"WE APPRECIATE THAT ALL OF YOU SEEM TO WANT CUSTODY OVER THE CHILDREN..." said Ironman, floated down from The Quinn-Jet with Captain America, Hawkeye, Falcon, THOR, Ms. Marvel, and The Scarlet Witch all landing on the ground behind HIM...! "...BUT THEIR BIOLOGICAL MOTHER WANTS THEM BACK...! AND AS THE ONLY IMMEDIATE PARENT IN PRESENCE, I BELIEVE ANY COURT SYSTEM WOULD AWARD HER CUSTODY...!" he advised! "The mother that abandoned her children to be raised in a laboratory by an unlicensed therapist...?" asked Magneto...! "Wanda had her reasons...but she's BACK to claim them now...!" argued Captain America...! "I can speak for myself, Steve...!" insisted Wanda, stepping forward [with William and Thomas in the center of it all]...! "I was scared..." she confessed, honestly [talking directly to them]...! "...I...I was single...I...didn't know Apocalypse...he FORCED me to be his companion...he impregnated me without my will or knowledge...! When you were born I didn't know how to feel about you...! You weren't created out of love! Apocalypse abducted me, altered my mind, made me believe I was HIS...! When we finally defeated him, everything he touched and changed turned back to normal...except YOU...! "I gave you to The X-Men...to Dr. Moira MacTaggert so she could monitor you...! You weren't human...you weren't mutants...we needed to know exactly WHAT you were...!" "You gave us up because you were WEAK...!" responded William, angry with his mother's excuses! "We didn't ask to be born..." argued Thomas, also hurt by his mother's words! "...we didn't ask to be here...!" "But HERE, you are..." said Sinister, "...and now everyone fears you...! WHO will you reside with...?" "That's HIM...!" said Calisto, spotting Sinister standing in the midst of everything! "HE'S the one that created The Marauders..., -the ones that murdered The Morlocks!" Xavier [in his son's LEGION'S body] tried to enter Sinister's mind telepathically, only to be repelled when Sinister countered his probe, sending the professor reeling to the ground in mental pain! In his surprised confusion, Xavier inadvertently linked minds with his fellow X-Men, only to have all of THEM suffer the same fate as all of The X-Men fell to their knees from the assault...! The Avengers watched as The X-Men fell, thriving on the ground in mental pain...! "Hurry...while they're distracted..." yelled Captain America, "...get the TWINS...!" The Avengers started to go IN [while The X-Men were out of commission], attacking Magneto & The Brotherhood: Captain America, Hawkeye, Ironman, Falcon, THOR, The Scarlet Witch, and Ms. Marvel went up against Magneto, Mystique, Toad, Quicksilver, The Blob, Juggernaut, Pyro, Vertigo, and Mimic..., hitting each other with everything they had! William and Thomas both seemed to be caught in the middle, as Thomas opened up a portal for him and his brother to slip through [during the battle]! "William..." called Thomas, standing at the portal's entry...! "...come on! Hurry!" "NO..." yelled William, watching the fighting begin between mutants...! "...let's get IN on this..." he suggested, wanting to USE his powers! "...they're fighting over US...!" "Over how to IMPRISON us...!" argued Thomas, eager to escape! "All the more reason to stay and fight NOW...!" said William, telepathically seizing Ms. Marvel's brain and sending her to turn on her own teammates [Captain America and Falcon], using her dangerous blast-force [destructive powers emitting from her hands] in their direction as Capt and Falcon dove for cover...! "WE could do better than THAT if we put out telepathies together...!" suggested Sinister, floating down to William's side [after levitating in air]...! William smirked as HE and Sinister worked together, seizing the minds of ALL the citizens of Romania...!...as blank stares suddenly washed over their frightened faces as their eyes all turned glossy! A second later they started charging The Avengers, The Brotherhood, AND The X-Men, all coming out of nowhere as they leaped on [throwing punches, metal pipes & bats] and attacked the 3 teams...! "WHAT THE HELL...?!" asked Ironman, as a brick hit his helmet in the back of the head...! Sinister gathered both William AND Thomas by his sides as they watched the others all attacked by a city full of angry humans! Neither The Avengers nor The X-Men wanted to hurt the innocent citizens, but they were FORCED to defend themselves, pushing the angry mobs BACK with their powers...! "Avengers, fall back...!" insisted Capt, seeing NO way to defend themselves without hurting people...! The X-Men also worked offensively, while The Brotherhood took up defense, hitting people [hard] with their powers...!...and causing The X-Men and Avengers to defend the humans trying to kill them all...! "Let US go...!" suggested Sinister, as Thomas re-opened his portal, allowing the 3 descendants of Apocalypse to disappear altogether...!
