SEEN it, Logan..." assured Xavier, "...in Lilandra's dreams! She
speaks the truth! And if we don't help her STOP D'Ken, it's only a matter
of time before his dominance reaches Earth! And then, it would have been
too late!"
"uh...let me guess..., you must be the survivor of that crashed alien ship
sitting in The Hudson...?" reasoned Beast [piloting the jet]!
"Correct!" answered Lilandra! "I escaped...but my ship sustained heavy
damage...! I was forced to land abruptly!"
"An alien, eh...?" asked Banshee, staring Lilandra up and down...! "Does
ALL the females of your species look like you...?" he asked, flirtatiously!
Lilandra smiled...
"Actually...yes!" she answered!
"uh...guys..." called Beast from the cockpit, "...some HELP please...?"
"What is it, Hank...?" asked Polaris, stepping up front to aid as the
pilot...!
"Nothing..." said the big blue furred beast! "...just another alien space
craft closing IN overhead...!" he added, looking up to find The Blackbird
being overshadowed by a larger ship which quickly descended from out of
nowhere..., dwarfing The Blackbird like a baby bird and forcing them to
land rather they wanted to or not...!
