Chapter 7: THAT'S A BIG CLOSET TO COME OUT OF

The flight to Wakanda was long and fun; Storm taught me how to juggle fire,
make it rain, fog, and tornadoes! It's easier than you think. Then Anna
made snow cones, she'd brought flavoring and cups. Jynx and Darrin took the
twin telepathy to the max, Robbie and I were the only one that didn't mind,
hell, we were interested in how it worked.

Storm: "Here we are, Wakanda."

I took a look out of the windows of the jet. Oh god, it was beautiful. The
temples, pyramids, lush green forests, but that's all that I cared about;
the forest. And I felt the pull of nature drawing me toward the land.

"Storm, let me off here."

Storm: "What?"

"You heard me, let me off here, in the air."

Allison: "Yeah, me too."

Darrin: "Yeah, we can fly down together."

Robbie: "You aren't seriously gonna do that?"

Darrin: "Yep."

Storm: "I understand; the pull of nature."

Jynx: "You aren't really going to let them do that."

Storm: "Guys you'll want to change into your X-suits."

"Great." Me, Darrin, and Allison changed into our X-suits as fast as we
could and got ready to jump.

Storm: "If you aren't jumping buckle up. Anna can you take the controls?"

Anna: "Really?!"

Storm: "You got it."

Anna: "Yes!" Anna got at the controls and buckled in.

Storm: "Okay guys, you ready."

"Come on! Can't you feel that?!"

Darrin: "Yes! That pull!"

Allison: "Push the button already!"

Storm: "Ready. Set." She pressed the hatch button and it opened, the pull
was stronger, and the jet was full of crisp air. "GO!!" And I jumped.

I was falling, falling, just falling. That was until my cape caught an
updraft and, like Storm said, I was gliding. But I was gliding down; I
wanted to stay up in the air. So I went all Elemental and was flying with
the wind. Flying like that is amazing! Even though the wind is moving at
super high speeds it feels like it's just a breeze caressing your skin. And
to think that I used to be afraid of heights, now heights are more than
welcome. And I wanted to see how high. I looked up and shot forward, ready
to test the limits I kept going up even when the pyramids were little
dots. And before I knew it, it was getting hard to breath. So I started to
turn around.

Shenlong: {Keep going.}

"What the hell--" I was spinning in circles to see who it was.

Shenlong: {Please watch your language.}

"Shenlong." It wasn't a question.

Shenlong: {The one and only.}

"How...?"

Shenlong: {It's hard to explain.}

"What all do you know?" I figured that I should keep going and I might not
get sucked into a space vacuum.

Shenlong: {That you're going about it the wrong way and that you won't be
sucked into a space vacuum.}

"What do you mean?"

Shenlong: {Do you remember that place you went with Lillian?}

"Uh... OH! You mean that place with that blue light!!"

Shenlong: {Precisely.}

"And you were that blue light... you were just... um..."

Shenlong: {Waiting.}

"For the Phoenix."

Shenlong: {Yes.}

"And you say that it would be easier to just go there for you and the
Phoenix to meet."

Shenlong: {Yes.}

"But how do I go there? And what is that place called?"

Shenlong: {You'll know when the time is right. As for the name... we call
it the Entity Dimension.}

"Cool, the Entity Dimension... E.D."

Shenlong: {Great, why don't you stop flying and look at the scenery.}

"Oka......"

I felt my jaw drop and then I clutched my throat thinking that I was about
to suffocate. But it never happened so I took a deep breath. I was in space
and was looking down at the earth! It was so beautiful; the oceans,
continents, and polar ice caps. All just so, no, too beautiful, I wanted to
cry. And the stars

Darrin: <Jamie. Jamie, where are you?> OH! I almost forgot about my ear
piece.

<Oh, hi. I'm in space.>

Darrin: <Dude, stop playin'. Where are you?>

<I'm in space!>

Allison: <Darrin, have you found Jamie?>

Darrin: <Yeah, he says he's in space.>

Allison: <What?>

<I am in space! Oh, whatever. I'll be down in a minute. Powerhouse out.>

Allison: <Misty out.>

Darrin: <Wisp out.>

"Shenlong?"

Shenlong: {Yes?}

"Will I burn up when I go back through the atmosphere?"

Shenlong: {You'll be completely unharmed and in one piece.}

"Thanks." I shot back down to earth. Fast and... on fire. And get this, it
wasn't even hot!

