never met Delta Goodrem and I don't know her.


The next morning Aaron woke up at about 7 and took a shower then went
downstairs to the kitchen, rogue and delta were already there "morning" he said as he
grabbed some toast from the counter, they chatted for a while then delta's
mobile rang she answered it and was on the call for about 10 minutes "you ok
sugah?" rogue asked "that was my mum, I've been fired from neighbours, the record
company have terminated my contract and my parents want nothing to do with me
anymore" she started to cry "its ok honey you can stay here with us for as
long as you want", "rogue do you think Xavier would let me stay permanently?" <
yes you can stay delta, I wasn't reading your mind you just thought that very
loud and I heard> <thank you sir> "its ok he  heard me and he said I can stay".
They talked for a while then Aaron went off to see Scott, just as he got to
the room Scott was about to leave "hey can we talk if your busy it can wait",
"I'm not too busy for you" Scott replied "please don't Scott", they went inside
and sat down on the bed, Aaron was about to start speaking but Scott got in
first "Aaron I thought about what you said last night and to begin with what
you said seemed right but when I woke up this morning all I could think about
was you" he went for another kiss, Aaron tried to pull away but Scott wouldn't
let him so he just orbed out of Scott's arms "do you know how hard this is for
me Scott, since I came I longed to do this but when I saved jean yesterday I
felt how much she wanted to hold you, and I know you need her too the only
reason you feel like this is because you think you owe me but you don't, and even
if you did paying me back like this would ruin both of our lives" the room
went silent for a while then Scott spoke "I'm feeling something for you Aaron I
don't know what it is but you wont let be close enough to figure it out, please
just let me try" Aaron didn't say anything and Scott tried to kiss him again
"no" Aaron yelled as he orbed out of the room, he ended up outside Xavier's
office he decided he'd had enough already and knocked on Xavier's door "come in"
Aaron walked inside and took a seat "professor I wanna leave the team" Xavier
didn't say anything to begin with then after a very long uncomfortable
silence he started to speak "has Scott hurt you again" he asked "no, it's more like
I've hurt him not physically more emotionally, I really don't wanna go into it
professor, I just need to get outta here, please understand" "I don't want
you to leave but if that's how you feel then I wont try to stop you" "thank you
sir" Aaron was about to leave Xavier's office "Aaron I know it doesn't matter
now but these powers you've got, what can you do?" Xavier asked "there are a
lot of them so I'll just tell you the most powerful ones, as you know I can orb
myself and other people, I can slow down time and even stop it completely I
can heal people but not myself and I can make things explode just by thinking
about it" "well if you have difficulties controlling them you'll always be
welcome back" Aaron didn't wanna leave but things between him and Scott would only
get worse if he stayed "could you say bye to everyone for me please professor
I don't think I can handle it" "yes Aaron, just take care of yourself and
never be afraid to come back here". Aaron went to his room and packed his bags,
he was gonna miss everyone but he felt he would miss jean the most, when he
brought her back to life their minds had established a link that neither of them
could destroy, in a strange way he loved her and she the same but never of
them had told each other nor would they try to pursue it. He had packed his bags
and was ready, <good bye Jeanie> he sent as he orbed out of the mansion.

By the time Aaron had packed his bags prof x was already telling everyone
that he was leaving "where has he gone?" delta asked "he didn't say but he didn't
want us to follow" most of them were in tears now "professor cant you use
cerebro to find him?" rogue asked "I cant rogue he asked me not to and we must
respect that, even if I wanted to he would've put a mental shield up to block
out cerebro" the room went silent then jean spoke "to hell with that there's a
mental link between Aaron and me, I cant find him but I can talk to him" "jean
don't, he asked..." jean cut Xavier off "sorry professor but he saved my life
and I didn't even get to know him properly, if he does flip then I'll say you
didn't know I was doing it" prof x didn't say anything he just nodded his head
"AARON GET YOUR ASS HERE NOW" she yelled, as the room had been completely
silent she scared the shit outta them all <sorry jean I cant stay there anymore> <
but we need you here> <no you don't delta is staying and you're the phoenix> <
the team may not need you but I do, I love you Aaron> <I love you too Jeanie
but I cant come back> <please don't leave me> jean was crying so hard now that
Aaron could here it thru the telepathy <I'm sorry jean, I'll never forget
you> <good bye>, with that jean knew she would probably never speak to him
again.