{Thank you, Guardian Dragon.}

Shenlong: {Hm, I like that.}

{Ttyl.}

Shenlong: {Talk to you later as well.}

It was then that I remembered my suit and when I looked at it, it wasn't
burnt, and okay maybe a little charred but still intact. I looked up well
down at the earth and I could see the continents and I was heading toward
Africa. Closer still I could make out Wakanda's temples. It was fun,
falling down to earth surrounded by fire with no control over were I was
gonna land. What? Oh, you think it may be scary? Well it is... not!!! All
fun and it is like so... excuse me.

"AHHH!" I blocked my face with my hands to protect my face. All that I
could think was telekinetic shield telekinetic shield. Then I heard screams
and then nothing. Well not death but I didn't hit the ground; I was about 6
inches from the ground.

Storm: "Jamie!" I looked up to see Storm and the rest of the Cadets looking
down at me.

"Hi, Storm." That's when I lost concentration and fell on my face. "Ouch."
I got up telekinetically and brushed myself off.

Darrin: "You were in space...?"

"Yep."

Allison: "How?"

"Shenlong."

Robbie: "What? How?"

"I needed his help, duh."

Robbie: "But...?"

"If you need any info on what happened just take it telepathically. Just on
that one thing though."

Robbie: "Let me see..." I felt him enter my mind and it took ALL that I had
not to push him out, I had too many secrets but I had to stay like that
until he was finish.

Robbie: "God your mind's complicated."

"You were in that white room?"

Robbie: "Yes, how do you know?"

"I've been there before, my mind, duh."

Robbie: "I didn't find very much."

"What did you find out?"

Robbie: "That your real name isn't, Jamie Lee Thomas, it's really, mm mmmm
mm." I covered his mouth with my hands.

"Tell anyone my name in any form; writing, telepathy, speech, whatever form
there is and not even your powers will be able to heal you. You got that?"

Robbie: "Uh huh."

"Good, now let's go finish unpacking the jet."

Robbie: "Uh huh." I put on a sweet smile and acted like nothing happened.

"Storm, Robbie and I will finish unpacking." Everyone looked confused and
the fact that I went from malicious to peppy only made them slightly
paranoid.

Storm: "Uh, okay, make it quick."

Robbie headed to the jet and I followed close behind ready for the first
sign that he was gonna run. And when we were in the jet he sat in a seat
and I stood in front of him.

Robbie: "Dude, what are you? I mean, you you, the only thing that I
understand is that your IQ is waaay over 130!"

"Okay, my IQ is nowhere near 130, its well... more like... over uh... 199."

Robbie: "And dude you've been trained with sooo many weapons! And you've
mastered sooo many fighting styles."

"Yes, and I model in a few countries. I'm allowed to carry guns in federal
buildings even schools. I've trained with Electra, Psylocke, and countless
others to kill. I myself am heir to who knows how much money. And my real
name is Jamiel Leonardo Thomason." (Ja meal Lee on r dough Tom as in) There
was a gust of wind through the hatch.

Robbie: "The Thomason family is the richest family to ever live! Richer
than the Worthington! And your whole family is composed of mutants!"

"Yes, yes, but that's all in my past there's a reason that no one really
knows me. And now you know more about me than anyone. Don't you feel
lucky."I smelt ashes and the hull got humid.

Robbie: "And when you fought Scott... you weren't even trying. You could
have had him in intensive care with your hand and feet tied."

"Correct." I smelt sulfur.

Robbie: "And dude, you have your own private island!"

"10 to be exact, there in a circle." There were silent foot steps.

Robbie: "But I don't understand."

"OH well, since you know I'll just explain it to you and the rest of the
team." I telekinetically picked up the entire luggage in the jet.

Robbie: "I thought that you just got your powers. How can you know half of
this stuff all ready?"

"I was trained to know it all."

Robbie: "And when you figured out Bobby and John's powers?"

"I was trained. Let's get inside the palace. I'm sure that Jynx has had an
ear full... Isn't that right?" Jynx appeared by the controls. "Now the rest
of you." Darrin and Allison materialized from their forms, Winston stepped
out of the shadows and Storm appeared with a gust of wind. "And you two at
the door." Bruce and Anna stepped in the jet.

Robbie: "How did you know that?"

"Throughout our conversation they came in. Jynx walked in, Darrin was in
his smoke form and I smelt it, Allison came in and it got humid, Winston, I
smelt sulfur which happen when he teleports. And Storm blended with the
wind."

Storm: "You are smart."

"Yes, and now I have to kill all of you."

And before any of them could even blink I pounced. They had no idea what
was happening because I had telepathically stunned them before they could
process what I meant.
